Why are your prices so high? 30 bucks for 2 chicken finger meals. I added a kids meal to that and it was 39 dollars. Who pays 40 dollars for fast food? Not me and most people. I'll go out to dinner and sit down before I give 40 dollars to a drive through for 3 people.

Always fast and always got your food in the bag

Refused refund and didn't get food after employees were swearing non-stop inside the business. Not a family environment, lots of crime around this place.

I had to wait 10 minutes in drive thru to place an order because they said the inside got busy. They did not try to discount my meal or anything.

It's Hardee's it's better than McDonald's and not bed food for fast food breakfast

I came through at 7:03 pm last night 8/5.We wait in drive through about 20 to 25 minutes an I did a big order they were on there cell phones an taking there time .He was ringing up orders wrong he said it was a problem with there computer but he will fix it ,when I got home to take everything out three or 4 sandwiches were missing ,all the fries were burnt like they reheated them the burgers were old like they say past there expiration time.I called for over a hour no one answered an they still haven't answered.I left 2 messages with cooperate about this experience.I don't eat at Hardee's an we decided to try them yesterday an this is what we got an I had to go back out an spend more money last night because of this if I stayed in Newberry I would have taken it back last night.The 5 drink were waters down also we asked for no ice an all of the had ice.And please fix your speaker cause you could barely hear .An stay off the cell phones especially when you take so long getting an order an it was that bad look at the camera at 7:04 pm.Im still waiting on a manager to contact me.....!!!!!!!

Establishment is absolutely disgusting! Walked in the door an could immediately smell mold. Decided to hit the bathroom and go somewhere else. Walked into the bathroom and the foul odor was horrendous! There was mold and feces on the floor as if it hasn’t been cleaned, ever! I couldn’t even use the restroom yet alone try my luck with the food. Would not recommend anyone stepping foot into this establishment, it’s a disgrace.

Was the best fast food I’ve had in a while, the manager Brian was very friendly and nice. The food was out in less than 5 minutes and was still fresh. The new management is really helping the restaurant.

Came through the drive thru at 2 pm with no other customers in sight… 2 employees were at the back door smoking was made to wait almost 5 min to even place my order of 10 piece chicken tenders with 2 honey mustard Dr Pepper and apple turnover. Wasn’t given a total was told to pull around where the window guy that was just outside rang my order in right then still not giving an total only to ring me for two 10 piece and a coke. Went in to get it fixed only to be told that none of the 3 employees there knew how to refund the money on my card but they could give me store credit. Absolutely nothing has changed with new management still have lazy under trained employees and poor service this was the last chance will not be back

Stopes by there today and on the wall it said get a free chicken sandwhich with a purchase of a dollar or more. I asked the drive through employee and she said she had no idea how to find it on the app. She had another lady come over and she said we are under new management so no I said ok I will not be coming back due to false advertisement and she said sarcastically awesome sauce and walked away.

I’ve been here a few times but ugh no more. The people working there are so rude. So incredibly rude. Every time I go in, every person I interact with is just so rude. The food is usually ok but there past few times have been very poor. Old food. Burnt chicken strips. Dry biscuits. Eye rolls from the workers. Y’all need some serious help.

Got 2 burgers and 2 large fries, and it was disgusting. We paid $25 and got this, and it took 20 minutes to bring our food out even though we were the only ones there. The buns were soggy and the patties didn't even look like real meat. No lettuce and literally no sauce. Don't eat here unless you want to get sick

Well this place was clean and the food was pretty good. I stop here for a quick bite to eat and they deliver fast.

I don’t usually eat fast food at Hardee’s. But the food Fresh,fast, reasonable and delicious. The service was better than most. Friendly, pWould definitely eat at that location again.

Would like to say other things, However to keep it civil. Had a horrible experience with the manager. The other employees seem nice. If you have the liberty to go somewhere else for breakfast, You should do just that. This review has been up for a while from me , And no one from this location seems to care. It’s worth the drive to go to high springs, instead of this location..!!

