First time coming to eat here. You have 2 separate lines. You pay first, then get on the second line to be seated. The buffet has lots of seating, but it gets very busy. Food is always fresh as they keep refills coming in often. They have a big variety of dishes including, a sushi station, hibachi station, and a Pho station. Everything we ate was well prepared and tasted good. The place was pretty clean for as busy as it was.

Staff rude didn't come check drinks it was 730-8 and they started closing down the restaurant they don't close til 10

The for what great as well as the fast ladies clear out table. They swept as they cleared the table. Loved the hibachi and the pho bowl

The food here was pretty good. Alot food to choose from chinese to american.

If you plan to visit, go during the lunch rush hr because the food is just sitting there after the lunch hour rush. (These are dinner options at $18 per person) Crawfish has a slimy sauce, ate two plates since I paid more than what it was worth. Will not eat it again, don't recommend it.

The food was good but service was horrible. I had family day yesterday and it was great until the waitress did not come to table over hour and it wasn't busy even after I told waitress & Manager no service my daughter removed all plates and had get drink. My son was only one who had crabs and we paid additional fee and crabs were watered down badly after 1 hour or more the unprofessional waitress came to table only check if paid for crabs. My daughter showed her receipt told her walk away u r being evil. Didn't service us now want see receipt I got upset started yelling . We were treated badly because we are Black in which I'm proud of. I will never dine there again. I have great job close 100k year and we deserved better because we paid for the meals Luke everyone else. Picture of horrible waitress.

Good for the big family. Better for the party people. But, Best for myself as price, taste,service, clean mood, etc.

Not many veggies. Crabs taste old. Habachi limited selections. Food on bar wasnt even warm. Hot day, air wasnt cooling.

The sushi was good, the steam blue crabs were decent considering it being a buffet, however everything else I had, had a weird metallic old food aftertaste especially the plantains and the veggies were cooked a little tougher than my liking. Convenient location for sure.. quiet atmosphere and spacious than most I have tired.

As to be expected for this kind of place, it is a bit loud. But otherwise, the food was great.

This was our first time at this food establishment and honestly it was a pretty bad first impression. Not only was the food gross, it was old and somethings had a bad oder. Staff was rude and noninviting. As we were leaving we were yelled at by the ladies who bring drinks. They demanded a bigger tip and kept hitting the table that we give more tip...never in my life have I witnessed such a thing. Definitely won't be going back or recommending. There are way better options than this place.

Got serve food poisoning from here. Food didn’t have a lot of flavor, so essentially not worth getting food poisoning at all lol.

Been coming here for years, decent food variety between traditional American and Asian cuisine. They have Pho and desserts as well and the table service is great, plenty of parking when I come.

One server was bothered because we were enjoying my Nephew Birthday Party...Very nasty. We are a Bless family and we don't bother anyone ...Thanks

This place is seriously terrible. Spend to much moneu for my food to be bland and flavorless. The mac and cheese was so watery and disgusting. The rice had no type of flavor nor did the shrimp and i love shrimp. The service was terrible charged me for an extra person after i repeatedly said 3adults & 1 kid. First and last time going to this place 👎🏻

Have a buffet similar to this at home in Ocala Florida, and this place doesn't even rate in comparison. It's probably one of the worst Chinese buffets I've ever eaten at

The waitress behaved in a silly way where she took our food without asking and told us bad things, that waitress's service was very bad, the waitres was very strange as if she's stupid idk the name of her or him. Can you change to waiters who are more respectful? They don’t know how to explain what the problem is, I couldn't eat well because the waitress got weird and took the food from us

Food is always abundant, lots of selections It's a decent buffet. Price isn't too bad and it's bigger inside than it appears outside.

What an amazing amount of options for such a decent price always have a good experience here.

This establishment pleasantly surprised me with its reasonable prices. The cuisine was delectable, and the staff members were courteous and friendly. The extensive menu made it challenging to decide what to order.

It's just your typical buffet. It does have some seafood making it slightly more expensive than you usual buffet price.

