Ordered a pizza and drink. Didn't get the drink. Called the store... was given another number to call. Called them and was given 15% back which is roughly $2.7 which doesn't cover the almost $4 I paid for the drink.

Food was ready quickly and getting it only took as long as paying. I had no trouble placing my order over the phone, and the food was hot and ready when I got there. Delicious cheese bread

How is your slogan "hot and ready" but theres never any pizza ready. 😒😒

Random walk in after leaving the beach. Got a hot n ready pepperoni and bread sticks. Was absolutely PERFECT! Pizza and bread sticks were like they were JUST pulled out the oven. The girl working welcomed us upon entering with cheerful greeting and smile. Wonderful location.

We haven't had Little Caesars in quite some time. We ordered a veggie pizza and it had more veggies than most other competitors and tasted better!

I've always seen the commercials, that you have hot fresh pizzas ready. I stopped by and the selection was very limited...3 pizzas.... I took them.... ate a piece on my drive.... it seemed like it had been done....and I'm the heater for a long time.... we ended up throwing out almost half of it.... very disappointed

It is quick, cheap and easy. When you are pressed for time and need to feed your family, it is a life saver. If you are looking for gourmet or award winning-well, it's not that kind of place. They have gotten me out of a pinch more than once so they get my vote for that!

This is probably the best Lil' Ceaser's in Bay County. Service is always quick. Food is done well. The owner is awesome and meticulous about store upkeep and quality control.

Great pizza just took a while to get it

The crust and the sauce just don't like what they used to be I have to admit. The sauce is a little spicier than it used to be, and gives me heartburn immediately! Crust just isn't the same anymore either. And to top it off they keep raising their prices. Little Caesars used to be the place to go to to get a quick pizza, at a great price. Even side items are expensive and they don't give you free marinara anymore. I would choose Papa John's, over Little Caesars now. I'm paying just about as much for it might as well get one I like.

Convenient. The pizza quality inn taste is actually improved over the years. The only change I would make is if they brought back the regular cheese sauce for the crazy bread. Which they have they use it to sauce their Pizza that has cheese sauce on it, but won't sell you a side of the cheese sauce,!!!

Do not order online after dark from them. Their app tells you the food is on the way. It doesn’t show because they’re closed. (On a Saturday between 9-10pm) They’ll take your $ and the 800 national number blames you for ordering too late. Horrible experience!!!!!!

I bought three pizzas 🍕 the ones the guy gave me were thin crusted so I asked him why he gave me thin crust and he said they were normal. Sad I drove 45 miles from Florida to this LC because it is the closet to our house. I am going to have to rethink coming back now. Too much money to get less than I paid for.

I didn't receive all my order I paid for and they blamed it on the driver and my whole order was cold pizza,wings, cheese bread and sticks and they were very rude when I called them to tell them this so I will never eat here again

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks online. I ordered double sauce on my pizza. Instead I got barely any sauce. I ordered 2 sauces with my bread sticks. Only one was completely full, the other barely had any in it. I mean, I know times are tough y'all but get with the program.

Best pizza no dough. Price and quality beat any other pizza around here. Very delicious and fresh.

What can I say, it's little Cesar's.

They have something aginst people with disabilities, who are slower. They hire you on and had u work 10 hour shift for to days and then at the end of the shift fired because of being a slow learner and being bit slow. they expect you to learn everything in the store with only one day. I don't recommend them to anyone to work there. They have poor training people.

Went here on a Friday night, without pre-ordering, big mistake, place was packed and busy. Order on the app to make the process fast and easy, pre-pay to pickup from their Pizza Portals. The pizza quality hasn't changed much over the past few years, but the Pretzel Pizza is genius and pretty much the only reason we will buy pizza there anymore and occasionally wings. So if hot and cheap is your goal then Little Caesars pizza is for you.

The thin crust was very crunchy and crispy, just the way I like. Good flavor pepperoni. Right amount of sauce and cheese.

Very small waiting area, but the service is very good. My favorite is the pretzel pizza.

Price increase may make me think of ordering elsewhere. The pizza isn’t that good to spend too much money on it.

This is a standard pizza place designed for carry out. I like that you can order online and they will place your order in a warmer and you access it by walking in and removing it utilizing a code given to you on the app.

