The service was quick and pleasant and the food was hot.

The drive thru line was really long & of course they didn't have any kind of ice cream for Mc flurry or a shake -

I need to talk to the franchise owner, this McDonald's is in need of new management.

I come here like 3x a week after 7pm. I always order a large fry with no salt. It's fresh and perfect every single time! All other locations redipp them in the oil to take the salt off. These are always fresh. The night manager is the best!

Super slow service. Front counter didnt know anything

To dine in or order in, service sucks. You could be standing at the register and they might barely look at you. No greeting, or be with you soon.. no. Your presence is neither welcomed or of any importance. Rather It's like, why? Are you here? What ever happened to, "Welcome to McDonalds may I take your order?" Did It get replaced with glaring at you from across the floor? When seemingly they finally get bored with ignoring your hideous presence, they may reluctantly and very painfully approach the register and dead eye peer right into your face, because obviously, you must be here for something right? It's remarkable.. Time to go: ..Yo!_ Dude actually said that to someone who was busy on his phone as he sat and waited for his grub. It was like here! Come and claim your bag, so you can go. ..and if it looks like we don't care if you ever come back? Ya.

Good one and I use there app for they're deals makes it well worth it.

I typically only visit mornings, and the entire crew, including Gerard and managers, are outstanding in terms of service, friendliness, and professionalism. Restaurant in general is very clean and welcoming.

This particular McDonald's has a very efficient and friendly staff. Very good with order 'accuracy', and they have never 'dilly-dallied' w/the service.. PLUS, food has always been good, fresh..🙋🏻‍♂️ . Me likes!! 🤗

Very disappointed. Have always loved the food at this location. Ordered a filet fish sandwich meal. Fish was cold, cheese not melted, no sauce, very dry. Also ordered crispy chicken sandwich. Bun was burned and I could smell the burnt bun as soon as I opened the bag. Chicken not crispy. Might not be totally cooked so I will put in skillet for 5 minutes or so to be sure it is done. 2 small pickles and no sauce or dressing. French fries as always good and hot and delicious. Service was very slow. I think I will try different location next time.

So it's about 10/13/23 11:25 pm when I get to this place. And the lights are on It seems like everything's working. I even see the guy inside sitting down. Inside I go up as if no one's there. I even honk once. I even see the guy, nothing. What horrible service

Every time I go there they leave something out of my bag. check your bag before you leave. they always mess up.

Bought small coffee and also got breakfast deal that I paid extra for medium coffee instead of small coffee with deal . However medium coffee I paid extra for was actually a small coffee since I measured with the small coffee cup .. love the coffee that’s why I paid extra but disappointed I didn’t get what I paid extra for 🙁🙁

The line was too long, and I also did get me my honey mustard.

Crispy chicken sandwich was ok. Filet was good atleast the bread was fresh. Fries were disappointing as they were cold. Went through drive through

Just typical Mcdonalds long line at drive through, after lobby hours closed , that is an expectation and reality , yet food was textbook made no professional courtesy 6 cars ahead of me time elapsed 21 minute wait.

Sometimes a less cost meal is better to try a expensive restaurant that at the end is a waste of Money…

I had to wait 20 minutes to pickup an other in the drive thru Unacceptable!!!

Ordered a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder with cheese. Had a $15 gift card to use, and I told the employee to only charge $7.50, but it ended up charging the full amount, which was around $11. Food was good and fresh; love how close it is to to various homes and businesses.

I've been through this drive through enough times to know if it's strong or weak. Tonight, body builder strong. On their A game, had no blemishes, and running smoother than peanut butter. There was a line that actively moved, I had little to no wait. I used my code and worked correctly. After I paid, they had my food already ready at the last window. Great job team!

This location could be kept a little more cleaner

The breakfast was okay, but the service is horrible... When I first walked in, the place was totally empty and the older lady standing at the counter just had a mean look on her face, like she really didn't want to be there. There was no greeting, nor any verbal conversation whatsoever. I had a mobile order and without even knowing who I was or asking me what was my order or how can I help you, she just put the bag on the table and proceeded to walk away. I ended up calling back somebody just to get a few condiments and extra napkins, at this point a manager approached and pretty much had the same disposition. He was very standoffish and very stingy on the condiments. I asked for an extra picante and jelly and he just handed me one each without any verbal communication and the funny thing is the gentleman that walked in behind me as I proceeded to walk out, he seemed overly joyed and friendly with that particular customer. I don't know if it was a racial thing or what, but I was very disappointed, especially for buying a 15 to $20 meal. I've been to this McDonald's many times for lunch and dinner and they do have more pleasant staff that engage but the breakfast, 👎I would never go there again for breakfast. Just the lack of customer service was awful 😞.

