This is my first time at Hurricanes and I must say Madi will be the reason I’m coming back. She was attentive, tended to our needs, made amazing drinks and just plain gave great customer service. I will be coming back again !! Thanks again Madi.

Good food and service. Magic Mike was great, the kids were blown away. My 7 year old has been watching magic videos ever since and wants to learn how to perform his own tricks. We’ll be back.

We ordered to go meals for work and a coworker picked up the food so I cannot speak to service or atmosphere. However, the food was super yummy! They packaged everything nice and neat. Taking care with hot items vs. cold items. The breading on their chicken tenders is really good. Would definitely order again and am intrigued to dine in!

I ordered Uber eats and to say it was a poop show would be an understatement! After all the mix ups were done and I was done, the owner decided he would personally deliver my order and offered to remake it which I declined and showed up 10 mins later with my food In hand. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied even though I ordered through Uber which wasn't reflecting on the restaurant! The customer service here was a 20 out of 10 and I will forever be thankful for this amazing customer service!

$4.19 for a small styrofoam cup of soda with ice is crazy. Other than that, wings were just ok, not much flavor at all. I ordered the mango habanero. Home made chips were good, fries were bland nothing special. Kids burger was good.

I’ve been coming here for years on and off only because of my job as a BARTENDER I had the worse experience on Sunday 4/7/24 Sat at the bar about 3pm I will not go on and on Just look at your camera at that time sat at the end of the bar by window. Bartender must of had something going on but when I’m paying I should get service. I DID NOT And when I saw that she got beers for customers at bar and ignored me??!! I was more than patient and still ignored me and was looking at a book of pages when I finally asked Excuse me can I get a drink? She looked at me went to service bar and was making the server drinks??! Really?? I then asked for the check and left!!Furious! Wanted to eat drink and have fun I will NEVER step back in that place again.

I’ve come to this location for a very long time and haven’t had one bad experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind, and the food is amazing, especially the wings! The last time I came here was about a week ago, and the service was excellent. Our server, Jackie, was so sweet and very attentive. Food was delicious as always and I will always feel comfortable coming here as it’s a restaurant I can rely on.

This is not the same place I have been going to for years. Asked twice to have sticky table wiped down, never done until the manager came out a half hour later. Waitress never brought our wine until the manager got it a half hour later. Wings totally burnt.

Their wings are pretty big and flavor are great and lots of selection. Garlic parm fries is great and I like it. The only issue is, when I place the order I double confirm with the server regarding charges for my request but when the bill comes out, they just charge completely wrong. I am not really happy with that, if you can not do that way I prefer please tell me first and at the end you just charge double or more.

I love Hurricane. This place is right by my place of work, so we do after-work stuff here sometimes. I love work outings, but I also have a calorie number I don't like to go over, so the fact that Hurricane publishes their calories earns them my business. And the fact that the food tastes good, too, adds to the excellence. Ambiance is good. Classic, divey, a little blue collar, a little hula, a little sports bar. It's actually very eclectic. It's cozy. Service has always been good. Every time I come here, I order the very responsible Tropical Mahi Mahi (Blackened mahi mahi topped with pineapple red pepper salsa and cilantro. Served with Cilantro Lime Rice and Garlic Parm Broccoli). Delicious. A pretty normal sized filet with a nice pop of salsa, usually cooked pretty well, never too dry. Rice is solid, it's not too cilantro-y, thank goodness. Very garlicky broccoli, also thank goodness, because broccoli is usually terrible. Overall, this place is solid. It delivers what it says it will deliver. Come here.

Delicious chicken tenders! We had lunch on a weekday. Very nice server, and big booth. Kind of loud (but that should be expected). Definitely want to try the rest of the menu!

Just went to Hurricanes Grill in the springs plaza for the first time in a-while and I’ve got to say I’m very impressed with the new ownership! Lots of positive changes by Sal… very hard working guy and genuinely cares about everyone’s experience. If you’re like me and haven’t been in a long time I would definitely recommend giving them a shot!! 10/10

Rhianna is the best server/ bartender ever. You never wait for a drink refill!! I have lunch here 1-2 days a week. The food is great, service is awesome. Staff is attentive and very friendly. Came in for the first time and Rhianna made it feel like I was a regular within 2-3minutes! Helped me understand the menu told me about their offers and was quite the help! Food was Great & came out quick, Drinks were top tier (made by Rhianna) and prices were very affordable! 10/10 Recommended!

