I don't like the fact the workers can wear they hair down and it's blowing all over the place, its hair in the food we eat.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars.Big Mike and his crew give the best customer service experience possible! I order online weekly and have never once had an order wrong, they encourage the rewards system more than any other location I’ve ever visited, and are just so refreshingly nice to see on my lunch break, and they are always happy to see me 🙂 I refuse to visit any other locations in this town, Lynn Haven is the BEST!

The best firehouse I've been to in a long time. The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. The food was great & presentable (not sloppy). The man running the register was up helping customers when nobody was in line.

First time in this firehouse and its amazing, the friendliest staff I have encountered in any restaurant in the last couple of years. The 3 guys working there make it great. I will be back.

Got the spicy meatball sub with bacon on it and I can tell you that's been the best firehouse sub I've ever had. It was interesting also that the bacon was not either over or undercooked of course no excuse with all this current technology we have but it's nice to see it's done correctly. Gladly do business with them again Cheers all

These guys who work there are always top notch, giving super great customer service and smiling and asking about your life and they know every one of their regular customers well. Great work guys and great food too!

Hands down the coolest crew of guys ever put together in a Firehouse. Their service was above and beyond and the food was delicious.

I stopped coming here for about a year due to poor quality of food and customer service, now I have returned to find a great crew making sandwiches the way I believe the founders intended them to be. Excellent food and service.

Mr. Big Mike and his crew are the best! They are friendly and always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. They always remember that I like my sandwich double toasted. This is a great place to stop and have some lunch.

I eat alot of firehouse. This is the best one in the panhandle hands down. Bald black guy running lunch today is a total badass at what he does! Reminded me of the old days when people cared about what they did. Keep on doing exactly what yall are doing im literally blown away by the service I received.

I've eaten before and the food wasn't great for the price. But as of the day posting, the management is terrible. Walked by the store with the manager yelling at an obvious new employee, absolutely berating him in public on a busy walk street. Absolutely childish school like behavior for a grown older adult.

Very tasty. They mostly do subs. They all taste good, so you don't have to know any ordering tips to have a good experience.

I had the best customer service experience EVER!! I didn't catch the guys name (he had a goatee) but his personality just lit up the room and it made for a more pleasurable experience!!

This location has excellent customer service. I see the same employees most every time I visit this location. They always greet you with a smile and pleasant words. The young man in this photo has made my sub many times and they always taste great. Give this place a try and you won’t be sorry.

Delicious Subs, but the price! (because of the economy) Pepper the super dog approves of the bacon strips in my Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub.

Absolutely the worse Firehouse EVER.!! Barely any meat at all, not a friendly staff. I never go back there.

Ordered meatball sub was very bread tastes way better than subway...store was clean and employees were friendly.

It seems there are new employees every time we visit the Lynn Haven location, but the staff is well trained and the food is always great. We'd love the captain's sauce. Be sure you round up to support their charity.

Yall better bring a lot of cash, especially if you have a big family. $51.00 for the sub meal deal, that for two sub meals and few brownies. Maybe I'm just too cheap But ever since this new president everything is gone up ,way up.

The store closes at 9 and I went in about 8:40 to get a sandwich. They had time to make my sandwich and I was home at 9 PM. The workers were clearly not happy that I came in to get a sandwich when they obviously wanted to go home. They had already put the meatball sub ingredients away so I had to order a steak and cheese. They locked the door 8:45 PM and let me out when I was ready to go at 8:50 PM. They were rude. I absolutely cannot stand it when a store says it's open certain hours and they close before then! If you want to close at 8:30 PM then say so and post that as your hours. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I realize businesses are having a hard time getting decent employees but I'm not going back to a store with obnoxious people.

Went there today at 10:30 for lunch. Me and several other customers waiting to get in, it is 10:37 the sign says you open at 10:30. staff inside could see us waiting to get in. An employee walks up from the parking lot and says we don't open until 11. I said your sign says 10:30. His exact words to me are I don't care what the sign says we open at 11. I will not go back, very rude staff.

If I could give negative stars I would . Four younger long haired men working well kinda when they wasn't playing with the food. The guy taking order was more worried about getting bad on phone which caused the order to be wrong twice. The food was okay flavor wise but we cut our dinner short when both pulled long jet black hair out of our subs baked into the cheese in which no one making food was wearing hair nets

$2.50 upcharge for a gluten free roll.

Love the Italian sub. Just a couple of small changes and it is my personal sub. Service is quick and staff is friendly.

The employees were wearing masks, but 2 had very long bushy hair (I looked for hair as I ate) And one kept sneezing with his mask pulled down...yipes. Store is a little messy with stacks of cardboard boxes...

Just opened my large Hook and Ladder that I ordered by phone. The bread is not the normal fresh bread I'm used to at Firehouse. It's hard and tough. This is my first bad experience.

Just got back in town and did not realize the clock on my phone was an hour off. The ladies that were there took the time to make my sandwiches instead of making me wait an hour. They were delicious as usual!

Always love going in here. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. The food as always is amazing too couldn't have asked for a better place to grab a quick bite to eat.

I love the General Engineer Sub, hate their pickles. I love dill pickles, but the skin on theirs is too tough. Really need a better brand of dill pickles.

Went in for a late lunch last Saturday and definitely will visit again. Service was excellent and the food was great. Restaurant was clean & wasn't crowded at all. Highly recommend!!

Mike, the manager, was at the register taking orders. He was very polite, professional, and service-oriented. The facility was clean, the staff were smiling and interacting with the customers, and I didnt have to wait long for my order. The sandwich was hot and delicious.

Had a sandwich from there today, very good. use to go to subway, but the last few times they sucked, that was over a year ago, I tried firehouse and never went back to subway again. Love firehouse subs.

A great place to get a quality sub

Simple fireman decore food is better than subway as is the service. And their soda machine is to die for. They have the kind with all the bells and whistles and flavorings, I think it was over 100 different flavors
