Got my order wrong and then argued that I was wrong.... I won't be back

The food was fine, but we wouldn't have gone in if we knew what was happening inside. The manager was sleeping in one of the booths. The bathrooms were disgusting. The employees ignore you...I guess because there are kiosks they think they don't have to help customers anymore? We won't be back.

The girl at the first window was too busy playing on her cell phone, swiping up. I'm going to guess TikTok more than likely. She kept playing on her phone as we watched her. Once she was done and started to pay attention to us, she was lost. Your order was uhhh, ummm, what was your order. I said maybe if you weren't playing on your phone, you would know. She denied it even though we watched her. She got pissy and sent us to the next window as she kept running her mouth. Mel at the 2nd windiw was awesome!!! She took care of everything and was doing damage control like a boss. I wasn't upset or even worried about how the girl was acting at the first window. I pretty much laughed when Mel asked what happened. Guess these kids can't live without their phone for more than 30 seconds.

Stopped at this McDonald’s on 07/28/24 ordered a 40 piece nugget and 2 baskets of fries along with happy meals, drinks and frappes. All my food was out and completely fresh before we even finished paying! Super fast and friendly and there was someone taking orders at the front! Thank you

Met my sister there for lunch with the kiddos, it was great. Food was hot and service was wonderful. Will be taking the kids back to lunch again.

Update! Now 1 star. No egg on my son's breakfast sandwich today. My $10 steak bagel had no butter, no sauce and was stale. The owners of this franchise should sell to someone who cares... This location is off of I70 and the drive thru customers are mainly travelers. When the drive thru is busy the employees and managers will ignore the mobile/delivery orders. Sometimes it takes 25-40 minutes to get your order! The pricing on certain items is the Highest I've seen in Missouri! Steak bagel is $7.19 here. In St. Louis I paid $5.99 ( In the same week) In Washington, Mo it's $6.19. Higher prices and longer wait times. Always understaffed!! Local customers are not important here... 😒

Food was dry and over done. Service was horrible, employees did not want to be there or help customers. Atmosphere was not good customers were upset about the wait and orders being wrong.

I came through asking for a McDouble with no onions, checked the sandwich after they handed it out the window, looked fine. Then realized some smarts put onions in between the burger patties where you wouldn’t see them… I’m sure they think it’s funny but it’s frustrating when it’s your lunch break and you throw money away because they didn’t make it right and don’t get lunch. Also attempted to call and nobody answers, just rings and rings

Place is a joke. Placed an order on the mcdonald's app and was told they were closed when I arrived.

First ordered delivery and it took 30-40 minutes for someone to accept the order (which is more on DoorDash) then tried to cancel my order and get a refund, was first told no but after some fighting was able to cancel and get my refund. Then decided to just go through drive through where the representative was very distracted, almost not even present. Came to the first window where her face was shoved into her phone. Took about 15 seconds for her to acknowledge I was even there. I had ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget combo and a triple cheeseburger combo. What I received told me she did not listen one bit. I actually received a 6 piece nugget and 2 cheeseburgers?? Absolutely terrible service.

Mcdonalds was a mess today. It took me 50 minutes to get my food and it was all cold. The manager was sitting in the back and did not even attempt to help the short staffed new guys that were struggling. Poor management for sure.

Absolute worst fast food experience ever. Rude, could not care any less about customer service. The guy opened the window and said here ya go and closed the window. Still missing the fries. Wouldn't look over to address the situation. I honked and he looked and said... They comin..that was about 10 to 15 minutes ago. He just tried to give us the next cars order... Completely terrible in every aspect

Food has gotten so bad . Nothing is ever fresh anymore & prices have gotten way too high. Do better.

Pulled up, two employees outside smoking a blunt/smell of marijuana strong as ever. Doors were locked in the middle of the day on a Sunday afternoon.

Very dirty! Floors sticky, smelled like vomit, trash cans overflowing, bathrooms horrible!

Ordered inside 2 Hot Fudge Sundaes. The lady brought them and set them on the counter. When I asked could I please have a bag, I got one - right on the counter. She didn't put my order in the bag, just walked away. And there was a young lady who needed assistance, she asked but she wasn't heard by the employees, so the gentleman standing by her had to say loudly 'This young lady needs assistance' I know that it was McDonald's, but the customer service was terrible!

I ordered a McChicken light lettuce add Crinkle Cut Pickles and slivered onions and extra Mayo and some how the order taker couldn't see and at first added tartar sauce and they had to remake it... then it had spicy pepper sauce and had to remake that... the third time it was almost correct except it had heavy lettuce... so I just ate it because we were traveling and couldn't hang around for them to mess it up again in Missouri. Spent $29.00 for 3 people

This was by far the cleanest and most friendly McDonald’s I have ever been too. Every worker was so pleasant and went out of their way to say hi. You hardly get that at a sit down restaurant, let alone fast food. I hope the staff all see this because it was such a pleasant experience.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app for delivery. Instead of giving me a biscuit and gravy meal like I had ordered , I only received biscuits and gravy . Also instead of 4 sugar in my coffee, I got 4 creme. I’m done going to this location.

