Fries were cold this time. 😑 The pretzel burger was great, chili was th÷ norm for Wendy's. Drive thru service was quick, that's why one on the "Atmosphere"

Our berry frosty from the drive-through. No apologies, no explanation.

There wasn't even a bad line, but they must not have been prepared or had nothing cooking on the grill. They took orders in the drive thru line then kicked all the cars around to the front entrance side. As someone that worked Wendy's as their first job out of highschool, they do this so their "drive thru clock" stays under the certain time average. They push everyone off the drive thru clock and make them wait on the other side. It still took about 20 min for the food to be brought out after they took the order.

If I'm being completely honest, if I could I would give this review a 0! We asked for junior bacon $6 biggy bags and ask for him fresh, as we were ordering the lady had an attitude and asked "what fresh"? and we were talking about the food. The customer service was bad, they were being rude and laughing and at the little stuff we would say when we wanted to know what's so funny, cause nothing was funny, we asked for ketchup, the girl said it was in the bag but it wasn't in the bag and she proceeded to walk away one of the employees name is quana isa. So to sum this up I will if I could I would get this review a zero, this Wendy's usually good but these employees that worked together today was just unacceptable!!

This is the second day my wife has gone there to get us breakfast. The first day we ordered 2 Eglish Muffin sandwiches. The muffin was never toasted. Today she goes there and asks for it to be extra toasted. They ask her to wait in a parking spot. They come out with the food and what do you know. Not toasted. Just plain untoasted English muffin. Again!! Seriously Wendys?? This was the second and last time we will visit this location... ..

The guy on the drive through was very polite and professional. I stopped by for a frosty and machine was down. Thought I was at McDonalds so I left. 🥴

I have worked at this location back in 2019 and loved it! Coming here as a customer in 2024 they all still know me! But that isn’t my issue, I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and am very proud, I have a rainbow license plate frame as well as a sparkly steering wheel cover! The manager today 4/25/24 at around 8-8:05 as I’m pulling up to the window stares at me for a minute before saying “ just so you are aware, Jesus loves you”. Now she didn’t say that to the person in front of me and I was really upset/taken back. I understand she may have her religion but not everybody associates with that, and as someone in the community to hear that really made me disappointed in the manager, we are in 2024 she should know to not bring religion to the work place.

The manager, it’s a rude lady that will give you attitude when you’re ordering, attitude when you asked for condiments , attitude for everything .

I did their Drive thru, the food was fresh you have to go like at 11 or 11:30 am

The young lady working the drive thru around 1030 on 4/6 gave exceptional service! The nicest person I’ve ever encountered at any Wendy’s! God bless you young lady.

The food is sometimes fresh, they ALWAYS make everyone in the drive thru drive around to the entrance of the restaurant and take at least five minutes to give you one sandwich. I hate coming here especially if you’re trying to get food quickly. Don’t recommend.

I used to like this location but the last few times have been terrible. Only a few cars in front of each time. I tell the person only ketchup on my cheeseburger 3 times and I still get all the works. On top of that yall never ever change out your sodas. I always get a Dr pepper that's flat as hell with no carbonation at all. Nasty attitudes as well, you don't wanna be apart of customer service then don't get a job where you dealing with meals especially. That something you don't mess with is someone's food.

Sign says they open at 6:30 yet door was still locked at 7:30. I had to wait to place my order at the drive thru because the food was being picked up at the side door. What a mess. Won't be back.

Only 3 employees and the fat lady keeps doing wrong orders, she's in a real bad mood, mistreating clients then they make you wait for a long time, basically it's Popeyes!!!!! Popeyes! Don't go to this location!

If I could I would give 0 stars. The manager at this location was rude. I ordered a family size chili and they didn’t give me the chili because they ran out. The manager stated the chili can’t be refunded unless i give her back the whole order. She asked me to return the whole order and proceeded to throw the food in the garbage. She then tried to snatch the receipt so that I couldn’t get a refund. I called the store to speak with a manager, and she answered and claimed she was the manager and hung up on me. I will be calling Wendy’s headquarters tomorrow to get my refund. What a way to start the New Year.

