Great selection! I would like to see more sugar free flavors.

I’m an frequent customer at Jeremiah’s ice. However I had the worst experience last night. It was around 9 pm, close to closing so the line was quite long. I understood the wait time would be long. However, one particular blonde associate called her friend out of the back of the line, took her order in under a few minutes and then proceeded to an abnormally long time to make my order. I asked for a gelati(Cookie Butter, cookies and cream, with brownie batter and swirl ice cream) I requested brownie batter on the top but I wasn’t too picky in the order. However, I received brownie batter, cookies and cream, cookie butter and cake batter. One layer had vanilla ice cream and one layer had swirl. I’m not a picky person however I was very upset at the item I had received last night. For those of you wondering if I took the right order, my friend and I ordered together and she called out both orders at the same time with quite an attitude might I add. Highly disappointed.

This was my first visit. Seeing the crowd outside, I figured it must be overrated. The line moved really quickly because they had three windows open. I saw the couple in front of me tasting samples, so I asked for a sample of a dessert flavor and then a fruit flavor. The girl was very helpful and I ended up opting for the butter caramel flavor. I also got it gelati style, which layers in vanilla ice cream. I had them add the buttered cookie crumble. I loved it! I now see why they were so busy and I have changed my mind that is is not overrated! The line is long because the product is amazing!!!

Only outdoor searing, but you can't beat the delicious ice cream and the decent prices.

Great place for a delicious treat. They have long lines for a reason but it’s always worth the wait.

We took my dog here for her birthday and even though she has severe anxiety she had an excellent time.

You have to choose the natural flavors you want and in the form or manner you like. Nothing better than on a hot afternoon being able to savor a rich and delicious ice cream or shortbread. Come and enjoy it this summer and all the rest of the year.👍👍🙏🙏👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼♥️

I tried "The Blue Razz" and wasn't disappointed at all! I first went WOW THAT IS GOOD. Then I realized, medium was too much for me, and my mom liked it too, so she finished it. Lol.

Knowing that the Jeremiah's combo of fine shaved ice and gelati exists is what keeps me going in life. It's just so perfect. I've split my life into before Jeremiahs era (BJE) and Jeremiah's era (JE). Truly a life changing dessert spot for any hot summer day or late night sweet treat. I highly recommend mango vanilla as it transports me to a new world.

Shrinkflation. Jeremiah's is wonderful but the price increases with making the cups for each size smaller (looks about half the size as before) makes the sweet treat a little harder to justify as worth your dollars.

I prefer ice cream over Italian ice so for me to give Jeremiah’s five stars is saying something. Until recently, I would’ve only given it three stars or maybe four, but their new Favorites menu is exceptional and adds a dimension that this place really needed. I will be back again and again.

The ice cream at this place is delicious. It's milky and sweet at the right level unlike most ice cream parlors. I've never encountered a problem at this location and it's always a joy to eat at this place. However, the line is really long on the weekends and sometimes you have to wait for quite a while until you can place your order. Sometimes the floor inside has receipts, paper, and some ice cream, but other then that it's not bad.

You go in ask for what you want nice and simple. You can’t go wrong and all the flavors are great ! They have rewards and scrim time to time free items ! Can’t complain and the prices are good !

Their longevity speaks for itself. Generational institution with the best gelati around. Good vibes all around. Children and adults will enjoy. It's great to see how much they expanded throughout the country. The original was on Aloma.

Really enjoy this product, only observation is that they don’t carry as many flavors and they did! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff!

This is the one place in Florida that I always think about while I'm back in New York. Combining Italian ice with soft serve is genius! I usually order a small gelati with vanilla soft serve and three flavors of Italian ice. This time I got watermelon, blueberry, and mango. The flavor and quality of their ice cream is impeccable, one of the best ice creams I've ever had. I will continue my tradition of visiting each time I'm in Florida.

Jeremiah is awesome! The ice-cream is always good, and the service is excellent as well. The only issue is that there may be a line, cause everyone loves it, but it's usually not to long!

I just get cookie butter Italian ice with no soft serve, it's amazing!

Can never complain with Jeremiah’s period!!

This Jeremiah's Italian ice cream shop is wonderful, the ice cream is delicious I had the black cherry ice cream, I loved it, I loved it. We went in a group of 10 women and everyone loved their ice cream flavors, we sat and enjoyed the ice cream on a beautiful sunny day. We also tried the green maca flavor, with a slight sour touch.

I thought they served Italian icees. But they serve much more including soft served ice cream.

I LOVE Jeremiahs! Delicious gelatis. Try the smores gelati, its my favorite!!! When they are busy the line does tend to get long and there is a wait, but other than that it's great!

Austin helped us tonight and he was so very nice! Very personable, kind, friendly and thoughtful! We will definitely be back!

Great place with a different approach to Italian ice cream. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and it was so flavorful but not overpowering with sweetness which made it perfect. The attention was fast even when the line was long. It has a sitting area outside and it opens until 10pm on Thursdays. Pretty much a great place to try some sweet and refreshing flavors. 🌸🌸🌸🌸

This place never misses! Have been multiple times and each time it is soooo good. I have been to a lot of Jeremiah’s in FL tbh and this is the best one ! The line def gets long on the obvious busy days like Friday and Saturday but it’s worth the wait 😊

Always delicious! Strawberry gelati is my absolute favorite and never disappoints. Can get busy and you have to wait a while but service is always good, have never had an issue at jeremiah’s and I definitely recommend them when your in the mood for a sweet treat! I also recommend the cookie butter flavor.

Jeremiahs is a must visit every time we're in Orlando. I always get the Gelato. It tastes so good and a must if you're ever in the area!

My family and I came here today for ice cream after our Sunday afternoon activity. This was my first time here and it was a wicked awesome experience. Tommy cashier was extremely polite and had great customer service skills, making recommendations and giving us options to give us a feeling of control. Order #19056998. My receipt doesn't have the cashier's name or else I'd name her. Keep up the awesome people skills.

Italian ice really good but no shade you stand on the sun while waiting and BOY be prepare to wait service really, really 🐌 slow

I had to come do an update.. We love Jeremiah’s but their customer service has went down tremendously. Staff not properly putting lids on the ice cream and it’s literally running down the sides of the cup when handing it to customers. The guy tonight said after putting the ice cream in the cups they couldn’t properly close the lid… like what? This isn’t my first time coming here and the lids are always closed. Why would you give lids if you couldn’t close it? What is the purpose of the lid? Lol… Jeremiah’s please don’t allow staff to run customers away this was a great location but I want be back for a while!

Good as always. This place always serves great desserts and safe is friendly. The line may get long at times but the line usually moves pretty quickly.

Excellent ice cream shop. All flavors are unique and good for the price. Highly recommended.
