Great little place. Pupusas are authentic and tasty. The price is a little high for the pupusas and they don't give you much curtido with the pupusas but they tasted good and you could tell they were made fresh.

This place is fantastic! I had no idea it existed near Summit Credit Union practically at the BP on Rimrock Rd, just past the Alliant Energy Center, until I started working at that venue full time. They have El Salvadoran quesadillas (which are absolutely nothing like Mexican quesadillas). They're perfect for dunking in their coffee that is as good or better than you'll get anywhere. I had their 10" burrito with pork today for lunch. Last time I did the full 12" steak. Both were fantastic, and shaped like burritos not like softballs... They always provide salsa, a verde sauce and some house made (I think) tortillas. Very fair price. I sound like some paid reviewer or an owner or something I know, but, I just really hope they do well as it's a GREAT option in an area that has few. I can make it there in my half hour lunch break and get back with time to eat, which speaks to their speed. I go in an obvious uniform so I think they pick up that I'm on my lunch break and they actually seem to rush for me. They make me feel very welcome and appreciated. It's really a unique place and absolutely delicious. I absolutely recommend it.

I wanted to love this place but we waited for a long time for our coffee. My husband went up and asked, and they said we needed to wait. After 15 minutes, I went back again, and they were totally confused. Turns out they thought we ordered food, which we hadn't. After a half hour wait for 2 coffees, they took 5 minutes to make. The coffee was good but not that good.

We just moved to Wisconsin 3 weeks ago. My husband is Salvadorian, so I have an unfair advantage. Back home, his mom made pupusas almost every other weekend for me, and I love them. And we traveled to El Salvador last year, so I may be comparing unfairly. This place is good. We got 4 pupusas; 2 beans and cheese, 2 pork and cheese. 30 dollars. It seemed high to us. We found it odd that they did not have lorocco. But when asked, the gentleman cooking said we can't get it fresh enough here so we don't use it. Those were his favorites, too. That's fair. The curtido, which is a pickled slaw, had too much onion for my liking. Also, they only gave 1 little container of the salsa roja for 2 pupusas. You need at least 3 containers for 1 😆 I got a cafe latte added sugar, and I enjoyed it. It's not typical of me to get coffee out, so I don't know if $4.50 is a fair price or not. A regular black coffee was also $4.50. That seemed high to me, too. Inside, which I did not get photos of was a cute, small, trendy place. It's located on the bottom floor of an apartment complex, I believe, with a few other places also on the bottom floor. Not much seating inside, which was OK. They had 3 tables outside. We sat outside. It was a beautiful day. Overall. I'd eat here again. My husband agrees. Not like home. But close enough for Wisconsin. There was other stuff on the menu, tacos, burritos, Salvadorian pastries, we didn't try that stuff, but nice to know they have them.

Hidden GEM! Such a nice experience. Love this shop and they serve your coffee in mugs if you are staying! Love the atmosphere, seating and the service was wonderful. And the special cake quesadillas were amazing!!! Coffee was sooo good. Much better than sitting in the Starbucks line.

Finca Cafe consistently fails to impress me every time I visit. The long wait times for both a table and food are incredibly frustrating, and the rude customer service only adds to the negative experience. It seems like no matter when I come, I am left waiting far longer than necessary for my meal. The lack of efficiency in the kitchen is evident, and it's disappointing to see such a lack of organization in a restaurant. Overall, I have been consistently let down by Finca Cafe and would not recommend it to others looking for a pleasant dining experience. Also pupusas for 4$ each is CRAZY go to an authentic Salvadoran restraunt and you’ll be 6$ for a plate of 4-6 pupusas !

We mainly came to Finca for their coffee and Pupusas. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, which did not disappoint. I did notice the food took a bit to come out. So keep that in mind, if you’re in a pinch for time. I ordered a Pork and Cheese Pupusa and it was so good! I would say, it would be nice if they gave out reusable silverware. Trying to cut the pupusas with plastic utensils was pretty difficult. I ended up just grabbing it with my hands and eating it. But it was very good! The breakfast burrito was also good! There was a lot going on in it. Sausage, bacon, egg, bell peppers? It was delicious! Not sure what was all in it, it didn’t state in the menu. But it was pretty good! I also tried the Salvadorian quesadilla and that was so sweet and delicious! Would pair perfectly with a cup of coffee!

Came into the cafe about 8AM. It's just me and one other customer. I order an iced latte with carmel and whip cream on top and a steak breakfest burrito. The other customer gets her stuff right away. 10 minutes pass, and I'm still waiting for my coffee. 3 separate customers walk in, order, and 2 receive their orders. 10 more minutes pass, and I'm starting to get upset. I wait 2 more minutes, then I finally go up and ask for my order, and she is just now starting on my iced latte. It took her 2 minutes to make my iced latte after I asked for my order. Total wait time: 24 minutes Carmel Iced latte reveiw: 4/10 Espresso tastes good, but the latte is too sweet. Got no whipped cream on my latte, could not taste carmel flavor. Steak Breakfest Burrito reveiw: 3/10 Good flavor but very salty to a point where I could not finish the rest of the 2/3.

The best pupusas in town and Salvadoran quesadillas which are a sweet baked item made from corn. The coffee is also top notch! The only thing I would improve would be provide real forks and knives with the pupusas. It can be challenging to cut them using plastic cutlery.

The food was delicious, but they messed up every single drink that we ordered (4 of them) and it was very chaotic/disorganized inside the cafe. The coffee drink I got (ordered half sweet) was insanely sweet and I’m not sure it had espresso in it. Wrong sizes as well and tried to give wrong food. Would get food, but not coffee again.

Very loud, even when only a few people are present, the music was cranked and it was hard to hold a friendly or private discussion. The latte was ok, nothing special. Cost was Starbucks+ and service was odd... They were spraying some sort of cleaner around the floor edges and over drinks... didn't order anything after I saw that. 🙃

Every time I go I always get the steamer because it's the only thing I like there, their food is sloppy and the coffee is cheap tasteless. I only go to work on my homework bc the environment is clean and has lots of windows which I like. Well today I went to get a steamer and the white guy that always works the register was tripping HARD on some kind of narcotics or something. He was fading in and out like a damn dope head. I looked at him funny so he could get the hint that something was wrong but he was oblivious. Apparently he is the co-founder, BE AWARE

Overall, the Salvadoran quesadillas were burnt in the display window so I didn't purchase (these are totally different than the mexican quesdailla but are good). The Papusas I recommend if getting something savory here and their drinks are great. I don't recommend the Mexican quesadilla though as too overstuffed and falling apart (I didn't even include the guacamole or our cream inside the quesadilla and felt like mush falling all over the place). The rest of their menu outside the Mexican quesadilla is good though. The food does take a while to make so be patient. Staff is courteous.
