Always excellent food and service!

We love First Watch's breakfast and lunch.

My wife and I go here 2-3x a month. It’s always delicious, comfortable and the food comes out quick.

Food is absolutely top-notch, no matter what location. I have to say that a one top gets very little attention and is sometimes downright ignored. On all 3 of my visits in Lakeland, I had to call attention to the fact that I was still waiting.

I love this location. Very relaxing atmosphere, service was on point. I was quickly sat down and ordered my food. Everything was on point.

Great food, big portions. Very slow service. Hostess was not friendly at all. Waitress friendly but not attentive.

First visit to First Watch. The Service was quick and attentive. The Food was Fantastic. The price was very reasonable. Very Healthy choices and easy substitution of Items. Can't wait to go again.

Delicious food 👍🏾. The “Works” omelette is my go to meal each time I visit.

Shrimp and grits was mediocre at best. But this was my first time disappointed by first watch.

The food tasted good, but the presentation wasn't all that great. Their pictures and the menus are much better.

The food from First Watch does taste good but there must be ZERO quality control at this location. It's the running joke at my office if you'll actually get what you ordered or if your meal will even be in the bag. I ordered a few meals for Mother's Day breakfast and when I got home the meal my wife had ordered was missing. That was a great start to the day. Additional modifications (via their checkboxes, not typed in) from that same order were not honored. If you want to eat at the restaurant, where you can force the staff to fix their errors on the spot, then it's fine. I'd advise against ordering pickup or delivery as you'll rarely get what you ordered. And if you call and ask to speak to someone about it, they'll tell you there's nothing they can do and that you need file a complaint on their website. If breakfast for four people is going to cost $100 then you can at least put their meal in the bag.

I wasn't there for any meals. I was only there this morning for an interview. It's a really nice place. I've never been there before.

Great Brunch location!!!! Staff was very courteous and attentive.

We have been coming here for years and the service has gotten exceptionally worse and is now just downright terrible. We sit and wait a good 5 to 10 minutes before we’re Greeted after being sat. And then once we get our food, they never come back. You need a drink refill forget it! We keep giving this place chances, but we are almost to the point where we will not come back. We typically eat here once every couple of weeks.

Avocado Toast is amazing. Very fresh and plentiful.

We had a delicios breakfast and a very nice waitress.

The food is always great here. If you're on the fence about trying it I would highly recommend it. There's a little something for everyone. My wife and I have tried several menu items and have never been disappointed. Our most recent time in was still delicious how ever the service wasn't good. I think the forgot about us and we hardly saw our waitress. A different waitress took our order and brought our drinks because ours was too busy. We're not stickers for this sort of thing so I might be downplaying this but I know some people demand better service so that's why I think it's worth mentioning. We were in this little nook close to the entrance so it's easy for a server to miss you if you sit there, out of sight out of mind. But even with few drink refills we still had a great meal. I dont think the poor service is a normal thing. Everyone has an off day so we'll chalk it up to that. Still highly recommend

Overpriced, average, nothing special food.

Service was so bad and it was slow during the week will not be back. Server was mia had to ask other server to take care of us.

The food was just ok but the waitress Nicole was the best. If you go ask for her she is a rock star. I gave for stars because the food was just ok and also I had a gift card for there and their machine they said has been broken for 3 days

First watch is my go to place for a special breakfast date with my loved ones. The staff are great and we have great options considering our dietary restrictions.

I didn't eat here but was lured there in hopes of employment they advertise a really good starting wage until the interview and then it starts back peddle and they will not give you a straight answer and cut it short so if you see the offer it seems to be a misunderstanding tactic which in turn makes me wonder about the food as well

Consistently good food and service. Get there before 9:15 to beat the early rush.

Great brunch, too sad they did not have hashbrowns. But in general, delicious.

This is the 2nd time I've been... but a different location. Food has been great both times... but today, my barbocoa bowl was superb! My niece's chocolate chip pancake was gigantic! And the 5 other meals were great! Bacon needed to be cooked more though. The lavender drink is the best! I wish I took pictures. Oh, and I'm a picky eater - everyone was surprised on me ordering what I did and waited to see if I'd even like it a little bit.. yeah, it's that good! It was hard to nail down what to order because so much looked so good!