The guy that took out order was very nice. The food quality has gone down & prices are up. Won't be back.

I don't like mcdonald's because this place. Other mcdonald's lot was cheaper, but this one was so expensive. Today, I am ordering to home. My fries are cold. Chicken is okay, I guess. Last time I went to mcdonald's with my friend. It was very expensive we got 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries, 10 chicken, and 2 drinks. It like 25 dollars. I am hoping it is 15 dollars, not 25 dollars. Half the time, workers, little mean. The drink is better than the food

My wife and I are from St. Louis. Every time we head west on 70 we stop at this McDonald's. The hamburgers are seasoned well and the service inside is always friendly and brings your food to the table.

Best $1 menu stopped by 4-19-24 for a plan chesburger usaly $1.30 this day one burger was $1.99, I told the drive thru no thank you, that's to much.

That was the most pleasant drive thru experience I have ever had anywhere, this morning. Refreshing.

Me and my friend went in and ordered on the machine, We waited about 5 to 7 minutes and it came out but I didn’t check the bag. Go home and we look at everything and we’re missing a spicy McChicken and it’s on the receipt so we go back up to McDonald’s. Tell them that they didn’t put my spicy McChicken in the order pulled up got the “mc chicken” And went home, opened it, and it was a plain cheeseburger. Workers didn’t seem to really care or pay attention to anything.

Waited 30 minutes just to get told "were closed " how about update the hours...?

Was greeted and then placed order when sodas came out they apologized because it was low and hardly any ice we were told we could use the soda dispenser to refill other than that it was good. But not fast

The food was actually fresh and looks like it does in the picture, also the ice cream machine wasn't broken, Sprite was a lil SPICIE too! They don't make them like this down in Georgia.

Just drove from kansas to Noth Carolina and back, and this is the best service I've received out of maybe 15 we have stopped at. Lobby was clean, and workers were friendly and ready to take our order. We will be putting this as a stop for our next road trip

I could not be more satisfied with service than what I got this evening at Warrenton McDonald's! They made everything fresh as we came through late and it of course as was expected gonna take some extra time to get it just right! We weren’t in a hurry so we waited patiently. Then an associate came to the window and apologized for the delay! Asked if we would like drinks while we waited! We said sure and was expecting to just get a couple small drinks, nothing fancy. He handed us two large drinks and gave my son in the back seat a drink as well. We got our food right after and pulled away. We always check our bags at any fast food place to make sure we got everything before driving away. So we checked before pulling off and found we got extra fries and the whole order was perfect! Thank you!

Food was good for a McDonald's but atmosphere is about what you expect.

Everyone knows night service is Not usually the best. This time however, was extremely bad! Went through 2 times for a crispy chicken sandwich and both times it was almost black and dry as can be! Not to mention the 10 minutes wait before my boyfriend finally went in to ask about my new sandwich.

Came here just for their great French fries, but I guess they are pinching pennies and not throwing any cooked fries away even if they had been sitting there unsold an hour. I guess I looked like a sucker getting them through the drive thru. I ate one and through the rest away. Cold... greasy & soggy.

I've gone to this mcdonalds several times and the food is always fresh. Thos is by far one of the best McDonald's in missouri period.

Mc D's has a good breakfast, I've gone there 2 days in a row for lunch at 1:30 and got leftover fries from lunch (VERY BAD) so no more lunch there, but I do like their breakfast

The employees take quite a while to notice that you're waiting to order at the counter because they expect you to use the self-service kiosks. I wish companies would stop replacing people with machines.

The hours say open 24 hours but they don't open until 6am and close between 10-11 pm

I would give a zero stars or negative if it were an option. My opinion is it is the worst fastfood ever both taste and health wise

Your experience is really going to depend on the day, but recently it has gotten worse. Also, they are only open 5AM to 11PM. Their app confirms that and yet someone continues to change the Google page to claim they are open 24 hours.

This might have been the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Now I know that I’m going to a McDonald’s and that the experience isn’t going to be the best, but getting attitude at the drive-through order machine then waiting 10 minutes in the drive-through line and having to reconstruct my burger after getting through the line, it was quite atrocious. Not to mention that I first went inside and waited at the counter for someone to take my order because the contactless machines were full. Then after waiting a while, I decided the drive-thru would be fast than waiting for someone to take my order inside. Seemed like no one in that building was interested in taking my order unless I literally went to the drive-thru where they are forced to. Do not recommend.

Do not mobile order. Much better off just to show up and go through drive through. The franchise in general across the country really needs some work.

