Some of the food are not fresh. The choices for me are not outstanding. I will not be back and not recommend this place. This has been my third time and it’s been worst always. By the way, I contacted a Covid virus afterwards and this was the only place I had been to. I believe there should be ways from the restaurant to prevent this from happening for their customers.

Not bad... Sushi, Chinese and American dishes... Chocolate fondue, salad, fruits and desserts.

I arrived Thursday at 1:15 pm. The food was lukewarm at best. The pans containing food must make contact with the water on the steam table. The fried chicken, and eggs rolls did not taste fresh. While the food looked appetizing it was not appealing. At no time did anyone stop by to ask if everything was okay. The wait staff just came by to pick up the dishes and tip.

Pretty good as buffets go. Very affordable. They have a sushi bar which is awesome. I mean the sushi is mainly tuna and fake crab and it's very mediocre but like c'mon - it's all you can eat! They assign you one plastic fork and nothing else which is weird. And there is no soda fountain. It's an extra $3-5 for anything but water. Also very weird. Deserts are bone dry and terrible but that's literally any buffet. Our table busser was awful. She brought the check (you pay before you sit down) before any of us were finished and came back four times to demand I sign it cuz she wanted a tip. DO NOT TRUST THE OPEN TUBS OF SAUCE. I saw a kid directly drink out of one

They told us $35 per person (maybe they thought we are from a group tour), but the menu said $17 something. It does not feel right anyway. The service is not good.

Wontons were stale, red sauce had a funky smell, the pineapple tasted bad and when we told the teppanyaki chef, he said it was supposed to taste like that. The flan has a green moldy top Staff was quick to clean our table but the food was a not good.

Me and my family go all the time. I love how the servers don't really bother you unless they need to get your drinks. Definitely great service. Food is delicious the Mac n cheese can always be better though. Bake it please.

Enormous amount of food choices. Something for everyone's taste and a great value for the cost.

We were eating with my family, we had some mice passing through the dining room while we were eating. It looks pretty clean, the food is good. I think they should be more careful about that and eliminate them.

All types of global cuisine and you can always be satisfied no matter where you come from.

The food is good, the place is beautiful but I think it's a little pricey.

This is a busy place. unlike some similar buffet locations, the people serving a table here do not harass you or bother you too much. They let you enjoy your meal and come around without disturbing you to take your plate or see if you need anything else. The price is good. The food quality is very good and they have the Mongolian grill, which is an excellent touch at a location like this. Sushi is OK parking is fairly easy, but it is congested sometimes in the lot. I come here for lunch about once every month and I'm always happy with the value and the quality.

Everything was going “OKAY” until I looked over and saw a dead roach. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Not worth it

Me and my daughter go here pretty regularly because it's affordable and she loves it there. Food is decent but it does depend on what time you get there. The service is usually good. Only complaint is they can be a bit tip-hungry. I resolve that by including a tip when I pay at the counter since I usually don't carry cash.

In a shopping mall near the American end of Niagara Falls, there is a Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurant that provides rice, noodles, and other Chinese, Western, and Japanese buffets for lunch and dinner.

The food is not that good from 1-10 I give it a sold 6 the only reason I go is because of the unlimited hibachi. The waiters are so rude and so money hungry for tips that they are rude about it ...... & that comes from someone who always leaves more than a generous amount.

All you can eat place, must come really hungry to try all the plates 😆

The food it good. I wouldn't say great. Atmosphere is buffet. Lots of people. Pretty crowed. I love the hibachi. The good thing is it's always busy. You know the food is fresh.

We went with my husband thinking of returning with a beautiful experience and it was the worst. We served ourselves a plate of food 🍽️ and then we served the second one for dessert, we didn't even finish eating the dessert to our liking and they brought us some cookies to say goodbye and they were already telling us Thank you so much for us to leave and apart from that the waitress was watching the table all the time and asked if we left her a separate tip, very bad service. Honestly, it would be good if they improved their service, otherwise they are going to scare away the customers 👍🏼.

