Healthy, tasty food and great service!

He delivered the meals on time and I like the meals very much.

I’ll keep this simple: The food is delicious, despite not being covered in gravy, cheese, etc The delivery is consistent and convenient. The customer service is responsive, but that doesn’t matter because I’ve never needed it. I’ve been a customer here for going on 6 months and I’ve never had a single issue. I’m so grateful that a city like Rochester has an amazing service like this. If it fits in your budget and you’re comparing this service to others, choose this one. Simple as that.

First I want to say the customer service is top notch, 10/10. I've gotten responses almost immediately and most recently to an inquiry I didn't even make! My own oversight caused an issue for me, but they reached out to help me out and they didn't have to! This customer was not right, but they resolved the issue. Love love love. There are many different meal services out there nowadays and I appreciate having one I can use locally. I'm not the healthiest of eaters, but I like to make an attempt at making better choices. I like getting to choose the meals I'm interested in, selecting a pick up time that fits my schedule, and try new things. I am such a picky eater that there aren't always enough options for me (emphasis on ME) to justify completing an order, but again, I can skip a week with no problems. It's no different than a specific cookie place that I like with rotating flavors, I don't always find something I want. The other beautiful option is that if there's one or 2 items on the menu for a specific week, I can go to the store to purchase just the item(s) I want. The portions are based on the recommendations, not the over indulgence portions that I'm used to serving myself. One of my biggest obstacles is not wanting to prep a meal and just want something ready to eat resulting in getting fast food. This helps because the food is just as easy to heat up as frozen meals and fresher. Thank you EH.

Although I haven’t had your food yet, it looks amazing, also kudos to your website. It is sooooo super easy to navigate. I still cook, but will recommend you guys to anyone that will listen.

I tried EH years ago and recently started back up. All I can say is WOW! The meals are absolutely delicious, flavorful, reasonably priced and keep me full! Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. Shaina, the owner, provides responsive customer service and is doing wonderful things for our community by providing healthy nutritious meals.

I decided to try this place for the first time after hearing great reviews. However, I was disappointed with the meals; they were bland and lacked flavor. The chicken dishes were especially disappointing, with minimal veggies. I got 7 meals for my first Tuesday pick up,portion size very small, Due to the poor taste, I had to get ride of 3 out of the 7 meals I got. To top it off, I received two identical meals with a 100g difference, I understand with hand made items, hard to control everything but I feel like for those who are counting on the calorie count listed on the label, will not be as accurate as it seems. The meals $11 each after tax, much better off trying to dine in or take out somewhere else. The short pickup hours make it difficult for those with 9-5 jobs, almost forcing the use of their delivery option. When I arrived just before closing time, no one was there, and I couldn't get a refund despite contacting customer service. They claimed I arrived after closing and will not refund since they provided their part of service and I did not pick it up.

Eating Effortlessly Healthy Diabetic Friendly meals definitely helps me control my blood sugar. Meals taste good and are healthy.

My husband and I are loving Effortlessly Healthy for dinner! The food is delicious and it makes weeknight meals easy and healthy. The website is easy to use and meals are delivered if you choose. Highly recommend.

My husband & I used Hello Fresh for about five years. The meals were good & tasty, but we would have occasional issues with delivery or the ingredients themselves. We were also spending at least an hour in the kitchen most evenings despite them saying ready in 30 minutes. Hello Fresh was a good way to help us get more veggies and to branch out to try new foods, but we weren’t all that thrilled with the nutritional value. Many of the options were very high in sodium and carbs. While they grew as a company and weekly choices expanded, those concerns continued to be concerns. We finally started exploring other options and found Effortlessly Healthy about 5 months ago and in our own back yard. We honestly LOVE that we are supporting a small business that employs local residents. The meal options pretty much cover anyone’s dietary needs, plus they are delicious! We have not had a single meal we did not like. We have our favorites, but all have been good. We also love that the nutritional value is actually there - sodium is low, & there’s plenty of great meals even for those who are being calorie conscious. Cooking for just two now that our kids are grown has been challenging and we were experiencing a decent amount of food waste back when we were doing menus and meals on our own. This completely does away with that problem. We have been thoroughly enjoying our weekly meals - we opt for just lunch/dinner selections and manage breakfast in our own - and find it to be reasonably priced considering what you get plus not losing an hour of our evening to prepping & cooking every night. Give Effortlessly Healthy a try and we are sure you will not be disappointed!

