We had an ordeal with another Taco Bell, and we went to this Taco Bell and zone trainer Zach and the rest of the crew did an amazing job helping us and making this right. 10/10, excellent job. Food was amazing, and the service was too.

Lady with the dreads was very disrespectful and had an attitude with me.

Waited 30 minutes for food and went to the front to find out they gave away the food took another 10 minutes to get it very bad service quesadilla burnt atmosphere ok

Was always hit or miss for breakfast. Not open yet, system down, no eggs, no bacon...50% of the time I had to leave and I was stopping there 2 - 3 times per week! One time I left because piles of boxes were strewn across the drive through / dumpster area. So now they don't open until ???. Looks like 8:15 today. A lot of people have to be at work by 7 or 8. They're losing their breakfast crowd. Might as well stay closed until 11 am.

Been here several times it is always a l9ng wait to get food like average it is 10 to 15 min.

I walked into the bathroom and found Pee pooled on the floor and on top of the toilet, toilet paper on the floor, and the sink was not well cleaned. I got a burrito that was half warm, half room temperature, and had crunchy rice (either because it had been sitting for a long time or the rice was undercooked.

ordered online. subbed tomatoes for onions and boy, did i get onions. oops, all onions. quarter for scale

Christian was an outstanding guy. Left em a survey for making the food fast and fresh with his team and giving me a free drink because I forgot to order it at the window. Best Taco Bell ever.

they dropped my order on the ground thru drive thru. told me they couldn't remake it and the two ladies in window yelled and argued with me about it. so i spent $20 for food that was all over the concrete. absolutely unacceptable. thanks for the floor food i hope u guys can do better one day soon ;) food probably would've been great if it wasn't on the ground. horrible customer service they should be fired for that.

Wouldn't recommend this place no flavor to the food

No one to take orders. The lady next to me had her timer run out & and had to get someone to reset it. Looking at the cook station should have been a clue to turn around. They had plenty of help that someone could have swept the trash off the floor. Was very disappointed in whatever Taco Bell changed in their Mexican pizza, never ordering that again 😑

Ordered a supreme soft taco and got a potato taco that was almost empty... really?

Very dirty!!! Every table was covered in food &/or dirt and some tables had trash on them. Every trash can was overflowing. Several dead flys around the window sills and ants swarming food on the floor. I didn’t use the bathroom, but I can only imagine what that looked like. You order at a kiosk inside, so be warned. 2 or 3 people came in cussing about the kiosk and one left without getting food because of the kiosk ordering system, so be prepared to hear some very angry people. A couple people ahead of us waited 30-45min for their order, not sure what the deal was. Another lady came in complaining about an issue with her receipt. This place was a hot mess. One thing this place has going for them is the manager, she was very kind and patient with all these people that had issues. Not sure if this place is just super short staffed or something else. Kitchen looked like there were 4-5 people working. Will not be back here.

They are slow getting your food to you

Food is always amazing, my favorite place to eat, BUT my order is NEVER correct. I have a big family with 4 growing boys, food always missing and always a hassle to get back threw the lines and once my order has been finally ALL been given to me the rest is cold and soggy. The Warrenton store needs to better itself in there staff.

I’m almost positive this place does not have one employee that can actually read…I sat and waited in drive thru for 20 plus minutes for ice cold food..there were 2 girls taking out trash yelling at people in cars waiting to order..I have a feeling the GM(if there is one) just sits in the office scrolling Facebook. I tried to get my money back but good luck getting them to answer the phone.

Most of the tables were dirty and the bathroom was not very clean.

Worst service nasty attitudes feom employee they need to redo whole place and get new staff that want to work not take 30 min for fast food we cpuld of got applebees quicker then here

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. No need to check your order it’s correct and amazing. I go here every Wednesday when I’m in the area and it’s so good I just wait to have Taco Bell here. Go here every chance you get I’m serious.

Gave 4 stars because the manager Stephanie is awesome. Food orders are correct 68% of the time.

So my husband and I basically had the same meal for lunch, but I had a soda and he had a cup of water. I ended up with quite an upset stomach later that day and explosive diarrhea that night. The only thing I can think is that the soda line was dirty. We had the same food and the only difference was the drink. He did not get sick. I definitely will not be coming back.

