Not sure who manages this place now but the customer service and quality all around has gone down hill. It's pretty bad when you order food and take one bite and find a hair in your tacos. Things happen, but no apology or care was given by any employee. Just a "oh you want this remade". Seriously? Definitely will not be back here!

This place is always the best. Clean, friendly , and the food is amazing. Great place to meet for a cool drink 🍸 😎

EDIT2: I found the email for the general manager at this location. I had to email and speak with him in order for this to be resolved. He provided me a full refund, and owned up and apologized for his employee's conduct, but I will never return. They told me my pickup order did not go through, even though the charge is on my credit card. Once it goes through, and it will because you guys didn't realize I tried to order once, and then reordered a second time when it didn't work!!! Aka start looking up by order number, not name. So, I will dispute it since they STOLE from me. Order number: 28756282370736128. They did not give me my full order, and when I called they said they were "too busy" to address it. When I asked if I should come up there, you know since THEY screwed it up, Kim(?) told me they were too busy to speak with me in the most condescending tone you can think of. Kim, I hope you have the day you deserve. I drove up there anyway, manager was doing his best, I understand, but you handled it soooo badly. I already logged a complaint online, and like I said I will dispute the charge. If it does not come through, get your online ordering system in order so you don't make a postpartum mother who just wanted one GD taco!!!! have to drive up there and address your failure as a business in front of customers. EDIT1: See attached for the evidence for yourself. My credit card charge, order confirmation, and the phone call where I was denied the food we paid for, denied the opportunity to speak to a manager and most importantly denied a refund.

I wanted to give a great review for today! I ate in with my daughter for lunch and ordered at the register with a very nice brunette. The food was exceptional as always. I did have one concern with the waitress or bartender with the medical shoe. As being a nurse I asked what happened and she told me with a smile on her face she just got a “boo boo”. I was still concerned to why this girl was working while obviously injured. To say the least, she had kept a wonderful attitude. ( I did not ask her name). It is refreshing to see such positivity in this world today from your employees. Keep up the good work Fuzzy’s!

Ordered a bunch of food online - the photos don't show the full story - I assumed it was a pair of tacos for $4.25 or whatever it was - Nope -it's a single taco... these tacos are pathetically small and make Taco Bells look like 5 star dining. Absolutely not worth the money.

This is a good place to eat & have 🍸. The reason for the 4 stars on the food is because they mess on my bowl.

We just left. We waited about five minutes to even be acknowledged. Girl at the bar near the register on the other side couldn’t even be bothered to turn around and even acknowledge us. A girl near the kitchen finally said she’d be there to take our order, but never did. We left and went to Tijuana Flats; a restaurant where customer service is actually a priority.

Christina was amazing. She made our night special. Loved the tacos and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful meal with a very attentive waiter who made sure we were well taken care of. Food was excellent.

Just loved the food it was very yummy

Used to like the place now i went in with my family to sit down and have dinner. When i went in thir was self server option or full service but only very few sits that were full and had to wait while most the restaurant was empty. They refused full service if we sat at a table i will never go their and and i will tell all my friends and family not to ever go their.

Dined in ant the bar, and we were not disappointed! Food and atmosphere were great! Service was exceptional! Not sure of the bartender’s name( long brown hair and glasses), but you rock!

I'm a huge fan of this Fuzzys they are all so nice and sweet here. Dine-in food is really great Love the fish tacos but the chips have been stale tasting the last 3 times now. Unfortunately I'm a shy person and never go and ask for fresh ones and that's partially my fault.

Literally just left Fuzzys very disappointed. Was excited to come here tonight until we were treated very rude by the bartender. Let the manager know we had waited 45 mins sitting at a high top to still not be asked for our order. Still took her ten minutes to come to table. We will be back but not if that bartender is there!

I thought I’d give it a try after seeing Fuzzy’s around for so long, and i didn’t regret it at all! Will be back for sure. Kim helped us, and she was very helpful with menu. She recommended the steak quesadilla and it was so good!!

