The prices are way too high here I don't understand why you would charge $11 for a cheeseburger your food is not that good for you guys to be charging the amount that you do and your burgers are tiny but the service is good that's the only thing I can say about your restaurant I cannot afford to eat there so I don't anymore

Very good food, but I was disappointed. There were only three guys and two girls. 🤣🤣🤣

The best burger and fries made fresh to order. You can top your burger any way you want at no extra charge. I ordered my fries extra crispy. Plenty of condiments on the counter and all the ketchup you can drink. Drinks are self-serve, so help yourself! Want your burger pink in the middle? Tell them! I haven't tried the shakes, but I'm looking forward to it. Quick service and a smile at the counter, be sure to tip the staff, they do great work!

Service has gone down hill, went in and there was one order ahead of me. Took 20 minutes. They are also severely overpriced. I'm done with this place, really sad I love their food...

Last time I tried this place was over 3 years ago. After watching some videos of people saying the grilled cheese is the way to go. I decided to go in and try it. It was definitely better than the burger but honestly it's just ok. It's very expensive for what it is. The friess are awesome (like what I make at home). But that's the point. It's like $1 potato. I paid $18 for a single patty grilled cheese and 1 large fries. No drink. That's pretty steep.

This place is so slow. Only 2 workers & one guy working the grill, fries & drinks. We came from out of town & guess they do NOT believe in fast food.

Of the best five guys location to go to. It’s personally my favorite spot to get a top quality burger and made in timely fashion. Yes it’ll be a wait to get your food, yet that little duration is worth it!

Pretty expensive for burger and fries

If you've ever been to a Five Guys, there's not much to say. The high price point is well worth it for what you get. For those of you that have never been, or even if you've just never been to this location, I recommend it. This location had our hefty burgers and our literal mountain of fries ready within minutes fresh from the grill!!! Hilariously enough they forgot the patties on one of my burgers but instead of offering to put them on my already made burger, they remade it completely. Again within minutes. GREAT customer service and food. The restaurant was spotless including the restrooms! Minus a few points for the strong smelling Hand Sanitizer that took me back to my college drinking days.

This place is the bomb- and the staff and manager are awesome. Food is fantastic and can’t beat the prices.

If you enjoy a good burger then you already understand that you get what you pay for, so this post won’t discuss the current prices of the food here because you knew that before you decided to eat here. That said, Rich the manager at this location ensures that every time that I order food that my meal is world class. Regardless of how busy they are or are not he makes my experience awesome!!.. again the food speaks for itself, but the experience and the attention to detail is what I am specifically addressing, and Rich is the man!!…. Thank you sir, and to the owners of this location, please pay this man whatever he wants and make sure that you acknowledge that your manager and his staff all deserve raises and kudos for doing a great job. Bravo!!!…

**gluten free option is no bun, burger either in lettuce wrap or a bowl** The staff is always great here. Burgers are made when you order so you know they haven't been sitting around under a heat lamp for hours (lol) The topping options are one of the best parts of going to Five Guys. Whatever mood strikes on that day, there are options available. From the basics: lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onion; to plenty more great choices: grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos, hot sauce, the list goes on, these are some of my favorites. And THE FRIES. They are fresh cut (which are also a favorite of mine), fried when ordered, and such a large portion. We don't often get milkshakes but they have those as well.

Wow, what a ripoff. Just like a lot of food, everything is smaller but twice as expensive. Five Guys burgers used to have decent sized patties. We ate there earlier this evening and it was such a disappointment. Clearly our burgers were ready but the staff was waiting on fries…so when we got our food the burgers were cold with soggy buns. Gross. My husband ordered grilled onions and A-1 sauce. His burger had zero onions and very little sauce. Both burgers, by the way, were SO small. Seriously it’s shocking how thin they were. Wendy’s just down the street has better burgers for a better price. Sure, Five Guys gives you an absurd amount of fries but potatoes are cheap and do NOT make up for selling tiny burgers. We will not be returning.

I didn’t figure out the prices until I paid for my order, certainly not worth the amount spent. No wonder it was empty.

Over $22 for a cheeseburger, small fries, and small drink? Not worth it. Used to like this place , but I'm not ok with being ripped off.

If you like Five Guys you’ll LOVE Burger Boy in Cedar Crest! I ordered on DoorDash & my food came hot & delicious! Idk if they use fresh meat but taste pretty fresh!

