Hardly no ketchup or mustard I said no pickles but Watsup with ketchup and mustard come on that cook can do better than that I never had a problem till now

I enjoy their biscuit and gravy and breakfast offerings. I have yet to have a good burger there though.

This was my first time trying Hardee's. I only know its the east coast version of the west coast Carl's Jr. This location is nearby. I decided to visit about an hour before closing time. There wasn't anyone in the parking lot, drive thru and I didn't see anyone inside. I ordered based on looking at their menu online, which was a good thing because neither of the large digital menus were working. I ordered a SuperStar combo meal to see if it is as good as the West coast Carl's Jr version. (Though big and tasty, it wasn't very similar to the amazing SuperStar from Carl's Jr.) While ordering, the drive through person asked me to confirm I had ordered a "number one". Which turned out to be ironic, because when I pulled up to the window and told her that neither of their menu displays were working so I couldn't confirm the menu number, she said, "I know, this displays haven't been working for a while". If i didn't know what i was going to order in advance, I would have left and went to a competitor due to the non functioning order menus. The drive through person was friendly. It took an unexpected considerable amount of time to get the order for drive thru. The drive thru person disappeared after taking my order until returning with the meal, making me wonder if she had to either help cook or maybe work the front counter. She apologized for the order taking so long. When leaving I noticed a truck had been behind me in drive-thru waiting. The over all food was good, but not as good as I expected being from the West Coast, which does bias my opinion. A lot of lettuce on their SuperStar burger which i liked. The fries were really good. I'll try something different next time that doesn't have a Carl's Jr equivalent.

Waited almost 10 minutes for my food. I appreciate the fact that it was fresh when I got it the young young man with the long hair sticking straight up on his head in the kitchen, made some comments that I found disgusting Then lo and behold when I got in my car to leave no napkins in the bag, also did not notice a napkin dispenser in the store

Great chicken and biscuit , today. Not today Friday,28 June 2024, gravy was runny…I feel like I should have waited for chipotle to open. I drove an hour for a medical appointment and thought I would go to my favorite Hardee’s…. I was totally surprised., and not a good way…. Maybe the competition has taken away some of their best help? I understand the challenges of trying to keep good help.

I got the breakfast platter with bacon. The bacon and hash rounds were undercooked. I had to wait on eggs, which were so greasy I couldn't eat them. And everything else was cold. There also was no unsweet tea at the drink station. The only good thing about this experience was the staff, who were super nice and efficient. I won't be back.

Service was good. I ordered the chicken tenders platter. The flavor of the chicken was very good but the size of the strips were terrible. I felt like I'd received the kids meal. I am getting very discouraged with the increased prices and the decreased size/portions, that the majority of the restaurants are serving. I feel the pictures on the windows are false advertising and often lead to big disappointments. The consumers deserve better! If the portions were equal to the price of the food, I would have been able to give five stars

Do not come here. Especially if you have small children. They do not have high chairs. The reason they told us this is because of “covid”. It’s June 2024. That was nothing but a lazy excuse. The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The service is terrible. I had to wait in line for 5 minutes to get ketchup packets. The coke taste wasn’t right and I didn’t even bother to ask for help with it because I knew it would take too long to get help. They served our food in to go bags rather than trays. Avoid this place.

I got the mushroom Swiss combo! Fries were hotter than the sandwich but they had nasty after taste! Fast food restaraunts have jacked their prices and lowered the quality of the food! Sucks eating out now! Don't know if you're going to end up sick or not! Boo Hardee's 👎 Soooooo disappointed!

Terrible Service! I ordered a sausage biscuit and it was hard like 3 days ago hard... I spent $10 on it along with hashbrowns and a drink. I could not return it because I had made it to work. So no breakfast that day. This is the second time I was disappointed but they won't get me again! I would have chosen no stars but I had to pick something..

Very slow but food was hot & decent.

Absolutely the worst burger I have ever eaten. Cold and dry meat, very little mayo, big chunk of lettuce. It's fast food it's not that difficult.

Food came out good. Biscuits could be a tiny bit cooked longer. One of the eggs in the biscuit looked odd. Had dark marks all over the egg. Didn't look like burn marks either. But ok, experience overall.

Huge line when I got there at 9:30 AM. As expected. So I’m mobile ordered instead and they still were capitalizing on drive-through orders instead of walkins and mobile orders. Took about 25 to 30 minutes.

I haven’t had Hardee’s country ham biscuits in years. I went through the drive thru the other day, and the woman taking my order was very friendly. My biscuit was great and not too greasy. I wish for $5 I could get two slices of country ham since these sandwiches used to cost under $3 back in the day but other than that, everything was fine.

First I’ll say I love Hardee’s, especially the breakfast menu but this location has a serious problem with the girl taking orders at drive thru. I gave my order but I was trying to get the other orders. She was so rude rushing me and I’m not talking even a minute. Can you give me your order. I explained I’m getting there 30 seconds in. She’s still yapping rudely while I’m trying to her my brothers order. I said ma’am I’m trying but I can’t hear him if you are talking at same time. “Well I can’t hear you, which obviously she did if you heard what I said. He starts telling me his order but again she interrupts. Ma’am please I’m trying to give it to you. She again won’t stop yapping. No one behind me, still not even at a minute and age is just nasty. I finally said you know what forget it. If I can’t even get a moment to get my order in and be stressed over some very rude girl that should not be working. I’m in the area right around the corner but this location lost my business due to one very rude and ignorant worker. Usually at the windows someone will day let me know when you’re ready but not this one. Apparently she needed to go fix those foot long eyelashes that I’m sure are against health regulations being in the food industry my entire life. This girl needs to go as she is definitely costing this locations business.

