Have stayed at this location several times over the past few years, and never had any issues. Just stayed this month (August 2024) and was very disappointed. The room had been updated in furnishings but cleanliness was very lacking. The bathroom had hair and nail clippings all over, and several mold spots on the ceiling above the shower. The recycle bin had not been emptied when we checked in. The very disappointing part is that there were some kind of bugs - maybe bed bugs, as the next morning I had many bug bites. When we checked out, the front desk just happened to ask about the cleanliness of the room. We did let them know of some of the issues and we're told that just recently the entire cleaning staff had been let go. At this point, I don't know if I would stay there again.

Don’t stay here. If you read the negative reviews they always say, “we take your feedback seriously”, but they don’t. I experienced many of the same issues. I even tried to give feedback to their manager and was ignored. This hotel has awful customer service. We were shorted towels in our room and had to share. We asked 3 times over 2 days for more towels and they said they didn’t have any. How? Same story with coffee. No coffee, no juice, hardly any food at breakfast. I could go on, but will just state that I will never stay here again.

We’ve been here a few times in the last couple months traveling with our daughter’s team. The manager at night has been absolutely wonderful to us. I don’t think she was there for our first couple stays but she remembered us from 2 weeks ago when we checked in tonight and was fabulous at handling a never ending line of people for several hours. It’s been so long since we’ve received the special attention and care she’s given everyone on our team and we all wish every game we travel for could be in Omaha at your hotel. The rest of the staff is great as well, but the manager has been especially good to our team.

This place is sketchy and unprofessional to say the least. Didn’t even end up staying there and had a debacle trying to get a refund. We cancelled within the window of being able to receive one. It took many phone calls to even begin getting the issue resolved. After being charged for the room twice, finally received the refund. Weeks later I was somehow charged a random amount from the hotel again. Don’t trust this place with your card information.

I really wanted to give the poor front desk clerk the benefit of a doubt. However, on the night of my check-in on 3/29, his alleged confusion about “difficulties” with locating my reservation when I had reserved directly through the Hampton Inn website, seemed rather suspicious. He smirked and leaned a bit closer, “Did you book through a third party?” I didn’t have to but I showed the bank transaction of the hotel charge without including sensitive data. Then he said, “You have a balance of a dollar.”, and that was odd. He proceeded to waste my time and told me that he would check something and to look at the card terminal LCD to see if it displayed a balance. It did not, because…you’ve guessed it, I paid in advance with a no refund or cancellation disclaimer!! All of these unnecessary shenanigans while the nice couple behind me waited to be helped. He pretended that he solved whatever phantom problem he had fabricated and was able to check me in without further issue. Now, I said I wanted to give the poor lad the benefit of a doubt, but then there was further confirmation that he either had subpar customer service skills or was simply, mischievous. This morning, I thought that I was checking out with him at 7am and gave him my room cards. He clearly stated that I would not get a printed receipt and that I would receive it via email. So, my husband and I hit the road, heading back to Houston, and I decided to call after 11am since I had still not received my receipt! This time I was graced to speak with a much nicer hotel clerk who informed me that I had not been checked out!!! I was baffled, but she immediately helped me and shortly after I called, I confirmed that I was emailed my receipt. The whole ordeal was perplexing…but all I can do now is inform those who need to be informed and pray for the guy, because it seems like he’s in dire need of it.

Very nice Hampton Inn. Great service, amenities and plenty of space to exercise my dog around the property. Only negative was that my room was located on the end of the hotel near a road that led to several fast food places and the retail stores. Made for a lot of loud road noise. Otherwise, well worth staying there!

The room was beautiful and spotless, unfortunately our stay was not so Beautiful. Upon our check in I asked if it was possible to look up my rewards number as we Had tried and failed. The front desk attendant was very short and rude with her answers and did not wait to hear my answers before moving ahead and booking us a more expensive room than what was online. I was not given any info on prices, accommodations or even a receipt from her. Only knew the price from looking at our card statement. We cancelled the room and wanted to book online( approx 65$ less than her price). She had issues getting the cancellation done took over 30 mins and during that time we had to stay right there. It was getting late and we were hungry, and tired. It was a holiday weekend and this was spoiling our getaway. The card was charged 2X and no word from her how or if it would be refunded. She continues to be snippy and very rude. Breakfast was good .

