Ordered 10 piece wings with friends. Taste great, however some of the wings were smaller than my pinky lol.

THIS FOOD WAS TRASH!!!!!!!!! I'm NEVER ordering from Hooks again! I just don't understand why some of these Chicken restaurants don't take pride in what they sell. I ordered the 6 piece wings and fries,very simple order.The chicken wings looked like they came from a baby chicken and it was tough. The French fries were even worse! The fries was hard,stale and inedible.I wouldn't feed this food to a dog! There should be a rating of triple O Zero because it doesn't deserve a rating. I wonder how long the fries were sitting in the freezer. Absolutely horrible!🤮

Every time I call and go pick up my order they are super fast and amazing the food is always fresh never had an issue !

Order strawberry cake received strawberry shortcake and that was dry and icing was hard it looked nothing like the picture and I ordered a 3 piece wing outside says $4.99 and I was charged $5.99 please update your menu prices

I Love when I come in town to visit family and friends. Me and Johnny always go to Hooks 🪝 the food be great.... but this time the chicken was old and not good The beans & rice was old 😕 don't ever serve that mess again 😫... please do better.... you people are serving the public and I damn sure don't want to eat or pay for messed up food.....🤬🤬

My favorite place to get ALL my birthday party eateries! Every time I call, it's last minute, but they always have the food fresh and hot. I can tell them the time I want to pick up, and they work with me every time! It has now become a tradition at our parties to have wings, fries, conch fritters, shrimp, and more. Thanks Hooks, our next party is in 2 weeks. Call you soon!

Worse place to eat. Dry and salty food.

Oldie but goodie. I love their fried lemon pepper wings and fried conch plate. Their employees just don't look happy but ignore them they must be tired because they are super busy and always open late. It was recently renovated and man that was greatly needed. There's still work being done but I don't mind. I prefer them over Snappers for sure.

Great wings and great breaded and fried chicken Gizzards .

Food is good but customer service is trash over the phone at night if calling to place an order . Have workers with headphones in that can barely talk or understand English

Normally I get good service during the daytime but wen u try to call in a order an the store doesn't close til 12am an it's 10:10pm they pick the phone up an hang up on u then wen u call back they don't answer or like tonight not even 10:20 I call they say hold on an don't come back to the phone then I hang up an call back after sitting on the phone an click u can here them pick up the phone an hang up again an it's not even 10:30 so that's a problem for me if they not gonna pick up the phone to take ur order that's ur lost of money an me wasting my time trying to call just stupid close at 10 an u won't have a problem it's just rude for the employees an if this was the 1st time I wouldn't complain but it's not they really suck an I love the food there but I will not order again 3-26-24

First time ever that I have ordered and to my surprise and disappointment, all of my food was cold. Not warm. Cold. It will be awhile before I go back.

Disappointing experience tonight, usually the wings and fries are good but tonight the fries are stale, no seasonings even though I asked for extra lemon pepper. The wings weren’t as good as they barely put lemon pepper after requesting to put extra. I ordered 15pcs of wings in total and asked for extra hot sauce and they still only put one small size of hot sauce.

The cuisine is excellent! Since the snapper filla doesn't taste like fish, it's best to continue purchasing the entire snapper. Certain establishments charge more yet don't sell entire wings. They are flavorful and offer the finest discounts. Food is always fresh, and fries taste great. The young man who works as the manager is always kind and helpful, but the females are not very nice. Since the restaurant is now being rebuilt, there isn't anywhere to sit; instead, you can take your food to go or eat it at home.

The food is delicious! Th snapper fila doesnt taste like fish so its better to stick with buying a whole snapper. Some places don't sale whole wings and cost more but hooks sales whole wings . They have the best prices and full of flavor. Fries are tasty , Food is always fresh. The ladies are not friendly but the Manager the young man is always helpful and friendly . They are in middle of rebuilding the restaurant right now so there's no place to sit you just have to take your meal and enjoy it in your car or at home.

Long wait in line but fast service when you arrive to the window it's best to go before 7:00 p.m. for fastest service

This is always a pleasant experience. The Catfish is very good and their fries are a perfect compliment. You will also enjoy the hot sauce.

The manager on duty does not know how to use a cash register . If you tell him , 1 dollar cash . N the rest on credit. He will glitch n not serve you food . This older middle eastern man . Very incompetent. Everyone else in the store is fine.