Atmosphere is always so great on Fridays. Kim was so kind and always clears our table so we don’t have to get up. Food was fantastic and delivered to us quickly

Had a great experience last week! As it was my first time trying Fuzzy’s, I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Food was great and even better with the service because I had help from an amazing waiter named Kim! She was super respectful and sweet!

Came in for dinner today with the kids. Kim was awesome, She was hilarious and down to earth! We sat down on the self service side and ended up having a full service experience. Definitely coming again. Great atmosphere, service, and our quesadillas were cooked perfectly .

This place felt like a family run joint! I feel if you want yummy food and a fun experience, this is the place to go! Julianne made mine and my sons day so much better! We ate till we couldn’t anymore! If you want good food for a good price, this place is it!

I came in here for quesadilla and I wanted to start off by saying the portions were great! They were all super friendly but one person stood out to me and it was the cashier Julianne! She made my day and gave me compliments about my earrings! I will absolutely come here again!

This is the best taco place around! I popped in here after reading reviews as I’m from out of town and was so pleased! I think treating your customers like family will always put you on top! I had such great conversation with Julianne, she’s the one who cashed me out, she enlightened me about the yummy margaritas and we even cracked some funny jokes together haha! If you guys are in the area and would love an amazing taco and such nice people handling your food THIS IS IT! 10/10 will go again (:

Service was so-so ( had to keep repeating the order and they still messed up) Food was ok at best There was no atmosphere

We've been twice and were disappointed both times. The food is very bland. UPDATE: I originally gave a 1 -star review. My daughter advised us to give them a third try. We're so glad she did! We had tacos, carnitas and grilled chicken. They were delicious. Very flavorful. The best part was our server, Meghan. She was upbeat, genuine, and unique. She was attentive without being bothersome. We will definitely not wait five years to return and when we do, we will most certainly ask for Meghan.

Tried this place for the first time. Against my Upon first waking in and realizing the establishment was empty at 5 pm on a Saturday evening on Mother’s Day weekend. I should have turned around and walk out. The food was awful. It came out of the kitchen stone cold. The steak on my nachos was extremely salty, the chips were stale and the cheese sauce they used was cold and taste canned. And who the heck puts feta cheese on nachos? Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. You can honestly get better tacos at Taco Bell. They were also overpriced. $19 for nachos and a soda. BEWARE. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Met some friends here on a Monday night. Had never heard of this place before. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or not but our server was also working the bar as well. She was great though. Hustled back and forth and was on top of everything. I ordered the brisket quesadilla. It was ok. Quite juicy. Hot sauce on the table was a good addition. Overall a good experience. I wasn't overly impressed with the food but it was ok.

Met a friend for lunch. Atmosphere was welcoming. Fish tacos really good. Margs were fabulous and service was friendly. I'll be back soon! 🌮🌮🌮

Just happened to stop in at Fuzzy's in Lakeland and we will definitely be back! Food, atmosphere and staff were great! We had the pleasure of being helped out by Taylor, Michelle, and Diego today.

They are willing to serve food but if you want a drink and are from out of state, they discriminate and won’t serve you or they are just to dumb to read a license or Federal ID.

It was okay until Dre songz in the kitchen decided to serenade the whole restaurant with his karaoke voice. Nothing worse than someone who sings poorly thinks they can sing. Ruined my whole damn experience. The food was decent.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Used to be run by Jon, great businessman with an amazing sense of protectiveness over his staff. The COMPLETE opposite of what I experienced the other day when I went in to pick up some birria tacos (which by the way are getting worse every time i try them ) and I overheard the manager with the red beard ( believe I heard another staff member call him Bryan ) making inappropriate and sexual comments about a MARRIED bartender ( married as in has a ring married ) to another staff member. The absolute horror and disgust I felt when I heard this was enough to make me turn around and never come back. The way the manager became the one everyone is supposed to trust to someone i’m certain people fear instead is absolutely beyond me. please do not eat here.

Absolutely Loved this place! Food, service, & drinks were all top notch. Happy Hour Margaritas, Chips, & Fish Tacos were the bomb. Haven't tasted them that good since I left CA!