Way to much money. $25 for one person to get a meal. It was good but no way I can afford that on a regular basis. I'll go to Blake's.

I’ve always loved Five Guys. They honestly have the best fries out of all the fast food places. I appreciate that they make everything fresh as well. My mom is really sick in the hospital right now and she really wanted some Five Guys fries the other day, so I ordered them online and picked them up. Everything was fresh and delicious, and my mom was so excited. I’m so grateful for y’all as you put a smile on my mom’s face during this rough time. Thank you so much!🖤

First visit to a Five Guys restaurant, and I am not impressed. The check came to $25 for one burger, small fries, and a bottle of water; for food that was no better than Wendy's or similar fast food places. The place was clean and the staff friendly. They just serve you a way overdone burger, with no option to get it custom cooked. If you charge sit-down dining prices, you have provide a sit-down restaurant quality meal. Ok fast food experience; for twice the price of fast food.

Always good. Staff is always friendly even though I’ve only seen two people working every time I go in. My food is always fresh and taste great.

*edit decided to give another try and was able to place a phone order without any issues Called 1 hour before close 4 times and no answer then 45 min before close staff members could be seen making unwelcoming gestures as i approached the door. This is the first time it has happened to me and i feel disappointed by their actions.

$38 subtotal for 2 average cheeseburgers, shared fries and two small drinks. Worse value in quick dining. Bland and boring atmosphere, colder than an industrial break room. In a healthy economy with discerning consumers, this place would change or die. Steak house nearby can give you a 1/2 lb rib eye burger for less.

I've been to five guys all over the country including this location and gotten grilled tomatoes on my burger and they refused to do it at this location this time. I miss the days of decent customer service for overpriced food. You lost a loyal customer. Train your employees.

It's great but way toooo expensive.

The dining area was a complete mess. Peanut shells laying on some table tops, on the floor, used napkins, filthy tables, the drink area and straw/lid area also needed cleaned. Meanwhile the young workers were standing around with arms folded and leaning against the counters talking, when they could've been out sweeping and wiping down the tables and chairs. I watched a couple come in, order, and walked around looking for the cleanest spot to sit and then approach one of the staff asking for the table to be wiped and the kid didn't know a what to do and shrugged his shoulders. The man went into the restroom, put soap on a wet paper towel and wiped down one of the tables and then let his wife sit down. There really is no excuse for this and I won't be returning to this location to dine in. Food was just ok. Our fries were cooked too long they were dark in color and crunchy and dry and they charged us for a chocolate shake but forgot to include when we picked up our order at the counter, at the end of our meal we did approach the counter and asked for our chocolate shake which they made right away.

I still love 5 guys, but the hamburgers are smaller and prices are higher. The taste and quality are on point. Spent 40$ for 1 cheeseburger and 1 small bacon cheeseburger and 2 small fries! Yes it filled us, but damn 10$ for a hamburger. Think I will make them at home for a while.

Burgers were very small and very pricey. 3 burgers with no fries and drinks 45 dollars...not worth it by no means.

I have celiac disease, and this is one of three places I trust to eat in Albuquerque as of this moment. They take allergies very carefully and I haven’t gotten sick my 3 times eating here. Thank you Five Guys!!!

The food is great it's a little expensive

Ask for a tip before eating or even seeing what you're paying for. What are we tipping for! Food served in a paper sack at the counter. Self-service. Hot dogs were cut open and laid on top of cheese. Who eats hot dogs that way! French fries were dumped in the paper bag.

Burger was good. Paid $5+ for small fries. Too expensive for regular visits. Wish they had onion rings.

The quality of the food at this location is not great. Also, I have a strong suspicion some of the hourly staff hand signal to the line cooks to indicate whether or not you've left a tip. Although even when you do tip the burgers aren't up to the usual 5 Guys standard.

We really like the Burger taste, quality, and toppings available at 5 Guys .... However, with our visit tonight 9/29/22 we were disappointed to see that they have had a significant price increase! $7.79 Little Hamburger (used to be about $5.79). That's over 30% increase! Regular Hamburger was about $8.29 ... Now $10.19. About 25% increase. Regular Fries @ $6.19. Ouch! My wife and I enjoyed our meal in spite of the "price shock" but this will certainly temper our interest in returning any time soon. I tend to be pretty generous with tipping but not today. Too bad they felt that they needed to (abruptly) raise their prices so high.