First time here. We would like to love it. Food is just okay. Service is the worst, much worse than expected. TBH, I have very low bar on service of such type of buffet, but the rudeness of a few staff was completely out of imagination. The guys at Hibachi only speak Spanish. When we ordered beef noodle soup, he did not give us the beef, but only the bland soup. He did give a lot of beef to ladies who spoke Spanish with him. Wait a minute, are we in Spain? Why does this restaurant hire mostly Spanish speaking staffs only, and they ignore those who do not speak Spanish? It is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Furthermore, two people in my party had diarrhea a couple hours after the buffet. This suggests a food intoxication.

My family and I were regular customers at this place, once a week for the past 6 years. But we won't be returning. We arrived and paid for the 4 buffet plates and 2 drinks. My mother ordered a coffee, my husband ordered a Pepsi, my father and I ordered water. Everything was fine until my mom asked for her coffee refill. The waitress purposely ignored her. My dad then tried to call her to order the coffee for my mom, but he was also ignored. Seeing this, my husband took the empty cup and asked the waitress if she could bring a coffee.She finally approached my husband, snatched the cup from his hand, and shouted, "Drinks are not to be shared!" and walked toward the kitchen. My husband asked her to repeat what she had said, but she ignored him. She returned with the coffee, and my husband asked her again what she had said. She again shouted, "Drinks are not to be shared!" To which my husband responded, "We're not sharing anything, the coffee is for her," referring to my mom. Given that the waitress ignored us multiple times…She shouted at us again, and my dad went to find the manager. He explained that we weren't sharing the drinks, that the coffee was simply for my mom, but it was necessary for 3 people to try to get the waitress's attention for her to bring the coffee. The manager sided with the waitress and treated us as if we were stupid or committing a crime. I told her that I understood the buffet rules perfectly, we were regular customers for 6 years… and the only thing that bothered us was that the waitress ignored us 3 times intentionally and shouted at my parents and husband.Another waitress who was on her break got up and asked what was happening. It was explained to her again, and she said it was just a misunderstanding. She said, "We weren't obligated to tip the previous waitress." No, not only were we not going to tip her, but I also won't be taking my family to be treated like this ever again.

The food was good for price. The staff was ok, but after about 40 minutes, I felt like they were trying to rush out the door

A star hangs in the sky , deep blue , clear , and beautiful as having displayed many food delicious for us to eat that we can't look up at it when we got much more hungry and don't have as much money to enter the nearest restaurant of our neighbor .As we are at a downfalling situation of dear hope to continue to live in economic falling without finding jobs .So, in this situation, we prayed really hard to get jobs . The money was about be earned if the economic had not downfalled seriously and we can eat that food easily within no fighting the dizzy coming in every shapes look like a murder , a theft, a suside that we are almost dying or become a person like this and we should bring our lives on our own to reignite onto the course as before as economic rose and Jobs abundance

Our waiter blew her nose with gloves on the walk over to us with the same gloves and ask us what drinks we wanted.. which was very disgusting. So we go over to get our food it looks good but when we sat down to eat it, everything taste overcooked , no flavor , and frozen/ microwaveable. We tried to see what food we would like there was nothing eatable to our liking. We asked can we get a refund due to us not enjoying our experience mind you we just had came in ten mins prior. The guy at the front desk denied us of it. I wouldn’t suggest coming here it’s a waste of money and the service is not the best.

Our autistic kid loved it, it's spacious and has amazing options for the picky eater. Highly recommend, it's also very affordable and all you can eat.

This place is awful. My husband and I used to spend a lot of money the waiters are so disrespectful. Refused my husband a refill because I moved his drink over to him. Only got half a refund because we lost our appetite after she caused a scene. The crabs were still raw and we watched the guy working in hibachi sneeze in his hands keep working and he dropped noodles on the ground picked them up threw them on the grill and served them. Will not go back

I was there with a large group, staff was great, food was great for the price.

The food was ok.. some of the food you could yell was out for a long time and was dried out or just seemed old. I know that the waitress' were working hard, but to get our drinks took so long.. and the waitress spilled a glass of water on my mother.. The place is big and seems to have so many choices. I think the best was getting food from the grill..

Everything is fine... it just smells very bad and it's the folder that is disgusting, no matter how much they clean it, it doesn't smell good... they should put ceramic or another type of floor... it's unpleasant to be eating and the smell is horrible... I'm going with My friends and everyone think the same that there should be a remodeling... otherwise we will be forced to report... MANY people don't have it out of fear or shame... but please, the bathrooms still smell bad... thank you.

