This food is beyond flavorful and the customer service is superb

Horrible customer service they had a 12 year old maybe 15 year old working the phones and pay machine ...she got the order wrong n they said they wasn't authorized 2 give the money back they didn't apologize but admitted 2 they mix up n said well u gotta come bck 2mar n see if the manager give u ur money bck they wudnt tke the food back either....I personally didn't eat the food but my coworkers who ate it weren't pleased more bones then fish dry bread n no hot sauce...this place definitely need more customer service

For our first visit we were please. I had shrimp tacos, a little heavy on the sauce but still good.

I must say, it has been a long time since I've had a great food experience in Sumter. From the friendly customer service, to the expertly fried fish and sides...well done. The prices are reasonable and the serving size is perfect. Nothing was greasy, and there was no fishy smell in the air. If you don't try anywhere else in Sumter, try here. 💜

Excellent food, very friendly service, clean establishment. What more can you ask for? It would be awesome if they had a place to sit down and eat but that does not deter from this restaurant. The fried flounder was fantastic the fries were crispy and the coleslaw was good and wet. We will definitely be back!

Very good, for the price you get a surprisingly good amount of food.

I've never been there, but we always order by phone and my husband picks it up. The food is always delicious and hot. I always love coleslaw with my fish. I love their coleslaw, but the cabbage pieces are a little too big. Over all the food is great.

Just back in town and noticed the place, read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I had the shrimp basket and I must say it was perfect. The customer service was very pleasant from the moment we walked into the place. We will be back.

My mother loves the croaker meals from this establishment. The meals are never a disappointment. The turn around time is better than your average seafood restaurant who cooks a traditional fried fish meal with sides.

Made to order so everything was fresh. I don't know what kind of gypsy black magic they use in there but it was not overly greasy at all! Everything was crispy and delicious. You need to get the crab tots and hush puppies 🤤

This was my first time visiting this place. The wait was extremely long because one of the fryers were down but the customer service Almost erased that. Even though I waited longer than normal for fried fish, I definitely was pleased at the flavor and freshness. For my wait I was offered a lemonade, which was delicious. So my next visit I will definitely get the lemonade with my food. Good HOT fish. Just wish I would have not waited as long.

Had flounder with fried okra and slaw. Flounder wasn't super flavorful but overall everything was good. Not healthy cause most of the food is battered and fried but will probably come back to try more!

This is a dangerous place. I mean that in a good way, this food was tasty and fresh. But most importantly and something I didn’t expect. This is greasy food, but I didn’t get the slightest hint of grease from any of the food. It was amazing. Great hidden gem in Sumter and I’m glad I found it!

The food was hot when we got it home! The flavors were off the hook! Flounder Tacos and shrimp tacos were seasoned perfectly and some of the best I have ever had! The hush puppies brought tears to my eyes with memories of time gone by! The service was very informative and professional! This is a must try for everyone in the area looking for good old fashioned southern cooking! Thank you it was amazing