The tacos are so fresh! The shell is thin and crispy! The margaritas were the bomb! The service was awesome!

Sooooooo disappointed!! They have gotten rid of all the tacos that had flavor and the fried avocado Taco being taken off the menu is the absolute biggest mistake! I am not a vegetarian at all and every single time I ate here since the day the put that taco on the menu I have ordered that one over everything else! That needs to be brought back asap!! The service is still amazing but how disappointing you would get rid of the good stuff!

This place USED to be good... and then they changed the menu without any notification until you ask for an item they no longer have. They only turned off the tv..... All i liked from their menu is now gone and the quality is way down as well. Mahi Mahi.... is now Cod... what a downer! There is no longer a fajita plate and fajita veggies. The chichen... full of tendons which means low quality. The guac... now even lower quality like those you get mass produced in a super market . From a bite club member to a 0 member cause i dont think i will be returning very soon.

I had never been to this Fuzzy's location, but I was hungry for some nachos. The ones I received from this location were great. The staff were very helpful in getting me to the places I needed to be to order and sit down to eat. I definitely enjoyed the food and the experience.

Overpriced for the quality. Rice was cold and under cooked. Atmosphere was good. When you pay out, their is a tip option. Why, it's pretty much self serve. Good idea and model...needs tweeked. Don't blame inflation.

Ordered 6 fish tacos, a Margareta a sour cream side and potatoes (tiny) and paid over $60. Icould have gone to a real restaurant for that...don't waist your hard earned cash on a greasy little dump like this

Food was great. The sweet tea was not up to par but the food was really amazing. My daughter and I had both gotten different bowls as our food and we really enjoyed it. Would totally recommend.

First time here and I enjoyed it!! The food though not so much ,it wasn't horrible but it also wasn't the best ,the rice on the enchiladas plate was hard and the refried beans felt dry,the enchiladas were okay. Maybe cause the food cameout too quick 🤔 but then again I could be wrong...now for my burrito it wasn't bad the rice wasn't hard and it was quite filling for the price for about 27 bucks wasn't too much..but if your looking for quality ...then ide pass but if your looking for a quick bite and don't care about quality then this place isn't too bad. The service was great and the staff were very friendly aswell as the environment 👍. Will I be back maybe if I'm in need of a quick bite .

Surprisingly good food. Quality is excellent. I've tried several things and all were very good. Fast, friendly service. It's my GO TO taco place, but the fajitas and refried beans,along with everything else are superb.

Baja tacos were very good. Full of meat with a great taste. The sauces are not all that. I also had a burrito which I could not finish in one sitting. Very good.

Let me just tell you, Meghan is one of the best bartenders I think I’ve ever had the pleasure of sitting with(coming from a fellow bartender). We are in from town for a birthday party all the way from Auburn, AL. We picked Fuzzy’s for lunch and Meghan served us at a table. Even with a wrapped bar full of people, she got everything to us so quickly, she never forgot a single thing, and she did it all with a smile and overall wonderful personality. It’s so great to see that there’s some fellow veteran bartenders still out here killing it because honestly you never know what kind of service you’re gonna get these days. So all in all the food was great, the drinks were wonderful, and Meghan was a freaking queen.

Always great service. Feel like I’m at Cheers, they know me by name, my order and what table I like to sit at. Try to go for lunch once a week. Doesn’t matter whether it’s Taylor, Bri, or anyone else, they always takes care of me. The entire staff is great.

We went here one day for lunch to try it out. It was a very cool atmosphere! The sauces were good and so were the prices. But the service was lacking. We ordered the taco plate ground beef and steak and then the chicken nachos. They weren’t terrible but just not much flavor. Overall, it was decent taco shop!

I was watching a game on my tablet because it wasn't on one of the TV's, the bar tender/server came over and changed the TV to the game I wanted to watch. Also, I guess they were under staffed this day because I had to wait a bit to put in my order but when someone finally came she gave me a free drink for my wait. I appreciate those little things!

I work within walking distance of Fuzzy’s and this is a go to lunch spot. Bri is always such a wonderful server/bartender and always remembers our orders!