Standard visit. I waited for fresh chicken to fry up. Place is usually clean. Staff is pleasant and attentive. I took the order to go. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Also has easy parking for semi's.

They're Philly cheesesteak burger was off the chain. My overall experience was awesome the ladies inside were amazing.

After visiting this hardee's today, i believe this will be my last visit to a hardees ever agian. Paid $30 for two meals, both very meh taste.. and its sad bc i always loved most hardees ive been to but they arent around anymore. The staff i dealt with just make it clear they dont want to be there. Bair minimum greeting should be easy. Eat at any of the other surounding food places.

First time coming here, food sucks, employees suck, get it together. Only thing edible were the fries

It was a bit slow for fast food, and there was one time my order was messed up. However, this place is for comfort food, and they do that quite well. Staff has always been extremely polite and well-meaning. Chicken is always spot on, burgers are good, and place is usually clean when I go inside. Drive thru is just slow, but I'm used to that now.

Food there is terrible! Terrible service and they serve your food in bags instead of a tray! Never again ill go there

It was my first time today at Hardee's and I can say they made it the best. I know it's just a food restaurant but they made it seem like we was all family. The confidence and the kindness was the best. I definitely recommend coming to Hardee's in Newberry. Not only was the employees nice and wounded full people. So was the food. I had no problems with my food. They also have your food out pretty fast. Over all good service!!

The girl at the window wasn't very personable. I asked if they had onion rings because the one in my town does. They did not have onion rings. For the most part it was okay. Overall I like Hardee's above anybody else cuz their food is fresher.

I've been eating Hardee's since I was a kid and worked there when I was a teen. The biggest long-standing issue is consistent quality. All that being said, this is my favorite Hardee's in Alachua county. The food is generally on point with very few exceptions. I commend the management here for having a higher bar for quality and service.

I got the chicken strip n fries. Wow, they both were good. They both were hot n tasted fresh! Way to go Hardee's!

This Hardee's in Newberry , Florida needs a deep cleaning. The inside smells real bad. The smell was bad enough I would not buy a drink.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and tenders. Didn’t get the sandwich. Went back. The worker then told me that if I payed for the sandwich then I didn’t have to pay for the tenders but he didn’t ring it up an wasn’t on the receipt. Then made me pay for the tenders and sandwich lol. Horrible service.

Whatever they are doing better is working! I had THE BEST double hamburger and Angus mushroom hamburger EVER. And let me tell you...my last visit 2 months ago was awful. But tonight rocked it. I even called them to let them know what a great job they did tonight. Very proud of new staff. DELICIOUS food. I will be back.

Like what the heck???? Two flipping drinks over 8 dollars. I did not even know what I paid till after I left. I was taking my daughter to the playground and she wanted a drink so I stopped there and got her a drink. But wholly molly....... Never did know it was that much. They will never get my business again. Like what the heck! Sure as heck was not a gallon or 2 liter each drink. They are really horrible on their prices.

This is the Worst Hardee's we have ever Ordered from. We Ordered the chicken sandwich meal it was the smallest piece of chicken no lettuce or tomato just a blob of nasty mayonnaise. Took it back in to get a refund the only thing she got back was a 19 dollars and change the bill was over 26.00 we noticed the difference when we got home then called the store the manager said to call back Monday and talk to the head manager. This is not the first time Never Again. SCREW HARDEE'S!!!

Horrible! Fries were probably hours old. Chicken greasy and Luke warm. Kinda dirty also. The staff looked like zombies, moved like them too. I wish there was a zero star rating.

As soon as I entered, I smelled the distinct odor or over-used grease. I have worked in fast food and the odor was easy to identify. I ordered chicken tenders, watm but not hot.

Burger and fries were cold. Place was a mess. Definitely would recommend just driving to Gainesville or somewhere else.

Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 big star combos. The burgers were awful! I think they were old because the bottom bun on my husband's burger was hard on the whole bottom. Live about 9 miles from there, so we've learned our lesson. This place has been consistently going down hill.

Good service, fast food. The turn in to get in the parking lot is a little goofy but that’s no fault of theirs. Food was exactly what was ordered and very hot. Definitely miles better than McDonald’s.

Ordered takeout through the app and waited a few minutes to leave the house, get to restaurant only to be told they don’t make your order until you get there. Not much point in using the app if I have to wait 15 minutes after pulling up th the drive thru window. That’s not how takeout works……

They have Wi-Fi service which is great! I was waiting for my pup to get a procedure done and they mind me hanging out for awhile.

Food was great my only issue is how they packed all my food into 1 little bag that's all imma say other than that check them out they seem to really get the food out in a timely fashion and it's presentable not messy

Employees are rude to you in window, rude on the drive thru speaker. I was asked to pull up with no one behind me to wait for food and i sat here for 15 minutes before someone walked out and she had a nasty look on her face, didn't say a single word or apologize for the wait or anything. Just walked out and shoved my bag of food in my window. Theres a reason this place has no business. 11 months later and guess what no one knows how to make gravy every time I've tried stopping here for breakfast. This is literally colored water with sausage chunks in it. This is disgusting. This hardees is poor performing at all levels at all times of the day a waste of money.

Just bad . Powdered gravy water . Because telling me your out was to difficult so I could pick an option that is complete. Just lazy man c'mon.

Burgers, fries and onion rings server cold. Second time in a month

It's one of the only fast food options in this town, but it's not a great one. It's probably true with every Hardee's, but we ordered 2 "Big" Hit Ham & Cheese and a small one. The "Big" one looked like what the small one looked like in the picture. We definitely didn't like the value we got. As a cherry on the top, the bun on one of the sandwiches was hard on one edge... just not good. The service was not good. I'm not expecting much when I go to a fast food place, but I got less than expected here. You don't have many choices in this town, but I'd try something else before trying this place.

Pulled in at 1pm for lunch from the drive through. Ordered two chicken fingers value meals. Had to wait in line to get to window for payment. After payment we were asked to pull into the waiting lane. There was no one behind us and no one showed up. Absolutely no reason to put us in a waiting lane. When we got our order, there was no napkins, the fries were cold and full of salt (we asked for no salt) and we got handed only one drink (had to ask for the other). An hour and a half later we’re “dying of thirst” from all the salt on the fries. Tried to call the number on the receipt to talk to the manager at the store (Newberry, FL) twice and no one answered. Won’t eat there again.

The food and service was great, worthy of 5 stars. The shift leader today (05/21/2022 at about 12:30 PM) was awful and should not be managing people. In front of customers he made fun of one employee, mocked another employee, and rudely ordered the young lady doing the drive through to come over and do something right in front of him. That's not delegating and I'm sure he thinks he's joking, but he is abusing his position of power and it was horrible to witness.

I was asked to pull into the waiting spot while they prepare my food. Not a long wait, but the fries and burgers were all cold. Makes me wonder what the wait was for.

I've learned to expect to wait at Hardee's, but 25 minutes? I guess their prices went up too, because of course they did. The real insult was the cold fries on top of the rest. No reason to go back, no love lost

Service and drive thru really hit an all time low. Drive thru and lobby full of unsatisfied customers in Newberry FL on 27th of March. Hopefully they will get it together. 20 minute wait or longer is not cool!

The facilities were clean. The staff was attentive, and friendly. They were short staffed that day but still managed to have my order prepared in a reasonable amount of time.

Sat in line 15 minutes after open, to be completely ignored. No one on drive thru, drove up to the window and employees refused to even look my direction. I understand being late to open but there was zero communication or an ounce of customer service. Extremely disappointed, won’t waste my time before coming here before work here again.
