After years of gulfport being an amazing place I took some friends to gain the experience of the amazing people. Unfortunately one of them was simply assaulted in the women's rest room by a man claiming to be a woman. He then exposed himself in the restroom to her. After speaking to the bartenders about what took place they basically laughed and made jokes about it. After almost 15yrs of amazing people this place is disgusting and dirty

Shots a lil pricey but ill come back

Stopped by for mocktails after a long drive and Kaylee was the bartender. Seriously as busy as she was she made the trip worth it. Good job Gulfport and Hurricane Eddies. Definitely worth the trip. A GREAT place and a Great conversationalist! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed myself but the bartender lady could use some customer service training. She's really rude and disrespectful. I went back to Omaddys.

We celebrated my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in Gulfport. Two of the 5 nights we hung out here and really enjoyed EVERYTHING! The people (especially Cpt Steve), staff were all so kind! Saturday there was a band, The Fulco’s! They were phenomenal! Thank you Gulfport for such an amazing time!

Hurricane eddies has been my local pub for a while. The staff make me feel so welcome and at home. Always looking out for mine and everyone's best interest. Always entertaining and make me laugh every time I'm there. The entertainment is always great from trivia to karaoke and the bands on the weekend (music during happy hour certain days of the week too)! Can get just about any sports game on that you request. Prices on alcohol also quite reasonable for being a bar on the water. Thanks for all the good times!

Great Bar, Good Music. Bartenders have improved, actually nice folks. BUT THE ONE THING HERE, I can't stand, the "RESTROOMS seem to be ALWAYS in BAD SHAPE! They need to have them cleaned more often! My Girlfriend doesn't want to go here anymore because of the stench and urine. I dont seem to mind much in the men's, but, I will agree, the toilet's need better tending at all times. The live music is almost always great. Havent tried the food here, since I come for the band and bar scene.

Hands down the best bar in Gulfport! Great drinks and great bands. The bartenders go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are always friendly, attentive and outgoing. It’s always a good time at Hurricane Eddie’s!

Great location, band & crowd. Extremely rude bartender that seemed angry both times our group ordered a round of drinks.

The workers did not show concern for the guest. They showed no concern for the well being of their guest.! Service was Ok but the workers are not genuine

Hurricane eddies in Gulfport is a great spot to hang out.(inside and out). There’s a view of the water and a nice breeze. Their outdoor space is large enough you can sit with a group or alone! They always have awesome live music and cold beer! I have enjoyed their sitting area with a big screen TV for the games. They have some of the best bands performing regularly.

Wow! Bartenders are clueless and has no idea what they're doing. The woman was rude and said she didn't care about the guests; she only cared about her tips and she could refuse service to whoever she wanted. I am a 100% combat disabled Veteran and she wouldn't serve myself or my daughters who flew from Illinois to see me. We showed them her identification and she said it wasn't good enough. Clueless waitress. What a rude, drunk woman for a bartender. Wireless. Do not go to this place. It's extremely shady, the bartenders are doing drugs and taking little shots around the actual bartop and don't even know how to make a basic whiskey and coke. #shutitdown! Gulf Port and Florida deserves better.

Terrible service at the bar. The bar tenders literally watch you walk up and then they walk away. We gave it another shot and the same thing. We just stand there and stand there no service. Was not even that busy both times.

Great spot to listen to live music and dance! Beers and booze are reasonable relative to many places and the staff quick and courteous. A fun spot to hang after an evening in Gulfport!

No food. Beer in cans and bottles only. Full liquor. Open air facility. AC inside but not trapped. Outdoor seating. Bring your own koozie. Fun afternoon. Beautiful spot across from water.

I must say this is a very eclectic crowd. Went on a Friday night when a band was playing. Obviously not a place to be dressed up just in neighborhood bar. Very friendly crowd. And a cool place to hang around in your shorts and T-shirt. Everybody was having fun. So as long as you're not looking for an upscale bar. This is a perfect place. Even though The female bartender didn't know the difference between a lemon drop drink and a lemon drop shot. But it's OK

We just moved to St. Pete a month ago, we came down to Gulfport, checking out the area with my family for some appetizers on a Wednesday at 4pm. We were met with great patrons! It looked like a fun place! Then it took a turn for the worse, the bartender gave extreme attitude that we brought our 10 month old son in the restaurant and yelled across the bar at us that absolutely no babies can be here. I apologized and said no problem we can sit outside, and she went on continuing her attitude and told us we weren’t allowed anywhere on the property. I understand that establishments have their rules but no reason to embarrass me and my family by yelling at us across the bar. We politely left but felt the situation could have been handled more professionally. Instead we left hurt and embarrassed in front of the patrons who were all there. Just disappointed. It’s hard enough being new to the area while also trying to find your way as a parent.

