I love this place we are always greeted with a friendly welcome to Firehouse when we enter the door and food is always fresh and delicious, service always fast friendly and professional

Ruined my familys dinner tonight. All of our sandwicges had ham on them. The ham was tough, dry, and taked like it had been candied. What happened? We loved Firehouse. I saw the bogo on Uber Eats and thought it was a good deal until none of the food was edible... Sad guys.

The sandwiches were very good. I thought pretty pricey though for the sizes of the sandwiches. Oliver, the staff who helped me was very rude, unprofessional. He don't seems to want to be there in his behavior. Courtesy, and respect is needed to deal with the public.

This location does not care about customer service. After many calls to complain about my food being bagged so the salad spills all over the sandwich below it. No one will do anything to fix this problem. You call to complain and they answer with a "yeah". I had to ask if I called Firehouse. Do not order food from this location.

Do not recommend. Our sandwich was horrible, overpriced, and the lady that "helped" us doesn't seem to like working there

I want to recognize an employee that stood out went above and beyond her name is Karen I believe she's a shift leader manager today was your BOGO Hook and Ladder day today in the app it would not allow me to take off mayonnaise and mustard for my second sub, and then my first sub I needed gluten-free bread and it would not give me the option so I called the manager and she said just place the order I wrote it down and she made my sandwich the way that I asked her to the way that I tried to add it in the app but the app failed me I'm very upset with this app it used to work in the beginning of this year just fine and there's some upgrades and now it doesn't work very well at all I'm hoping that Firehouse it can work on this app a little bit better to make it more user-friendly specially for these promo days. So the employee Karen did an outstanding job went above and beyond and she did not have to I need her to be recognized because she is awesome. And thank you so kindly miss Karen I sure do appreciate you.

I have never purchased anything from a firehouse sub place before!! I actually thought they were pricy, until I took one bite out of their meatball sub. Toasted with cheese, and the sauce was truly amazing!!! I ate only half because it was so filling and meaty! My husband came home from work and devoured the other half! We will be returning there for another!!!! I'm telling you if you haven't been to this place. Now is the time to go!!

They are very friendly and the sandwiches are very delicious.

Their subs are always really good. They have lots of different subs to choose from. The bread is soft, an you can put whatever toppings you want on it. They have quite a list of toppings. I usually get their subs for lunch. Everyone should try them.

Staff is always welcoming. The food here is amazing. The site is always clean and stay ready to help you. I love the hook and ladder, and my husband loves their brisket. The food is always made fresh and tastes great to.

Check out lady was rude she seemed aggravated by my kids. The next people in line had a little boy as well and she offered him a fireman hat. I guess to her my boys didn’t deserve one. Food is good, but won’t be returning because of the customer service.

A lot of help but no help….I left took them 10 mins to make a small sub only….told the worker to give my sub to another customer couldn’t wait any longer! Someone blessed with a free paid for sub 🙂

They forgot the Italian dressing so it was a dry bread sandwich. When I called in to complain the manager said the only thing they can do is have me come back in for it even tho I live 20 minutes away and I was already home. So I wasted $9 🙃 I'll stick with the Northside. When they mess up they issue store credit.

They claim it's 6", so I broke out the measuring tape, and it was 4" at best. Very disappointing to say the least. Also, the food is never bad, but they haven't put what I asked for on my sandwich either time.
