On Saturday August 31, 2024 our organization brought 70 people (40 of them were children) to Jeremiah's for desert. Keep in mind this was 8pm on Labor Day weekend. Their staff was so patient with us. They did a great job getting the orders right and out as quickly as could be done. They did miss a couple of orders, but quickly corrected that. Everyone enjoyed their deserts very much! We ordered, enjoyed our cold treats, and left within an hour of our arrival. This really could not have been a better experience! 35 minutes in drive thru for 4 cars.. your doing shaved ice.. that’s a joke… Hire someone over the age of 12 and you might get better service

We stopped by this Jeremiah’s Italian ice location and were very impressed with the customer service we received from the drive thru. We got our fur baby a pup-cup with our order. The young man at the drive thru was very courteous and helpful. The team worked really quick. They have a variety of flavor mixtures to choose from as well as toppings. They have a nice covered patio for those who choose to sit and enjoy their Italian ice. I love the sugar free cherry!

It's like ice cream, but better. I do wish they had bubble gum flavored. That would be awesome.

So, I had a great experience today!! All the ladies are super friendly and greeting. Customer service was great from the boy with dark curly hair and the short girl with brown hair…Their treats were very yummy! I’m extremely happy I signed up to the app, will definitely be here often!!😆😁

The ice cream is great! But sadly after I was done I had to go to the bathroom and I was wiping with the sandpaper-like toilet paper I came out bleeding, I recommend not using the bathroom if you are going number 2.

The italian ice soft serve creation is so delicious that jeremiah's is a daily destination. They have cool games, hula hoops and more. Definitely a great family place to cool off in the heat of the day. And if your like me and have just a fur baby, its ok, super dog friendly place!

It was good food but with a line into the parking lot... the manager said that they closed in 15 minutes so everyone needed to hurry up so they could close.

The custard and Italian ice are delicious here. The issue is the service. We waited over forty minutes in a medium sized line while we watched three high school kids struggle to handle the crowd both in person and in the drive-thru. For the busy, beach season, there needs to be more help here. We won’t be coming back until management helps out their employees with adequate staffing.

Just picked up a door dash order and Jude at Jax beach was the sweetest king ever!!! The vibes and attitude at 8pm on a Sunday were amazing!! Live laugh love him! Give that boy a raise 🗣️🙏

Cute spot off Beach Blvd going towards Jax Beach. Outside and inside seating even though sitting inside is like sitting outside lol. There's a door, but you can literally just walk in through the big opening next to it (I think it use to be a garage b4). They have Italian ice, gelato, and soft served icecream. You can mix and match what ever flavors you want also. There's a drive thru if you don't want to go inside. Parking is a little tight and gets packed fairly quickly because of other businesses in the plaza. Nice little place to relax with friends or take the kids if you have any. Family friendly.

I went here for the first time today just a few minutes ago and Desiree (apologies if i misspelled her name!) helped us out so much! she was so kind and sweet about accommodating a dairy allergy and gave us samples to try that were perfect for us! Overall she was just so kind and understanding and it was honestly one of the best experiences i've had in customer service in a very long time. Jeremiah's Italian Ice in is a sweet surprise that I discovered through Uber Eats, and it has quickly become my go-to dessert spot! The first time I ordered, I was enticed by the wide variety of soft-serve and Italian ice options available. After much contemplation, I settled on the Oreo Mud Pie, and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. The flavors were simply divine. Impressed by my first experience, I decided to give Jeremiah's another shot, ordering the same Oreo Mud Pie. I was delighted to find that it was just as delicious as the first time. Jeremiah's Italian Ice has undoubtedly become my top choice for satisfying my sweet tooth. With its extensive selection and consistent, mouthwatering flavors, it's the perfect destination for a delightful treat. Five stars, hands down!

Super fast service for sure. When my family and I drove up there was a line out the door, by the time we parked and walked up we were almost front of the line already! They were kind and let me nephew try a couple different ones to see what he liked (or didn’t). Overall very great place. Need more establishments up north!!

Great flavorful gelati choices. I would of rated five stars, but we ate in and there was nobody cleaning the tables, they were all dirty.

I have seriously never been to another place like this. You get soft serve ice cream with shaved ice that is super smooth and almost creamy! As someone who has a sensitive tummy I was a little worried but it was fine! Flavors were amazing! Would highly recommend the mint ice with Oreos! They even put multiple layers of the toppings in your cups!

Fun menu and outside but covered area to enjoy your treat.

Love love love the gelati! So great to have soft serve and shaved ice mixed together! There’s no Jeremiah’s where I live, so it’s always worth making a trip to one when I’m on vacation! FYI: You can get up to 4 different shaved ice flavors with a medium gelati.

Had an amazing experience here with my family during vacation! We returned over 5+ times to try many of their delicious Italian ices!! The fan favorites are absolute must try, like grasshopper, frosted animal cookie, birthday cake, peanut butter cup..and so much more!

These guys crush it, it’s just that simple. Great product, caring employees (local high schoolers) and it comes through every time I visit. The drive-thru is so easy when we want a quick treat for my son after baseball off Penman Rd. Tons of great flavors but the peach Italian ice w vanilla soft serve Gelati is a summer go-to!

Went to Jax to visit family last weekend and they brought me here. I had a cookies and cream in a cup and it was good! I asked to taste the Passion Fruit. Now that taste was very tasty and refreshing in that hot Florida heat lol. I wish there were Jeremiah's up in NYC

Best Gelati (Slushy & Soft Serve) around town. It just doesn't get any better.

Хорошее, интересное заведение, мороженое вкусное, для некоторых может показаться слишком сладким, но здесь можно сделать собственное мороженое без сахара и с разными добавками. Лучше приезжать конечно днём, в жару, но вечером тоже очень хорошо и немного людей.
