This place has the best loose leaf tea!! Helpful and friendly staff. And you can get a hot or iced tea to go if any tea in their store!

Walking into the store is magical - the subtle smell of so many teas blending together makes you feel instantly at ease. Bronze cylinders line the walls, filled with every sort of tea you can imagine. I particularly love their Earl Grey Supreme, along with seasonals like Raspberry Burst and Toasted Bourbon Pecan. Staff is helpful and friendly, and if you want to try something out you can order a freshly brewed cup of whatever you're interested in. I would give it six stars if I could!

So many wonderful teas so hard to pick which ones to try first.

I’ve never been much of a tea drinker outside of standard ice cold sweet tea, but a friend of mine made me some Cinnamon Spice and I’ve been hooked! Since then I’ve tried a handful of different Fava Tea teas, and I can’t wait to try more. I appreciate the knowledge of the staff, not only to help me find teas I’ll enjoy (I’m picky), but also answering questions to help me learn how to best brew a cup. Thanks for all the help Appleton!

Now reading some of the reviews AFTER my visit to the store today makes me very disappointed that my experience was less than stellar. I stopped into the Appleton location this afternoon in hopes to find some guidance on the loose tea options. I walked into the store, door bells rang, and did not see store personnel at all. I started to look around and roughly 3 minutes later, a gal walked out of a back room door. Briefly said hello ( in a tone that seemed bothered) and walked right to the registers. I started to head up to ask her a few questions about certain tea suggestions she might have, to my disappointment she did not look up as I was asking my questions. She only looked up from what she was doing to answer “yes, we have stuff like that, right there in the center”, pointing me to the center of the floor. For someone who is very unfamiliar with loose tea, hence all my questions, I was very much taken back. Another indication she did not want to be bothered. And I was the ONLY one in the store! At this point I really just wanted to walk out and take my business elsewhere, but where! This is the only loose tea place that I’ve always been told about. Needless to say, I just picked something from “over there in the center “, paid and left. Such a sad experience when I really wanted to love this place.

What an amazing variety of teas! The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and I love the teaser packages for trying teas. I will be ordering more tea from here in the future.

This is my favorite tea place, it has such a large variety of teas in different flavors. They sell loose tea but will also brew you a cup-- a great way to try out a new tea.

We are new to the area and my wife loves loose leaf tea. She was amazed at the variety and quality. The staff make you feel so welcolmed and help answer any questions. This will be a frequent place to shop !

Cheapest cups ever. For the price I paid I expected the cup to be better quality and not break over the slightest tap against the counter. Won't be buying from there again. Highly disappointed 😞

I came in for the first time today and immediately felt unwelcome and mistreated. I was looking for a new stovetop teapot, and one of the employees assisted me and assured me that the teapot I chose was stovetop safe. Another lady checked me out, and once my purchase was complete, I simply asked if this teapot worked on the stovetop, to which she replied, "no, none of the teapots we sell are for stovetop use." I then told her the other worker told me it was and asked for a refund. She informed me that the only way I could get my money back was with in-store credit. Which makes no sense given that I had been misinformed and clearly had just purchased the teapot!

There are so many flavors. Love the samples they have. Only place I go to get my tea.

No returns, store credit for a non perishable item without a receipt at Christmas? Especially when still selling the item, they are still on the shelf. "We have to make sure it was sold in last 30 days" Customer lost.

I stopped a few days ago and the staff was very helpful, I purchased a Tea Steeper and some blended tea. I love the various blends they have and they let you smell it and also explain the target areas, like detox, sleep aides, energy boost and immunity building. I tried the Sweet Slumber blend before bed and it was delicious, it really helped me sleep. I am doing the detox which tastes great as well. On the way home today I stopped again and picked up another steeper (for home, I left the first one at my cabin) and picked up more tea to try. You can buy it by the oz and they weigh it and package it so you can see how you like it So far every tea blend has been terrific! Try FAVE tea when you can. Remember, if you don't pay attention to your Wellness, you could be forced to deal with an illness!

Today was my first day at Fava Tea Company and I'm sold for life! Customer service from both associates was great! They answered all of my dietary questions and were patient with my indecisiveness. Haha This place has a TON of options so there is no way to leave empty handed. I love that their is a Wellness Collection! They had free samples and a cute area to buy drinks they'll make at. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend.