For one whole year,I order large snapper, with rice and coleslaw and leave a five dollar tips to find out the cook been given me a small snapper for the larger snapper, when I addressed the issue,was told to get out of here, there cook or manager as no basic training dealing with customers, he's nasty and slick, please be careful, check your order before you leave,thank you for listening to my complaints,

You don't come here for the atmosphere. You come here for great fried fish and shrimp. Have to try the gizzards and chicken livers next time. Is the coleslaw shrinking or are my hands growing?

Yes order 48.00 worth of food the chicken wings was very tiny and very small and fish was not good it tasted old and shrimp was old as well only thing that was good leaving and not come back to that location

okay customer service was good food was good that I ordered but they need to upgrade the inside of that restaurant I remember that restaurant when it used to be Brown's Chicken. look like they have the air conditioner it was hot ceiling tile missing no television on. the seats are too small to sit in to enjoy a dine in.

Truly I enjoyed every meal I purchased. Nice an hot every time delicious. I was out of town when I dined at Hooks.

The service is the absolute worst. You call, they pick up day hold on and then hang up on you. It’s ridiculous. The girls in the front have no customer service skills ever.

This place is so good! Even if the line is long they’re moving the lines quickly and after you pay, you do have to park to get your food but believe me 5-10mins (depends on day and time) for good food I’ll shall wait…

Asked for extra seasoning and seasoning on the side. Did not receive even a normal amount of seasoning on the food and no extras. Ruined my first experience.

When I want a quick fried shrimp and snapper, I go to this joint. I love their unbreaded fried shrimp.

The juiciest and most succulent catfish ever. Add a little extra lemon pepper seasoning on it and I promise that's the same fish Jesus shared 😅

The food is consistently good! However, the prices seem to increase for each visit. During our last visit, my husband was double charged. They said it didn't go through the first time. Wrong! 2 days later it showed up on his account twice. They claimed they only saw it once and didn't correct it.. So, we were out $100 for 3 dinners.... not cool at all.

It was not the Hooks that I use to go to before 2017. The lemon pepper taste salty where as before it was so powdery. I order wings & fries 🍟 I asked for extra lemon pepper like always and I was upset especially since they dumped it on there and before it was a little extra not an extra bottle full.

I wish I could give them more stars I really do this joint was not in a good location but let's just skip there and get right to the food I wanted to order these drinks that they had to post her outside of the window that you have not one drink I wanted to order a carrot cake they did not have any carrot cake but they were advertising like they did then I ordered the cunk balls, I ordered the fried tilapia and chicken wings with french fries the wings were bland not really seasoned at all not crunchy and then the most prize which was expensive the red snapper it was old and you know with me being official woman I know fresh fish when I tasted this fish was not fresh at all the fries was soggy and delicious head I had ranch I probably would have eaten those so I just ended up eating my kunkballs and drinking my tea won't be busy in this place anytime soon and if I do send out for takeout I'll only get the kunkballs

Excellent prices, I got a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink for about $8. This is great anywhere but in the Miami area was incredible. The food was very good as well. The chicken was crispy and well flavored. The fries were decent but the seasoning was nothing to write home about. There was an excellent vinegar based sauce to dip the fries in that made up for the mediocre seasoning on the fries.

Rude employee. Train employees on proper customer service skills!

I don't know why their gizzard have the shape and texture they do but they're nothing like the gizzards we get at the grocery store. My gizzards and catfish could've been cooked a little longer. The gizzards tasted like they were coated in a batter that wasn't fully cooked.

I was only in the parking lot, and honestly, unless I was malnourished, and anemic, I probably would go som else....plus the hood....is........hood 🤷🤓

Great tasting food. I ordered the Fish, shrimp, and chicken combo plates and the was pleased that the food was not overly seasoned. It taste delicious and the price was very reasonable. A must try! Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself.

The cat fish is not really cat fish it's the swae fish. An they didn't cook it hard like I asked for. The food is not all that was disappointed with the food.

Always good eating here. Lunch specials are clutch. Variety of Dinner combos. For lunch specials I suggest the 10 pc. Wings or the catfish and shrimp with dat conch souwse! Dinner, gotta get you the snapper/grouper combo with clam strips on the sizzy!