Will never stop there again the day shift manager was rude when I complained about the service she git hostile threatened me told me to get out. IT WAS NEr the end of Bkfst service I asked the register assistant 2 wait to place my husband's sandwich order Tull just before switch, they proceeded to make immediately I asked for more then 1 cream for my coffee and was ignored I should be noted that there wasn't another customer in the resturant zero stars poor service rude management. Wash rooms are filthy.

The food was not cooked properly cold and greasy these franchises are ruining the Wendy's brand its so hit and miss now.

I had a 5 star for this location. Until the past 2 times I been Here it's been horrible food. Cold food. buns are hard as cardboard with the breading falling off of it. Only thing that was fresh and good is the nuggets. Fries cold as well. Literally ate it because in hungry and didnt feel like driving all the way back. Now I'm trying to call and the phone rings once and hangs up. Not ok....

They have bettered the food and service but the bathrooms were filthy they looked and smelled like it probably hasn't been cleaned in a year.

They were in there however they never answered the speaker at the driveway.....if they were having issues they should have least let me know instead of ignoring me....this is not the first time I seen issues with this restaurant...they need to clean house and restaff.

I'm here on business for the week and need a receipt for all my meals. When I went through on Monday, they said they couldn't print a receipt. The machine was broken. So I go back Thursday, and still no receipt. They offered to take a picture with my phone, but really, come on Wendy's you are a multi-million corporation, and you can't fix your receipt machine.?!?!

The employee was extremely aggressive & argumentative by yelling at us when asked if we could get our drink corrected and refused until, asked multiple times because "we were in the wrong" the drink was correct. (Considering when she read the order back she said Coke?! I told her at the drive thru no, it is supposed to be Dr.Pepper. When we got to the window and handed me our drink she said here's your Coke. What??!! Again, I stated no, we wanted a Dr.Pepper.) It shouldn't have been such an issue just to fix such a simple mistake. My mom leaned over and said enough already, stop arguing with us, can you just give us another one. She took her headset off, leaned down with such a hostile attitude saying, what did she say!!?? She then went off on my Mom as if she wanted to fight her!! She then intentionally gave us a diet soda! I watched her push the wrong soda button on the fountain machine and then handed it to me smirking. At that point, we had just had enough, this was ridiculous and uncalled for! I asked for her name... and now i know that Tamika needs anger management! She told another employee in front of us, "where is their food, so they can just leave!" After we recieved our food, as I was attempting to say something, she slammed the window while bad mouthing us to another employee.... btw, this was all in front of my daughter!!!!!

My daughter’s favorite location ! Best fresh fries ! If you want fresh food go here ! Two other locations served us fries that were so hard we could not even chew ! Had to throw all the fries away !

This has to be the rudest group of workers. Grow up and stop acting fools. I was cut off 4xs trying to place my order bc they want to joke on the drive thru customers orders (I was inside). It took them 10 mins to take my orders of 3 frostys and 3 fries..unexceptional customer service period.

Took forever to answer the speaker and the I ordered a ten piece spicy nuggets and the aren't spicy, small and just as hard as a rock. You can tell these were just reheated.

This Wendy's either has the worst computer system or the most incompetent management team I've ever seen. Every time I try to eat here it's either "cash only" or the "system is down" and they can't take orders. See several employees just sitting at the counter talking but they can't take orders. You'd think if it was that bad they'd get a working system. I regret making the drive every time.

I generally either order the chicken wrap or biscuits and grave. I like them both and had no issues

Went to the drive thru. The lady on the window was borderline rude. I asked for ketchup, salt,and pepper. Before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me to say "We're out of ketchup." I said are you out of salt and pepper? No reply. She puts a handful of salt and pepper, which looked like it had been dipped in coffee, in my bag. She hands it to me and slams the window shut. NO thank you or anything. You guys should really train your employees better. You just lost a customer. This happened at 753 Park Avenue in Orange Park, FL. at 0820 am

Unable to enjoy my Wendy's. Came into drive thru. Told to come around to second window to place my order. Came to the second window and waited 5 mins for no one to come take my order. Decided a hotdogs from the Gate gas station was better than waiting for service at this location. Will never visit again.

I normally don't have issues at Wendy's but today I waited for 20 mins for the wrong order. Then the doors were locked so I had to go back through the line and I was already running late from the wait. Save yourself the trouble and don't go after 1:00

If I could give no stars I would the employees were very rude took 30 minutes for one meal. The inside from what we could see from the window was nasty. The night staff could have better customer service and play their music lower especially considering it’s supposed to be a family establishment.

