It never fails, chicken's good, service and management terrible. How is it day after day, proper planning cannot be implemented by management so one doesn’t have to wait 15 to 30 mins for what is supposed to be fast food. No excuse. I hope another franchise can open up in Laurel.

Very good service from the people who work here, all very attentive and very friendly, I recommend it.

This restaurant reminds me of the flavor of Guatemala, the truth is for me this chicken tastes just like it does there. Some say it's not the same but for me it is. I like it because they have other food options and they vary according to the season. Here there is no way to go to the window in the vehicle, you have to park and get out and go order. Inside you can eat and they serve quickly. They are friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%

In the laurel field. There is very bad service from the cashiers, they treat you as if you were asking for free food, especially the one with the mustache with long hair who doesn't even want to give his name. I don't know what's going on with Campero.

Bad service, I went in to buy at 2:44 in the afternoon and they gave me the food at 3:44, an hour waiting, bad service, the truth is, and they had too many people standing waiting and they didn't rush the person who took our order to get the orders out. very friendly and everything but the delivery of the food bad service disappointed

Bad service, I just left this free-range chicken. They didn't have potatoes and the guy who served said that they didn't serve potatoes because they had already washed the potato machines. That's bad. They close at 10. How would you eat a chicken without potatoes? I asked him if he aviam Brisket I said that not every time I come I never have brisket I work in a restaurant, I am a manager and as a manager I don't let them wash the machines with one hour left before closing. Please be more aware of how they work because a chicken is not funny if it doesn't have potatoes and there are people who don't like the hip and leg and they always only have that

Every time I come here to get some food for the family, I'm told I have to wait around 45 minutes to go. Who's going to wait 44 minutes ? For this reason, I can not recommend it to anybody lucky for me. Popeyes is right across where you are out of there within 10 minutes ..Pollo Campero, fix this, or your customers will go somewhere else, plus you are expensive too ..

I placed an order for pick at 4:37. I waited more than 30 minutes after that time to receive my order.

Everything tastes like you were buying it in Central America, even the slaw. In other Pollos Camperos they don't make the salad well and the flavor is different but in this place they do. And you can't miss the hibiscus juice.

I don't know if to save money they didn't put the air conditioning on, it was very hot in there, that's the only bad thing.

I am deeply disturbed by what I received for my order after a 30 min wait. Came home to discover a white hair tucked into the bun of my sandwich and an eyelash. I also found a drop of some kind of liquid on the top of my bun, which I'm sure is spit. I'll be taking it to a lab to confirm. Why did they do this? I literally placed my order and stepped to the side. Needless to say, I could not eat this contaminated food, so my time & money was wasted. I am left pondering their senseless, hateful, & unprofessional behavior. They also had a self-serve ice bucket, which was unsanitary and unsafe.

15 minutes ago I went to Campero Laurel to eat as a family and it was an unpleasant atmosphere, the hot drinks there was no ice, the floor was very dirty and the heat was unbearable, we had to eat in the car, terrible service 😡and I attach the photos of such an ugly experience

We arrived from Maryland to the restaurant at 8:45 pm when the restaurant says it closes at 10 pm at night and they told us there were no breasts or wings, no bread or ice….the wait was 1 hour or 45 minutes with the intention of not sell, This is how they made many people who were on the Line leave, and I put the comment because we would like it to happen to more people.

I received even more rubbish attention today at Laurel's restaurant from the manager.

It is a restaurant that sells chicken and they always say that they don't have chicken, maybe in an hour, who could wait that long. Many people have families and have to leave disappointed.

I was here because I’m from New Jersey and I was on vacation and came by this pollo campero and they had people waiting for a while in that restaurant I was waiting for 45 minutes to get 60 pieces of Chicken and only got 8 pieces they had a whole mess with the staff and didn’t know what was going on they weren’t doing anything they don’t know how to run a business and didn’t know how to control the online apps and didn’t know where the tickets went or whole to give them too

Immediately no. I found a hair in my food. Saw the cashier bag food after handling money and didn't switch her gloves. Your health & money matter and eating here is not worth the risk.

This is a disaster. I'm completely disappointed. I just drove an hour to come eat at this restaurant and they tell me they only have leg and thigh and there's no breast. I ask him why and he told me that he only has them for online orders. It seems disgusting to me. As a fast food worker, the customer who is arriving has a reference because he took the time to drive here. I don't know if I'm wrong.