Has a really cool vibe to the place

Best bar ever. Amazing bartenders, awesome music, cool vibes all around. Tiffani, Will, Angela, Ryan, and Stephanie all make it a great place to hang out and have fun.

Visited on a Wednesday evening. Nice little spot with locals and a very cool bartender.

Would rate this 0 stars if I could, took my friend here for her birthday and had the worst service I’ve ever received in an establishment ever.. and I’ve seen a lot I’m a bar manager. This place needs to freshen up on their people skills if they ever want the business. Hence why it’s the deadest bar on the strip. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Absolutely love Hurricane Eddie's. The drink prices are the best in Gulfport. Pair that with a chill vibe, waterfront views and ownership that cares about the community. This place is awesome!

Want to be trespassed for being nearly jumped by 3 other women? I don't understand, how I have 5 or 7 witnesses and still got trespassed.. 100% haters.

I’ve been on a certain search that involves my biological father. I am told it is around this area these ladies working the bar helped me out a tremendous amount. My search hasn’t completed yet but they for sure put the situation on the map. The live music is great, the people, the prices are all A1!

This place could be amazing. It's got excellent location, great bartenders and plenty of space. The biggest downfall is that unless you're a smoker, or enjoy being immersed in it.....you can't breathe. This includes both inside and outside seating.

Hi! I was so excited for this place. I am new to area. The tomatoe soup was delicious!!! I ordered the deviled eggs thinking they would be some sort of special deviled egg.. they weren't.. just normal and needed salt. No added ingredients. Boring, just didn't expect that. For regular deviled eggs they were fine. The staff was delightful. .

Great atmosphere, went on a saturday night and they had a live band and a outdoor dance floor area. Friendly staff, and very accepting.

Girlfriend and I came here on a Saturday at the end of Pride month, there was a Silent Disco that ended up being so much fun after a little drinking (prices aren't terrible and the bartenders are cool). I think it's a company with traveling DJs, because I've seen the same setup somewhere else and they also had 3 DJs playing different genres just like Salty's had on this night. And there was literally all genders, ages, races, and music tastes dancing and having a great time all together. Awesome experience. I'm going to have to contact the company that provided the DJs though, and let them know, they are doing a really good job, and need more headphones. We almost didn't get any, and had to wait awhile to get some that got returned, and we still paid full price for them, which honestly didn't seem fair. My feeling is yeah, there were a lot of people, sure, but if you sell out of a $20 headphone rental, you're doing something right, and should invest in more. It's kind of a lame reason to lose money or have people leave upset, easily fixable (I do I.T. so I know that even if there is a device limit, there are ways around that, so hopefully it's not that, and if it is, idk hire me haha) Apologies that this is more of a review on the DJs that were there, but Salty's hired them and they handled everything else well, so 5 Stars 🤩

Love Salty's, Very Great Place for Fun & Drinks

keeping it Salty. Love to hang and socialize here. People dance and have a great time. Always a great line up of musicians. Beautiful view of the Bay.Within walking distance of all the eateries and if you have not tried Salty's Sandwiches, right around the corner. It is a must, a lil something for everyone's taste. Bartenders are awesome.They can rock it during high volume.

A must-visit when you're in Gulfport. Nothing fancy, just a killer beach town vibe and friendly bartenders. The live music is usually much better than average for this kind of place. Everyone is welcome, and it seems like you always make new friends.

I went in the afternoon for drinks with a group of people. Good beer, but watered down vodka cranberry. I.e. lots of ice. Not to crowded outside of our group. Good place to hang out on a nice day.

But they own a sandwich restaurant up the street and you are allowed to bring that food in the bar...Owner is great and super friendly..and the bartender is all the way on point... she has a short cut and tats.thanks Jen. My favorite local bar. The bartenders are amazing, the drinks are cheap and the music is always awesome. But the best reason to go to saltys is to experience the people. Gulfport’s finest are always there and I makes for an always interesting evening.
