WOW! The flavors at this place are bold and delicious. They don’t skimp on the portions and I would highly recommend getting the quail eggs with the soup. The soups and noodle plates are all delicious. For what you pay, you get A LOT. Also, they have good music playing. The perfect date spot for anyone on or off a budget.

I got calamari with pork brown rice. The food was excellent, and Jennifer our server even took the time to show me how to use chopsticks properly. Also prices were very good for restaurant dining and the cuisine feels very authentic. I absolutely would recommend a visit.

Best soup in Gainesville with perfect rice noodles that don't get soggy. If you live i. Gainesville and like Asian cuisine this is the best spot for big servings and reasonable prices.

Sorry for no photos but take my word that this place is a real hidden gem for Gainesville. If you're like me and you complain that Gainesville doesn't really have a food identity/culture, then try out this place. It doesn't solve GNV's problem on its own, but definitely contributes greatly alongside other great eateries like pho ha noi. It opened up recently (for the time of this review) and has great food for a good price. Get yourself situated for a piping hot and flavorful noodle soup with lots of choices of the broth and protein. My go-to is the szechuan pepper soup with beef flank, while I have heard good things about other options. The szechuan noodle soup had a really good szechuan pepper flavor and the portions of both soup and meat were great. Even better on a rainy day. Keep in mind the "normal" soup is not significantly seasoned (as that is how it is meant to be), so if that is your cup of tea, go for it! If you want something with more bite, I highly recommend the szechuan soup.

We had the specialty soup noodles and the soup base was amazing and one of the better soups in town. However, we were not a fan of the noodles which had the texture of overcooked pasta. The menu was also pretty nondescript. For the beef sour and spicy noodles they definitely skimped on the beef and what they did provide was mostly the cheap low quality scraps. In total we paid almost $50 for two noodle bowls and two non alcoholic drinks (including tip) and in definitely was too much for what we actually got. If your looking for other noodle places with better quality and maybe a different sort of flair (ie pho), try out Pho Hanoi instead which is right down the street!

I only found one piece of beef in my rice noodles, but the restaurant owner insisted I was seeing things, haha. So funny!

the food was SO GOOD for the price omg and the boba was amazing!!!!!! the service was super fast and high quality too. they even put my food in the takeout container for me 🙏🙏 thank you!! i also really liked the decorations. there were 3 screens playing different shows and it was very entertaining. my boyfriend downloaded duolingo after this just to learn chinese so he can watch those shows. anyways, absolutely fantastic place, definitely will return!

The portions were huge and everything tasted great. Also, the place was pretty clean and the people who own it were nice.

This place is top-notch. Family-style, not fast food. But not slow either. Smells appetizing as soon as you walk through the front door. Service is polite and pleasant.

I like soup noodles, so this is a place I must try. The bowls came with a plastic stand for insulation and protection from getting scalded by the hot clay bowl. I tell you, the soup was super super hot 🔥 🥵. The signature soup Jintang was very spicy even though we ordered mild. The tomato soup was very tasty and there was lots of fish meat. On the whole, I like this place and the food and we will certainly come again.

Honestly one of the best soups I’ve ever had. Was extremely pleasantly surprised- sour spicy chicken soup. The chicken was tender and juicy. The noodles were silky. The other fixings were fun. The broth so flavorful and spicy indeed!

The atmosphere is rather nondescript but the staff is very friendly. If you are interested in their specialty dishes like the soups, those are very good, but the ingredients used in the fried rice dishes are low quality and flavorless. Stick to their specialty soups and avoid any of the stuff you'd see at an average American Chinese place.

This is truly a special gem & hole in the wall restaurant in Gainesville. We were passing through Gainesville on the way to Disney and were hungry and tired and just looking for something pan asian but all the other asian restaurants in this city looked greasy, fatty, salty, MSG-loaded, & just unappetizing. We decided to give Ten Second Noodles a shot and it was totally worth it! It’s very conveniently located near the freeway in the Publix shopping center so parking is easy. The service was super friendly & fast, the decor/ atmosphere/ambience was very clean, bright, & contemporary without being too fussy, and the best was the food. We all got the original beef noodle soup which is a pork based soup with thinly sliced beef, ham, fish cake, veggies. The soup was perfect for a cold winter day. The best thing was that it tasted not overly salty/spicy, was very hearty, and felt home-cooked. Oh and try their pumpkin cake! So delicious! We also got drinks to go for the road. I got the Passion Fruit smoothie & was so happy that it was made with fresh passionfruit (not the syrupy goop that boba shops usually use) and is not too sweet. Also the server was very accommodating when my husband asked to adjust sugar level for the milk tea to 50%. All the prices were fair and worth it! I will be coming back and 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for something healthy and homecooked while traveling!