How are they going to put limitations when it comes to ordering? Because I didn't order online and they have to meet the line time, you are supposed to give priority to your customers who arrive. I said it because I work for a McDonald's, I know everything is going to be close. customer service because I am a manager and still the boy who attended to us calmly as you want, put what you want and where you want

Good morning, this is a place where they give very bad customer service. They are not friendly, starting with the cashiers and ending with those who deliver the orders. They should train the staff for customer service.

The truth is that the food there has no flavor. My million-dollar question is what happened with the spicy sauce and the traditional country ketchup. The rice is just a little bit, they serve less than half the second container, improve if you want to sell traditional chicken, bring 100% original products, it seems like we are in Kentucky Fried Chicken🙂‍↕️

Terrible, they take too long to deliver the food

The food is very tasty but you have to wait up to 2 hours for it to be ready or served so you have to go with a lot of time and patience and little hunger.

The last two times we have gone as a family... you stand in a long line so that at the end they tell you you have to wait an hour and a half to eat... which I appreciate if they bring the food to the table and pick it up... and that is highly valued... I hope they can improve the waiting times...

Why does the GM not put cards in the scare they give a terrible service, the staff is horrible for two pieces waiting 50 minutes??? They're just doing it wrong

Went to pollo campero on Sunday afternoon, as soon as I approached to the cashier they looked like I was ruining their plans because they immediately told me that there was a wait time of 30 minutes and asked me if I wanted to wait that long I said yes not a problem but we got our food 5 minutes later. That made me realize that they did not want more people to come in to eat hahaha that was hilarious for me thinking how can employees could be sabotaging their employer like that . Finally the cherry on the cake was that they did not have any ice for beverages. I asked for it and they just said , we don't have Ice but not for a second they I apologized for it like they did not care at all for the inconvenience. Zero customer service. Lately almost every time we find something missing on the menu.

Always tastes good and staff handles heavy traffic very well.

This place is devastated by people, poor organization, be careful if you make large orders, check before leaving, they don't give you complete orders.

Service is excellent. Food is fresh. Flavor is always muy excelente! Have been coming here for years. They never disappoint. Whenever I'm in the area I'm always excited if I get the chance to hit them up since there isn't one near where I live.

The chicken here doesn't taste good, it doesn't smell like free-range chicken. The very slow service arrived at 8:39 pm and I'm still waiting. 9:10 p.m.

Every time that I come over here when I try to order the 20 pieces of chicken, there is never chicken breast. I have been many many many times trying to give many different chances to this place because when I was a kid I had Pollo camper in El Salvador we have a starting to hate now because one of my favorite parts of the chicken is the breast. I highly suggest if you’re not gonna have it available just take it out of the menu don’t offer it making people upset.

Poor customer service. I was overlooked multiple times when I tried to pick up my online order because I did not speak English. All the Spanish speakers were helped before me. I will not come back here again.

It was ok. I had the tender meal, it wasn't anything special. Stopped in to get a quick bite. Chicken wasn't very flavorful, actually seemed as if it was old. I ordered plantains as a side. The plantains were good, but they need crema for those. The service was ok, they weren't rude, they just looked busy. Now back to the food. It's not worth what it costs you. I believe I got sick after eating here. I can tolerate fast food, however about an hour ½ after I got home that's when the issues started. My stomach started hurting and even into the next morning I was still dealing with gastrointestinal issues. My friend who went with me also experienced the same problems as me, and even though she got a regular chicken meal, she stated that they gave her old chicken instead of fresh. Go to popeyes right across the street. I understand they cater to the Latin community, but popeyes has better chicken...this chicken is subpar.

I'm not sure it's because the restaurant is about to close in 1hr. But my order is messed up! I ordered 4 pieces grilled chicken meal and 9 pieces of chicken nuggets, but it came up with 1 box with 3 pieces of fried chicken and another box with 4 pieces of fried chicken! Seem like they don't care what I ordered. They're just gonna throw whatever they want in those boxes before they are about to close :(

The service was atrocious but the chicken tasted good. The girls serving the food purposefully added wrong chicken to my order because it was all they had left. Young man working there tried to make it right but the ladies there dgaf and weren't interested in helping. Maybe don't go when it's busy. Seems they can't handle the pressure.