It was a pleasant experience but I would probably go to other buffets before going back here. Things I see see at other buffets that I didn't see here included boiled crawfish, noodle soups. The other foods were what you would see at other buffets and seemed freshly made. I liked the green beans.

This is a great buffet for Chinese and Japanese food; yes, they have both. Typical Chinese atmosphere. Food is always very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My sister and I had lunch yesterday at Teppanyaki Grill in Laurel. We arrived at about 2:15 PM! The food was delicious, however, the service was not good. My sister and I both drink water whenever we go out to eat.We never got a 2nd cup of water. More disturbing, I watched the servers approach tables and demand to be tipped. I used to be a restaurant server, I know for a fact you’re not allowed to demand money. This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first time the food was not that good but yesterday it seemed really fresh. Two times now, the service was not great. I will think twice about going back because it really bothered me.

Sometimes the food is cold and the waitresses sometimes don't let you finish your meal properly, thinking about quickly clearing the plates and putting out their goodbye cookies 😅 I keep going here because my son loves this place.

Bro the bathroom where so dirty I only found one bathroom one clean bathroom stall the rest what filled with foot steps but on the toilet the was paper everywhere🤮🤮🤮and it stinks in there like they have to clean they have to clean the bathroom

The worse service we had from our server today . A big size and long hairs waitress . Very racism! No sprite for us as we request form her , but she did provided sprite for those American family just walked in ! Because we are Chines ? That is the reason no sprite for us ?? Control each of us start with just half glass of coke . When you asked for refill , she yelled with us : quickly finished your foods first , we have other customer !! Hurry up ! Get out from here !! She already got the tips from our tour leader . That is the reason she doesn’t care . Foods just so .. so ! Terrible experience ! Won’t come again !

All their dishes are delicious, it is a good place to go to eat

Not tasty, bad service. Treat customers differently. When Chinese people come in, they show their faces, while when foreigners come in, they act like licking dogs.

The place is depressing, looking on the inside. Food was warm and not hot.

In other places they make soups with the vegetables you choose and here the kids get upset because you ask and there isn't much variety.

I'd say most of the food was great, some of it didn't taste as well. But we're all people with differences amongst us, so I'd understand if people didn't have the same tastes as me. The staff were friendly and especially humourous. One of my favorite parts about the restaurant is the cleanliness in the bathrooms, and the designs in there. The bathroom looked astonishing, and surprised me of how good it looked. I would recommend this, if I had any friends.

The food could've been hotter, but the flavor was on point.

When my family got there the food had been sitting a while and people were flipping the food trying to make it look more presentable. We got there as the dinner rush was about to start. After being there maybe 20-30 minutes the food was being refreshed. It's been a while since I had been to a buffet so I didn't think about the tip for the people bringing drinks and clearing the tables. But my partner paid and I figured they would mention something when they took his payment. But when it was time to leave one of the ladies cornered me, literally cornered me for their tip while I was putting my child's coat on. I walked around her and went to my partner and asked him if he had cash because the lady wanted her tip. Mind you, she was within a few feet walking with me to my partner to get the tip. He gave her tip money. But that was so rude. I get it, tipping is the expectation. But the way she went about it made me not want to come back. If I choose to go to a buffet I'll be more mindful to bring cash for tipping. Maybe that's the lesson. But I won't be returning to THIS buffet considering this experience.

Beware going to this place. Its a buffet the food is ok, but I can't believe the waitress that brought our drinks hounded me in front of my wife about not leaving her a tip. Someone needs to tell her tips are optional. Besides every time I would thank her for taking our plates she was rude and only said "yeah."If you really want a tip that bad fine. " "Find a real job that pays and stop hounding customers for a tip!" Good day. 🤭

The dishes we chose were tasty. And we had enough space for our party of 9. The very unprofessional and annoying thing was how the women who were bussing the tables kept mentioning that we need to tip even before we were leaving. We always leave a tip but it is actually optional. After we started arranging the cash tip, one worker came over and took the money out of our hands before we could put it in the tip tray. Then she insisted we exchange the smaller bills for bigger bills. Someone in our party did what she (forcefully) requested, but it's ridiculous. She wasn't even the one who served our table. That was a turn off.