We've eaten in a couple First Watch restaurants in Sarasota, but this was our first experience in Lakeland. It was very enjoyable!

Food is great, service was great, but the hostess was terrible. Plenty of clean tables, yet they won’t just seat you. Same girl for the register as the one seating people. Makes no sense.

The food is always delicious. Today our server never showed up to check up on us and we could have used an extra plate for sharing. An option of gluten free pancakes would be great!

I placed an order that was messed up I called and they told me I could come have it fixed it was pouring rain they then give me a number to call that I I and it's not even open this is ridiculous this was your fault you substituted the pancake I ordered because you ran out who in the world does that like next time you buy a car if they don't have the one you want do they just give you any model they please then its up to you to jump through hoops to have it fixed this is ridiculous and poor management

Great food and wait staff are professional/helpful. When it's busy, it does feel a bit cramped. Thank you to the staff who've served myself and others.

Server Kellie was the sweetest waitress. She took great care of us and even made sure my daughter got what she liked. Great first time here. We'll definitely be back. The grilled muffins are the bomb.

Service was very good , pleasant and fast. Food was awesome. Perfect taste not to sweet , salty, just right.

Food was ok... Nothing special. Village Inn does a better job in terms of taste. Atmosphere was nice

Third review: just spent over $70 on door dash. Paid extra money for added tomato in the farm fresh bowl and got no tomatoes. Requested no bacon yet there was bacon. I said take off the preserves jam in Belgium waffle and added maple syrup. No syrup but got the jam I didn’t want. Also took off herbs and yet it was on there. Last time I’m ordering door dash from here. Seems no better than in store service. First review:Love this place but seems for last several months the country potatoes are never cooked enough they are hard n crunchy and not seasoned. They used to be so good. But service is good and friendly. Second review almost year later: Guess now we go to opposite extreme. LOL burnt and nasty

The food here is fresh and they always to get you in and out quickly. I love the get online feature that allows you to reduce your wait time when you are enroute.

Clean environment, friendly staff and excellent food. A lot of healthy choices. The only thing I was missing was a red meat option for breakfast.

They don't heat their plates up so the food gets cold fast. Also check your fruit cause sometimes it's nasty. Also, they can't make eggs over easy to save their lives.

I've been to First watch many times, never had it been so bad. I ordered 2 soft scrambled eggs one over easy, with their mixed cheddar cheese and grilled bread (it was a sandwich) and a cup of coffee. The server almost acted like I was speaking a foreign language and I went back and forth with her on a 3 egg sandwich with cheese. The soft scrambled eggs were dry and scrambled way more hard and cooked too long.. there wasn't a over easy egg in sight, the whole sandwich sucked. I payed 24 dollars with a tip for sub par expensive food and bad service. Thanks for jumpstarting my morning Firstwatch you've done your due diligence to train your servers so they can take orders like an Olympic champion hold medalist. Won't be dining there again.

Amazing place, more people should know about there great food and service!!

I always order the lemon ricotta pancakes which are always amazing. Paul has ordered about everything on the menu & never had an issue. Service had a couple hiccups but was quickly remedied

My new favorite place for breakfast! Have eaten at 3 different locations, 3 different cities. All have been consistently good in every way! They homemade multi grain bread and preserves will blow you away! Excellent coffee!

I love this place! The menu is always amazing. The service is great! The only downfall is that the parking is insane on the weekends. Overall, we always have yummy brunches here.

This was my first time here and it was phenomenal. Our server was very friendly and made sure to check in on use. The place is very nice inside, looks very clean and well kept. The food was very good I will definitely be going back again.

During my recent visit with two others, we encountered a problem and asked to discuss it with the manager. While waiting for her to arrive, we chatted about the different ways a manager could respond and handle the problem, and to our surprise, the manager handled it in the most professional and appreciative way possible. She listened, acknowledged the problem and fault, and thanked us for bringing it to her and creating the chance for change and correction. The manager’s name was Jessica. We were beyond impressed and grateful to have experienced a manager who cares!

A great brunch. It was a bit noisy.

