1st F- house I’ve seen doesn’t give military discount? Apparently they don’t do that anymore.

Sub is awesome but the pickles be on a wing an of prayer, they need to put them back in plastic little bags. My pickle look dead. Other than that sub was good.

Many other Firehouse subs give some form of military discount or free drink...NOPE NOT THIS PLACE. I know a drink isn't much...it's just the principle...the worker that took our order had a bad attitude about it too

I guess today was a busy rush kind of day cause I’ve eaten here before with my mom & it was delicious 😋 but not today. I asked for extra pickles 🥒 didn’t get that & I volunteered to pay for them. The sandwich was so dry, thought I was gonna choke. On the menu it says mayo & deli mustard. I was really disappointed with this steak sub cause I was really hungry & I had just did a 8 hour drive from Texas. If I hadn’t been so tired 🥱 I would have brought it back. I guess it be different cooks or something cause today just wasn’t the day & I gave a tip. Of course I always round up & donate to show my support just wish my sub would have been good.

I door dashed it, but I called first and asked the sweet young lady if she could plz give me wheat bread when she sees my order from door dash. She was so nice , and my order was perfect! I am upset that I didn’t get her name. Best sandwiches yet!!! Thank you young lady , and I appreciate you caring. The reply I received from Firehouse for my post was priceless!!!! Not only do they have the best subs~ they have the nicest people who work there~ I have never been a fan of subs, until I had a firehouse sub!!!! Yummmmm! Delish!!!!! I recently went into the Crestview location and the employees were quite dismissive and the young Caucasian guy told me to have a nice night and then said never mind as I was walking out the door and the employees began to laugh. My fiancé was livid and wanted to up there and let them have it but I was able to convince him not to. I know my name has been floating around on the internet and I’ve contacted local authorities about this lie. However, these employees are here to do a job and should treat everyone with respect. The internet has turned into a tool for cowards to lie, harass, or defame an individual from the privacy of his/her home. This is what happens when people spend their time and energy in group chats. People will believe anything anyone says and crucify a person over a lie. The police have been notified and are investigating this lie and in addition, do you know it’s a third degree felony in the state of Florida to secretly record a person’s conversation. I’m never in group chats but my cousin was able to tell me what was said and done. Stay out of group chats and you won’t get played for a fool. Low emotional intelligence will have you falling for deadfalls and snares. Everyone there was super friendly and nice!! I wish I caught the name of the red head girl that was working there today but she was especially nice and went out of her way to help us out!

Hello! I went into firehouse to pickup an order and the 7am shift staff were so positive and friendly! I cant appreciate customer service more I am going to recommend fire house to everyone I know!

Went in to order for first time. Got the steak sub combo as I was told that it came with a drink and chips. They have a signon the counter that says the chips are in the bag. Got to my car and had no chips. Went back in and was told they do not offer that on take out. I did get the chips after complaining but I wont be back. First time at 59 years of life and also the last time.

Sub were excellent as they always have been 😊

Usually my go to place to eat. Today my husband and I got steak and cheese subs there. Small ones. The taste was delicious with the exception of the obvious beard hair that was stuck to the cheese on one of the peppers. I stopped eating. Couldn’t take another bite. My husband had gone in and ordered and brought them out and we went home. Ruined my lunch. So gross. I asked him if anyone in there had facial hair. He said three did.

Called in an order during overnight stay at hospital, ready right as I walked in! It made my girls day when she bit into that crispy hot juicy meatball sub after being not being able to eat for her operation. Thanks for doing a great job.

Quality has been declining for a while now, but the food from our last visit was absolutely horrible.

Went with my wife. We were greeted as we entered. It wasn't crowded but took longer than expected to make 1 and a half subs. Crew seemed to work lackadaisically. They did not get our order correct. My wife asked for no pickle, and they put a pickle in her container. On a good note, the cost was OK.

Unfortunately the beef brisket and cheddar sandwich was a disappointment. It tasted great, but there wasn't much of either in it. Sign of the times I guess.

I ordered the Gluten Free Italian sub and it was good. They use the Schär bun ( about 6 inches)

Yay! I just found out Firehouse has gluten free buns! Now I can eat all their wonderful sandwiches! Had an Engineer today. Sure, GF bread isn't near as good as the real thing, but I'll take what I can get. It's always good to see more GF options.

Ordered on the app and within minutes of placing order got a call that they were out of meat balls. Since we had ordered three of them, it was an issue. We ordered substitutes and they took care of us. We go to Firehouse at least every two weeks and very seldom have a complaint.