Unfortunately, the food is not very tasty and you cannot feel comfortable because it is very crowded.

I would not recommend this place. The food was bland and overcooked. For a buffet, they had a very limited selection to chose from. They are over priced for the poor quality of the food. I wasted $44 for two people.

Crawfish are extremely oiled down to hide the age and fact they were cooked dead that sucks that means the whole place sucks in my opinion if you cook crawfish correctly which is live the tails curl in with if you get a crawfish and the tail is laying straight out it was cooked dead

This place has great food. The meats are so tender (ribs). The seafood is excellent. The only problem I had was with the kids not being chaperone by their parents. They had their hands and all the food and I did witness a kid bite a piece of chicken and throw it back in. They need more monitors around the food. NONE OF THE WORKERS SAID ANYTHING TO THEM OR THIER PARENTS. Other than that the food is superb. Will be going back there again. AND hopefully the kids will be in school or the parents should act like parents.

Food was good hot and plentiful. Very crowded on a Saturday. If your going to charge 18% mandatory gratuity the help needs to do better and not just stand around with their dirty rags spreading yuck from tables and chairs 🤮🤢

I had to make this to really share my honest opinion this place is overrated. They have mostly seafood but their salmon had no flavor. My yellow rice had a LONG BLACK HAIR! in it. The food worker didn’t even have hair nets on. I ate at the buffet. The worst part is I seen the workers drop craw fish then put it back in the tray. This restaurant is my biggest regret driving 1 hour to visiting. You pay to much money pre person to have hair or anything else in you food. That will get people sick 🤢

Grand buffet is typically my go to spot whenever I am in Laurel Maryland. I now sit here, wishing that I hadn’t gone to the buffet. I have been feeling sick because of the old seafood that was on the hot bar.. I should’ve known better when the crabs looked reheated! I had the orange chicken, lo mein, hot wings, plantains, crab rangoon, and crabs. I’ve been green around the gills ever since and it’s been two days. I am not telling you to stop eating here because the service is great. I am telling you to be careful what you eat.

I really enjoyed my first visit here! The menu selection was so broad and and everything was fresh! The blue crab were seasoned well, the vegetables were fresh, the mussels and shrimp were so good!! I could go on and on!!! I didnt try the sushi or Hibachi but plan to on my next visit!

Food was ok. It was stacked way too high and sometimes was warm (not hot) or cold.

Took my work teammates here for employee appreciation day and they LOVED the buffet! One said it is Vegas like in that there are so many wonderful foods to choose from, it is over the top! Very clean. Lots of seating. Friendly, attentive service.

My husband just came home from this establishment and was so sick. He immediately had to lay down and 5 minutes later, was throwing up all over the place! Will never visit this place. My husband NEVER throws up!!

Too expensive for cheap bland low quality food...after your second plate the servers sit near you watching like a hawk for you to tip....you can not relax for only 5 minutes without them watching you til you're finished, waiting for tip....for that reason I did not tip.....and when i got up to go she walks after me asking for tip....no, theyre going to tip you out of that high price theyre charging for that cheap food....the food disgusting......

Went for lunch (2:30 PM). Salad selection was reasonable although few dressing options. Meat selections (teriyaki chicken, chicken and broccoli, fried chicken, ribs and roast were cold. Only roast was slightly warm due to being under heat lamp. Garlic(?) bread was hard and dry. Food was generally tasteless. I have been here several times before but I will not return.

I witness a group of people (black ) with couple of them have disabilities and the owner personally ask receipts constantly and the waitress kept counting constantly to the point the group felt embarrassed. And I have my son witness. once we done dining they have the audacity to say it’s mandatory to tip. I told them I don’t like there services and walk off. It’s the restaurant responsibility to do there job correctly

I go there all the time Friday was the worst I've ever experienced the food was not good at all I didn't even eat all of it. I feel that the people that wait on you are not very nice or pleasant the y act like clones. I was very disappointed. Maybe they had a new group of cooks. I will go back again because this is the first time this has happened. Hopefully it will be better.

Clean, spacious and convenient. This is not where you go for gourmet food, however there is good variety and food is well prepared. Service very good. Good value.

As far as buffets go, I was pretty disappointed. The food wasn't *bad* but for $20/person it was pretty darn bland. Mediocre sushi selection, and pretty much all of the seafood was the bare minimum.

