It’s ridiculous that the employees have been working for months with no ac, we go in to have dinner and it’s an oven in there really should treat your employees better. Staff works hard and the ovens make it even hotter and the portable acs ain’t cooling . Need to put money back into your business !

First of all waited for 25 minutes to fill our order, asked for no grilled onions on 12 cheese Krystal’s just add uncooked onions on the 12….finally got our order and it has no onions on none of them! Why do we even order, we should just pull up take whatever they give us cause that is what they do!

I just love those little hamburgers. It brings back my childhood. Not everyone has had that experience, maybe but I love it.

My fiance wanted fresh cooked hamburgers, And they were happy to oblige, With a smile.

Waited an hour for the food that I ordered online. The food was cold and not done. Some looked like it had set all day long. Mayo was nasty.

Order was all wrong. Didn't get half of the food we paid for. Was already on highway when we realized it. From out of town & wasn't willing to go back.

Bun was almost rock hard. Had that "been sitting forva while" soppy look inside the bun. Fries weren't very good. Out of buns for the chilli pups we ordered.

This location has changed soooo much for the better. Very friendly staff, super clean, relaxing and the food was spot on!!

Used the drive-thru about 3 weeks ago and ordered six cheese Krystal burgers. It was about 1130 am. The food smelled good and was hot but by the time I got to my destination it wasn't but thar was my fault. The burgers were tasty and fresh and without fault. I'll probably go back.

My husband just couldn't drive 1 more mile without his Krystal burger!! We had been driving a while on a small road trip when he saw the sign and..... off the highway we went!!

We were passing through Stark when we decided to stop in. We went to the drive-through and ordered 12 Crystal burgers, no onions on any of them and that was requested three times. We got off down the road and noticed that half of them had onions on them so we called and asked for a refund because we could not eat them And we were told very rudely that we could not have a refund until we brought them back and showed the staff. That half did in fact have onions on them. We will never be going back. Worst customer service!!!!!!

Krystal's go, this is a good ones, great food, good service, terrible tables, atmosphere

Inside the store was hot, humid, and wasn't clean. Service was slow, and the food was poor, even for Krystal standards. I bought burgers for my team and all four of us got sick. Never going there again!

Sandwich was nasty, went to drive through. No personality.

The cute girl that asked me if the car on my trailer was for her was very courteous and polite

We went on Easter. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have customers. The food was good.

Burgers are similar to, but better than White Castle. Fries are outstanding!

They were really friendly but they ruined my Krystal burgers. The grill person tried to thaw a stack of burgers and ended up making some of them burnt and some were cold. Disappointing.

A bit run down but not bad. My wife decided I needed to try a Krystal Burger just for the sake of saying I did it. Wellll... It was not the greatest but not horrible either. The patties probably a quarter inch thick, probably more like 3/16 of an inch which is the smallest Patty I've ever seen. It was gray in color looked more like a sausage patty than a burger. I probably won't ever come back, but at least I can say I tried it. The Staff were friendly so I can't say it was an unpleasant experience.

Everyone was nice the food was okay.

This time when my husband and I went in to get food we had to wait for someone to take our food order. I will let them go on that they were busy with other orders and were trying to get them out as fast as the 3 people working could. The thing that was subpar was the Krystals with cheese. They were made as we had asked but they were not hot and were barely warm. My husband did say the chili Cheese fries he got were good.

Friday night, 8pm, and they have 2 teenagers working the entire store. The staff is doing all they can to keep up, it's not their fault. Comes a point where the manager needs to step up and do something.

Stopped in after a few days out of town. Mr Sean and his crew very fast and courteous and took pride in their appearance. I didn’t get the names of all of them but I believe the young lady was Shanika. The food was great and these employees are an asset. Thank you

Looked online before going, it says it’s 24 hrs. Today February 9, 2024, I went through to the drive through waited a couple minutes no response. Pulled around the side of the building and employee were sitting around not paying attention.

