I was ordering online, and I had a $5 off coupon which the Online ordering system was not accepting.So I called the store. They took my order and not only did they apply the five dollars, they applied loyalty points and saved me quite a bit of money on the order. The pizza and the wings that I ordered were ready in just a minute since I got there so quickly and they were both delicious.

Pizza is good but they use cheap sausage on there Pizza and sometimes it isn't even sliced all the way. Last one I got there after a delivery which is only 2 miles from the place my Pizza was over cooked and cold.so,I don't bother with them anymore.i enjoy my hot and fresh pizza now,from SOLAZANOS ON WEBBER BIG DIFFERENT IN SAUSAGE ON A PIZZA TRY THEM YOU WILL AGREE WITH ME.PRICES ARE THE SAME BUT TASTE AND SIZE AND FULLY CUT YOU WILL SWITCH TO

We had company in town and ordered an extra large pizza for dinner. We ordered 5 extra garlic butter cups. We received zero butter cups. The pizza was disgusting. We asked for it to be cut into squares and it wasn’t. The flavor was bland. It was cold. And it was overall inedible! Such a disappointment. We called to say we wanted a credit for the garlic butter and the person who answered the phone did not even apologize. When I gave him the “order number” that is on my receipt he said they don’t have order numbers! WHAT! This place really stinks!

GREAT customer service and great pizza!! Awesome teriyaki chicken tenders, salads and great variety on the menu. Fast service! I will NEVER go anywhere else for pizza! Thank you Five Star! You deserve TEN stars!!!!

Placed my order over the phone and they were friendly and prompt. Delivery was ONE minute late. Phenomenal. AND, the driver showed up with paper plates and napkins knowing I was staying in a motel. I wish I’d tipped more originally. Eric S

Dangerous drivers. I can only image whom else they employ to make their food... Getting onto the Highway at Bee Ridge going N. in my hard to miss massive Yukon XL. I switch into the lane needed with my turn signal on only to be cut off by a delivery driver from this place that's driving a Honda Odyssey with a delivery topper on the van. They lazily drift into the lane right on top of me as I'm passing, causing me to swerve into the next lane. This causes another driver to slam on their brakes behind me and while I'm paying attention to that I narrowly avoid hitting a stopped car ahead of me. Whatever, just another dangerous driver to gesture at in Sarasota... I want to go home, so I end up ahead of them on the on-ramp and as I'm merging onto the busy highway with my turn signal on; halfway into the right lane on the highway the same driver floors it from behind me cutting me off violently, having me swerve back into the tight on ramp lane and again having to panic to avoid rear-ending another vehicle. These roads are dangerous enough without people doing it intentionally. 1st time - near accident caused by a negligent driver. 2nd time? Dangerous and violent action taken towards me for having the nerve to gesture at the brain dead idiot driving a vehicle with their business name/logo/number on it.... Management is "Going to talk to them".... If these are the kind of people they employee to deliver their food, I can only imagine the kind they have making it. I won't be taking that chance and I suggest you don't either.

We got delivery and it was all but inedible. The pizza was just gross. Greasy and not good at all. Crust was flavorless, dry (how the pizza was greasy but managed a dry crust is impressive, i guess). The garlic bread arrived swimming in about an inch of yellow butter. I threw it right in the trash. I would definitely not eat or order from here again, even if it was free. I have no idea how other people enjoy this place.

Ordered 2 cheese pizzas through door dash and to my surprise the dough was near raw in the middle. Usually these guys are really good though, so I kept the rating decent.

Walked in and walked out. Intended to sit for dinner and when waiting to be seated asked if we were ready to order. Had to request a menu. Restaurant is uncomfortablely warm and unkept.

These guys always come in so clutch at the last moment decision of pizza night! Plus they are open late and super reasonable prices. I recommend their cheese/pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks and garlic knots just to name a few. Marinara sauce is great. Prices are great. Service is fast and always pleasant.

