Officially one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever ordered from. The key is different masala’s for dishes and they hit the nail on the head with that. The chole, palak paneer, goat curry butter chicken all were amazing. We also got a cheese naan which was delicious. Can’t wait to order this again!

The flavors are NOT authentic Indian. The carry-out business is likely operated by Nepalese.

Pros: I really appreciate that they have clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options, and everything was very affordable. Cons: The food was just not great. The batter was thick and doughy on the samosas. Wasn't the freshest or most flavorful Indian food. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't something I would want to come back for either

My wife and I got the lunch special. A curry, Naan, and rice for $13.99. I tried the butter chicken, and my wife had the chicken korma. We also got some samosas. The samosas are tasty enough, a bit on the small side and I wish they were a little crispier. My wife really liked her korma, and I mostly enjoyed the butter chicken, except for the very strong garlic aftertaste. As for the Naan, they may be the biggest I've ever had from an Indian restaurant ever! A real highlight. Overall a very good experience for the money. But I'll try something different to the butter chicken next time.

Absolutely delicious, legitimately every item is so flavorful and perfectly made. I would come here again and again. The cheese naan is fantastic and I have never had better. If you want delicious food get it here!

Best Indian food in Frederick. I’ve had several dishes from Indian Wok and they were all fantastic. The samosa chat is a must try.

Best food ever I had it . I liked the food taste I order for hukka noodles , fried chicken momo and chilly chicken . Moreover mango lassi taste so good . Owner is friendly. I highly recommend to taste the food of Indain wok because it’s so fresh and well tasted cooked.

The cheese nann is so delicious and fresh. The chicken is very tender and flavorful. We just moved here and it’s our new favorite take out spot

The food here is amazing! Large portions at a good price and when you ask for spicy, you get spicy. The staff is friendly as well. If you like this cuisine, you will love Indian Wok.

It has one of the best stir fried Hakka noodles in the DMV area. The mango lassi was quite refreshing and the owners are polite and friendly. One of the best take-out restaurant for Nepalese and Indian cuisine.

We did catering for 20 people and everyone loved the food. The portion was perfect for its price. Dal makhani was creamy, chicken tikka juicy and flavourful and goat curry was perfectly spicy as I asked. Staffs were very friendly :). I recomend this place to anyone who is craving delicious food!!

I really use to enjoy this place over the years . It seems like new owners took over more of (Hispanic Descent) The food here has declined terribly under the new management . I ordered the indo Chinese fried rice with chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala was horrible . Chicken burnt frozen hard vegetables and over cooked . The rice lacked so much flavor and like I said this place use to be number 1 but with the shift in management and cooks I can only speculate the quality of the food has went down hill . I will not be ordering anything ever from this establishment again. Nothing to me was Authentic cuisine. On the plus side staff there are friendly .But I would not recommend them

Indian Wok is mainly a carryout establishment. Unassuming in design, the place doesn't look like much. Do not let that fool you. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious. This joint knows that we're coming for the food and they get it right. Take out orders are prepared timely and with care. Fast forward to you arriving at your final destination and you will unpackage some of the most flavourful and authentic food in Frederick. Theres real depth here with the flavor profiles, not just surface and the consistency is what really makes it nice. If you have been curious, go. It's worth it.

Great Indian take out. Naan are huge, fluffy and delicious. We will be back

I don't want to be a nagger and only post negative reviews to places around, so I decided to pick my favorite place and give it some praise. Where should I start? The food is amazing. That's the main point. And besides being amazing it's consistently amazing. It's the best place to go if you feel like Indian food, at least in my opinion. Food from similar places, while also good doesn't make me come back. All in all this is a place to go for me when I want a kebob or cury.

Very good restaurant. I ordered many food , everything was good but the best was kadai chicken and mango lassi it was the best one i had ever since am in . Must try. And good atmosphere and service was provided.

Great food and excellent service! Chicken Tikka, Chana Masala, Samosas, and Naan were all fantastic. Chutney sauces were great as well. FYI - this restaurant is takeout only.

Oh my goodness! My family and I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and everyone absolutely loved every dish! The kids have never had this kind of food before. We all sampled CHEF'S SPECIAL BIRYANI, CHANA MASALA, BAINGAN BHARTA, CHICKEN KORMA, and SALMON CHILLI MANGO. It was expensive, but they knocked it out of the park. It’s my new favorite restaurant!

I was really craving some good Butter Chicken. This was my first visit. Called in my order. Picked up my order and hoped for the best. Oh my, the chicken was fantastic, rich flavor. The nan was soft and so good. I definitely will be coming back.

This is our takeout place for vegetarian Indian food. Almost everything that we have tried is awesome. Would recommend they’re Hakka noodles and malai kofta.

So far so good! Ordered goat curry and goat vindaloo to compare flavor and spice level but while the vindaloo tasted good it was barely spicy. The goat curry was VERY delicious almost seemed more spicy. Perhaps you can request spice level (?) as everything everywhere is Americanized, dulled down. It was our first visit, I'll play with it and report back. Garlic naan thumbs up, can't go wrong. :)

Some of the best vindaloo I’ve ever had. We had the butter chicken, salmon vindaloo, samosa chaat and tandoori chicken. All was fantastic.

You will not find more amazing food or people 😍 you can taste the passion in every bite and you can count on a smile when you walk through the door. Run, don’t walk, you will not be disappointed.

This is definitely my go to Indian restaurant in Walkersville the Garlic naan is amazing! The veggie options are super yummy! Very yummy

Good Goat Curry and Excellent Naan

I’m half-British and this is the best curry in Frederick county by far.

Absolutely amazing 👏 got the lamb vindaloo and it knocked me off my feet. Excellent delivery time and perfect portions. Highly recommended 👌

Indian food at its worst. We have tried this place atleast 3 other times, each time trying to give it another chance. Horrible experience. Food has zero flavor. Last night I ordered goat biriyani - i feel like it should be more appropriately called pulao, because it had no biriyani like flavors. paalak paneer - was okay chicken korma - was absolutely basic chicken hakka noodle - was good

We love this place! Original owners of Dehli 6, and they brought over dishes from that menu. Highly recommend the lamb vindaloo and chef special biryani. Don't forget the garlic naan and finish with a gulab jamon!

There's no love or care in this food, it's phoned-in indian. Somosas we're adequate, Tikka masala tasted store bought, sesame chicken was disgusting. Get a curry from Delhi 6 or tulip and you will be far less annoyed.

Was out on a rode trip and saw this place so I wanted to try it out and I was very impressed the food was very good I would definitely drive the 45 mins back out that way to get food again..

This was my first time trying Indian food and personally I would like to say I loved the tandoori chicken and Salmon tikka my brother really liked it thank you, friendly staff as well😊.