Ordered from Little Caesars website for delivery. Paid $50 total with $20 of the total in delivery fees, surcharges, and tip. Unfortunately, they use Doordash for delivery, and they did not deliver our entire order. Therefore, part of it was missing, and they were not willing to redeliver. Absolutely unacceptable! Possibly LC didn't send the food, but definitely Doordash didn't verify the order. LC wanted only to refund the portion of the order that was not delivered. What about the person not eating? What about the % of the delivery fee, the % of the surcharges, and the % of the tip we paid for but did not receive credit. Little Caesars nor the company they use for delivery (Doordash) made any effort to resolve our problem. Doordash refused to send the driver, Mario back to redeliver and correct his error. Neither company ever offered an apology nor cared at all. Called the local LC location, where the order was prepared, directly as a last ditch effort, and the employee was very nice. He was very kind and apologized but unfortunately, couldn't do anything to help our situation. He just offered to put our name in a book for some free breadsticks next time we come in. Well, we didn't come into his location this time and definitely won't visit them in the future. Avoid both companies at all cost!

My husband and I stopped by on the way home. The restaurant was extremely busy and had actually sold out of their "hot and ready" pizzas but we only had to wait about 5 minutes. We got our pizza and it was delicious which made the time we waited well worth it. I highly recommend Little Caesars pizza to anyone.

Great food for the ppv fight. Quick fast and easy with the portal. Atmosphere is great it just gets crowded in there when they are busy. Lobby area is a little small but it didn't hinder the greatness of the food.

Always adorable and usually can get in and out fairly well. I think the longest I had to wait was like 5 to 7 minutes

This is my Go to quick and easy pizza. Consistent ingredients, temperature and service. They also have the warming ovens for contactless but I forget to use that and just opt to wait 5-10 minutes. Extra Jalapeno cheese sauce with the cheesy bread is a must!

Very trashy service and a liar manager. They gave me wrong order. And i called the manager after i got home . He advice me to come back and he will refund and give us a coupon or something for the hassle . After i went to the store he hide in the back and told the girl in the front to tell me he is busy and don’t have time to talk to me !!! We didn’t get refund or anything even though i brought back the wrong order!

Pizza is always hot with just the right amount of sauce, gooey cheese, and crispy pepperoni.

Wish there was a little more cheese on the pepperoni pizzas, but hey.. in a bad economy atleast their pizza hasn't went over 5.99! Can't beat the price. Seriously though, so far though been good on service. These people work hard and do a pretty good job! Thank You from one of PC life long👍

Ordered a pizza for delivery to my work because I didn’t have time to go get anything myself, I called about the one piece of hair in my crust and they didn’t offer anything to help. Flip over the next slice and there’s even more hair , baked into the crust wouldn’t even come out when pulled on. This is disgusting. I should be receiving a new pizza, with no delivery charge, I considering it work not even a mile down the road. Last time giving this place my business, guess I won’t be eating today.

I haven't had Little Ceasars in about six years. I was craving the crazy bread sticks so I dropped in. The bread sticks are HALF THE SIZE that they used to be while the price is several dollars more. Do they not realize that it's super noticeable? Raising the prices is understandable based on inflation, however, cutting product AND raising prices = RIP OFF.

Okay that Batman pizza is pretty good. The delivery estimate was messed up and said it would take 2 hours but it arrived on time.

We called in an order on Thursday night at 8 pm the girl who answered the phone for one talked so fast when she first answered that i couldn't understand a word she had said and apparently the happy cheerful was fake bc as soon as the speech was done she was extremely rude and hateful if she hates her job that much she needs to find a job she likes. The pizza was really good it makes me not want to go to that little caesars again if it happens again then I will never be back to that location again

Extra most pepperoni stuffed crust is amazing

So this is my go to when I just want pizza fast and easy. I really do enjoy the deep dish stuffed crust. Shemmille, the lady at the register is always very nice and helpful.

The staff were all very attentive, helpful, and friendly even with the crazy rush of customers in that last half hour before they close. They provided fast, efficient service with genuine smiles. The pizzas and crazy bread were hot, fresh, and so good. The cookie dough brownies sprinkled with M&Ms was delicious and the perfect ending to a last minute dinner for my family. It was definitely worth the drive from the Tyndall bridge to Lynn Haven. 😊

I am on Keto so I don’t want pizza as often as I want. BUT when I do, I want Little Caesar’s!! IMO, they’re the best 😋

Went for a cheesebread, and ordered ahead, unfortunately it wasn't in the pick up machine so I had to go to the counter and wait for someone to acknowledge me to pick it up. Overall their pizzas and cheesebread are great, and this was not the norm for how it usually goes for pickups, still a good place to get pizza at a reasonable price.

We always love the staff they're always nice. But this time that we ate here the sauce had more pepper than normal it was so much hotter than normal

Not my first choice for pizza, but I will grab a pizza and crazy bread every now and again. I have never had a problem with Lil Caesars pizza, never upset my stomach. I grabbed some pizza thursday & for two days now I have not been able to stray too far from a restroom. Idk if it’s this location or what, but I will never be able to eat Lil Caesars again 😔