Always reliable, always fast, always consistent. Is it gourmet pizza? No. Is it good, fast, and not crazy expensive? Yes. My go to place when I'm craving pizza

I’ve been a loyal customer at Five Star. It’s been my favorite pizza restaurant for the last 6 years. But since the new ownership, the quality has went way down. The pizzas are substantially thinner, many times over cooked, once way undercooked, recently a long brown hair, I called to let them know and they just said “ok thanks” no apology, no refund. Just okay thanks. I’m really disappointed at the direction my favorite pizza shop is going in.

It’s honestly not like a fast pizza chain, it feels like it’s made by Family. Always kind, attentive, considerate people. The food has always been Hot and fresh! Vegetables that still crunch! I will keep coming Back!! Thank You 5 Star!

Awesome company. Just ordered wing and Pizza. It was delivered very quickly. The food tastes great. The wings I ordered were hot and they taste awesome my lips are burning. Lol try them once and you will be amazed. Thanks Five Star great job.

Great pizza great price, always fast and accurate. Best pizza delivery in Sarasota. I order all the time and every single time the order is perfect. Only suggestion would be to put a piece of wax or parchment paper under the pizza because the bottom of the pizza sometimes sticks to the cardboard box.

I'm convinced these 5 star ratings are fake. Ordered delivery last night. 2 pizzas and an order of garlic knots. There was no sauce or cheese over most of the pizza. It was all "bubbled" for lack of a better term. A preschool toddler must have sliced the pizza as both of the pizzas we ordered were sliced and diced in crazy patterns. I never write reviews but was curious as to what reviews they have received. After seeing a high rating I felt obligated to share as that was not our experience.

Wow a slice 🍕 from heaven. I get the world class 18" two toppings pizza Extra sauce and a little crispy it comes to $18.18 take out or dine in. The first time I had their Pizza I ate 3 piece in the parking lot before I took It home. Enjoy!!!

With so many restaurants and pizza places around this area customer have a lot of choices. When you meet someone who makes your experience amazing you keep coming back. Five star pizza is great, but the service and level of care provided by Eric is even better. High recommend!

Basically forgot my orange soda. Manager had an attitude about the mistake they made and had a tone. Might not recommend.

Food was immaculate. I asked for well done. Got just that, but not burned. Their family special includes a HUGE 16in pizza, garlic rolls or cinnamon rolls and a 2 liter soda. We also ordered a chef salad. Around $40 with delivery. Can't beat that ESPECIALLY when it was delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here now on instead of the 2 D's in Sarasota that I was not impressed with at all! Thank u also 5 * pizza for the plates mints and magnet with their late hours! Which is definitely a big a** bonus!! 😉

The best pizza by far in Sarasota. Always arrives hot and freshly made. I haven't had a bad pizza from there yet. Oh and kudos to the entire staff even in high peak hours they are professional and cool headed and cranking out dynamite pizza

Horrible customer service very rude. My husband called to ask him a question and the guy told my husband will hurry you and then when my husband repeated his question, the guy didn’t want to talk with him and he hung up on my husband. Is that the kind of service you give people??

Fair prices on large pizza . Bit wish the guy who makes them on Saturdays would cut the pizza into 8 slices Not 4 So if they charge a,delivery fee than all you have ro give the driver is 5.00 more cause the fee Is 5.00

Great neighborhood pizza joint! The employees are awesome! Eric is generally there when I come in! He always makes my day! Even after a long week and I am stopping by on my way home from work! Oh, and the pizza is awesome, and pepperoni rolls as well! The late hours are an added plus in a place where everything is shutting down before I get out of work!

You will be in awe; orig review follows: Five stars for Five Star Veggie pizza, add spinach & feta = Best pizza in town. Snappy delivery, great management support. (One time we had a problem and the manager drove us a new pizza himself to make sure we were happy) This is the spot.

Another great Sarasota restaurant! Had Five Star delivered tonight (so that we could enjoy them on the beach). On time and fresh. Staff was friendly. Sauce is delicious and crust cooked perfectly. The plain cheese pizza was very good. I recommend their version of a meat lovers pizza. Generous toppings and not greasy like alot of pizzas topped heavily with meats.