Stephi was our server this Friday and we enjoyed happy hour. Even though it was busy she was very attentive and also she was treating my dog with top service as well. Food is almost exactly double the price when ordering on apps, I expect an up charge but that is just a little too ridiculous. 17.39 for Cancun wrap rather then 8.99 in store

3 celery sticks or about a fifth of a stalk of celery is included with 15 wings .....or ....3 orders of 5 wings = 1 stick per 5 wings. I called to ask about this thinking surely this was a mistake and the girl answered that 3 sticks of celery is what you get with your to go orders! I'm wondering if I should return them....after paying $25 for wings, I'm sure they need the celery more than I do!

Really enjoyed the burger. Cooked perfect. The fries were good as well. Kinda hidden in that strip center but well worth the find. Look forward to returning.

Great lunchtime service, food and deals

I ordered the 6 chicken tenders and made it a meal with double fries. I love hot an order three sauces to dip it in. Hot, very hot and the roasted garlic extremely hot. I was really impressed with the amount of flavor in the sauces. Not just the heat which was good but the flavor. Portion size was huge and took almost half home. Great value and flavor. Only done side is the seating area is a little small. Overall great spot and bar and grill option.

Always a great spot. I've probably had 75% of the menu over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Always friendly though sometimes very busy. It's worth the wait. Wings are spot on every time.

There are better places to eat in the same plaza. Save your money 💰

Very bad service. I will never order from this place again. I placed a pickup order online. When I got inside, asked a young lady where I should pickup my order. Her exact words were, “Oh, that’ll be with Brooke.” And she walked off. How I was supposed to find Brooke I have no idea. I went to the bar, and a lady said I should go to the hurricane table and pointed to the back of the restaurant. I went to the table and the same lady that told me to look for Brooke, handed me my food. Then she asked me what my name was, and shrugged her shoulders. I got to my car and I didn’t even have utensils in my to go order. These people are rude, don’t waste your time here.

I've been eating at this restaurant for years and I'm finally providing a review. First, the atmosphere is very welcoming. It's almost like going to a fun family gathering. They have great drink specials and deals, kids eat free etc. I love the wings and they have a ton of wing sauces. I also love their bowls. The owners really care about your experience and this is why I keep coming back.

I came here with a girlfriend during happy hour. They have a decent enough gluten free menu but they omit a lot bc of the shared fryer so you never know if it’s a fryer issue or an actual wheat issue. The happy hour prices are good. $3 for a single drink. I haven’t actually had their wings but my friend did and she said they were good! It’s a nice atmosphere. Ok for kids as well. Lots of different options on the menu. It’s bar type food.

So I've passed this place several times (it's next to my dogs veterinarian) . Everytime I've wondered - 'How are the wings'!! . Well today I caved and ordered.... Long story short, choose elsewhere. Ordered the Trifecta and it tasted like I ordered PLAIN wings with a very SMALL amount of season salt! Wings were fresh, atmosphere was good and drink was adequate (kudos bar). But!!! the main reason I came... #EpicFail. Guys, please work on the quality assurance before the wings see the customer. They LOOKED naked but I was hopeful they would pack a punch... Nope..My wing struggles will continue...

Got there was expecting a different dining experience. I'm unsure if all of restaurants are the same but wasn't expecting it to be a sports bar. Either way still a great experience with staff.

My family and I come here all the time. The food is surprisingly fresh for a bar and tastes like real food. Not from a bag or pre made then frozen. The service is usually really quick and friendly too. I would definitely recommend. The only issue I have is sometimes the other customers will be really loud when watching the game on TV. Which I get cause it's a bar afterall 😅

Had lunch with 7 others, everyone said their meals were excellent.

Talk about a local delight, I'm always treated promptly and the food has consistently been delicious here! I recommend the fajita bowls, the impossible burgers (add mushrooms for additional protein) with sweet potato fries and the steak avocado tacos! The girls are always kind and it's nice to enjoy the outside seating

I gave 4 stars because the wings are really expensive and could have been cooked a little longer. Other than that our waitress was great and the atmosphere is good!

It is a nice spot. The wings are very good. But they are a little pricey. Make sure to get the fire and ice flavor. The horseradish is life changing. They have a good amount of TV's and super friendly and helpful staff. It is a great place to bring the family, and on weekends often has many families dinning, especially since it is close to the baseball and softball fields.

My boyfriend and I come here often with our pup for dinner/drinks and the servers are always amazing. We love the vibe here every time and they always take the time to come say hello to our mars (he lives for attention) the food is always good and just overall a good experience! I ordered 4 chicken fingers Togo and they were the size of my pinky. I could not believe I paid 9 dollars for it. The bartend was nice so I gave it 2 stars

The wings were amazing, the best I have ever had! We were in from out of town and came about an hour before closing. The food was fresh, delicious, and the service was outstanding! This will always be a place I seek out when in town.
