I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and the server forgot to warm it up. When I asked for the baked good to be warmed. I was told by the staff it couldn’t be due to fact that I handled the bag. Although, it was never opened and I never left the counter area. I was within all 3 employees sight. Why isn’t it a standard practice to warm up baked goods or inquire with customer if they would like to do so. Sadly, the manager appointed has no problem solving skills and proceeded to only offer an apology for his staff’s error. He could’ve simply rectified the situation by throwing the cold pastry away and offering to warm another pastry to exhibit good customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Dunkin Donuts. Simply do better Opus.

everyone who works here is so kind and helpful but they have gotta get rid of online ordering ahead, its insane how backed up they get fulfilling online orders

The iced chai tea was a 5/5! I didn’t get food, but the pastries looked amazing!! Loved the location and it was a beautiful day for a good iced drink in Gainesville.

The refresher we got was ok, the Panama. The baked good delicious. The service was mediocre, no hello or how can I help you.

Really great cup of coffee I got a “oh Canada” it had a perfect amount of sweetness and the nutmeg on top was a delightful combination for the latte! My order was out in a timely manner awesome place

We were on a road trip and stopped to get some coffee, but we’re pleasantly surprised to find those airstream coffee shop was not only excellent, but it had plenty of shade and picnic tables as well as multiple restaurants to choose from! We had the pizza which was very filling. 10/10 great chill spot!

This place is very solid but there's better coffee options around town. My sister wasn't a fan of the toasted marshmallow syrup used in her coffee, definitely lacking flavor.

They weren’t serving any espresso drinks for some reason when I visited this location today. I’m assuming all the good ratings are from college kids with no life experience or taste for coffee for that matter. It’s just a hop place, nothing more.

I love this place. The coffee is the best, the folks serving it are fast and super friendly, and the 4th Avenue Food Park is a perfect place to enjoy it with food and friends.

Great spot. Amazing coffee, good location, friendly staff. They always make my drink perfectly and always offer a treat for my dog. I always recommend Opus to guests visiting. Only potential downside is that my go-to iced mocha is SO good that I down it so fast I need another. But if that's a downside, they're in great shape!!

My family and I were visiting Gainesville and a friend recommend this place. I got the Mayan mocha which was delicious and also 2 The Glaciers which has Huckleberry (my kids favorite). The atmosphere was very cool.

Great local coffee. Won 6 months of free coffee when they first started up. Still love that. This spot is great. Centered in the 4th Ave food park. The service is incredible, so is the coffee and baked goods. There is often a line but it goes smoothly. Lots of seating for friends or puppers. They even have pup cups available. Had a bagel from Humblewood and a specialty coffee that is Nitro cold brew and lemonade mixed, and they toss in a pineapple ring and cherry. Delicious and refreshing. Also spotted a tiny gnome home in a recently cut down tree.

The coffee here is okay but the baristas consistently (the last three times I have gotten coffee from here) pour the espresso on top of the ice when making lattes. This melts the ice and waters down the latte immediately. The coffee quality would be much better if they mixed their espresso and milk before putting ice into it. Also, the last time we had coffee there, our cup split and spilled half of the coffee out and they did not offer to remake it.

Love the coffee here! I usually get a latte, but I've tried other offerings as well (Oh, Canada!), and it's always been great. One of the best coffee spots in town, and the food variety available in the area makes it a nice place to go. Be warned that parking is frequently a problem.

I went to the Airstream location this morning and it reminded me of why I love it so much. Not only is their menu good, but the people and service are excellent. As a regular, the baristas always greet me by name and have memorized my order. Despite the efficiency, they still engage in conversation and never prioritize quickness over customer service. I was having a bad morning, but the baristas were so upbeat and kind that I couldn't help but cheer up. It's amazing how good customer service can change your entire day. I highly recommend patroning Opus.

Fun atmosphere, coffee was good.

Quirkly-designed coffee shop (going for the retro airstream feel). The baristas were super friendly and quick with service. They had two blends on drip, I went for the house blend. It was a medium roast and tasted cocoa-y and slightly nutty without a dry aftertaste. Didn't taste the caramel as advertised on the flavor profile. Overall solid coffee but don't expect much.

Delicious craft coffee and this is the coolest location, because its served out of an airstream.Locally roasted, the coffee is so good. I ordered a cappuccino and it was perfect. $4.95 for a large 20 ounce is a deal. Add an organic syrup for only 50 cents. The lavender is very good... not too sweet. They offer some specialty drinks too and some of them sound pretty good. Head on over to the 4th Ave Food Park and pick up a great cup of coffee. or tea.

My new favorite coffee place in Gainesville! The drinks are as bitter as other places, which I really love. Got the La Horchata which was delicious. Didn’t need to add any sugar or anything, which I usually do. Will definitely be coming back again. Also, pays to mention that the place is super cute.

Coffee is great but the prices are sky high...

Service was excellent and the coffee was a great roast too. The espresso in their Americano was flavorful and a good blend. The baristas we're professional and made our drinks quickly, without much wait even though there was a consistent line. It's part of a unique food "court" area with many picnic tables for outdoor seating, that didn't seem to get filled up when we were there, even though a steady stream of people kept coming to the place. Great place when the weather is mild in Florida. No outlets, so bring a fully charged laptop to study. Highly recommend for a tasty jolt of caffeine.

I love Opus Coffee, especially from the airstream. Hannah and everyone there is always so nice and welcoming. I used to only get coffee at Starbucks, now I only get coffee at Opus. Every time I get coffee anywhere else I am disappointed because it never tastes as good as Opus coffee. The airstream is in such a great local location with outside seating and many local food options in the 4th ave food park.

Very inventive and tasty drinks with familiar pricing and quick service. I tried the iced horchata espresso with some trepidation and loved it.

Yummy drinks, great service, and a delightful atmosphere helps kickstart the day. There is ample parking and so many drinks to choose from you'll feel like you're a kid on a family road trip choosing a gas station snack. Love their lavender vanilla iced latte.

I’ve heard a lot about 4th Avenue food park, but it took me a long time to make the trek out. I don’t know why I waited so long! I love all the open space for my kids to run around, and I can grab a coffee and catch up with a friend. I’ve tried the Mayan Mocha, which was good, but my favorite is La Horchata!! The person at the cash register noticed my kids admiring the local cat and handed them a couple of stickers with an illustration of the cat on it, which was so kind of her. The kids loved the cat and the stickers, mom loved her coffee, win all around!