I ordered mobile order. Nobody was at drive thru or either speaker. They ignored me parking at drive thru waited for more than 5 min I had to step out of car pounding the drive thru window saw guy washing dishes ignored then I had to go front lobby pound the window saw two ladies laying on booth seat laughing. What’s kind service is that?? No chili, no Frosty no cheese??? Unhappy customers here

A last minute dinner decision on our part before hitting the road for our trip. First thing I noted was that the lady taking our order in drive through seemed annoyed by our order- we had a few special requests, no salt on the fries, and no cheese on one of the burgers. They’re computer malfunctioned and we ended up getting our food for free. My other half’s burger was missing the bacon, mine had cheese when I asked for no cheese, and the fries tasted like they’d been dipped back in the grease. Except for the nuggets, the food was lukewarm. The nuggets themselves were fresh and tasty. I wish the food and service had been better.

Way over priced for what you get. I used to love going to Wendy's but I was shocked tonight when a double combo with a frosty instead of a soda and a small chili was almost $17. Never again.

I got confused about the Sign, The Frosty-ccino isn't frosty but it didn't say ice so I didn't know that it was just the flavor of one. But it's ok they switched it for a Frosty chocolate and didn't seem upset at all. Maybe a tad annoyed though, but they didn't make that obvious so I'm just assuming that it would be frustrating. I felt bad but now I know. Really good too.

Staff was very unprofessional and rude and we waited forever for our food there was only 1 car in front of us and they were served then we waited for another 15 minutes at the window to be served we only had 1 meal on the order

I drive past this Wendy’s multiple times a weekday taking my son to and from school and baseball and about 50% of the time they literally cannot serve food. The list of reasons runs the gamut of the cc reader is down, one time they were just hanging out outside, the system is down, tonight they can only take Uber eats or door dash orders… it’s not an exaggeration that 50% of the time, this Wendy’s location, cannot serve you. Good luck!

I order from the app and pick up at this drive thru all the time. Never have a problem with the timing of orders and pickups, but also never get extra tomato. Can’t complain too much about a $1 mobile order Dave’s Single, still in my top 3 for drive thru burgers.

I was very impressed by my visit here, the service was excellent and the food was good, it also seemed relatively clean inside the store. Definitely a good outing!

Kudos to the Wendy's in Orange Park on Hwy 17. You way out service your sister store on Argyle Forest. You have re-installed my faith in Wendys. I had the Taco Salad which was outstanding and I had a Natural Lemonade whichvwas perfect as well. And the fast and freindly service was right on point but I believe your late night crew has the day crew beat in Customer Service. I was doing a late night Doordash and I received the most amazing Customer Service from this stores night crew. The assistant or shift manager on duty was a real sweetheart. I would give this Wendy's a 5 star but I believe there is always room for improvement somewhere. How about more cheese on those salads??

Granted I arrived just 15 min before closing went to drive thru with no response. Pulled around to leave and seen 3 employees inside standing around. Seen one walk out after I pulled out to the light. I wouldn’t have wrote this review if they would have even responded and lied to tell me the systems were already shut down or ANYTHING at all for that matter. Last time I came I didn’t get my dressing for a $9 salad that I couldn’t eat.. but thanks to the night shift employees at this location for your not so outstanding service 👎🏽

Professional, quick and courteous. Breakfast is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I like their bacon egg and cheese biscuit, better than the leading clowns in the area.

Store was really dirty. None of the tables were wiped they weren't even really busy. People standing around talking and gossiping that work there but not cleaning up anything. I had to go to the bathroom but I was afraid to even go in there. I just waited and went when I went to where I was going. Drink station absolutely a mess. Service was friendly and fairly quick and the food was decent but otherwise don't eat inside.