Was there for lunch. Ordered online for Drive thru pick-up. Several cars ahead of me and line moved slow. I watched the vehicle ahead of me get their order then about a minute later give the large bag back to the cashier then moments later get a smaller bag and depart. When I pulled up next they gave me that same bag. IT WAS MY ORDER. After pulling away from the window I looked thru my bag to check my order and it was missing 3 pork sandwiches. I park and go in. Told them what I was missing, I was informed they didn't do that item at their location, but didn't say anything about it at the window. After a brief exchange they allowed a substitute for the missing sandwiches. I will not be using this location for a lunch option any more.

Was driving through Starke and went through the drive-thru. Drove right up with no vehicles in line. I get to the speaker and I hear what would you like to order. No welcome to Krystal's, good afternoon or anything. I make my order and I'm directed to drive to the window. The window opens no greeting nothing just your order is $12.14. I hand the money to the lady and ask how are you today? No reply she takes my money and the window shuts. The window opens back up and she says here is your change and the window shuts again. When she comes back I'm handed my drink and bag of food. No have a good day no thank you nothing. The window shuts and she walks away. The host name on the receipt says Scherymee. Just pathetic customer service not even a smile, didn't ask if I needed any condiments or anything. Great job Krystals putting an individual like this working with customers. I get backnon the road and take a drink of the 3.79 coke and all I tast is the carbonated mix no coke syrup in it at all. The burgers looked as if they were put together by a toddler. A waste of money and my time stopping at this location.

Took a long time to take customers orders.

Lazy employees that don't want to do their job. Not even to open the doors an hour after opening time since I can't go through the drive through.

Prices have gone up way too and what they charge you does not match what's on the advertisements outside

They will get your order wrong more times than right. Especially at night! 5 years later I update this to say it's more ghetto than before....

Someone needs to get on your employees. This is the third time the window lady said “it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait” while half of the employees are outside smoking. 😂 and they are always so shocked when we say “that’s fine we’ll wait” 😂

Well, they are not true sliders, cold, unmelted cheese, and the chili cheese fries soooo salty we couldn't eat them!

2 chick samwitch and a small fry and a small drink 21.35 I told them to keep it and went to Mcdonald and ate there for way less

A little below average fast food

I only gave a 4 because we couldn't eat inside. They were understaffed so it was drive-thru only. The food was fresh and fantastic.

Appreciate the heads up at the drive thru that the wait will be approx 20 minutes. Unfortunately, there were cars behind making it difficult to leave. However, It took less time reversing the heard than waiting...#whyKrystals

Ok, I admit to swinging through Krystal once or twice a month for my burger or hot dog "fix". I would go more often but it's wa-a-ay across town. Staff is always friendly & smiling, food is exactly as I remember it should be & in never disappointed. Good price too. GO!!

Have not had a Krystal in a long time. Stopped by the one in Starke & before I could even get inside an employee that was outside came over to me to say the cash registers were down & they couldn't take any orders.

Run by kids lots of mistakes but food is ok

It was no white castle. I ordered my burgers same as always extra onions pickles add ketchup they were made wrong the dining room has a leak from the roof. Instead of cleaning when there was no customers the 2 staff members where MIA.

It's the only place open after 11 which is awesome especially when you're a night owl like me and sleep all day and don't wake up in time for anything else. They also updated their online app so it's easier to order

Awesome and fresh food, friendly staff.... only hickup i had was having to go inside to order after sitting behind some old lady at the drive thru that seemed to be eating at the order sign and not moving for me to place my order..cray cray, but no biggie

Lost my business for good. Gets worse and worse. I go in on a Thursday morn 8am ish act like it's a hassle to make me some cheeseburgers.. Sunday morn flat out told no.. we are not serving burgers till after 11.. I ask since when . Answer "since now we short staffed" there was Noone else in the drive through. 2 people on the sidewalk talking .. Noone at the counter inside. You can erase my Google reviews all you want but you loosing money and it's gonna get worse ..

Girl in the drive through was very polite and friendly... She took our order correctly and had our food out fast fresh and with a smile...Hell she was even singing,.. Very pleasant.... It's good to see that all fast food restaurants hasn't gone to the dogs.... Keep the great work...