The Szechuan Pepper Chicken Rice Noodle is fragrant and subtle and 100% authentic. Serving is huge. Service is also spot on - fast, polite and helpful but not in the way.

Great for a cold day! Had the chicken noodle soup with beef! The soup was flavorful and the steam fried buns (mantou) were top notch!

My partner and I loved our experience! The portions are satisfying and the milk tea is perfect for washing down a spicy noodle bowl.

Never had this dish before but I would say the noodles are very similar to vermicelli. The original soup is made from pork bone broth. Even though both dishes were original soup, they were different flavors in that the beef flank had more spice to it, kind of like sriracha, and was more flavorful in my opinion. I got the beef slice soup and it was very milky and kind of bland similar to Korean ox bone soup. I would have liked a little more flavor to it but it was very delicious. They included seaweed, corn, ham, lettuce, bean curd, quail egg, and fish ball (?). The fried steamed buns were called mantou and they came with condensed milk. They are kind of like fried doughnuts and were really good and fluffy.

I had low expectations of Central Florida for Asian foods. Yet it is a gloomy day, and a hot light noodle soup is much needed. I called for 1/2 noodles with Swezchen hot pot-style noodle soup, and it was so yummy, even though the pepper was not my favorite. The soup is delicious and garnished with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The chef has put attention to detail and respect on his menu. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and will be my place for coming back when craving noodle soup

I went in and only got the original boba tea, the workers were super nice and friendly. It smelt amazing, if i hadn’t just ate I would’ve gotten some Pho. The tea was the perfect sweetness, the boba was slightly firm but not in a bad way, it’s how I prefer mine. The atmosphere is amazing, trendy, and comforting. The only downside is their selection of boba tea flavors. Though, because they sell other things, it’s understandable. Overall amazing experience, I will visit again!

The food was so great, I got the hot pot noodles and the taste was so amazing. If you like aromatic food this is the place. The plate was also pretty big, I was already full before reaching half of the plate. I also got milk mango bubble tea and it was pretty good too!

曾經在臺灣人之間又被稱為鵲橋米線，大推青花椒魚米線，夠麻不會太辣，魚肉也很嫩完全不柴，如果不吃魚的也可以考慮肥牛，另外炸饅頭也蠻好吃的 不推番茄口味，目前吃過的朋友都不推，但有朋友推薦麻辣口味

This place is absolutely amazing, if you like ramen at all you need to eat here. The sour and spicy soup and the Szechuan is to die for. The aromatics and the flavor are bar none.

Coming from NYC and being a lover of authentic soup noodles (as well as being a person of Chinese heritage), this place is hands down the best noodle shop I have ever been to! Service is so friendly, helpful, and prompt. The atmosphere is clean and modern. The broth is so so so flavorful and rich with high quality ingredients I haven’t had anywhere else despite my efforts to find them back home. The serving size is generous too, with plenty to fill you up and some left over for later that day when you can throw more fresh ingredients inside and have another crave worthy meal. Highly recommend the szechuan pepper fish rice noodle!

I love the food and the atmosphere. The service is not too good—they rarely come to check on us; my friends and I have to go to the counter for adding extra food. But overall, the restaurant is recommended!

This is such a cute place. The staff is so friendly. They are very accommodating of dietary restrictions and made changes for my friends. The food is is big bowl of pure comfort. It's a hug to the soul. Absolutely loved it and will be here again!

I love pretty close by, so had to try this place when i found out about it. I was surprised at how fast the food came out, fits to the name, "ten seconds!" The food was great, noodles weren't soggy and warm soup just warms you soul. Also Jennifer was so nice, so gladly giving recommendations and making sure everything was alright. Will def be coming back, even if just for the tea haha. Also people who work wear masks which makes dine in feel safer :D

The aromas of the noodles as they arrived were divine (I got the Szechuan chicken noodles and a friend had the pork). They somehow tasted even better with a nice balance of saltiness, heat and spiciness. The prices were great and the portions were extremely generous… I essentially ate these noodles for two dinners. Our service was efficient even though the place was quite busy and always attentive. Place is very clean overall too, definitely an amazing place for a cozy dinner!