I have been coming here since 2014 and I can say this buffet a perfect place to eat with your love ones. Clean and good always with quality food ingredients. 5/5

There is nothing special about this place, and management seems to encourage staff to pester you for a better tip.

This the 3rd time I come here and every time I leave the lady forces me to give her tip when I shouldn’t have to especially with horrible service

Really tasty buffet. For the price, the food was pretty great quality.

Just ate here. Hated it. The sushi was hard… It smelled fishy and like cleaning supplies at the same time. I dont want my food smelling like that. I asked for a refund and didnt get it because I stayed for 20 minutes instead of 15 (they have some sort of 15 minute refund policy that they didnt inform anyone about). We came in an hour before closing and were not informed we were going to be left eating scraps. Please dont go here for the sake of your stomach. I am NOT a picky person either and I NEVER leave reviews on any restaurant, but this dining experience was the worst one I ever had in my life. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Went today at 11:30 am and most of the food was room temperature to cold.I assume being open only 30 mins that their procedure is putting out the food cold to heat up before opening. Those hot bars they put food in on the floor are only to hold the temperatures. There's no way at 11:30 am the food should be cold.Im 100 pct positive they put most of the food out cold on the hotbar cold and rely on it to bring temperatures up.Which leads me to them probably not taking temperatures on their food.I wish I had a thermometer when I was there.Ive worked in the Food Service industry for 32 years and was shocked that most of the food out was probably around 125 degrees if I had guess.Im assuming the Health Dept never makes a visit.They don't even vacuum the lobby rugs from day before.Full of debris.

Food is great! And I would give the restaurant 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor cleanliness. Please give your restrooms a very deep clean. If your employees are not able to do this, hire a company to do it for you. After going to the bathroom, I lost my appetite. But also the whole place needs a deep cleaning. Love the variety of the food and the grill to have food prepared fresh for you is my most favorite!

Pros: This is most certainly one of the most complete, most generous, affordable, satisfying, and exceedingly convenient buffets I have ever eaten at. The staff are always very observant of anyone in need of any form of assistance/service, and whatever food you may be familiar or unfamiliar with is always restocked and kept hot and fresh for anyone in need of indulging, especially those of us with very few cheat days. I highly recommend to anyone in the area and if I could offer more than 5 stars, I most certainly would have. Cons: The waiters are literally begging you for that tip even before you get down to actually enjoying your food! It might also seem a bit intimidating for those that aren’t accustomed to the buffet scene, cause there really was no explaining involved; some buffets would literally give you a crash course of what to expect, what to know, and sometimes involves how long you can stay for.

My daughter loves this place. Me not so much, but if it makes her happy, we are on the way! I like the cheese Rangoon, lettuce was fresh, jello could have been fresher they making too much ahead of time. The sushi was very fresh! My daughter loves most Everything, thank you so much, the price was good for the value!

Not worth the price for the variety of food they serve, food is stale and taste and smells really bad especially their fish. To make matters worst, their waiter will literally harass you for a tip even before you are done eating. Why does this place keep letting their waiters harass customers for tips despite all the negative reviews regarding that aspect. I will gladly tip if the food is worth it. Avoid this place if you can and drive down to the GrandE buffet which is just about 5mins away from this one.

I ate fried tilapia, by the way super unpleasant, it seemed that they had cooked it with reused oil. It smelled really bad. Often there is food with a bad smell, bad taste and bad texture. Frequently the pico de gallo in salads is usually ruined. La tilapia frita tenía mal olor como si la hubieran cocinado con aceite rehusado de muchos días. El pico de galló está arruinado frecuentemente en las ensaladas.

