I just updated my info 3 times and saved it every time. It keeps going back to the wrong original. Im tired you don't want my business

Ordered online started off bad didn't see that the website removed some items that were wanted, so I reorder to get those items have it delivered again and so frustrated since when are these boneless wings? Never ordering anything from them again I want real chicken not pressed chicken nuggets drowned in sauce what happened to quality?

Outstanding service is a very professional and polite 👏 👍 👌 experience. Not often that I pick up pizza. In fact, it's been many years since I can remember doing so. The place was clean 👌 🙌 😌 always a plus in my book when it comes to food establishments, my food was ready 😋 👌 😀 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you for the great experience. And ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the staff working, keep up the great job. We need more young people like that 👏

Food is amazing... just wish they would read when pizzas need to be square cut... 13 orders and not a one had directions followed.

Pizza is good, but restroom is usually dirty. Not a great atmosphere for dine in. Carry out or delivery is best.

Definitely not set up for dining in. Staff not very attentive to those that eat in. They were more into quick pickup and leave customers. The food was good but not outstanding.

Considering they charge for toppings, I was less than thrilled with the 13 total black olives on my pizza. Serious lack of effort on this one.

Says online that you open at 9:30. Called and was told you don't open until 10. Which is it?

I use this restaurant as my go to when I want some pizza delivered. I'm not sure what's going on lately, but its getting bad. We have DoorDash bring pizza some days and that service is very subpar. The pizza quality is dropping off as well. Update: I now will not give this place another penny. I don't understand why they keep letting you order for delivery when they have no way of bringing it to you. They won't even call you back when you have a complaint. Please trust a stranger and do not eat here. If you still eat here then you can't complain after being warned!!

Every time we get food here its great. Hands down the best Papa John's in the area. Dine in area is tiny, and i don't like talking to a call center when ordering by phone but if you press 5 you'll get the store.

The pizza was ridiculously greasy , there is grease all over my car and my table , don’t get me started on the grease from the garlic knots. The pizza wasn’t cut. It was supposed to be a half cheese half pep and it is 86 percent pep and 3 mini cheese pieces. Would not recommend , also ordered delivery and they made me come get it bc they said the delivery guy was doing his last delivery and we watched the delivery driver come back twice and leave both times with orders.

Food minus the thin crust pizza was a little undercooked talking crust usually crispy , was like New York style , the bacon I thought the started using full slices got bacon but was the crumble I don't like the crumble due to to much fatty pieces seem to be mixed in gives it a rubbery texture when you get the wrong bite

Food is always good and the guys that work there are super helpful and friendly.

Store very clean, staff courteous and polite . Not really set up for eating in, only drinks available are 2liters. Overall very nice experience.

DO NOT EAT HERE Sam the new manager is rude and unprofessional there staff is slow and was just standing around playing on there phones worst customer service ever if I could I would give them negative stars

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a cheese bread with a 2L soda it was over 50 dollars with a tip and was not fit to eat

It was the driest pizza I’ve ever eaten, called to complain and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Disappointing! They have table and chairs and advertise eat in dining. You can only purchase 2 liter bottles of Pepsi products, when I asked for cups and ice, she replied “ the gas station next door has ice” The pizza was delivered to our table in the box with no napkins or plates. There are no public restrooms.

It used to better ingredients,better pizza,Papa Johns....Now it's lazy employees,terrible pizza,Papa Johns.

An Hour and 20 mins on a Tuesday night for 2 pizzas. Pizzas get here cold and the sauces we ordered were wrong. Not sure what’s happened here in the last couple months but this place just keeps going downhill steadily.

Never, EVER again. I remember why I have avoided going there for years. Paid extra to get extra pepperoni on the NY style pizza and it had less than the other stuffed crust pepperoni that was regular pepperoni. Paid 2.50 for extra pepperoni, what a rip off. And to top it off had to RE-CUT every slice because you had to tear the whole pizza apart to get a slice out. The sauce is tasteless. And the prices are not at all comparative to the pie your getting. Very bad experience all the way around. Not a quality establishment.

Was going to order then I read the reviews. See mangers bad reviews do lead to loss of business.

Always take a hour to get your food, they never have any drivers.

I've had mostly good experiences with this particular Papa John's. The food is good, you can get some decent deals, and they do a good job of making up for their mistakes. Delivery can be slow nights and weekends. We've had to wait about 90 minutes for our order on a few occasions. They usually make up for their lateness and/or mistakes by mailing you a coupon for a free large two topping pizza.

So good and fast! Staff were hard working and friendly!

I am a driver. Wheelchair accessible. Carryout available. Carside togo available and delivery. Lobby is kept clean Dine in available. I would suggest getting out app or going online so you can get our rewards and get free stuff 😆.

You want great pizza fast then this is the place. Staff are expedient and through with a smile to boot! Love it! Great establishment!

Really good food never have any issues

Being that I am traveling cross country hopping off the interstate on the way to the hotel I was pleased to see this beacon of gastronomy immediately along the way. I did have a glitchy time with the attempt to order online which is to no fault of the particular store in question. I was able to make the old-fashioned phone call and order my pizza and it was ready in the time that I was quoted as well as it was hot and tasty. It was completely a good and fulfilling experience.

Not a fan of the sauce. Too sweet.

The people here are awesome the food is good. Anytime I've had an issue they fix it and even one up it just cause it happened. Had an issue with the app not the stores fault at all and they fixed my problem better then was expecting.

I've never had a problem in the past but this time my tracker said the food was delivered. It was not delivered so I called the store and person I spoke to was not polite and I heard him whisper..I don't have time for this. Apparently the store told doordash the wrong time to pick up my order. So when it was finally delivered it was cold food.

Papa johns pizza is the pizza for my family

For the first time I got an almost cold pizza.🤨 I order at least once a month, first time for Door Dash. Hmm. Maybe next time better/

I placed an online order and picked it up hours after I initially anticipated because I ran behind. The lady took the initiative to offer to make my order again because it had been sitting under a warmer for over 2 hours. I felt horrible because it was my fault for picking it up late but she insisted it wouldn't be a problem and made a new batch. Just wanted to thank this kind lady for being a ROCKSTAR!

I have placed online orders for carry out and it is always ready when I get there, people are friendly and my order is always correct. The pizza is really good, too. I like that they have the drive thru window to pick up the pizza! (You have call ahead to pre order it)

They are always very friendly. Our pizza is always on time and hot. I just wish they had an option to get pan on there specials. They never give you that as a choice it is always a separate deal.

I just ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. The pizza had no pepperoni. Unfortunately I waited to get back to my aunts before checking the pizza. So that was a waste of money. But, its Christmas Eve and everything else was closed. So I guess I'm thankful for what I got.

The cheese sticks are addictive! Depending on the time of day will determine how long you have to wait.

GREAT customer service! My family and i just moved out to Warrenton and this place has been amazing! I scheduled a delivery for 630pm, and trust me when I say the guy was pulling in my driveway at 630pm!! They are always so nice and helpful when it comes to discounts! Papa John's remains my favorite pizza from the big chains. They are a little more expensive. But, worth it my opinion.

Great Papa John's location. Usually very fast service compared to others. One or two times I had issues & they made it right.

Its always pretty good service, and there food is always fresh.
