In and out great customer service great price

My son and a went there yesterday for the first time. We ordered oxtail, jerk pork, jerk chicken and fried dumplings. It was amazing. My husband who is an American (white), said the food was great as well. Big up to Tony and the lady who served me💞

I don't live in the area, so I called to find out what they have on the menu for that particular day, but no one ever answers the phone. I find that to be a little odd being you're running a business.😕

This was my first time to Caribbean Eatz. The food was delicious. The portions were more than enough for two meals. I will be returning and referring friends to this establishment. Sorry for the photo due to I dived right in before I took the picture.

I had the jerk chicken with rice and peas and it was amazing. My wife is vegan with food allergies, she can only eat plant based foods. She had boiled dumpling, boiled banana with rice and peas. Since finding Caribbean Eatz, we eat there at least once a week and the prices are truly reasonable.

Sorry food was ok and over priced oxtails was bones $21.00 box/ curry chicken has flavor no to bad but 1 chicken drumstick no way Jamaican patty was frozen plus was half. Sorry restaurant was empty and very dirty.

First time having oxtail and man was it great. Tender, flavorful and hot. My only gripe is the meat portion size I got for $24 could've been a little more 😭 other than that it was amazing.

The curried chicken was absolutely fabulous with a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back!👍👍👍

Found this place via Google search while visiting family. Food was delicious, portions were very generous and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Will definitely return the next time we visit from Virginia.

I ordered take out meals, stem fish (Call ahead to order), stew chicken, curry chicken, oxtails, and jerk chicken with beef patties, peas and rice, plantains, and cabbage. Wonderful customer service, flavorful food, large portion sizes, and reasonable prices.

Staff were amazing and very welcoming. I went because I was craving Oxtails, but they were out so I settled for the curry goat, rice & beans, cabbage, and sweet plantains. So delicious especially the cabbage. I also had the Jamaican patty and I was in heaven. I recommend this place. I asked also about the coconut drops and they do not have it, but she took my number to make it for me. Now that’s customer service. I will be back!!!

Stopped by for lunch and got the small curry chicken . The chicken is seasoned good and the rice and cabbage is good as well. I don’t eat plaintains so. I didn’t ge those. The staff is nice and friendly.

Went in for dinner on a Saturday night and picked up curry chicken, jerk chicken, and a bit of brown stew chicken. Near the end of the day the choices are a bit limited but no matter what hour of the day you go you will never leave hungry. The portions are generous. We also met and chatted with the chef, Tony. He mentioned there were additional items that could be requested and cooked relatively quickly like Rasta Pasta and Curry Shrimp. They both sounded delicious and we'll be back to try more!

These folks are the best! I would order uber eats for my dad who was on hospice and they always took extra care of his meals. Curry Goat was awesome and food is fresh. It is definitely the best and ONLY option in Deltona area. The other places are foolishness and not worth it at all. If you want jamaican in Deltona, Orange City, DeLand or even Sanford this is the place to go!

Ran by the sweetest young Jamaican couple, this place is an absolute gem and delivers delicious dishes with very generous servings. I'm not sure how some of the low ratings could possibly exist. I will absolutely be making this place a regular visit!

Just great overall, atmosphere reminds me of JA aswell. Good choice of drinks, patties taste decent too. Wish they had spicy patty and better coco bread, but that's a small gripe.

10/10 This is some of the best Jamaican food in central Florida! I came with family based on word of mouth. And I was blown away. The rice and peas was seasoned perfectly. The jerk chicken was well down and tasted so good. The oxtail was rich and almost falling off the bone. The mannish water was REAL mannish water (IYKYK). All in all this place takes me back to when you had real food cooked by real people for Sunday dinner back in jamaica!

first time visit, you think it’s just a hole in the wall but the food was excellent. I had the jerk chicken came with rice plantains. It was very good I will return it’s not really a sit down place but they do have a couple of tables there, more of a takeout

Wonderful owners, food is plentiful and delicious! Walked in and out in less than 5 minutes! Absolutely amazing, I’ll have enough food for dinner for 2 days! :) The jerk chicken, rice & peas, cabbage and plantain all have amazing flavor! 10/10 recommend!