We had the Tres Leches French toast and Biscuits and gravy. Both were very good. We had refreshing drinks of Purple Haze and Morning Meditation. They were delicious.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was well prepared and flavorful. The environment is noisy. The place wasn't full and still pretty loud. I would go there again.

First Watch food is always delicious, with some healthier choices, and the atmosphere was great.

Definitely not the first watch I'm used too from Tampa. The grits tasted like vegetable oil. The omelets feel and looked precooked. None of the onions or meat were inbeaded in the omelet its like they just thru the extras in it like a sandwich that's not an omelet. Won't be back.

I ordered a Togo meal that had a couple orders in it. Everything was going well until my side of fruit wasn’t in the bag. In which I paid for. Also there were no utensils or ketchup for the potatoes. I used to work in the industry and it’s always good to double check things. Make sure people have what they need. I know I should of checked the order before I left, but the staff should also do theirs.

Been to first watch before so it was no secret. I like the food. Although I got the Lonestar brisket hash today. It is a new summertime dish. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this dish. Especially if you like peppers. Also, Taylor provided excellent service today and deserves five stars as well.

Their Tres Leches French Toast is like going to the club, and seeing someone really good looking and fascinating thoughts go through your mind. However, you get them home and come to the conclusion that they're average at best.

I wish I had a picture, but I ate that turkey burger so fast I couldn't stop after first bite! This will be a weekly destination for that item!!!

Always top notch service and food! Everything I have had is so fresh and delicious and hot! I’m not a huge fan of their coffee but their new cold brew caramel is amazing! I will always love this place and even bought their cookbook!

You can't go wrong with First watch. They're all over the place they have great food consistency from one location to another Great atmosphere and always a pleasant service.

I liked this place but the service needs a little improvement. I was there with a party of 2 and the place was pretty packed. It was Saturday morning and a lot of people were waiting also. I like the restaurant and the menu options but the food was just okay. Especially when I am waiting a while before I am greeted by the waitress after being seated and then waiting over 25 minutes for my food and then it comes out cold. I have no problem waiting for my food if it is busy, but PLEASE don't bring my food out here cold after I have been waiting all of this time!! I really was irritated when I saw people who was seated after us and they had gotten their food before us (we didn't order anything complicated..).

One of those fancy places for millennials where you paying for industrial decor , but food is terrible. You can order sangria, though, to make food go to your stomach without fight. Omelet, made from powder mix, cooked on dirty, greasy skillet and has half of that anti- stick coating on it. Comes with few sour ruccola leaves , burnt toast and bitter tea. ( And refill of tea will come in plastic cup as hint "you done, pay and get out of here!"). Worst breakfast around for the quality and the price. Tables are "sanitized" by an senior man with obvious signs of back pain, walking around mumbling "Im not doing that!" and swiping tables with dirty grey dishcloth, crumbs still left on them after "cleaning".

The juice was delicious. I requested gluten free French toast and was so happy to have that. Please offer more gluten free options perhaps pancakes too. I love that the straws and to go containers are eco friendly. The servers were very nice too.

Great location. Wait time was roughly 20 minutes once you’re on the waiting list. The server was amazing and the presentation from the juices to the food was on point. First Watch rarely disappoints but this is a good one to stop at when in the area before going to the parks.

Food and service was excellent. My brother and sister in law eat there often and we went while visiting them from out of state. I would definitely eat there again next time I'm in Lakeland, FL.

Food was great! I had the Bananas Foster French Toast. It was delectable! Others in the group had the always awesome Lemon Custard Pancakes with blueberries, bacon, sausage, eggs, Trifecta, and the Florida French Toast. Everything was great and our server kind and patient!

Food, wait time and service is very consistent. Consistently very good. My favorite is the French toast meals.

Breakfast was delicious!! Egg white omelette with turkey, spinach and cheese. Had a plain pancake. Huge! As big as the plate.

One of my favorite things at first watch is the kale tonic with a boost. Clean and served quickly.

Our waitress Destiny was AMAZING! Best service I have had anywhere in a LONG time. We had a large party. She was quick, kind and all our items were exactly as ordered. Thank you Destiny, for making our "mini family reunion" that much better.

Love this place for brunch. The food and service is top notch.

Frittata was gross. Very hard and over cooked . I can't recommend this place.
