Website says open 24 hours. We sat in the drive thru waiting. Nobody helped us so drove to window. Waited again. Finally your worker says your closed? Huh? 👍

Pass8ng through. All doors were locked. Had to use the drive thru (St. Louis, Mo). Was told only 2 workers inside. The meat/patties on the cheeseburgers were so thin!

I guess these employees think they make there own hrs here sign says open there is a whole staff in there but they got the lobby doors locked at 8 pm and then go threw the drive threw to pickup a door dash and they say they are closed when they clearly accepted the door dash order and the place smells like weed I think there in there smoking

There are times when my fiancé and I would go through the drive through and they take over 20s with 3 cars in front of me, then went some to another fast food. I also got a burger there last night that was dripping with so much grease that the buns were sticking to the box and I couldn’t eat it, and when I went back to try and get a refund they were incredibly rude and condescending. When I was reading the newspaper the other day, I saw that they have frequently failed there health inspections.

Staff was friendly. Food was good.

my friend and I went at the peak of 2am and there looked like there was no one even in the building. I tried getting an answer through the drive through, but it was to no avail. My friend and I left extremely disappointed as we were looking forward to a night with heavenly chicken sandwiches and some twisted sodas. There were three signs that state "24hr drive through" and even online it lists it. Overall disappointed, honestly wouldn't even come back if they paid me.

Rating neutral as we actually had to leave since we got no response in drivethru at all. Sat and waited. Maybe better luck next time.

Dinning room said open until 10 pm but they were closed at 9pm. Drive through is not acceptable with a big rv. We were definitely disappointed.

They were friendly in their service, it was clean, and the food was good. Normal fast food pricing

EXTREMELY disappointed!! Drove 2 1/2 hours to here from Lake of the Ozarks. Our daughter in law who is 37 weeks pregnant and has been craving Jack in the Box tacos,egg rolls and breakfast jacks for several months. We looked online it stated drive thru was open 24hours and then also stated open till 4am. It was conflicting so we made the drive. We arrived at 12:15am on Sat to be told at the drive thru they were actually closed!! However, the open sign was on as well as a corporate issued sign in the window saying drive thru open 24 hours. So now we are driving back 2 1/2 hours with no surprise Jack in the Box. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY PISSED OFF!!

For atmosphere I would like to give it a zero it was so disgusting and filthy I was repulsed

So the food wasn't the best. It was late night but the service was amazing. Great.

Slow slow slow. Dining room is 85 degrees and the employees cuss really loud.

I can't drive past a Jack in the Box without stopping for tacos. Yeah, they're weird but wonderful. This place had a really friendly dude at the counter taking orders, very nice. The tables were all clean and trash cans emptied but the floor (everywhere) was so sticky it pulled at your shoes when you walked.

Great burger and tacos at 11 pm everything was fresh hope this keeps up

Had to go through the drive thru. Service was a little bit slow, but I don't know how many people they had working. The young lady at the window was very friendly and respectful. Another young lady came out from the back and apologized for it taking so long to get the orders out.

We have made it a point to only go here when it's the only thing open and have it maybe twice a year now if that because every time there's something messed up on our order. I ordered and paid for loaded tiny tacos and got just tiny tacos, they didn't put any of the toppings on. My daughter ordered regular fries and received curly which she couldn't eat because of the seasoning. I should have checked the bag before making it home but it was late and I didn't want to hold up the drive thru line. This was our last visit to this location, I have given up on it ever turning around and being like it was a decade ago. Good luck to those that still have faith and risk it.

This is definitely one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been too. I did a simple mobile order to make things a little faster and they messed it up completely. Employees tried arguing with me on how my order was already picked up by some guy. I guess they didn’t ask his name because I don’t think his name was Ivy. Then they messed up my food order as I ordered 4 of the 2 for .99 cent tacos, a chicken sandwich and fries. I only got 4 tacos instead of 8. I then didn’t even get an apology for their mistake because I had to wait longer for them to reprepare my food. Instead I got an eye roll and head flip back. Wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my food as well 😐

Service was slow but there was only one person working on the order ,the cashier.

Why did you not give me the bottom of my burger bun? It's there a shortage? It was wrapped like this by hand, so it would be impossible to not notice it's missing.

The sweet manager with tattoos is the only good thing about this place. Avoid at all costs.

This is absolutely the worst jack in box in history. Never get any order right and get ignorant when you try to fix it. Messed my order up 3 times back to back on the same order. Never comming back here or possibly any jack in the box again.

