They actually have good food, better than most of American Asians restaurants I've been to in the US lol. They even able to spice it up to Asian extra spicy hot. The down side was it's for to go only no "dine in", drinks only available in 12 0z only if Im not wrong. My trip to Apalchicola was amazing because of this place,I could find Rice 🍚 lol. As Asian I approved this amazing small gem.

Surprisingly good Chinese food. We ordered online. Food was ready fast and was exactly what we expected. We got chicken based dishes, and I thought the quality of food was good. Large portion sizes. It’s a pickup only situation- no indoor seating. We’ll definitely order from Hong Kong Bistro again.

The Hong Kong Bistro serves delicious food, but lost a star from me for not opening their dining room back up after Covid. Pick up only.

Just a little hole-in-the-wall place you don't eat there it's takeout only but the food was great.

Pretty awful General Tso chicken. Chicken cut into tiny pieces so that it's almost all batter. Flavorless fried rice. Heartburn and burping long into the evening.

Everything was overcooked...extremely...egg rolls were fried so hard they were dark brown ...never again.

Went to place a delivery order and gave address. Man on the phone tried to confirm a previous address I had used on St. George Island. I asked to have it delivered down the road from that address to my home instead. Was told they couldn’t deliver to that address so I gave the address the man tried to confirm in the first place where they have delivered before and I would meet them. I was put on hold and then disconnected. After I called back I spoke with a lady and I was told they could not deliver to that address. I informed her they had in fact delivered to that address several times before without any problems. I was told they are no longer delivering to any of St. George Island which is a shame because I am a resident not just a weekly vacationer and will do business elsewhere.

We love this place! The food is Great (and always fresh). We usually go for lunch with a group of friends at least once a week. Their staff is happy and take very good care of everyone. It is also very clean and has reasonable prices. Not your run of the mill chinese restaurant.

Just damn good American Chinese food. The Hong Kong chicken is fantastic.

Food tasted a tad stale but other than that and the awkward stares it was a fine experience, would suggest the buffet be open longer but eh their the owners.

Really good food and friendly staff. It's a breath of fresh air to have a fairly priced restaurant in Apalachicola. Hong Kong bistro has delish food and reasonable prices. Most of the restaurants here think they're a 5 star Michelin rated restaurant by their pricing when it's just overpriced, badly cooked seafood slathered in butter. Way to go HKB!

Awesome place..love the service

What a surprise. Had Christmas dinner here and it was great. The general Taos chicken was tender, flavorful, and along with two spring rolls and pork fried rice, more then enough for a solid dinner. And it was less than $10!

If you live or stay here in Apalach, this is a great place to call & get your food delivered for a night in. It is Really good Chinese food. The house lo mein, sesame chix, General Tso's chix, pork dumplings are some of our faves...oh, and a great won-ton egg drop soup 😁

This is my husband's and my favorite restaurant. We love the fact that they are very willing to accommodate my husband's special dietary needs (gluten intolerant and unable to have certain spices like pepper). They even created a special sauce, so my husband can enjoy his favorite dishes (it's called James' sauce. It's the white sauce without the white pepper). Not many restaurants are able and willing to accommodate special dieting needs, so this place has fully earned 5 stars.

The food is always perfect and the orders are always correct. The atmosphere is friendly, the organization is flawless, and the staff are more than efficient! By the register you will find curio items to purchase at surprisingly low prices. I bought the jade elephant for only $5! Did I mention they deliver? No? Well, they do, and your order is piping hot when it arrives! I even live in a different town. What more could you ask for?