I pick up my meals twice a week. I have never been disappointed with the food- it’s always delicious. Portion sizes are usually very generous too. Well worth the $$.

This place puts a lot of meals together for a lot of people. You’d expect the food to be bland and industrial. But no, it’s good! Loved the Greek pasta with chicken.

We saw a commercial for Effortlessly Healthy two weeks after we brought our brand new baby home. Until that point we were simply not eating or living off of packaged food. This was a life saver for us. Everything is easy and delicious. And now a year later, I can share my healthy meals with my one year old. As a full time working mom this still proves to be an amazing service which gives me more time to spend with my little one.

I signed up for the meal service during a stressful time when my mother was in the hospital. I was planning for it to be a short term solution but I so love the meal selection, affordability and convenience I have no plans to stop. They closed the food truck an hour early and when I got there they said they were only doing wraps because they wanted to get out of there. They advertise gluten free yet I couldnt get anything since they were only doing wraps. And the staff was not nice either. Not a good experience and won’t be going back anytime soon. Evelyn’s empanadas is the place to go!!!

Quality has gone way down. The healthy garbage plate was something we used to really enjoy. We have tried a few more times in the past and they weren’t so great. Chalked it up to a bad day for them. We’ll just tried it again off one of there trucks and it’s so gross. $16 dollars got you some very bad tasting and tiny sweet potatoe chunks with little to no sauce on it. Never again. For the money give us something that at least passable for good food.

I signed up for meal service because I had knee surgery and didn’t want to have to cook. It was the best thing to do! The meals are delicious and healthy. Even though I was sitting for 2 months and not active, I did not gain any weight. It’s so convenient that I’m continuing the service even though I’m healed.

With a busy schedule, Effortlessly Healthy meal prep service has been super convenient and has given me a lot of time back in my evenings that I would have otherwise spent cooking dinner every night. There is a nice variety of meals to choose from each week! My only critique is that the meals that feature chicken breast are a bit lacking due to the fact that the chicken is very dry and lacking seasoning. The chicken thigh dishes are much better though!

I’m on a low sodium diet, these meals have help me to stay on target l hope. I’ll know more when I visit the doctor in mid-January.

I submitted the form online for someone to call me, I had a few questions as to how the delivery service works. Who ever it was that called me was extremely RUDE. I couldn't remember my specific questions that I was going to ask, so I asked if she could explain the meal delivery service, how many do I need to order in a week, etc., she said "there is nothing to explain, go to the website, everything you need to know is there." Wow, really, thank you for your kind customer service and help! This kind of attitude will not gain you customers!

EH catered our wedding. We were very happy with the service and food quality and all of our guests were happy! Perfect for if you have guests with dietary restrictions. There really is something for everyone on this truck!

I've been getting Effortlessly Healthy for my parents for about 5 months now. It has been a life saver. The portions are perfect, reasonably priced, and my parents genuinely enjoy them. I am continually impressed by the large variety of meals! We tried another meal service before EH and there was very little variety in the meal options.

I decided to order meals for a few weeks at a time I knew I would be extremely busy for work and it was an excellent experience. It was the perfect supplement to take a bunch of shopping, prepping and cooking off my plate at a time I was bogged down. It also felt good to be eating something healthy rather than turning to takeout.

This is our 2nd week ordering meals to be delivered so far we love it ! The customer service is great they have asked for suggestions as to what their customers would like to see on the menu which I thought was pretty awesome. I have called one time with a question they answered right away and were very polite . The food is fresh , delicious and affordable!

I’m a URMC employee taking advantage of their employee discount program for weekly meal pick up. I have been extremely satisfied with the food options, flavors, and portion sizes. The program makes it easy to stick to my goal of eating healthier in 2022. In the last two weeks I feel better and have more energy too. The pick up times are conscientious and always quick. I’m only mad I didn’t try it sooner!

Love the meals. They are healthy size portions of meat and vegetables I love that they are quick to cook and hardly any clean up and disposal.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the fact that the pick up hours are limited. When delivery is not a viable option, It’s hard for a working person to manage 10-4.

Oh my goodness! Effortlessly Healthy has made life so much easier and the food tastes good! I’m no longer trying to figure what to make for lunch or dinner or how to get the veggies in.
