The window gentleman was fabulous

I don't like fast foods 😕. Never the less, Fazoli's is still my favorite 😋

Been coming to this Fazolis restaurant for like 20 years. Always friendly, always good food.

Staff very virtuous, restaurant clean but a bit dated and food quality good.

Great place to go for some quick Italian food.

Asking a customer to park and wait for their two items, doesn't mean you can forget about them for 20 minutes while you serve everyone else. It's unbelievablely rude. Again, 2 items.

For some reason I always have to pull into a parking spot and wait 10 minutes for food. When NO ONE is ever behind me. It’s every single time I come here. I used to work here years ago and there is absolutely no reason that is happening. The food does NOT take that long to make because it’s all pre-cooked. It’s pure laziness and honestly disappointing.

I have had the best customer service at this location. Yesterday I had two orders to pick up, but only one was already. I showed them my ticket and the employees just got busy, making it. Turns out, I had scheduled it to be done a 1/2 hour later, which would have been a problem, but instead of pointing that out to me. They just got it ready, and got me out the door.

This wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't bad. We went as a family on Valentine's Day evening. They seemed to be short staffed, maybe only 3 people working, but they weren't busy in the dining room (dining in.) Everything just seemed slower than it usually is, and a little out of order. We didn't get bread until after our dinner arrived. We'll be back and see if maybe it was just an off night.

We almost always only get take out from here as the dining room never looks very clean. This fast-food style Italian restaurant is ok when you want something other than burgers, chicken, or tacos and don't have a lot of time. The portions or good sized and the food tastes good. I recommend the lasagna. The breadsticks are great when they're fresh.

I visited this location for the 1st time, and I am very impressed. The food was amazing would definitely recommend the spaghetti with meatballs. Jeremiah provided exquisite customer service, very professional. Will be returning soon.

I was in getting some ravioli with meat sauce Jeremiah was there to take my order and brought me my food and it was fast and efficient and I loved his attitude he looked as if he enjoyed his job thank you to Jeremiah again and the staff for cooking my food I really enjoyed it thank you all so much

If the Alfredo had no flavor it would have tasted better. The bread sticks used to be the best but they were soaked in so much butter? that they were soggy and gross.

Always know what to expect. Consistent. Filling. Good stuff.

Always good. Great spaghetti with meat sauce, baked chicken Parm, best bread sticks period. The pizza is simple but incredible.

Drive Thru staff is always amazing... Very much so on a snowy gross day out.

I’ve been wanting to try Fazoli’s for sometime now and finally tried it and was so disappointed. I really wanted to like it and love the idea of an Italian food drive thru. Obviously it’s not going to be homemade sauce so I knew to not have high hopes but I really just couldn’t find it in me to like the sauce. I don’t even like Ragu but Ragu tastes better than the sauce they use here. Everyone has their own preference of what they like but as someone who actually is Italian I could have saved the $10 and made a better tasting spaghetti and meatballs. The breadsticks were good though!

Tierra at restaurant 5935, was an amazing server. She seemed to care very deeply for her job and was very caring. I’m really glad we stopped by tonight, the food was amazing and Tierra did an amazing job.

This place has really gone down hill. Like, stay away. The food is trash and service is even worse.

Good food with a decent variety. Just about everything on the menu is high in salt. The service was faster than expected. The server was polite. The tables were not fully cleaned.

Went through drive through. Waited 5 min before someone took my order. Went to the window and waited another 5 min and no came to the window. Could hear two guys swearing up a storm and complaining. I left! Drove to KFC up the street ordered and got my food.....all in 5 minutes. Hope you guys get better

Horrible experience here. They made us wait for our food I legit am not kidding 39 minutes. We dinned in and kept asking them when it would be ready and they said the black guy in the kitchen kept dropping food on the floor accidentally so they had to remake the food. Like wth? Also they have little high schoolers working there and this black girl asked me for a tip. And I’m like “you’re not suppose to be asking for tips?” Super weird… never going back

(From a few months ago) Ashley's service was very good and I always enjoy Fazoli's food. The only drawback was meal prices have gotten more expensive here over time.

Shout out to Ashley! They all do great work. I’ll have to start asking for a little extra sauce for now on. Barely enough once I mix it in evenly. Music is always loud, other than that it’s good . Wish they brought back whole grain noodles.