Great warm Italian sandwich and great staff.

Friendly employees made an error on order but they fixed it immediately and cheerfully.

Wait was too long but the sandwich was good.

Great subs wish we had one North of town 8/27/2022 update this store has not been too good recently on the above date was not very good they just slap the sandwich together and three weeks before I had a sandwich made and they messed it up twice gave up after the second time. What I'm trying to say is they're not putting much effort in making there sandwiches any more. Which sucks because they are way better than Subway in my opinion.

This restaurant is located in the Publix shopping Plaza on South Ferdon St. and is open from 10am to 5pm. The restaurant is clean, the food was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly and professional.

Walked in at 8pm on Saturday night 7-30-22 and the workers look like I can’t believe you are in here. I double checked the time they were open till on the door and online and it said 9pm, so I ordered and the manager took my order, she was not pleasant. We sat down and waited for the food, the manager was stocking chips and the others were playing and throwing cheese. I received the worst sandwich I have ever gotten at a Firehouse. Other people walked in and ordered they received the same, I wish you were not here attitude. They started turning the lights out at 8:30, took the tea away and started cleaning, at 8:35 they locked the door. They turned away several customers they came to the door at 8:45. Worst customer service!!!!!!!!! Never will eat at this place again!!!!

Always been one of my favorite sandwich shops. Consistently good food and good service. They even helped me out once by selling me a side of grilled chicken when my girl's $18.00 salad from a fancy sit-down place came without the chicken.

Friendly staff never rushing you through an order, very quick and unlike many places they rarely get an order wrong. If I was going to say anything negative on this location is that they ran out of pickles the day I visited.

This is the 2nd time I've been to firehouse subs and they leave the soup out of the order The sub was made wrong this time and I live all the way in Laurel Hill and they won't answer their phone

ZERO NOT A ONE. I love my firehouse subs but not the policy they have for messing up orders... Today, I ordered a L. brisket cheddar cheese with no BBQ sauce. Got a L. brisket cheddar cheese LOADED with BBQ sauce. Went back and little did i know that they DO NOT do refund AND remake sandwiches. The employees NEVER specified this policy until after they already went ahead with a refund and I have a money off next order type deal pending on my account. I am grateful for my future order... However, I'm STILL stuck with a now very soggy bbq sauce because they don't remake sandwiches that they mess up on. :)

Always a great place for a sub. Nice that they contribute to firefughters, as well. Work your way through the menu, it is all good. My favorite is the NY Steamer; corned beef brisket, pastrami, melted provolone, deli mustard, mayo, and utalian dressing. My mouth is watering, now...

Despite being very busy and being seemingly understaffed today (as well as an employee quitting) my large order still came out timely and with no issues. I’m definitely coming again but I hope they get more employees for the sake of the current staff.

First time there.everyone friendly .place was clean.so was the bathrooms.the food was so so good.prices were alittle high compared to other places.all in all i will go back.

My favorite sub shop in town. Don't reccomend the salads if that is somthing that you like but the subs are top notch. Lines are decently small and wait times should not be that bad.

Coming from Texas, I had my doubts about three brisket. It was worthy of a sandwich chain. As for their mac and cheese, three cheese was good with different cheese profile. There noodles were under cooked. They also didn't fill the bowel. That was disappointing because it's $5 for a small bowl. Overall, I'd go back.

I frequent this establishment at least twice a month or more depending on the mood. Much better than their competition imo. I love that you get as many pickle spears as you like. That is a great complementary service! Staff is usually friendly also

Always make our subs just as we ordered. Food is delicious and service is great. Subs cost a little more than subway but it is going for a good cause. And the subs are so worth it!

I've only had one bad experience, but I think it was with a new employee, no big deal. Great food and service. Idk why I've never tried the sauces though. They are a bit pricey, but it's worth it. If it wasn't due to the prices, I'd prefer them to Publix

Food is way better than anything you can get from Subway. I have even ate inside and they even brought the subs to me and my son to eat, which I was not expecting or needed, but that little bit of customer service makes eating here enjoyable.

The subs here are amazing, it is a little pricey compare to subway, but it taste a whole lot better, so no complaint there! The service were nice, quick, and I was in and out before I knew it.

This place is always busy for lunch and I know why. Good sandwiches, speedy, and nice employees.

The subs here are fantastic! I love the selection and how they turned out when finished. They take great care of what you order and the subs are always delicious. I tried some quite a few subs restaurant, but nothing compares to this, also the price is reasonable.