2 weeks ago I stopped here and they were out of grilled chicken today I stopped by and they were out of pita pockets. They must be closing and not restocking I'm done with them

This is the worst jack in the Crack this side of the Mississippi. The workers are great! But the owners and management are garbage. I say that because the staff is understaffed. The parking lot exit is akin to a primitive creek crossing. And the floor is like walking on fly paper. Like I said. It's not the staff, it's management

First time trying it, and I got the regular tiny tacos loaded, and they were amazing. We did have to wait a little, but that's because the van in front of us ordered a ton of food. They apologized multiple times and gave me extra sauce which is always a plus ☺️☺️

Dirty lobby, rude staff, fights in the parking lot, "open 24 hours" unless they aren't, they randomly close the store at all times of the day.

Didn't get our fries .did not notice until we left the parking lot and almost got back on the highway

If you close at 10pm now, change your door sticker that shows times! I've never seen a Jack In The Box that wasn't 24 and am beyond upset. No better way to lose market share than to shorten availability of your products. I literally waited to eat supper for over two hours until I reached this location only to find that they closed 15 minutes prior to my arrival.

If you enjoy waiting in line for 20 minutes then this is the place for you. Horrible service every single time I come here which is why I come once every 4 or 5 months.

Drivethrew only open out of lot items

Orderd 2 sourdough jacks they were not busy, took longer than anyother place in town. The bread was just bareley warmed and not grilled or toasted only one piece of cheese tiny piece of bacon and no tomato. Asked for refund they reluctantly did, had to wait another 15 minutes in drive thru because doors to go inside were locked. Theyis place has gone way down hill in last year, tacos are soaked with grease running out of bag, ect. People who work there day , lunch times are rude , and untrained and should find other jobs. I will not be going back to this store in my town again, very disapointing because i do like jack in box. Im not the only one in town feels this way. Just ask anyone in warrenton, or drive by and see why they have the smallest lines in there drive thru. This store is pathetic. Dont waste your time or money go somewhere else.

Ridiculous, all I can say is that I travel and when I come into St Louis one of the things I look forward to is Jack in the box. Is this location closing because it was like a comedy skit trying to order food from their menu resulting in there is no food for lunch, bye. As I slowly drove past the window I could see several employees grouped up together they didn't look busy or stressed, just clocked in. I'm very interested to know, what is happening at the store?

Just tried to order through the drive through when the sign on the door says open and they said they were closed due to low staffing. What kind of an establishment has people working and answering the headset for the drive through just to say they’re closed?

Awful food awful service. Very hard tacos. Could not eat them. Lobby closed on a Saturday. Pathetic!

This location is a big huge joke. The GM/DM is a p.o.s and is a registered sex offender. How in the world is this guy allowed to have this job. They don't pay you all the hours you work, or they pick and choose who gets a raise. They don't assemble the food correctly, probably dont even wear gloves half the time. Oh and this location also likes to hire active drug users. One more thing before i go. The GM/DM Mike a.k.a p.o.s🤣 He had to borrow money from another store out of state to stay open. They really need to shut that store down. I give it a⭕⛔🚫

We live a hour away from this location or any other location. We decided to pick up food on the way back home using the app. Family of 8 here. You can imagine it was a large order. There were 2 girls working, that's it. They were so great. We watched them count and recount our order to make sure everything was there. They were working so hard and were still so sweet when i apologized for having such a big order. Those girls rocked it and they gave us a bag full of different sauces. Which was much appreciated. The avocado lime was surprisingly good but nothing beats ranch and tacos.

Been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, blocked in because they won’t tell the person in front to drive forward and wait in a parking spot. They aren’t taking orders, either. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Phone rings busy. Drive thru menus are also completely falling apart.

Had to ask for fresh fries when they served our order. They tried to give us old fries. When we waited long enough for our sandwiches, they had time to make fresh. The sandwiches however was good.

Was traveling through MO on our way home. Stopped here for food. The young man at the counter was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me while I was waiting for my wife to finish using the restroom. I believe his name was Jayden. Great dude.

My food was wrong and cold. When you call they just pick the phone up and hang it up. Not worth the time or money. I'll go to Wendy's.

Food quality is bad and items constantly missing from orders. Lobby is constantly closed and Doordashers are losing money and ratings at this location . Doordash should remove the Warrenton Jack in the box. Doors have been closed for 2 days now. Drive thru only and long wait time!

