Never had a problem went to get food tonight and pulled up to an empty building! Very sad they had my favorite crab Rangoon!!

Ordered my food an hour and 15 mins ago. Call them 6 times and all it did was ring ring ring. Will never recommend or order from this place again. Worst service ever. Wish that I could give them negative stars. A lot of them. Not a happy customer....😡😡😡😡

terrible, scammed me on an online order, and did not answer my 50 phone calls over an hour.

This restaurant is closed - do not order from it! Ordered online and waited an hour and a half before driving down there to find a closed shop.

I have always loved the food here but their customer service is HORRENDOUS. Tried calling ever since our order was placed so 24 times i called and no answer just to correct the payment history. Not one person answered . what's the point of a phone when they don't even answer it and there isn't a way to edit it while ordering online.

Very unhappy. Placed an order online over an hour ago and still hasn't come. Now I'm trying to call to see whatis going on and the phone just rings and rings and rings then hangs up. I don't know if this place is even open like everything says it is or what. Not happy at all!

No one ever answers the phone. I place an order on line for lunch and tried to call to make sure they had the correct delivery address and tried for 45 minutes to call and no answer.

Very Unhappy!! My order was not right, was charged for items I did not get. The #8 combo platter had hardly any beef in it. No exaggeration, maybe 3 tablespoons of beef hidden amongst all the veggies. The egg rolls were the worst I've had and very small. The food was very bland, just not good at all. I did call and the man was patient as far as I could tell and finally after going over the mess up for 15 minutes I finally received a refund for the #8 meal, that I insisted I deserved when they only wanted to give me 10% - $3,90!! Will not order from here again. Just not happy at all!

First and last time eating here. The food was extremely greasy and the grease had a horrible taste and obviously needed to be changed LONG ago. Wonton soup was extremely bland and tasteless. We are very tolerant, flexible people when it comes to food but this was just awful. Do not get food from this place.

My food was burned... The crab rangoons barely had anything in them... The egg rolls are tiny and hard as a rock... I ordered fried dumplings they gave me steamed dumplings and no dumpling sauce... I ordered shrimp chow mein there was no noodles they gave me fried rice when I asked for white rice... We will never eat here again

if I could give this zero stars I would! I ordered burbon chicken pork fried rice, and sugared donuts.... they waited till they were done preparing my food to tell me that they had no donuts and kept trying to push me into getting stuff I didn't want. then I go to sit down and eat and notice that I only have about 6 actual pieces of burbon chicken and the rice smells like *** and is burnt........ nope! never again! even mcdonalds is better quality than this place!

I will never eat here again their food was nasty I had teriyaki chicken and it was so tough and salty I couldn't even eat it they are fried rice had no flavor worst experience ever at a Chinese restaurant it isn't even worth 1 star

Great food. Seems to use fresher ingredients than other chinese restaurants in town. Brown rice, and noodles were amazing. Not your average run of the mill.

The food is terrible, I got bourbon chicken and it's 80% fried batter. Not worth $20 at all, go elsewhere.

very nice food, the hunan duck is my favorite food, it was amazing, the spicy sauce with crispy duck is so delicious, and the restaurant was very cleaning, i will be back

DO NOT EAT HERE! I found a baby roach in my Wonton Soup! I am pregnant and terribly sick now! I have filed a complaint with the Department of Business and Profesional Regulations and will also OSHA!! BEWARE OF THIS DISGUSTING FILTHY RESTAURANT

Not worth one star. We ordered at 5:20 pm. Bourbon Chicken and sweet sour chicken, crab rangoon and donuts plus one eggroll. an hour and a half later I called and they said on the way. Of course the food was completely cold, had ZERO taste and the bourbon chicken was BREADED??!! both large orders were breaded and tasted NOTHING like bourbon chicken. The sweet & sour chicken was tough as jerky and we between us only ate 1 1/2 pieces and threw it out. Crab rangoon would have tasted ok I think if it had been at least warm, but cold fried food is chewy and hard to eat. tried to reheat it and it just got greasy. The donuts were also very hard and chewy. I'd give half a star for the eggroll. Only thing edible in our entire over $40 order. I sure wish I could get a refund. Will NEVER order here again, take out or delivery.

