10am, Sept 6: Breakfast items - Greasy greasy greasy. Everything in the bag was greasy. The potato rounds were undercooked and greasy. Sausage biscuits..sausage was cold and biscuit was barely warm..and a very greasy wrapper on both. The Frisco sandwich was not edible, the wrapper had puddles of oily grossness. I tossed it out the window and wished the wildlife good luck and put the nasty wrapper in the bag with the rest of the trash. If we hadn't of been several miles down the road, it would of all been returned. I used the restroom while hubby was in drive thru..garbage on the floors, no TP in handicap stall and no soap. Garbage can overflowing. Plenty of employees standing around talking amongst themselves or gazing off into wherever they were daydreaming... someone should of actually been doing their jobs. For a Hardee's to be this bad, it has to be real serious management don't care problem.

That lady has those breakfast biscuits right every time!!

Thank you to the kind, helpful and cooperative service of our hometown Hardee’s! They supported our teachers with back to school breakfast. Despite scheduling conflicts thanks to Hurricane Debby, their team made it all happen for our staff at Starke Elementary School and we are grateful!!

The food is very good especially breakfast because Mrs. sherry‘s biscuits are delicious

Did a mobile order it was pretty busy which is understandable it was almost 10 the lady who took my order at the speaker was so cheerful and incredible 5/5 stars when I got to the window completely different she were rude and acted like it was a bothered which is okay I get it no one wants to work in the service industry especially during a breakfast rush she immediately tells me what the order is I say I had the mobile order for Amber she said it wasn't ready yet and I asked if they wanted me to pull into a parking spot to wait since the line was pretty long again she looked around said yes I pulled into a spot waited almost 30 minutes(I was on the phone so I knew roughly the time I had waited) I finally said forget it walked it and got the food...it was sitting in the to go spot on the counter by the time I got home three streets down I gave everyone their food EVERYTHING was cold hard as a rock ice in the soda had melted coffee was cold I ended up throwing away everything and making breakfast at home which was what I was trying to avoid this morning after working a 16 hour shift last night I don't normally give bad reviews but dang I'm just trying to save someone money and time especially 30$ worth of food 🥺

The burgers were sloppy way too much condiments.

The chicken sammy was to die for. The meat was truly cooked to perfection.

I'm sorry to say this but time and again I've given this Hardee's a chance to redeem itself but,now I will be going to the keystone store.I don't go inside at all in starke it smells bad Last time I went Thur drive Thur the food was just mediocre and the service was even worse I felt very rushed and it's not appreciated it all for being here.

I came in this morning because the drive thru was backed up to the road. I'm glad I did because I was met with nothing but friendliness from the team. The cashier was super knowledgeable and made some recommendations. The restaurant was nice and clean. I even saw the manager talking to guests as they were getting drinks as she was wiping down the beverage area. Looking in the back, the kitchen was nice and organized even with how busy they were. The men's restroom was clean, organized and stocked. It was my first eating at Hardee's for breakfast and I was amazed. The food came out nice and hot, the biscuits were perfectly golden brown and so tender that it literally melted in my mouth. I'm in town once a month for my military duties, so I will be back to visit. Thank you Hardee's

Sunday afternoon I would like to thank Miss Marcy at the Hardee’s in stark Florida for saving my puppy and let him have a drink cold water the service was excellent I also got me something to eat while I was there

My local Hardee's great place for a quick bite always get my order right usually a pretty good place as long as the little old lady that's the manager during the day isn't there she really infects the morale of the customers and the employees

Hardee's used to have high standards, but today, those were not met. The lobby was closed, so we went to the drive-through. The difficulty in ordering should have been the first sign of how the rest of the visit would be. When paying, the cashier was not friendly, nor did she repeat the order-as the usual procedure. When the food was handed to us, there wasn't even a 'thank you for your business'. We drove down the road and opened the bag. The patties were much smaller than the bun and WAY overcooked and very thin. The fries were not hot, greasy, and not good. We were already on the road, or this order would have been returned. The decline in pride, courtesy, and customer service is unfortunate. That was our last time at Hardee's.