It's crystals they're all the same

As soon as i pulled up through the drive thru, i didn't get a greeting or anything. First thing we all heard was, "Well, are you going to order or what?" After that, we were like nah, nasty attitudes bring nasty food, so we went to another one about 5 miles away and they got it right.

Waited in drive-thru after ordering 5 regularly krystals for over 10 min and their was only me and another car in front of me. Bad service time

I haven't eaten at Krystal in years but while passing by we decided to stop. It was a great choice the food was awesome and reminded me of those late nights in college of stopping by Krystal to fill the belly after clubbing... Lol 🤣😆

Burgers tasted squishy, like they were sitting. Sprite was out of syrup and 2 workers trying to do everything on their own and struggling. Grossly understaffed. Forgot our orange juice.

The manager was on the phone what an earpiece in talkin and cursing and walking around the manager walks around cursing a lot the timer went off on the food the burgers where not removed I paid for them because I didn't want any trouble for the manager

Buns on the dry side, meat patties a bit old. They take time at this location to make you believe they're cooking fresh, hot and delicious, than get barely warm Krystals. Try the next closest Krystal if you want Krystals.

We don't eat at Krystals often but once every 6 months or so my husband gets a craving for them. My only complaint is to the price , which was almost $20 for 12 cheese Krystals. The location in middlesboro ky is always hot and fresh . Just wish they weren't so expensive.

On the morning of Mother’s Day 2023 my sister and I leaving Jacksonville after visiting our mothers grave for the first Mother’s Day without her. One of our favorite traditions when visiting our extended family in Jacksonville was to stop by at a Krystal location for some burgers and chili fries. This year was the same as always. We stopped by early in the morning (8:30) and was greeted by the cashier Howard and as we told him our order he had to apologize as he and his coworker were the only ones there this morning and would not be able to service our lunch order at this time. After explaining the situation to him and how I now live in Mexico and I can only get Krystal’s about once a year or less his coworker came from the back and told us if we were willing to wait a bit that he would work his magic. My sister and I were so grateful as this would just complete this trip for us. I asked Howard if there was a tip jar or a way to leave a tip and he informed us that there was not. Howard and his coworker went above and beyond this morning and I will say that I wish them both well in life and in careers where ever that takes them. They’re our burger saviors and are badasses.

Poor kid was working front, drive through, and I think he was cooking too! He did the best he could.

Friendly folks, good deal on the sackful of Krystal burgers. All the Krystal in our town closed (once had 3) so I can only stop when traveling.

After all it's Krystal. The food was hot and fresh. Krystal has changed their fries. They're good. Now the large could be larger. (Fries)

Passing through and decided to stop for lunch. Haven't had Krystal burgers in many years. What a mistake. Burgers were awful. The meat tasted weird. Fries were greasy. My Coke was good. Never again. Should have gone to Tastee Freeze.

Starke has had a major decline in customer service with the fast food restaurants since Covid. However, Krystal has continued to improve over the recent years with food quality & customer service.

First time in a crystal resultant. Mini chili cheese dogs were really good and the crystal with cheese was different but good. Fries were hot and fresh. And they had strawberry soda. Service was really good and food came out hot and fast

Not recommended the food was cold basically as a they bagged it and there were three people working and I stood there with no customers in the store and waited over 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged! I love Crystal's food but this was very disappointing management needs to look into what's going on!

It was quick and hot! This was especially amazing since the poor girl at the window was the only working. Owner should be ashamed to treat an employee that way. I hope she was making everyone else's salary.

Terrible service and bad food. It took 20 minutes to get 4 Krystal Chicks, a medium fry and a medium Sprite, supposedly because they were cooking fresh ones. 2 were fresh, but 2 were hard as a brick, and the fries were not fresh. And this cost almost $17!!! Ridiculous. Bad food + bad service + high price = STAY AWAY!

This place was disgusting, I went in to bathroom and I immediately left because of how nasty it was. You probably need to close this place and remodel or something.

Manager was more than friendly so was reg girl tem to give senior discount much improved. Does need remodeled. Use to be awful. I've cancer one food I can eat. But overpriced badly! These use to be under 25 cents now almost $2.00 that's high for two bites.