I wish there was a way to give this location less than 1 star? Go to the one on Argyle Blvd, it’s worthy the drive. Every time I go the the one on Roosevelt They screw everything up. Last night we Went to this location and asked for napkins and ketchup for 2 Dave Single combos so we got 4 ketchup packs and 2 napkins total. Then the Coke my friend got tasted strange and so she decided to try to give him the same soda without tasting or checking if it was out of syrup, since she refused to get it from the other fountain he just got another soda. Things got worse, they gave me Luke warm, mushy, salty, old fries. The Dave’s Single I got was so sloppy and saucy I couldn’t eat it with my hands. I had to stop at Wawa (where I wanted to go instead) to get a fork and knife to eat my burger. I’m not sure why I have ever been to the location again but it’s been many months and I just needed to be reminded why I don’t go there.

10/07/2022 9:20pm The menu board presentation was lackluster as well as customer service. After tax, these fries were about $4. It’s even more pathetic in real life and the jalapeños I added myself because apparently I can’t add them on the fries at Wendy’s. This was my first visit to Wendy’s in well over a year and I won’t be back.

My experience at this location changes everytime. I have had extremely sweet and courteous people, and I have had rude and unprofessional people. I treat myself about once a month on a big juicy fast food burger. What better place than Wendy's to get the BACONATOR.... so that's what I ordered, that and a bacon and chz potato, it cost me $12.89, for one burger and one potato. That would've been ok if it had been what I ordered..Well I got home and opened my food and to my very unpleasant surprise, I received a unappealing chicken sandwich with some kind of orangish goop on it. 🤢🤢 I was very disappointed. I did not want to get dressed and go back out so I dealt with just eating the potato. That was my dinner. Needless to say, don't just check your bag, please open every item to make sure it's right🤷‍♀️

I am not blaming the staff. I am sure they have maybe 2 people working at 10pm, but when going through the drive through, a list of about 5 unavailable items was given, to include the famous Frosty. It is advertised as open till 1am, but only serves things that are easily served and cleaned. Ok, I was on the way home from a Jaguars game and anything would work at this hour. Ordered 2 Jr bacon burgers and a fry. They were so cold, I would have thought they had been made at lunch time. The fries were totally unedible. It will be my last visit to this store.

Literally me and my girl friend just ordered! Thru DoorDash at first it looked good! I opened my sandwich which was the “Spicy Asiago chicken sandwich” literally no lettuce! I didn’t want tomatoes of coarse I put as no tomato so no tomato but the cheese was old looking the chicken was old! My girl friend ordered spicy chicken sandwich there was a long strand of hair!!! In it!!! I worked at the Wendy’s on blanding Blvd in orange park and let me tell you they are better than this one!!!! Tops!! I would recommend the Wendy’s on blanding Blvd in orange park any day than this one!!!! It was disgusting!! It was a disgrace I’ve worked in fast food for 16 years! And never seen this before get it together! People!

Food was not hot nor fresh. The staff was not friendly and the drive through is very slow

Went through drive-thru around 8:15 AM. When we pulled up the manager was in the parking lot visiting with a friend. Placed our order and pulled around and manager still in parking lot socializing. It was at this time that another employee drove up and parked by the manager. When the employee got out, she was already wearing an apron and changed her shoes right there in the parking lot. Very unprofessional on both accounts and unsanitary with the apron.

I’ve never seen a Wendys with so much issues. Every time you go there the computer is down. They don’t tell anyone on the door that they are having issues they just lock up the place. They make a lot of mistakes they’re always understaffed just a mess there.

Completely rude staff and no food orders being taken during operation hours. We arrived at 1228am and they closed at 1am. While they turned us away at the drive through and then hung up on me when I asked what their hours were. When being denied food during operation hours, she wouldn't give me the store ID number, wouldn't take our order in the drive though 30 mins before they closed. I called back after being hung up on multiple times to get store number she finally said she didn't have to give me that information when clearly its available on a receipt and in an address for a business location but I guess they are to arrogant to know that based on how many times I was hung up on and ignored as a customer trying to order food. This place deserves-5 stars as it is the worst Wendy's I have never been to.

Pulled in drive through and placed my order was asked to pull to other side of building sat there over 10 minutes tried to go in but doors locked at 9:00am pulled around to second window no one there pulled back around and a truck pulls in placed order pulled around. once they gave him his order was able to get in and ask about mine, they hadn't even started my order. I asked for and received my money back with offer to still make my order but I declined. I did receive apology.

Garbage. 2 for 2. sit in the drive through without assistance. Don't waste your time on dry chicken if you ever get it. RIP Wendy's.