I've been shopping at Fava Tea for several years now, and they have helped me develop a love for tea. They have several rotating samples available to try each day, which helped me discover which kinds I like best before purchasing. I have found several unique and delicious varieties of tea that have become new favorites. Highly recommend!

We came in to buy a Christmas present. Jasmine was extremely helpful and explained the different teas and offered accessories that will be needed to make tea. She was very kind and patient. Karina who answered the phone ensured me that someone would help me in the store. I was impressed by the variety of teas and the cleanliness of the store, and how helpful the staff was. My experience was wonderful and I will recommend this to others!

Fava tea is one of the best places to get loose tea and the only place I use. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Walking in the door you are hit with the aroma of all of the teas but somehow they blend to the perfect sent. Even going in with our 3 year old the staff greeted us with a smile and even talked to out little one. Any time we stop in we leave with our standards and some new flavors. For a small shop they are well worth the stop and support! I can’t wait to try the one we picked up today!

They have a very large selection of blended and infused teas. It would be nice if they had a selection of imported teas from well known or specific plantations.

Recently decided to jump into the realm of loose leaf tea, and was recommended this place. I was very appreciative of the staff who were very educated on the different types of teas, and provided me with a wonderful first time experience here. The staff made me feel safe with their Covid-19 guidelines. Unfortunately you have some uneducated individuals who came in without masks on, which really just ruin the experience for everyone trying to safely shop. However the staff was terrific, and I will definitely be returning as a regular customer!!!

The absolute best, small, locally owned place to buy ALL the tea. Every single type & flavor. I could spend hours in this store and I've tried over 25 different flavors of teas. They are constantly changing out the seasonal flavors too.

Great customer service. Cinnamon spice and vanilla noir are two great black teas. On their own or combine for a new yummy flavor. So happy crisp apple, green tea is back for the season.

I only went there once but I love it because they have all tea 🍵 and good quality tea. Good customers service. Drinking tea everyday feeling better everyday. Mine tea are almost done so I’m going back to buy more tomorrow. Now that’s my store ❤️❤️

Great tea that lasts a longtime

Being a dedicated coffee lover of many years, I didn't think that I would bother drinking tea very often, but my sister introduced me to Fava Tea and I am now a dedicated shopper. I find the selection amazing and I appreciate all the different teas ready to sample. Most of the choices I make are herbal or decaf teas for the evening, but I have even been known to make a caffeinated tea in the morning on occasion. Thanks for the friendly staff to help me make fun choices.

The staff was very helpful in finding the perfect tea for our bridal shower. Be sure to treat yourself to an immersion filter. It's a very handy way to make a cup for yourself without fiddling around with a tiny tea ball that doesn't let the tea bloom.

I have had only good experiences shopping here. The tea selection is wide and includes creative flavors. My favorite parts are the large variety of samples available, and that you can buy a fresh-brewed cup of any tea in store, which is excellent on very hot or cold days.

The staff at this Fava Tea store has always been helpful. They have a large selection of teas and organize them so that you can search efficiently. I like that they offer a selection from each category of tea steeped for in-store tasting and that you can buy a cup of any other tea if you'd like to try more of it. They also offer monthly deals to those who receive their newsletter and will discount larger volume purchases of tea a bit. If you like tea, the store is well worth visiting.

I love Fava Tea and wish that there was a shop near me now that I’ve moved back to my hometown in New York. Whenever I visit Wisconsin I always stop at Fava in Greenfield where I stock up on my favorite teas. This summer I was there in June and July and bought a pound each of two of my favorites, Earl Grey Cream and French Breakfast! I also bought a few new oolongs and whites. If you like coconut, try the coconut oolong with a bit of sugar and milk. It’s like drinking candy!

I’ve had the experience of receiving Fava tea in my Sips By monthly box, and it’s been one of my favorites. Such great flavor that I ordered more directly from their company. Ordering from Fava tea was easy and pleasant and the tea arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Even came with a nice sample. I would highly recommend Fava!!

It’s always a pleasure to shop at Fava Tea in Appleton. The variety of teas incredible. The quality of the tea is top notch. All of the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. There are lots of samples to try. The atmosphere of the entire store is relaxing & conducive to shopping. And while exceptionally high quality tea is not priced the same as the grocery store it has been my experience that Fava’s prices are somewhat lower than other specialty tea stores. Also the staff is never pushy.Love Fava Tea.