Never had jack in the box and went to try and and they had all the doors locked and workers had seen us and looked took a couple times and then came and told us lobby was closed that it was only open for door dashs. They had no sign or anything. But yet they had let door dashers sit inside

Ooof…. I stopped here for a quick bite but ended up waiting for 40 minutes to get my order. I would have left but I was stuck in the drive through. Sit down restaurants are faster than that….

Ordered for in store pick up. Location had doors locked at 6:30pm on a Friday. Had to wait in drive thru for 30 minutes all to get soggy greasy tacos that leaked thru the bags all over my seat. Try the wentzville location for better quality and service.

My French fries were very cold. And you put cheese on my burger but I said no cheese.

This place is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is that delicious, greasy comfort food you'd expect from Jack's place, and other times the tacos are ice-cold and disgusting. You never know what you'll get. The tacos on 10/20/23 were hot, crispy, and delicious. The parking lot is absolutely atrocious! Don't try to exit via the west side because the massive pothole minefield will either pop a tire, or make your car need an alignment.

Was going to dine in but couldn't inside dinning area was closed, ordered through the drive through.

I am disappointed, they went from being a great fast food restaurant to worst, my sister came from Arizona, she ordered 2 tacos and cheeseburger, I got a Frisco burger bread was cold and greasy, tacos where dripping with grease, everything was cold I didn't even eat mine, my ice tea bitter it was old and sat for long time. Last time I ever go there. 😡

I used to eat here every weekend but now suddenly the lobby door is locked every time I stop by with no signs explaining why.

Have no idea how this location's food is. Drive thru said it was open, lights were on. Set in the Drive thru at the speaker for several minutes and Noone responded. Pulled up to the window and noone was there. Window was half open. Us and car behind us just ended up leaving. I know it was late but at least give some indication that location is closed so we don't waste time. Tried the place again twice. First time they didn't have curly fries. Second time they had no ice in soda machine and all the drinks tasted off. Food was bland (wasn't like that before). And service was odd. Just weird interaction. We won't be back.

There was a black worker that started yelling at his coworkers that they brought prejudice with they to work. He was loud. I mean very loud. This happened about 7:00pm

The drive thru was closed while both workers were smoking in the back. Was looking forward to it. And when I went to go order different food they move the blockade and went back in.

Been going to this J in the B for about 20 years. We've tried to eat here 4 times over the last month or so. The first time the food was good. Gave us the wrong burger. They remade it, no problem. Service was good. The inside was NOT clean. Floor was sticky, tables dirty, no ice, most of of the soda options were out so we had to ask for our drinks to be filled behind the counter. Second time, lobby was locked and drive thru was backed up so we went to Burger King. Third time, drive thru and lobby were both closed but there were people inside. Today, we decided to try one last time bc I really like the grilled chicken sandwich. Lobby was open. Floor was clean. No ice, soda was flat, no ketchup. Took almost 15 mins to get our food but there were a lot of door dash orders ahead of us. The food was not good today, unfortunately. This will be our last time eating here for awhile.

It’s the only place open along I70 after midnight. The fries were hot and so were the burgers. Plenty of napkins, friendly service. Took a few minutes but worth it if it’s hot and fresh! Will be back again if we have a late night flight!

This is by far the best jack n the box I've been to near the St. Louis area. Friendly staff fast service, people who generally liked their job or at least made it fun. I'm going to be upset when I go to another one and not get this service. The food was great,and the place was clean. Other Jack n the boxes and other restaurants in general could learn from this location. Good parking for truck and trailer.

I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I didn't like it at all. The biscuit was dry and big. I couldn't taste the sausage because of the biscuit. I couldn't find the egg, but I did find and taste the egg. I would not eat there for breakfast. I waited at the window for 10 minutes for the sandwich. It wasn't worth it.

Decent array of items on the menu and generally good and served hot as my meal was. Service was good as it relates to drive thru.

Food sucks , slow service , always out of stuff , usually get my order wrong , do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to Washington Jack in the Box ! The food is so much better , as well as the service !!

Did not get to order. I sat there A LONG LONG TIME with cars lining up behind me, listening to them yelling C'mon already! Drove to the pickup window and yelled that I did not get to order and drove home and made myself sandwich.

Food is always fresh and hot! if for some reason it isn't the manager will fix it no questions asked! So happy there's at least ONE good fast food place that's open late as I work nites.

This place should be shut down. It is absolutely disgusting and the service….. there is no service. I waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes, placed my order and then was told all of the food is frozen… how is this even possible? I feel like I just got punked.
