It's been 2 years since my last Marco's review. Used to be Marco's was my fav with loaded ingredients and a good-looking pie with good flavor. Since then, Donato's has arrived as a competitor and I have to give them the First Place medal at this point. Recently tried Marco's again and it was a mess. First, we ordered thin pizzas. The large came w regular crust. Fail 1. It also has ingredients dumped into the center of the pizza, not spread evenly to the crust. Fail 2. If it's the fault of the regular crust, they should have perforated it better - or just bake what I ordered. Just looked sloppy to me. The other pizza was supposed to have white sauce. Fail 3. When the employee showed it to me at the counter, I said it didn't look like ANY white sauce was on it. I was assured it was a white sauce pizza. Got it home only to verify white sauce had never been near it. Fail 4. Gotta say, was an extremely bad experience w Marco's. It only takes one poorly trained employee to ruin a customer's experience. If you get a chance to try Donato's, definitely give it a shot. They actually train their people, build a really good pie, and will earn your business. They deserve it more than Marco's. From having worked for 3 dif pizza chains and managing 2 dif locations in my work history, this comes down to training and management. Can't say either is working for Marco's right now. Earlier review: Thought I'd update my review and experience from a couple of weeks ago as it's still bugging me. I got the pizza home, it looked great, had all the right ingredients, picture perfect, etc. THE PIZZA WASN'T CUT AT ALL. Maybe I accidentally ordered an unfolded Calzone? I don't think so...I'm a huge fan and will return, but after my previous review I have to take back a star - should take back 3, but fortunately I was at home with knives. Next time your staff eats your pizza for a meal break, be sure it's loaded with toppings and don't let them cut it. Ask if that's what a customer experience should be. Starting to lose a little faith in your quality control. Earlier Review: You still make the best pizzas. Just please teach your new people how to cut the different sizes of a pizza. Next time you give me a pizza that has a row with 1.25" slices...I'll start questioning how much your training actually pays attention and tests the capability of its own effectiveness. NO ONE likes tearing their pizza. AT LEAST CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE CRUST. JEEEEEEZ

Pizza arrived cold. Door Dash delivered our food even though we ordered directly from Marcos. Our pizza took 40 minutes to be picked up by Door Dash and another 30 to be delivered. It was not in any bag to keep it warm.

I came in Feb 7th yesterday to get a drink and I couldn’t hear the blonde guy with the beard when he was talking so I asked him to speak up and he got really mean with his tone acting annoyed then i put my card in to pay and he got even more annoyed because i “was bending my card” he needs a attitude adjustment I won’t come back here! Even for a Dr Pepper!

I've been a customer for several years but recently encountered problems. Expect lukewarm pizza delivered in about 1 1/2 hours. When I called the store to inquire, manager was extremely rude and defensive. Referred me to her supervisor, Jenny, who said she would speak with the manager and offered a refund. It's been about a month and I've yet to see a refund. A poorly run Marco's.

I was shocked at how poor our experience was. We ordered the buffalo wings, and they were barely sauced. the sauce on them was cold, and the wings were just warm. the pizza was decent, but wildly expensive for what it is. the only thing that we got that was worth it was the cheese bread.

My order was delivered piping hot! Exactly the way I ordered. The only thing was the garlic butter sauces that I ordered 2 were missing. I been passing by Marcos for almost 2yrs since relocating here. This was my first time ordering from there. I'm very impressed on the presentation and it tasted even better. I will be ordering again.

Moe Nolan the General Manager does not like her job at all. Ordered delivery and was dropped off at the wrong address. Called the place directly to let them know I didn’t get the pizza but the attitude was crazy. Stated that it probably got “stolen” but she would remake it after having me on hold. I told her it was fine, don’t worry about I’ll come pick it up but the attitude was so bad that I just opted for a refund. Funny enough the “stolen” pizza was on the other side of the complex and the driver got the numbers mixed up. (No fault to him at all, ppl make mistakes but the customer service and overall behavior of Moe Nolan was so uncalled for.) She did process my refund though. Very disappointed in the service. Will not be ordering for awhile.

Even though when we come there is always one worker, she is amazing and the food is always on point. Next time I visit I will get her name and shout her out! Keep doing your thing! She has colorful hair and her personality is amazing. Watching her work during a rush is a breath of fresh air as she handles the stress and workload with such grace and a smile!

Worst experience ever. It’s 9:20 and my friend and I order 2 large pizzas, literally just sausage and cheese, then they tell us it’s gonna take 20 mins. That’s fine. While we are waiting, the phone is constantly ringing for 20 minutes straight and no one answers. The one lady working is rude and completely ignored us when we asked how much longer it would be. When a second worker showed they also didn’t even go near the EXTREMELY LOUD phone ringing for the past 30 mins now. We have also been there for over 30. Finally when the second worker joins we get our pizzas. Note: we were first in line and it still took over 35 mins. I definitely recommend calling but like 30 minutes ahead. Never going here again. I also told the person working ne he still made me pay full price.

It is with great sadness and sorrow that I have to say that tonight will be the LAST night/time that I ever eat here again. I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $19.99. The first one is a well done, original crust with just pepperoni. The second is a thin crust pepperoni and bacon pizza. I arrived about 15 minutes or so after placing the order picked up the pizza and got home only to find that the "well done" pizza is so soggy and floppy, it's barely edible. The pizza had so much sauce it was almost all you could taste. There was also so much cheese there was probably a quarter inch of grease on top of it. You couldn't barley hold a slice bc the pizza was so soggy. Being that I live less than 5 minutes from this Marcos I have spent quite a bit of money here, and unfortunately more times than not the pizza is almost inedible. You'd be better off buying a frozen pizza than eating here. My partner ordered a pizza from this location on the postmates app. It said the order would be ready at 7:53PM. He got to the parking lot and then got a message saying the order was canceled. When he talked to the gentleman working that night the employee said “some guy came in earlier and canceled it”. My partner would not go in person and cancel his pizza that he ordered online. The worker could not give a real answer and seemed crazy suspicious. After my partner left he saw the employee go into the vape shop right by Marcos.