There was a hair in my big Mac, not only that they were being rude as hell. You all need to start having them wear hairnets. I bet they would if a health inspector came in.

I spent 45 minutes waiting for curbside pick up. Called to check the status, was told to come inside and show my receipt. Lady was extremely rude and after waiting an extra 15 minutes inside to get my food, my order wasn’t correct. I understand things happen, but the way I was treated for an error that wasn’t made by me, was unacceptable.

Can 100% confirm this place is not open 24 hours. It is 1am and we just watched all of their employees go home as we pulled up.

Stay away... rude customer service, not even fast food, drive through always makes you pull up and wait, and the food was not even fresh.. Go across the street to Dairy Queen you will get better food and service

this place is great in the mornings i would say there sweet tea is way to sweet and its like the sugar was primed in the tub before they brewed the tea so omg its so sweet i feel like my teeth are going to rot as i take a drink.

McDonald's prices vary around Missouri, however THIS one is outrageously priced. $4 for a medium fry? No thanks..

They are always so fast and friendly, Becky, Chrysta and Katlyn always seems to be on top of making sure the team is fast, the food is correct and fresh and it's all done with friendly service!

Pretty good. The fries were nice and fresh. This particular location also has the basket of fries for $3.99, at the time of posting this review. I don't recommend getting any of the thinner patties well done, they end up too dry. The location is generally what I expect for McDonald's.

Quality of the food is eh, speed is eh, attention to detail needs work. I wouldn't say to avoid; more like, just check to make sure your order is correct before leaving. Overall not a terrible location but they could certainly improve. Manager makes things right in the end without a fuss. The kids there just don't understand the importance of attention to detail.

I ordered a mcchicken no lettuce and extra mayo, and they gave me one with no mayo extra lettuce, I ordered a Carmel coffee, and they gave me a coffee with no creamer or Carmel, I ordered a Dr pepper and asked at the window if he got it and he said yes, and didn't get it till after I asked for it, they didn't give me a receipt at ALL, it was just a awful experience will not be going to this mcdonalds again

Adult supervision is NEEDED very badly in this establishment. It's just a bunch of kids running wild. No customer service skills whatsoever, orders going out wrong left and right. $24 for 2 meals is ridiculous just for them to get it wrong.

So on 12/29/22 at 6:30pm. Went to Mcdonalds and got dinner. First off I said no lettuce on one of the Big Macs, second off I said add sweet & Sour sauce, third off I said No salt on the big macs, and fourth off what happened? Everything total opposite than what I Requested. This is NOT the first time. I get it people are short handed, maybe working double, and etc. Here's the thing EVERYONE is short handed. It's called PAY ATTENTION, STEP UP, DO BETTER, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO PAY ATTENTION!!!! You know I would rather wait an extra 2 to 3 minutes knowing my order was right then getting my order wrong and God Only knows how many others. Your employees want how much to work there? At this rate they aren't even worth 10.00 an hour. DO BETTER!!!!!

This is the worse McDonalds by far . Every time I go here they mess up the order. Today was no exception, ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese no onions. .my granddaughter cannot have onions due to it causes acid reflux flair up. Of course they had onions. Called, got a manager ( time was approximately 1pm ish so you can figure out who said manager was. She wanted me to drive the 12 miles back to Warrenton or 9 miles to Troy so they could redo the burgers. I told her we had run all day , granddaughter had a shot and bloodwork had not eaten since 8pm the night before and I was not getting her and myself in the car to drive back to town because of their mistake. She hung up on me. Now thats some excellent customer service and managerial skills.

Place was crazy and noisy with employees talking over each other and playing around. Buns on my burger was burnt and hard. Lack of management.

Do not go here if you want something fast. The employees forget you're waiting for your food.

This is a 24 hour location yet I’m told “we don’t open until 5am” everytime I go. Listed on google at 24 hours. Multiple signs on the building itself listing this location as 24 hours. There’s multiple people in the building and I can’t get one breakfast sandwich? Just as bad as taco bell.

Ok so it's usually good service, but this time was drive thru and a simple order (the two mix match for 4.49). First it was rung up wrong after I said the order twice, so at the pay window it took a manger who repeated it twice back to me to fix it, and I paid. Went to the pick up window and a very happy girl greeted me and handed me the order. I asked her are you sure it's the correct order of (and I repeated my order to her), she gleefully said yes sir! And off I went only to find the order to be the incorrect. So from start to finish I did my due diligence to keep from getting the wrong order and verifiably everyone got it wrong. Needless to say, I've not eaten there in a LONG TIME and an am not encouraged to go back there! Simply frustrated. The stars come from the very quick fix the main front counter managers did to finally get it correct.

You know it's McDonald's so you pretty much know what it's about. It was slightly priced higher than my town. Friendly service.
