Ordered through DoorDash. Their service fine. Jeremiah bad. Ordered coconut ice paid $4.49 got a cup of 2 balls not a full cup of coconut ice. Highly angered displeased not happy. Server must have had a bad day took out on customer. Bad example of supply. Want refund. Not worth price.

The ice cream is a little pricey but always delicious and they do have free samples if you would like to try other flavors, the staff are always very courteous. I definitely recommend trying

This place is very cold inside. Always come here after a long day at the springs and it’s colder than inside the springs. I recommend getting a large and sharing it with a group instead of getting individual smalls because it will be cheaper. but Jeremiah is always good

I’ve been going to other Jeremiah’s Italian Ice location since I was a kid and I’ve always loved it as an adults. I’ve had the privilege to visit a couple of locations the experience, though always very similar as always a good one and the ice cream is always amazing. Thisss location on the other hand though it has been nice a few times I’ve been I recommend one thing if your ice cream taste weird say something. I treated myself to a basic chocolate ice cream, which was served us fairly quickly, one bite and I could taste, that there was something off about it. My friend tasted it, and agreed with me that there was something wrong. I thought it might’ve just been me, but my friend being the godsends, she is took it back and explained our issue. She was met with a few confused looks as the employees tried to figure out amongst themselves who had changed the machine last and then a nonchalant “oh it’s expired” They did give us a new one but honestly I couldn’t stomach it at that point so just remember IF IT TASTES LIKE A SOUR COW SAY SOMETHING

Just had the most pleasant experience here this evening. The young lady who assisted taking our orders was so patient and super helpful. She gave several recommendations and encouraged letting us try the sample to be sure. One of my go tos is the mango swirl. Mango Italian ice with vanilla ice cream swirled in. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience ! Good service is so hard to come by these days and this was such a breath of fresh air!

8:55 PM on a Sunday & they were closed. Need to update your hours. The door was locked, & your employee was cleaning the lobby. Someone lied, because the store was closed.

Nice little place for Italian ice or gelati (soft serve with Italian ice). They have plenty of regular flavors as well as some seasonal flavors. The fruit ones are usually really good. Good portion sizes. Convenient location, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is very friendly and the service is quite fast.

I was looking for gelato in a google maps search and failed to notice that the result was Italian Ice, very disappointed Google, but not the shop's fault though. Their Italian ice was good, if not creamy, but compared to good gelato, the Maybach of ice cream, Italian Ice is a Chevy.

I was in a group that stopped by this establishment to get a treat. I ordered the Caffe Latte flavor with Swirl and Oreo cookie crumbles mixed in. It was 😋. The atmosphere was okay, but from what I could see, there was seating outside only.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice was a welcomed treat. We're on vacation from Washington, DC & my bestie is showing us around her hometown & this place is 1 of her favorite ice cream spots. I can see why! I made my own ice cream creation. I had P-Nutty, Sea Salt Caramel Italian Ice flavors mixed with the Chocolate / Vanilla Swirl Ice Cream, topped with Butter Cookie & Oreo Crumbles. Worth It!! 😋😋😋 This place is a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star Italian Ice shop.

Professional women, clean store, stocked bathrooms, freezer burn in my ice cream unfortunately. This is the first time I've ever gotten freezer burn as well but everything was good.