Convenient location, warm pool, good breakfast, quiet room. The woman at the front desk when we came in for a room later at night was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in getting us a nice room for our family, including my young daughter's desire to be on an upper floor. The woman at the front desk the next morning was also friendly and helpful in checking for a forgotten item for us and personally ran up to our room to look. Our family of four was all very pleased with our comfortable, convenient stay.

Overall good. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast was typical fare and prepared all right. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only glitches were minor: - the mobile key doesn't work and Hampton doesn't put this on the site to let people know it won't - app just scrolls "key on its way," but it's not. - connecting to internet took a couple of tries and I needed instructions from the front desk to forget the the network and then log in again (this worked after also rebooting my computer). Not a big deal, but this also is info that could be posted. It was clear I wasn't the first person who had this problem. - minor annoyance that you have to book a suite in order to have a microwave. Many less well appointed motels have microwaves in standard room; not having it felt like Hampton nickel and diming its customers. - super noisy trash truck at 6 a.m. on a Saturday.

The room was in good shape and clean, breakfast was good and the did great keeping serving line stocked even when they got slammed. Didnt try the pool but the families there for a soccer tournament seemed to enjoy it very much. Front desk staff was very personable but didn't get my wifes card back to her upon check-in. We noticed it missing later at a store, mentioned it at front desk when we returned to hotel, they didn't know where it was. Figured we set it down in the room, a couple minutes later person from front desk returned it stating it had fallen behind computer. My wife checket card transactions when we got home and found $51 bogus charge to McDonalds and $19.99 to UPS. Talked to a manager at hotel and waiting to see if bogus charges get reimbursed. He said he shared situation with GM but haven't heard directly from her. E mailed property owners last night and have not received an e mail from them as of 3:00 mountain time today. Still have not heard back from general manager of the property or her boss at management conpany, No record of hilton Honors points being restored to my account or unauthorized charges being reversed back to my wifes card. Since this is not getting taken care of the easy way I will now file a police report and look at legal action. It is now 12:36 PM mountain time on 10/13/ 23. The hotel was first notified Monday 10/9/23 of unauthorized charges. Filed a police report and officer we spoke to had a pretty good idea who did it since he had arrested an employee of the hotel for the SAME THING six weeks ago. He could not give me the name but confirmed the type of vehicle the person he arrested was driving was the same make model and color as the vehicle the person who handled our card drives. That person also told me over the phone that his GM called the McDonalds where fraudulent transaction was made inquiring about video footage at the location. After I finally reached her with my government issued phone that does not identify on caller ID, she denied calling McDonalds. On that call I informed her that an employee of hers was arrested six weeks ago for the same thing that happened to me. So the GM's response of never having this kind of problem before is a lie. I also made a police report With OPD since the bogus charges were made in their juridiction so that they can obtain video from McDonalds to forward to LaVista police for their case. We will for the record be driving back to Omaha to testify in the case. The Officer that made the previou arrest will be making the second arrest, possibly at the initial court date for the first case. That's where things stand as of 10/15 2023.

We stay at this Hampton Inn often as we travel to this area frequently. Historically we have had good luck with our stays with only minor hiccups. However, our most recent stay the cleanliness of our room was very poor. We checked in later in the evening and knew that there were limited rooms available. Our bathroom had hair all over the sink, shower, floor and in the folded bath towels. Additionally, there was sticky residue on the bathroom floor indicating it had not been cleaned. We left and got cleaning supplies and returned to clean up our bathroom on our own.

I found this hotel base on it’s high rating. I was very disappointed from my own experience. They gave us a room that the door doesn’t lock. There was no hand soap. We called front desk and even came to the front desk counter to ask for it, they said will bring to the room but it never happened. Then the floor in room above our room made squeaky noise and when someone walking. I don’t know why they have gotten the high rating. I am certain that i will never stay in another Hampton Hilton hotel again if i have other choices.