I work down the street from this location so when I forget to grab breakfast, I usually end up here. This location is the best Hardees and I'll choose it over other nearby places everytime. My food is always great, hot & fresh and they've never messed up my order. But on top of that, the service is always great! Jemeica M at this location is always on her game with condiments/napkins/straws, she never forgets anything and always has a friendly smile. :)

Hardee's quality has gone down hill. To top it off, no pickles! No small cups. Soda machine was acting up, so the flavors tasted bad and the counter had to use the drive thru register. The employees were great in dealing with all of the shortfalls dumped on them by the company. You'll see below that someone at Hardee's asked for more info. I followed their direction, but nothing ever came of it.

I ordered two steak biscuits this morning. And literally one of them was raw, pink and kind of slimy on the inside. I went back and got a refund and the manager acted like it was no big deal. Actually, he acted like I was putting him out of his way to give me a refund. I showed him and he was like hey guys make sure you cook the stuff thoroughly. I said I hope I don’t get food poisoning from this. He laughed and said it was pre-cooked meat. You’re not gonna get sick. I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this place. In fact, I need to call the health board on them ASAP. 🤮

I went through the drive-through and ordered a steak biscuit and orange juice. The biscuit was perfect, and the steak was cooked to perfection. This sandwich is one of my favorites, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The OJ was cold and delicious. If you are looking for a fast food restaurant, this is the place to go!

Don't remember a time where I've been forced to wait to pay for my food while the person working the window texts and surfs Facebook for several minutes, but I did today. If looking at your phone in front of a customer is more important than doing your job, you probably don't deserve the job. Just saying ..

This place is gross inside. It looks grimy and outdated, your shoes stick to the floor, and it has a funky smell inside. I ordered a Frisco burger and it had green tomatoes on it, so they were too firm to be on a burger. I ended up taking them off. The burger also tasted off; it just had a weird aftertaste. The fries were cold as well.

I understand they have to make the food fresh to order. But the service was just horrible. The lady acted like we were bothering her by being there.

I think I will stick to their biscuits. I ordered the three piece chicken strip meal. The chicken strips are very small and not very good.

I ordered the platter. Country ham was good but very small, gravy good, eggs hard fried - bad, Nashville chicken biscuit was bland. The floor is very sticky; you can hear a loud separation from your feet with each step, soap dispenser in bathroom empty, one of the drink machines work. The older male cashier was professional, however. This place is very rough around the edges and probably worst food for a Hardee's than any I've attended in a while.

4 stars only cause the floor was sticky!

12/27/23, 8:18AM. Failed to acknowledge us at the drive thru for five minutes when we said "Hello?" Multiple times. Pulled to window just to be stared at by the lady with the headset while they talked to another employee and bagged orders. Get better management.

I would give a five but that young female with the mouth, I asked could the cook stir my cheese grits and the black girl yeld out stir your own grits I said nothing else.

I just left and was their first order for lunch and they were so friendly! The food is great and the service is amazing!

I usually don't eat hamburgers, however took a bite of hubby's burger, and ate it. Delicious.

Always delicious always clean always nice people

Been in their drive thru many times over the years only to have rude service. Today she gave me two wrong breakfast sandwiches and two drinks with no straws. I turned around to get the straws and she stared at me like I inconvenienced her. Got home and food is wrong. Tried calling and nobody will answer phones. Last time I ever go there.

Hardee's at Baymedow slow, gave my order the car in front of me than I had to wait another 30 min for my tender then when I finally got them they came with 3 tiny nuggets so had to go back in and wait again while they cook me some more. The Manger was nice and apologized. The restaurant was dirty and the manager was cleaning behind the stove spraying chemicals while the food was still cooking. The cleaning that was been done is something that was needed to do after closing once they break down the appliances for deep cleaning not during peak times.

Just stopped here for dinner, the young lady working DRIVE THRU and FRONT COUNTER alone was amazing! But no manager in site the entire 30 minutes we were eating, the food was horrible and old. When we were about to leave we decided on apple pies the cashier said she would cook us fresh ones, so while waiting we finally see a "manager" come from the back, she was clearly on some sort of narcotics. She then proceeded to pull her hair out of her ponytail IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN and tossed her hair around for awhile, then turned right around without washing her hands and make sandwiches with NO GLOVES on. We were appauld. The nastiest thing I've ever witnessed at a restaurant. She has no business being a manager or even an employee here. Her name is Lilly. We will not be back because of her.

Visited yesterday 12/3/23.The floors were so greasy n slippery that I almost fell 4x. Told the guy who was working front counter. He said nothing. The food was horrible over cooked. The workers there had no response on anything.

I've been to this location on a few different occasions since moving to the area about 6 months ago. Each time has been a completely different time of the day; usually lunch/dinner, but breakfast this last time. Each time, no matter the shift, the food is fresh and hot, the service is quick and friendly, and the place is pretty clean. It's become my go-to for a fast food burger or sausage biscuit!

I haven't had a actual hot hamburger with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, oni I ns and bun since before Covid and hot fries, Cons floor was sticky and a worker had some gadget plugged up along with. A phone ,had no idea what that was about but the food was hot.

The Breakfast crew is the bomb... The general manager Ron is friendly and keeps this place nice

I go here every single morning since they started the two for five and get two biscuits and two bowls of gravy for $1.38 and I have that for breakfast and lunch it's so much. The most amazing biscuits you'll ever place in your mouth.

Worst customer service I have ever had this seem to help for the time, but I think they were secretly just angry because I didn’t have much money to work with so my burger was completely cold.
