Great food. Great service. Always a good experience. Our club eats here every 4 to 6 weeks.

Ordered a variety of food off the catering menu for Labor Day lunch. I was very pleased with all the food that I purchased, even the side dishes had a home cooked taste. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back for more.

The food was really great and I dig the story of the owner. He and I have a lot in common. It's a nice place and I do highly recommend it. I can't think of one complaint that I had while there.

Local BBQ restaurant that offer standard BBQ meats from briskets to pork ribs. Table side sauces for sweet to spicy palates. Super casual, no frills place with friendly service and good bbq, located in the old downtown Crestview area.

My husband and I visit here almost every Friday morning for breakfast. Absolutely love it. Simple, quick, delicious, and won't break the bank. :)

2nd time I've been here & food was not good. Also on to go order they charged me however forgot 2 items. Been going here for years quality & food is not dependable anymore.

First time go’er and not to amazed. Our food was not all that for the prices. My fiancé, ordered nachos with side fries and got no nochos and just fries with stuff on it.Asked if we could have what we ordered and take plate back and she told him he could eat that an see if can replace, we waited, she never came back with answer for his food. She said must been either her or our fault. Well we said what we wanted. You put in the order. I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich and it came very & I mean very soggy. Asked if could have new bread and she took it back an I got it back squished & cooked on top. Bottom wasn’t touched. At this point between waiting for food I lost appetite. Cause was still soggy and now cold. Very upsetting for what paid. (Photos after fixed and waited 20 minutes, he was hungry)

Cute laid back type place. Definitely dress casual. Be ready to eat because they feed you like your visiting a grandparent! Taste of food was delicious! They had a ton of success you can add to your meal on the tables for dine in. Atmosphere was nice, felt almost family owned friendly, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable!

I was a low sugar attack and was shaking all over...I asked immediately if they had something sweet I could eat right away, The waitress was very caring and brought me a huge piece of chocolate cake, my favorite, and I got Root beer and started eating and drinking to bring my sugar up...In about 15 - 20 minutes, I was feeling better and I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Plate, with 2 sides and it was delicious, but because I had ate the Chocolate Cake and Root beer, she brought me a to go home plate and I took it home...I stayed maybe 30 minutes after eating, used to get to feeling better...I left and I just loved the waitress and for the life of me, I can't remember Her name, But she made a Big Positive Impression to me...Oh, I almost forgot, She also brought me a Glass of Orange Juice and said that was what she gave her Dad when his sugar was low and He was Shaking and I thought that was Really Awesome ... She knew exactly what I was needing and I had totally forgotten that Orange juice was One of the First things, A Diabetic needs, is a Glass of Orange Juice...I will be going back...Thank You 💜🙏🤗

I love the ribs here. most everything else is typical BBQ grub. waitresses are very nice and it's a good place to just sit with friends or family for a good dinner

Back again after missing a few years due to relocating and I must say, this place continues to impress. For a family owned place, the food is just awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the ribs and pulled pork combo meal last night and everyone at the table left full and happy! It's a bit of a drive off the interstate for travelers but it would be worth the effort for some good BBQ.

Food has declined over the years, and ribs are not as tender and not much flavor. Potato salad is still good but over all the place as gone downhill.

Pulled pork sandwiches (2) and potatoe salad.Both OK, 29.00, didn't hold a candle to Bukees,ok little pricie, building needs remodeling, probably won't be back. Now that's just me.

I wish we would have chosen the 3 hour wait at Texas Roadhouse instead. Our family watched while several tables that came in after us received their food before us. My son never received his side order of fries. My baked potato was undercooked and tasteless. We were overcharged for one of the meals and charged for an extra soda. We asked for boxes for our food and never got them. Overall, the food and service was very disappointing. Next time, we will choose to spend our money elsewhere.

The Breakfast Skillet was amazing, and I will be back again. I love the causal atmosphere, which is something I need first thing in the morning, and staff greets with a smile.

Not only was this place horrible on Customer Service the waiter who was African-American female . Around may 3rd 3pm 2024 was the rudest thing that ever walked this earth. I do not recommend this place for the food nor the service provided. I know we all have our good and bad days however it should not alter someone’s attitude towards the same people who are putting Money in their pocket . And as a local, I can assure you this word will pass along quite quickly.

Usually the food is outstanding but today not so much. My brother picked up a smoked chicken and it was so dry you couldn’t chew it. No more for awhile!

I just popped in the trap a quick bite to eat. Sat outside under covered area. Pleasant and friendly place. Loved the brisket. Melting in my mouth. Side were okay but would drive there just got a 1 lb of brisket.

I love bbq. I love smoked wings. A good smoked wing needs no sauce to help it. I used a hot sauce and blue cheese. The best smoked wings are at Kooter Brown's in Jay, Florida. They are worth the drive. I am giving this an overall score of 2. It's all about the wings for me.

It was my wife’s and I first time eating at Hub City after a recommendation from a friend. We ate breakfast and WOW was it delicious! I had the breakfast skillet which was very good and my wife got the pancakes which were huge, fluffy, and yummy. The wait staff was super nice and very tentative to customer needs. Atmosphere was very nice with nice wait staff and them having an outside seating area. I highly recommend anyone to try it and they will be hooked especially breakfast!

Used to be our go to place, multiple times a week and it has gone so far downhill. The staff is rude and spends more time chatting with each other than paying attention to the customers. The ribs are dry and terrible and the grease they use to fry things tastes old and dirty.