The food tasted bland, cold, and easily made me and my family throw up like a bunch of Victoria Secret supermodels after eating. Very nice lady for service, my cup was never empty. The pricing was high for garbage that was inedible.

The best part of this experience was the waitress and when it was time to leave. The food was cold, the restaurant bathroom featured used womens sanitary napkins just open laying on floor by trash can in restroom, the crayfish was slimy and sticky on texture, the crabs was spoiled and today was the first time in my 36 years of life eating chicken on a stick that tasted like bologna. I spent $105.90 for 3 teens myself and fiancé. Not only was it a complete waste of my money but, it was most definitely the worst food I've ever ate and I've ate from many countries and restaurants. I'm surprised that they're actually in business, it was that bad. I think the health department owes them a visit.

The man upfront had an attitude problem and for $15 with a drink the food was really poor quality everything was dry and overcooked. They also had politics on the TV which is the last thing I want to hear while eating.

Why do these places have weird take out pricing?

My family and I whent to eat at this buffet, but one time I had this huge worm in the brokoli with chiken . Yo comi en este lugar y un dia tenia gusano en el brokoli con pollo y la mesera se iso que endioa no lo que le estaba enseñando lo que encontre en mi plato. Y me dio coraje que no retiraron la comida y mas jente siguio comiendo .

Buffet was good and food tasted fresh.. alot of varieties crabs kinda over cooked.. but steam shrimp was very tasty... I loved to come for shrimp pre-covid. We're bringing the kids back once a month.

There were variety of tasty food. However, we had issues with the fresh fish because it tasted bad. My mom and I called for the managers attention and he did not disappoint. He confirmed our story and immediately ordered for the removal of the spoiled fish. I enjoyed their service and most of all, impressed by their ability to listen to customers.

Decent food for the area but it is lacking in quality in all areas.

Interesting place. An absolutely massive selection of foods. And a huge place to eat in -- looked like it could hold 200+ people at their various tables. On the plus side, there were 6 or 7 ginormous serving areas each with its own 'theme': Asian, traditional American (you know, like fried chicken and french fries), some seafood, salads and fruits, and desserts. There is also a Mongolian BBQ section: pick your meats, veggies, sauces, and other stuff, and they cook it all for you. The waitstaff seemed to be having a nice time -- lots of smiles and laughing. Really the only downside is that it's not really the best food around. But ... so what?? It was definitely good enough. I went with a buddy for lunch, we enjoyed it, and I have a feeling this'll be a new go-to place for us for lunches. So ... not the best, but by far not the worst. For the price it's a good meal (quality, quantity, and value) nowadays.

Good food for the price but they really need to hire and use a carpet cleaner. Carpets where we sat to the back left smell of pee and this is the only reason I wouldn’t return.

Balling on a budget, have a teenager that's a bottomless pit, or can't make up your mind what you want to eat... then you need to pull up. It's pocket friendly. There are so many choices here. The food is great. The servers are very nice. And plenty of free parking. I recommend trying everything👌.

This is one of my favorite all you can eat places to go with large groups of family and friends, because they serve just about every kind of food on their buffet, with such delicious 😋 seafood.

Hygiene is pretty much lacking;the floor is sticky. Servers use Chinese while they working which makes me unpleasant. And my friend saw a chief making sushi reuse the food which on the floor... f gross. Do i have to say more?

My sons and grandchildren went there for dinner in 09/24/23 and my bill was $73.07 but when I got home and looked at my debit notification from my bank Grande Buffett overcharged my card by $14.61!!! I tried calling but the place was closed. I will be calling back tomorrow!!

Had a wide selection of food. The seating in here is better than some of the other buffets in the area

The only buffet I go to in the dmv area that's worth the price.

They forced me to pay 15% tips by automatically charging me with regular payments. They expect another tip when you are done eating. I was willing to pay more tip than the forceful tip. Tips should be optional.

The hostess service on 9/9/2023 need to take a class of customer service and need to pay attention when you standing at the post. You should never have customers walk back to there seat to show a receipt when you paid the cashier who provide receipt to the customer. The food was fine but place this hostess in the kitchen.

This a real food heaven! I love the variety of food and good flavors. Price is reasonable. $16.99 per person.