The staff here is quick and friendly. The staff is excellent and they have manners, that's surprising when it comes to fast food service. I'm actually pretty content when I leave the drive-thru because the people that work there say things like "Thank you" and "Have a good day"... you don't get that at Mcdonalds usually lol. I love that the food is still hot and the fries are never freezer burned or flimsy. Honestly, keep it up management! You have a wonderful staff that knows how to serve the public.

Totally Heaven compared to the atrocity nearest me on Pine Island and Southgate. They always do a good job here.

The fries were super salty . The fish was rubbery. I trashed it. Another Micky D spot fir me to avoid.

I ask the girl that took my money to put the change in the donation bag .. she only did the coins and keep the dollar bill...

My choice for breakfast, the attendant Joey is very pleasant and the service is good.

This McDonald’s has one of the best customer service that I remember getting in my entire life! Congrats to the employees and management for such an amazing attitude!

The Manger at this store is extremely disrespectful to her staff. She doesn't call out the order number, she calls out what you order, which is confusing when people ordered the same thing. She was extremely unprofessional. Overall the store was clean.

Ok before I get started, I tried the chicken mcmuffin sandwich this morning and I didn't like it. It might of been cooked in old grease maybe. Anyway this rating is for the service I got this morning 3/22/23 at 7:45AM. I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin a chicken mcmuffin and a small black coffee. I got a small black coffee and 1 sausage mcmuffin 1 chicken mcmuffin and a hash brown. I explained that I'm missing a sausage mcmuffin. I explained that I had a hash brown in the bag but I didn't order that. It's early in the morning. I can see the person behind me losing her patience. Now the manager wanted a dollar for the difference so I could get a sausage mcmuffin. I think if you had proper management skills you would have just gave me the sausage mcmuffin. I'm not saying it for a hand-out just the rite thing to do. I gave her my change back and she went and redid the charge again. Still think it wasn't so professional. The managers name is Debbie. I never had a problem in this store. For the most part there very nice to you and the food has been good so far (only that chicken sandwich problem). I wish that they take the time to read these comments and try to correct them. I would take a free sandwich as a gesture that we're sorry for your bad experience. Like I said, I'm not in it for hand-outs. It's just the rite thing to do.

This used to be the previous display, vintage 50's and 60's, now they have "remodeled" it and lost its charm completely. Good place to buy a soda.

Ordered the usual (McDouble Bundle). Fries were fresh, crisp, but had a unique taste / texture. Hard to describe.

Food not good quality--overdone.

4 stars only because it took almost 10 minutes for a cheeseburger but we'll worth. Probably one of the best burgers I had. Kudos to the cooks

Outstanding customer service from the girl taking my drive thru order to the girl at the window providing my food. Both prompt, precise and friendly. The bun was actually toasted on my fish sandwich. Best McDonald's I've visited anywhere in the country. I'll go out of my way to return.

The service was excellent and the counter person friendly and helpful. It's worth a comment in times like these when often service people act like they are doing you a favour.

Very nice McDonald's. Had a very good McBreakfast. The eggs, biscuit, hashbrown and soda were all fresh and well made. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Will return in future. :)

I don’t normally eat McDonald’s but picked up something quick for my son and Denae’ (not sure if that is how it’s spelt) was extremely nice, best customer service and even offered condiments) normally they never do and have an attitude when you ask! Thanks Denae’ ask for a raise!

I went to this location after my VA appointment and noticed great places to shop and live.

Very nice McDonald’s, very short staff. Walk in around 12 this afternoon. Seen about 10 customers waiting on their food. MsNiala was the one taking orders and not even the manager is as fast as her. Once she was was done taking everyone order. She got everyone food fast. Very impressive

Not much to say, it's mcdonald's. Their food is consistent and their service is a hit or miss. I mainly come for the nuggets, but that new chicken sandwich is good!

There's two McDonald's near me ones on commercial and this one. I would have to say this one has the nicest workers very pleasant happy upbeat the place is very clean orders always right. This McDonald's beats all McDonald's in the area or in South Florida because I pretty much have been to almost every single one. I really am more impressed not just with the cleanliness but I'm more impressed with the attitudes of the employees they are phenomenal not like the one on commercial like they hate their job over there I give this McDonald's two thumbs up

To whom it may concern I have to drive up to the drive-thru of this particular McDonald's about two minutes till 11 just before closing it was a vehicle in front of me but I got no one at the microphone I pulled up to the window I asked him are you guys close was yes sir and he said to me I'll still help you you'll be the last one tonight I appreciated that I work late Windy City sometimes we don't get to get her meals with her family worked out thank you very much Yours Truly Sunrise utilities