Got carry out and food was hot and ready by time i got there and the beautiful young lady went over what i order to make sure i had everything i was suppose to have!

Truly a shame. We used to dine here two times a week. However, the servers were curt and more interested in closing down the restaurant early to go home, giving us an attitude, dirty looks and making quite a racket while cleaning around us. It is a shame. We really enjoyed dining there but the owner should be more concerned with how there long time diners are treated by staff members. Not a good way to keep a successful restaurant.

We love the BBQ baked potatoes! The pulled pork is delicious and moist, even before you put on their wonderful sauces.

Service was great only issue was I was eating alone so when I went to restroom some one cleaned my table. Was not finished eating but they were quick to replace my meal. Over all will definitely go again

We were there yesterday on February 3rd around 2pm and seated outside. We had a horrible service from our server, who is a black woman. When she came to our table, she gave us a very bad attitude and was very rude. She just dropped a menu on the table with no words and asked us “Ready to order?”right after we got a menu. Also when I asked her to bring a kid chair, she didn’t say anything and brought a chair and placed it not facing a table and away from the table. I am sure this woman did everything on purpose. We hope we won’t see this server again next time. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Had breakfast here and it was amazing. You can tell the amount of time the put into the meat. Perfect smokey flavor.

EDIT 12/23. Has now become a regular stop when I'm craving smoked Brisket :) EDIT 11 months later. Toda I had St Luis ribs linch plate. Smoked to perfection... STILL a keeper....good smoked chicken salad -2 scoops- on lettuce with fresh fruit plate. I would have preferred less mayo and romaine or spinach vs. Iceberg. Next time I am going to try the BBQ Brisket. And they serve breakfast skillets!

Meat was cold, fries were hot, but flavorless. Beans were decent and hot. Won't be making a second appearance. Not great, not horrible

I'm not sure if this place is racist or what but I've been served bone dry meat twice; it's as if they are serving their throw away. Desantis may be a friend but you can keep your racist dry meat to yourself. Youre lucky you have no competition. I know your cooks or someone serves food quality based on skin color because I see how juicy the white plates are vs what I've been served twice. I won't be back and I hope you restaurant fails and gets shut down. I had the ribs on Sarurday, bone dry trash.

First time visit, and omgoodness!! Best dang brisket I have had since I left Louisiana a few months ago! All of the sauces are delicious! We are so stuffed! Our server Debbie was so sweet and courteous, we never had to ask for a thing. Beautiful weather to dine on the patio. Get used to seeing my face because I want to eat here every day now. 😊 Thank you and looking forward to coming back soon!

This was my 1st time here. The food was not good at all! The only thing that had flavor was the bread. The food was bland no seasoning what so ever, the food was hard and dry & not juicy the way barbecue is supposed to be.

The quality of the food was outstanding. The meats are BBQd perfectly, and the selection of sauces compliments the meats nicely. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and has a nice quiet environment. Plus the staff were very polite and courteous.

We had dinner catered for our daughters wedding! Food was amazing, we got compliments from the guests constantly! Jackie(catering manager) is wonderful to work with! She is such a professional and such a nice person! She had all the food warm and her and her husband did an amazing job serving our guests !I would definitely recommend this restaurant and catering service for any event! Thank you so much Jackie for your expertise!

Great place to eat. I had the BBQ potato with brisket and it was great. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. The friend who invited me to lunch enjoyed his meal as well.

That is not a barbecue place there's nothing barbecue about it the only thing good there was the baked beans and the collard greens everything else was horrible won't be doing that again

The ladies that work there were absolutely sweet as hell very helpful. I wanted quarters to do my laundry they found a way to add it to my bill so I can get a roll of quarters from them which wasn't a role they hand counted them out just the greatest little small town Comfort feel to it. The biscuits and gravy was freaking awesome. I would tell you if you're coming through here it's a must stop place if you want biscuits and gravy and that little country breakfast feeling

I enjoy going for breakfast a couple of times a week. The smoker always smells delicious. I prefer their omlettes. They have steak and eggs, breakfast skillets, egg plates, biscuits and gravy, and sweet stuff like pancakes and French toast, too. The wait staff are always attentive and friendly. The food comes quickly, fresh and hot.

This was our second time eating here - I ordered the brisket grilled cheese. The amount of brisket on the sandwich should have been illegal because it was stacked! The brisket was a tiny bit dry so I did have to add some bbq sauce to it - but the flavor was definitely there!

Good lord the bark on the brisket was unbelievably perfect. I am truly jealous of their bbq craftsmanship. Their sauces are well balanced and the breakfast is amazing as well. This place is a must if you live in town or are just stopping through.

Fantastic!! Most tender fall off the bone tasty ribs I've ever had. Great food and service. This is an updated review for August 5, 2023. Stopped in and ordered takeout of a half rack of ribs. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes and that should have been a red flag for me. Dry as a bone, tough and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. I've had beef jerky that was more tender. Also purchased a pint of banana pudding which usually tastes great with sliced 🍌 in it. No banana whatsoever, just pudding with wafers. Not good at all and not sure I will be returning after this.

This place use to be really good. I've noticed they're lacking in customer service, sides are very tiny and they don't seem to care. They need to retrain everyone too.

Wonderful food, amazing staff. This a great place for a hearty breakfast. The smoked brisket platter is outstanding and I like the choices of BBQ sauces on the table. Our server was Lisa and she was attentive and fun to interact with.

Great food. The Turkey was wonderful with the apple bbq sauce. Yummy!! We loved looking at all the shot glasses on the walls and we found the best one of all...the FSU one!!