Awesome burgers . Next time I will ask for low salt on the fries. They were just too salty... but well cooked.

The burger patty size has dramatically become smaller! The bun is quite a bit larger than the patty. It was almost comical. The staff was attentive. The fries are good and if it wasn't for ordering a large fry I wouldn't have become satiated. For what you get , this 5 guys is very expensive. Do yourself a favor and visit Laguna Burger ！talk about a burger! 🤘🏽

Best hamburger and hotdogs but also try the Cajun fries, they're wonderful

The staff are friendly even if busy and the choices for toppings make for a great burger. The fries are also huge servings and I always order way more than I can eat because they are delicious.

Five Guys is great. I love their french fries! The fries are especially good when dipped in malt vinegar and ketchup. They do a good job with the burger without a bun. My only "complaint" is that it's so expensive. It was $100 for 4 people. Granted we all got a shake with or meal... and the shake was really good. 👌 overall the quality is great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My first visit: not cheap, totally worth it! Burgers- unless it says Little in front, it is a double patty; fresh meat; all the free veggies and condiments that you want (note that buns have sesame seeds); also available as a lettuce wrap or just bunless in an aluminum container Fries- long, potato slices, lightly salted and just that hint of brown that some of us prefer in our fries; they "topper" their fries into a paper cups but still give you everything that spills over the cup; a regular serving readily feeds two people Also- free peanuts to crack and eat at your table (awesome for those without allergies) Try the peanut butter shake Kudos- everything is cooked on an open grill that you can watch personally and they are willing to remake anything that is even a little bit messed up

I'm not going to lie I haven't ever paid $10 for a single hamburger except for at a legit sit-down restaurant but the fact that they did an excellent lettuce wrap and the fries were phenomenal it made it worth the money.

Quick and friendly service. The food came out fresh and right the first time, and every time we asked for extras they were on it. Juicy, thick burgers and the Jr size is perfect for a quick and fulfilling bite.

Five Guys have the best burgers that are available in pretty much any market. This location was clean, fast and the employees were friendly. That said, the prices have gone up maybe 40% since the last time I stopped in. My burger alone was $11, and our meal for two was $30. I understand the challenges of operating with inflation, but at this rate I'd rather buy ingredients and cook at home, or pay the same for a nicer sit down place. All in all, if you're going to pay the calorie and inflation tax for fast food, do it here.

Not my all time favorite burger but, they're still really good. You can ask for your favorite toppings and condiments to customize the burger the way you like. Their fries are great.

Good hamburger, as always. The fries were a bit overcooked. It was nice to have outdoor seating though. I'm also hoping they upgrade soon to the new coke machines other Five Guys have.

Most expensive hamburger joint ever!. Mediocre burger but awesome fries.I will never eat here again because I feel like a fool spending that much money on a burger and fries.

Overall food tasted great, fresh, and amazing! Quick service and friendly staff. Only problems I encountered is the guy behind the counter forgot my drink and I had to stand in line a second time and explain the whole situation, but he immediately apologized and gave me my drink. I also noticed the drink machine was a bit difficult to use as the levers were stiff and got stuck at times but other than that I had a pleasant experience here. Meal itself was 10/10!

Always quick and delicious food. Hands down, five guys is in my top 5 and I love this location. Everyone is super helpful and nice.

Very well spread out. They have a few tables in doors well spaced away from the soda, the line and the doors. They also had outdoor tables with very large umbrellas to provide shade. This is where I ate. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The burger and fries tasted amazing. On another note: if you fear going in because of peanut dust, due to covid the peanuts are no longer self serve. I still wouldn't have the family members go in or eat anything there. However, I could go in and not worry about coming out covered in peanut dust. We would eat there all the time if the peanuts were not there.

Fresh fresh fresh!!!! Always fresh burgers N fries an in a timely manner. It's a warm inviting atmosphere always have a good time at this place whether we eat inside or outside now due to covid.

This is the first time I have not been fully impressed by a Five Guys in 4 different states. The food tasted ok but the bun was very dry. The burger was bit hot when I got it and the cheese never melted. The fries seemed old. I’m sure I must have just caught them on a bad day cause I love 5 Guys. It was like the burger just never got enough heat and it didn’t release it in the foil to melt the cheese and steam the bun.