I stopped here last week just to order a quesadilla for my daughter. The drive thru line was taking a while, so I went inside to order. I ordered of the kiosk and noticed quite a few people waiting for their orders. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I started talking to a man who was there, and he said he'd already been waiting over 30 minutes for his food. Then he said the other people had been waiting longer because they ordered before him. After about 25 minutes of waiting just for a cheese quesadilla, I got a refund. All the manager said was that they were working on their times. No apologies to anyone waiting. The employees did not look like they cared at all. They were in the back joking around, and then one girl who went to the register was just standing there and was like "we need music in here!" Like, no, you need to get people what they paid for. Would not recommend coming here.

Terrible experience, used drive through once arrived home to feed the family we found we were missing several items and the items we did get were very poorly made.. I had to drive back there to get the missing items then return home and eat my cold soggy rackets because they had now been sitting for 20 minutes. This Taco Bell locations always lacks food quality and service. We will drive a little farther from now on we we are craving some Taco Bell. Wentzville location is 100% better for quality of food.

Inside of store was clean. Wait for food not too bad. 2 broken tacos out of 4. About par for the course.

Why is every taco bell how the longest drive Thur line's

Absolutely terrible, do not even waste money or time here. They will put garbage in your food and spit in it if they think theycan get away with it.

This is supposed to be a crunch wrap supreme. When I called the guy that answered was rude. He said I could get a refund with my receipt. When I told him I didn't get one he accused me of lying. I've never been desperate enough to try to con Taco bell for food. I'll be calling the gm in the morning.

This Taco Bell was fine but it had a funny vibe of being kind of odd. Everything was fine and I didn't have any problems, but the counter seemed kind of dark and said you could only use cash, not cards. It was kind of non-welcoming for that part. I'm sure the place is totally fine and it seemed like it had a lot of business with everyone being happy.

Employees sleeping in the dining area while on break, the whole crew went on break while I was there. They piled into a van and smoked, came back to work high and arguing with each other.

Taco meat had a little off taste, not as good as last time I had it. Still enjoyed it.

Walked in to order and no one greets the customers, stood there for five minutes while everyone stands in the back chatting with each other. Thanks for wasting my time.

We ordered through the taco bell app but it seems to never fail that we are always missing an item or two. The food usually taste fine though. Except for the fact that my "Nacho Fries" Had NO seasoning at all. It's a little aggravating bc how do you forget to season nacho fries.

Called at 10 18 pm to get hung up on twice wouldn't recommend going in at nights

Every single time we go to this location, we are missing several items! The customer service is usually ok but tonight, when we called after my boyfriend got back, the manager whom answered the phone, was very rude. After we explained that we are always running into issues at that location, the man said he could either refund the money or remake the food.. my only aggravation with that what makes these people think that we have the time or money to keep spending on gas having to make several trips to the store when it is their responsibility, their jobs to make sure they are doing their jobs correctly. I used to work at that location and we never had so many complaints! Honestly, I don't think we will ever go back! Wentzville location is no better. Businesses want to keep bumping up prices but yet their service is getting worse and worse and worse. It is completely ridiculous.. the manager even hung up on us! What is this world coming to!?

Food was better than it has ever been. No customer service besides the here's your order. The floors and drink area were messy. It was just after a lunch rush and only seen 3 people working.

I have never done a google review for Taco Bell before, but this one deserves the best rating! Our order was prepared perfectly, the items were wrapped accurately so we knew what each item was. Service was prompt and everyone we spoke with was friendly and courteous. I wish all Taco Bell’s were like this one!

My food was spot on. Everything tasted fresh and good, not highly greasy.

This visit was pleasantly surprising. Got the breakfast boxes. The portions weren't stingy and good was ready in the drive through pretty quick.

Ordered ahead and said supposed to be ready by 11:30 and it was 20 minutes late for 3 items and nobody was at the drive through and only 3 people waiting inside. Slowest taco bell I have ever been to. A person who worked next door wanted a refund and it took them 10 minutes just to figure out if they refunded her correctly or not.

They finally got rid of the manager who was not friendly at all.. Clean atmosphere, mostly kids working, but that's fast food for you. Do not come with an RV or a Semi truck. No parking for you, 1 exit in only another option is to go through the drive-through.

Gavin was nice even tho we showed up late. Consistency is why we visit taco bell and employees like him are what we count on.