Unlike many, if not most fast food chains, this location is always spotlessly clean, well stocked and the staff in my opinion, is well trained and attentive. You'd think that would be the norm, but not these days, so it's nice when you find an exception. Must be management or the owner of this location, can't say the same for the ones in Tallahassee.

The “military discount” or lack there of is insulting to military personnel. If you don’t want to give a discount then DONT. Giving a 10% discount on “regular price” items is ridiculous considering it doesn’t apply to anything

Very disappointed last visit. Food was very salty and the burger was pretty dry. There chicken has always been great. Will stick to the chicken.

I used to eat Hardee’s like a man on a mission I’m talking All star meals 3 times a week. Those were the good ole days, until inflation hit and prices got higher. I had the pleasure to work there and if you saw how the food was made you probably wouldn’t be too eager to dine there depending on who makes it but that pretty much applies anywhere I guess. Overall it’s okay they have excellent fries just watch your sodium they can be salty

Why isn't the dining room open in Sunday?

The food was really bad. We thought we were lucky when we got there, and there was no line and everywhere else had a line wrapped around the building. Boy, were we wrong.

They totally suck. Liadin shirt with shift leader on it asked me to.move up after already having a car pulled up. Long story short a gentleman told me they refunded my cc refusing me service because I wouldn't move up. After, asking for a copy of the refunded receipt, it had not been refunded. Crook!! Top it off my food wasn't even hot

The food is amazing, so is the staff. I would go there every morning after doing the school run and the atmosphere is great. The biscuits and gravy is some of the best that I've had in the area.

The staff was really nice and the food was good. The only down fault was it took 30 minutes to get through the line. But on there defense it was busy. The line was in the road. They did a good job.

I’m highly disappointed I tried to get some food with my family tonight and we chose to go to Hardee’s and it was before 9pm and we went through the drive through window waited a minute no one said anything, waited a couple more minutes tried to say hey you know something to get their attention still nothing after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes I decided to leave. I can’t express enough how disappointing this is to me my family wanted to try their new Nashville hot chicken and couldn’t. Marcy I don’t understand why you close so early even though it says 9 pm but it’s going to make you lose business it’s not fare and it’s not right at all. I will definitely be going to keystone Hardee’s where I know they won’t close early and they are all so sweet.

One of the managers Lacey Conrad is rude and flicked me off for telling her that having a sign up that doesn't reflect the menu is called false advertising. She is mad because she works at Hardee's for a living and eats all the leftovers.

I always liked Hardee's more so than the other fast food chains. I was very displeased the last 2 times I went. The girl was very friendly, but the service was very slow. The quality of their food has become horrible and tasteless.

Hardee's hardly ever let's me down. This particular visit was perfect 🥰 that's difficult to say about fast food sometimes.

CLEAN YOUR DINING ROOM TABLES!! I rarely stop out to eat, but the hubby wanted a breakfast biscuit. Every table in the dining room was dirty and the floor was sticky.

Well 10-17-23 well I get to the drive through. I order. I get to the window. The young lady with the short hair and rotten teeth. She said something with a peach pie. I looked confused. She rudely said well what did you have ma'am! I said you didn't get it. Then just as I was about to tell her. She really got mad. And I was about to tell her a few words . The nice man in the green shirt told her to go. And he handled it well . Bc she already had an attitude b4 I even got up there. This is why I stopped going in the first place. Bc of the rudeness. Her name is landin. And what's sad the managers don't do nothing about it. And most of the managers have lil nasty attitudes. It's funny they can have a nasty attitude. But when you return the favor. They get mad. Then they go to lying instead of telling what really happened 🙄 😒 🙃

Fast, friendly service! Great price! Food was great! THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE OF THE LOBBY WAS 100°!!! I COULD NOT SIT AND FINISH MY FOOD! I HAD TO GET UP AND LEAVE! I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE WORKERS COULD STAND BEING IN THERE! I GUESS THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN!