Best Chinese food in town, no contest.

I ordered the pork with garlic sauce, and it was terrible. It was not even a little spicy, and the pork was tiny pieces. On top of all of that, me and two of the other six people felt sick after eating the food.

Didn't give us everything we ordered, and the food is nasty. Not even worth one star honestly.

I was told this place had the best Chinese food in Lakeland. And it's actually worst. The fried rice was HORRIBLE. the shrimp and broccoli didn't have any taste to it. 100% percent disappointed.

don't waste your money, nasty food. we threw it out because we were afraid of getting food poisoning from the shrimp, even the wontons sucked. the only reason i gave them 1 star, it's the only way i can post

The food is great and freshly made but walk in take a second place to phone orders.

They are very nice, I don't eat meat and they are always willing to replace the meat with tofu in any dish. They also deliver quickly and always is fresh! My go to Chinese restaurant!

My husband and i was excited that we finally found a chinese restaraunt that delivers.So i placed a large order to feed my family of five .The order comes fairly quick.But to our disappointment all the food was horrible .The rice was very dry and had no taste.The honey chicken had no flavor .And i ordered a seafood platter that literally had slime coming off of it and the smell was horrible.my husband was sick to his stomach after the little he did eat.And my three children would not eat it so i had to go out at 9:30 at night on a school week to get fast food so my kids could eat.This food cost me over 50 dollars and we couldnt even eat it.i called and complained and was told i would get a 20 percent discount on my next visit.I called again that morning and asked for a refund .I was able to recover at least 30 dollars of my money back.so disappointing.

This is by far the worst Chinese restaurant in Florida I have never ate rice so bad like this or ordered an eggroll that tasted as bad as this one did . the food here is totally totally not worth the price Nor the time for going out of your way to eat I will never eat here again! EVER!

Food is overpriced and not at all good. Everything is bland. When I ordered I got the Boneless spare ribs, they weren't boneless and the meat had a funny smell going for it. I will never order from here again.

Dude, this place is awesome for delivery! They have an app that I used to place a large delivery order and they delivered it in about 30 minutes nice and hot. I will definitely be using this service again!

Was just ok. Rice was really dry, the sauce for my chicken and eggroll were kind of flavorless. Gets a two because it's over priced. My chicken combo was $11.71! That's the price I expect from a sit down place. Not a takeout.

I ordered over the phone and was rushed the whole time, which is not unusual for a Chinese restaurant. The food got here fast and hot. Unfortunately, it seems the brevity of the call allowed for them to get my order wrong. The food was okay not worth the $$$. If you are drunk during operating hours they might get to you before you pass out, which is why they get 2 stars.

Overpriced and under-tasting. We will never order from these people again. Their prices are higher than the usual Chinese place. Where the menu looks appetizing and offers a lot of different foods they tasted bland. My husband and I ordered two meals and wanted fried rice. The man said they both come with it he 'thinks' so we ordered a large pork fried rice just in case. Well our large was just plain fried rice. It was disgusting. Tasted nothing like fried rice at all and was dry. It had a few small pieces of scrambled egg. My meal had one piece of lobster and that piece of lobster was so hard to chew a piece of plastic would have probably broke down sooner. I asked for extra red sweet and sour sauce, instead we got two little containers, equivalent to 1 tablespoon of duck sauce. Not ALL was negative, the crab rangoon was delicious even though there was only specks of crab in it. All our meals that came with vegetables looked to be FRESH, not even the mushrooms appeared to be canned.

When owned by Mark and Carol (American names) years ago in their building, it had a very good buffet.
