It seemed the cashier wasn't really happy to be there. And it was difficult to hear him as well :/ food was good though.

I had the medium last week for $8.45...I ordered a large, same sandwich and it was $15.09 plus they charged me extra to change the cheese to mozzarella when cheese comes with it. Never mentioned it would be an extra charge. I don't eat provolone. Also they fail to ask if you want mayo or mustard.....if you don't say none then it automatically gets put into your sandwich. Not too hard to ask if you'd like those on your sandwich or tell you it's extra to change your cheese. So with tax I paid $17.50 for JUST a large sandwich. A little PRICEY since I could of had 2 of their M menu sandwiches for $3.00 more including tax. Second time we were uninformed of their makings of their sandwiches and the extra cost to change the cheese. Bought 3 of the same sandwich M at $8.45 each for $31.00 and now 1 (one) L for $17.50 ......big difference. At least this single sandwich was bombed in mayo. And again we weren't asked if we wanted mayo or mustard. Lesson learned.

It's the first time eating here (Milton FL) Customer service was excellent, restaurant was super clean the bread is perfect but the turkey had the consistency of what I would only describe as warm cat food. Kudos on the whole idea of giving back but. Everything was great except the turkey. It's always busy so you must be doing something right.

Always fresh and delicious. I’ve never received an incorrect order or anything messed up EVER from this location. Five stars. Great, friendly staff!

First, Firehouse Subs is my fav! The staff at this Firehouse Subs is friendly and professional. The location is clean and I really enjoy looking at the local pictures. My husband is a retired firefighter so hats off to any fire department!

Food was good but one male worker had a smart mouth with me because of the way I ordered the food, it was my first time at one of these places.

Rude workers and even ruder owner, Tony Pietsch. Go elsewhere if you expect basic courtesy as Tony apparently has no manners and his attitude has emboldened the workers at his sandwich shops to behave poorly too.

For a chain restaurant, Firehouse is easily above and beyond the norm. Even the bad locations are amazing. This one here in Milton though is the one I’ve probably been to the most in my life, and I have never had a bad experience there. That brisket sandwich is decadent, one of the tastiest things in the world. I love y’all, God bless.

Great customer service the last 2 times I have been here in the past 2 weeks. I had a problem with the app the first time and they were super at helping me figure it out and fix my mistake. The food is delicious also! Highly recommend!

Had a craving for a sub so I stopped. The bad, I ordered a medium Italian with no onion on white to eat in. I got a medium Italian with onions on white to go. The good was I am a big boy and can take the onions off and even though I missed one, my day wasn't ruined. I am not sure if I have ever been to this one before so not sure of the procedure, the one I usually eat at will bring it to my table when I eat in but they gave it to me to go so I don't know. I took it as they didn't listen to a word I said. I will say that when you eat a Firehouse sub in right away, it is the best ever. Service was fast and friendly just missed the mark on accurate. Not bad enough to dock them on stars. I would eat there again if the opportunity arose.

Just ordered from here. I overheard the cashier telling someone they need to change their gloves after doing something. After taking my order she started wiping down tables while her coworkers teased her about doing her job. I just wanted to say to Laken that someone actually noticed your attention to safety and appreciates it.

NO REGRETS.... I ordered a sub on the app when I was about 5 miles away. By the time I arrived it was hot and ready, waiting on a contactless pickup shelf. The beef and cheddar brisket is so amazing! I realize some folks are concerned about contracting Covid, but let me tell you, I would take an order of covid with a beef and cheddar brisket every day of the week, no regrets. This locations food is more addicting than candy crush, to the point I'm full and say "just one more bite" until it's completely gone....leaving me full and satisfied. Staff was awesome as well and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. They followed Covid guidelines as well.

Love this place. The staff is always so nice and polite. The restrooms along with serving area is always clean. I have to recommend the Beef and Cheddar Smokehouse Brisket sub. It is by far the best I've had.

Prices are steep and you are bound to spend $35 for two large subs with a side & drink. The subs are good though and the service is always speedy.

I give 5 stars to the Milton location. GM greeted me herself . Food was perfect guest services were perfect. Reagan and Marcus were great as well. All very friendly. I hope the owner is aware of how to show his appreciation to his GM as well as her staff for the wonderful job they have done .

Call in order for pickup, was ready when I got there, 2 ham and Swiss, one Firehouse hero (employee recommended), all prepared perfectly to specific requests. In and out in 5 minutes.

Today is my birthday and I got a Reuben sandwich. It was delicious!!!

We had an order catered for a Christmas and it was wrong in the beginning. We called back and said they were fixing it IMMEDIATELY. Their customer service in far beyond other caterers. I highly recommend if you decide to cater your events.

This Firehouse has always been excellent. Friendly staff and good looking sandwiches. The workers are very polite. They have a freestyle Coke machine that I have never seen out of anything. I've never had to worry about wrong orders here either. They put everything you asked for in the bag.

Every time I go here it’s like there is always something happening with the employees, it’s either they are yelling at eachother or just being overall strange. If you are going to eat from here just get it to go because things get weird very fast here

Great service! I was hesitant at first to place a very large order that I needed due to my time constraints, but they worked with me and made it happen! On time for each of the four pickup times I asked for. Every employee in the store was friendly and helpful. They even helped me carry the orders to my vehicle! And the most important part... everyone said the sandwiches were delicious. Thanks Firehouse team!

They also give the kids cool fire hats when you go in there so they can look like a fireman too or firewoman for your girls

Eat here couple times a month. Fast, friendly and delicious. Highly recommend. New York steamer with corned beef and pastrami ,is my go to. Have great service, selection and salads too ! Very consistent and have geeT brownies and cookies. Can't beat it for the money!