I just called to speak with a manager that I thought still worked there . I got hung up on twice before I could even finish asking the questions I needed to know answers to . I finally got a name to who I was speaking to and her name was Marci. She was very rude and disrespectful didn't seem to want to be there . Or happy about being there . The customer service I received was discussing.. Which brings me to the reason I called my mother went through drive through. Received and burger got home went to bite into it and pulled a hair out of her mouth which was hanging with Parton the burger. Which instant regrets she began to throw up profusely. I don't want to be reimbursed or my good replaced who know what else is in the food . I have went into this restaurant but the service is so bad I never eat there only my mother. I half to say the head manager at this place needs to be retrained on customer service and proper food handling. This store needs help . I wish for no one to ever lose there income but at this point. I think extreme measures need to be taken before this place get sued for a lot of money

Can't beat a Hardee's biscuit for breakfast atmosphere got only three stars because I was at the drive through service was nice and quick but it's a drive-through what's an atmosphere for drive-thru

Grandma and I stop here every year on our summer trip. The staff is always very accommodating, the space is always clean, and the food is always hot and fresh. It’s worth going through town to get breakfast or lunch here!

The dining room was closed so couldn't tell you if the food was good. I refuse to go through the drive-thru if I wanted to go in side to eat, I would rather go somewhere else just out of principle. If you aren't going to open the inside, put out a big sign. I watched 4 other possible customers just leave because they couldn't go inside, while I wrote this review.

Inside is closed, only drive thru. Employees seemed really inconvenienced that we wanted to place 3 separate orders through the drive thru. Then they handed us all three orders at the same time and we asked, "which order is in which bag?" They just smiled and said nothing. I remember when this Hardee's was decent, now it's just trash.

The only place to get a BEEF sandwich for breakfast. Steak egg and cheese biscuit. Not everyone eats pork. THANK YOU HARDEES. Not even McDonald's has a steak sandwich or beef for breakfast.

Service was quick and friendly. Biscuits and gravy were on par. They had a limited drink menu (no carbonated beverages)

I ordered 3 big hot ham and cheese sandwiches, 1 medium order of onion rings, and 2 medium orders of fries and there was NOTHING hot about any of it!!! Maybe luke warm at best. Total waste of $31.29. Too bad gas is so much or I'd have brought it back and gotten my money back. Y'all should be ashamed

I look forward to my visits. The food is yummy and everyone is so sweet. Every fast food place in town should be this pleasant to experience.

Very awesome experience. Being from out of state I needed a good charred burger and they delivered. The crispness of the bun with the charring of the meat is awesome with their cold and fresh AND flavorful toppings. Really good burger for on the go

Messed up our order I asked for steak patties I got two of them that's fine but then I asked for two sausage biscuits they gave me three sausage patties wrapped up and then I asked also asked for biscuits and gravy gave me no silverware like what am I supposed to do with all that I ask for biscuits they gave me just straight-up patties after asking me to repeat myself four five times do better

They were the slowest Fast-food restaurants I've been to, it seem like no body was quite sure what was going on, and the whole place looked dirty!

Need a fast hot lunch and this was where we stopped. The cashier Kahlia was on her top game! I cannot remember the last time we had such great service at a fast food restaurant! Receipt says Lacie but her shirt says Kahilia I believe.

Did an order in the app but the store wasn't open but they still took my money. I'm having to jump through hoops to be refunded . In store staff were rude and uncaring causing me to become frustrated and irrate . The general manager wasn't even compent enough to get my refund processed. I never received my money back . So actually Hardee's stole from me. It's not worth the hassle to pursue further. Edit 10/3/22: Tried to respond to Hardee's response to review never received a reply. It seems that Hardee's only wants to appear to help while still stealing my money.

Hardee's In My Opinion Is Only A Great Breakfast Spot but I'm Bias On Lunch And Dinner.Their Menu Prices Have Seemingly Sky Rocketed Tremendously/Ridiculously The Last Year Or So.
