The puppy loved the peanut butter Italian ice. The staff were super friendly and back to back days of coming here. Download the app to get rewards. The Italian ice I would describe as creamy and very good. Free samples! The small you can get 3 flavors and the medium you can get 4 flavors of ice. Not sure on the large. Will be coming here again and again.

It’s a shame what happens when branches expand. Have always been a big fan of Jeremiah’s and was excited to see one here however, my last two visits have been horrible. Especially this last one where Brooke and all the workers were just joking around, made me a horrible ice cream with barely any crumbles and then refused to give us a refund or to remake the ice cream. I didn’t catch the name of the other person with the long black hair and bangs that made my ice cream but I wasn’t surprised with the outcome considering she was mostly screaming and laughing in the back.

Fantastic dessert :) I highly recommend trying if you haven't! Only downside is that the line can take a hot minute. Staff makes each order after taking it - they don't have separate teams for the register and making the orders. If you plan to go during the day bring a hat or sun covering in case the line is long and stretches past the onning (which it often does). Also - heads up that to-go lids cost $0.99 cents, so if you don't want the extra charge maybe bring something to transfer your order to or eat there :) P.s. this is the 'sugar cookie' gelati - it's genuinely sooooooo good

If Cherry is the most popular flavor and it runs out super fast. I don’t understand why they can’t make more or order more. Every time we come there is a problem with the Cherry. Today I went again and it said it was available. I order two small ones and a 1/2 a Gallon, paid the order after a few minutes to be told they had run out. Are you kidding me?

We have tried this location three different times with my son who has an eating condition. On three occasions I asked the employee to put a drop of ice cream on the cone, because my son will not eat a cone with a lot of ice cream. Well on all three occasions they handed us a really big cone. My son took one lick and would throw it out. The soft serve taste is also different and not that great. We will no longer be returning. Their is also no inside seating and in Florida with 98 degree weather your cone will start melting before you sit down or have time to enjoy it.

Great little place. Plenty of selection and lots of ways you can combine the flavors. Outdoor seating only. The flavors are rich and yummy. I got a medium and it was plenty for me. The service was super friendly. The place was very clean. I'll be back for sure to try all the flavors.

Delicious ice cream with unique flavors, friendly staff, and a great deal (buy one get one on make-your-own for Mondays in Jan), hard to not enjoy this place! It has plenty of parking and tables to sit as well. Update: came back 4/30/24 and got the Oreos Mud Pie and it was delicious! The line was pretty long but they're very quick and efficient in their service.

This is a little bit different review for me. Saw this place the other day and then a Co- Worker recommended it so we had to try it. With the amount of people there, I knew it had to be good. It did not disappoint. We tried a couple basic flavors as we didn't want you over Excite the palate the first visit. Reasonably priced. They had a very friendly staff While you're waiting in line, There was a menu on a board Walk right up to the window and order thT at easy. Is that definitely a top pick for a nice refreshing dessert after having a meal in the area, check it out!!!

Absolutely amazing! I'm the "Best Dad in the World" whenever I take my kids here for dessert. I had never had a gelato before trying Jeremiah's, and I am quite glad I did. I do wish there was more seating available, but To-Go is a fine option, too.

Wow! This is by far my favorite Jeremiah’s location. The service is always amazing. The Italian ice flavors are always delicious. The gelato is so good!

They were REALLY busy, but the woman working the window and making the orders made each one with care and as if it was the only one she was making. She was fast and efficient as well as friendly!

The ice Italian ice is always great here and love the flavors. Quality is good and they always do a good job. One thing they haven't done is allowed mobile ordering through the app.

After a great lunch we were headed to this ice cream gem. To start the music was on point. They played some good Dancing Queen by Abba. The ice cream was big. The mix of Italian ice and soft serve was delightful. They had interesting combinations. For the soft serve they added a lot of sprinkles which was a plus.

Very good! Even with a long line, it didn't take too long to get our treat! Can't wait to go back and try the other flavors!

Jeremiah's is where it's at! I'm thrilled to have one in Gainesville. You can get 3 flavors in a "small" (which is actually a decent size, even for an adult!)

Food is good but service is very slow, they need more people working

I thought it was going to awesome considering the amount of people there but it was giving mcd soft serve ice cream. The girl who also took my order was kind of rude and correcting as someone who has never been to this establishment.

We stopped in for a cool treat. My husband got the S'mores Frog Squad Favorite. He said it was a unique but delicious combination of italian ice, soft serve ice cream, and cinnamon graham cracker pieces. My 19-year-old daughter ordered the Oreo Mud Pie Frog Squad Favorite, and she loved it! You can order a combination of any flavors!

You simply must get Jeremiah's. You must. Get it for dessert, get it for pre-dinner dessert. Heck, I don't care, get it for breakfast. ...Okay, maybe not that far. Still! They have a super cool (pun intended) concept here. Is it Italian ice of any and every flavor? Yes, it is. Is it a soft serve joint. Why of course. But is that all?? NO! They take the ice - and the cream - and put em together. It just makes sense. You choose from vanilla or chocolate (or swirl) ice cream, which is nice and thick and custardy. Then, you pick your favorite flavor of ice to go with it. My personal favorite combo is vanilla with orange crush ice. Ever have an orange dreamsickle? Well guess what? Now you have one in a cup. Oh yeah. Yeah, so this place is great and the best dessert joint in town and it has a bunch of outside seating. And - if you bring your doggo, they'll even offer you a "pup cup". Just a little 2 oz cup of some vanilla ice cream and peanut butter Italian ice. I brought my pooch, and it was pretty much her favorite thing ever. So get on over there and treat yoself gosh darn it!!!

Over priced. Small ice cream and added layered topping for $1. Came out to $6. A pretty small cup and just a few sprinkles of topping on top. When I asked why the toppings aren’t through out like described on menu, they said that’s the way it is.

The line of people waiting to order on a Monday afternoon says it all. Despite the queue the service was fast and friendly, and if you haven't tried Italian ice mixed with soft serve (the 'gelati') you are in for a treat. The soft serve itself was the best I've had in Gainesville.