Did not come here for a long time, compared the price, raste and food with other Asian buffets, I would like to say this restaurant is above average.

The food is terrible, there’s probably 3 good dishes max. Not worth the money! The food is cold, and the plates are dirty and stained. I’ve had a bad stomach ache for the past four days after eating from here. The staff aren’t friendly, and some even try to take tips from the others. It’s not the same restaurant that it was 10 years ago👎

The servers will demand for their tip whether you’re done eating or not. As a customer I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. I think they assume people won’t give a tip and they will rush you. If tipping is such a problem management needs to include gratuity to the bill to help the staff and avoid these awkward situations. If they decide to include gratuity they need to improve the quality of the food and drastically improve sanitary conditions.

Don't come here. Me and my daughter got food poisoning. Immediately after we got in the car her stomach was hurting and she felt nauseated. Completely unsanitary. And then the lady who was taking our plates ASKED for a tip.

The service was good but I didn't come here for the service, I came for the food. Which was absolutely horrible. I'm not exaggerating. Out of all the large selection of food, I found less than a handful that was edible. With all the great reviews I thought I was in for a treat but instead I got tricked.

Good variety of food and the location was clean. Had 3 helpings of the roast pork and fried shrimp. Very clean bathrooms are always a plus! Only minor issue was several serving utensils were missing. This was quickly fixed.

Honestly about everything you can ask for from a cheap buffet! Lots of great options and was a good time.

Very busy and bustling with people, specially during weekend dinner time. Seafood is really good here, specially salmon, whole fish, garlic shrimp, stuffed shrimp and lot others. They have lot of other meat items as well. For desserts they have few cakes, pudding and chocolate fountain with marshmallows.

3 stars for the food - some dishes that had vegetables were good, some mystery seafood dishes had lots of mayo and gross, spring rolls that are mostly skin and scant filling… average cheap Chinese buffet food. 2 star for cleanliness - dining area has food strewn on the floor and not cleaned up promptly so eventually stomped to slippery smudges, women’s restroom also littered with paper towels and overall looked like it was hours since being serviced (mystery food bits on the stall walls). But the worst was our waitress. We ran out of water and needed a refill, and had difficulty flagging her (it was like she was ignoring my “excuse me” and hand waiving) and once I was able to flag her and asked for water she scowled. Then towards the end of the meal, my son had to go to bathroom (loose bowel movement possibly due to greasy food). The waitress stops me and says “no tip for me?!” as we’re rushing to the bathroom (because I was going to leave the tip in cash rather than charged with the meal paid before being seated since I’m never sure that method of tipping goes to the servers). It’s the middle of winter and we didn’t have our coats so it seemed pretty clear we weren’t leaving. This demand of a tip was very unpleasant, especially given the poor to mediocre wait service. The waitress serving the next table over seemed attentive and pleasant, so maybe I got a bad server or that table tipped ahead when they paid for their meal (and therefore paid ahead for reasonable service). I will NOT be coming to this place ever again. There are other better cheap Chinese buffets in the area….

Nice place to eat, great variety of seafood and desserts. But the waitress that served us was very rude at the end. She demanded tip (which we were gonna give her at the end anyway) and also stood extremely and weirdly close to me till I signed the receipt for the tip. Very VERY uncomfortable situation…

I have been searching for a Chinese buffet in Maryland for a while now and this place is delicious!! Their sushi is very small and it tastes okay. But you can't beat their buffet price, it is very cheap! The most expensive is the weekend dinner price, which is $16/adult. Drinks are additional costs, but water is free. They also serve a mix of Chinese, American and Japanese food at their buffet.

I visited last night at around 830 pm and received the worse spread of food I've ever experienced and their excuse was that they are closing soon although they closed at 10 pm. I was put in a seat near the beverage kitchen and the mess that I saw was so unbearable that I left. Lastly the grill left a very bad burn flavor on the food. I've visited in the past and although it is never a really great experience, it never as bad as it was last night