I was recommended to stop here because it was the best food within walking distance. I got the Jerk Chicken, Cabbage, plantains, and brown rice. Food was tasty and the employees were very friendly to me. There is parking in the front and some seating inside if you need. I would go again for something simple and easy if I didn't want to drive far.

The food was absolutely amazing. Although I personally did not do the buffet, three others at our table did and said the food was great. My Friend and myself chose to do the Oxtail, and it was a huge hit. The one and only thing I wasn’t fond of was how watered down the unlimited mimosas were. To an extent I understand when each bottle is 27$ a pop. But still, if you’re going to skimp out, don’t offer that type of service. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place. It was a little busy, so service was a little inattentive. I’m not throwing anyone under the bus here. The environment, the ambiance. The overall quality was amazing.

Authentic Jamaican food, you will definitely forget that you’re not in Jamaica rest assured that your food utensils and the entire restaurant is clean, friendly staff I recommend this restaurant for sure.

Ive lived with jamaicans all my life. Everybody in Jamaica got their own way of cooking. The way she used the basmati rice really compliments the spices and brings the flavors together perfect. Especially the rice and peas with curry goat. Your food is Very flavorful and you serve good size portion. I'll definitely be coming back

My friends, this is not curry chicken! I've been enjoying Jamaican dishes from all ends of the world and in Jamaica at least twice a year, and I've never been served curry chicken this color. What made it even worse was when the lady tried to explain that this was indeed curry chicken. Also, please find a different grain of rice for the rice and peas or remove it from the menu. Very disappointed, and the worst part is this is the only Jamaican restaurant near me.

I just want to set the record straight. This food is not bland. We just finished the jerk chicken and the jerk pork, and as I write this I'm having a five alarm fire in my mouth. It is far from bland. This food is excellent in all ways. We will definitely be ordering from them again. We ordered from DoorDash so I can't comment on the service or the location.

Looking for authentic, good tasting Jamaican cuisine ? Then look no more. I had the jerk chicken and my wife and daughter had the Rasta pasta. The taste and flavor was out of this world and you can tell that they know what they are doing. There are a variety of tasty choices on the menu daily. There's also room for dining or takeaway. Chef Tony and his wife will make you feel at home at Caribbean Eatz. I'm glad I found this gem of a restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

This was my first time to Caribbean eatz and I ordered porridge, fried dumplings for my kids and then curry chicken with rice and beans and when I say the food was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. My kids were so sad that I only grabbed one porridge because of how delicious it was. The fried dumplings were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The owners/amazing cooks were so pleasant and you can just tell they take pride in their food. All of this food was made with love. Thank you can’t wait to go back

Great food...horrible wait time

While having the day off I decided to try out some local restaurants near me and I was craving Caribbean food. I ordered the Jerk Pork, Rice n Peas, and Cabbage. So let's talk about da food.... Jerk Pork... had some jerk flavor with a touch of heat but wasn't that full bodied jerk flavor bombs I've had while touring in Jamaica. The pork could've also been more tender. I give it a 2 out of 5. Cabbage... it was barely any in my container. So I couldn't say if I liked it or not. I give it a 1 out of 5. Rice & Peas... was probably the strangest thing I've ever ate. I don't think they used thyme, bay leaves, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper. This definitely wasn't want it should be. 1 out of 5 I'm hoping they can bring up the flavor.

Taste like my grandmother cooking. Well seasoned. Thank God we no longer have to travel to Orlando for some good Jamaican cooking.

Authentic Jamaican food! Priceless

First time trying curry goat and I am blown away. It was ridiculously good. Just the right amount of spice and flavored wonderfully. Rice and peas were equally as good. Huge portion. I will definitely stop here to try more of their menu.

Just got the small jamaican jerk and a beef patty. It was ALOT of food for a great price. Everything tasted good and the friendly women even gave us some plantains with it too. Will be back next time I visit!

I'm always on the lookout for good Jamaican food, so I was excited when I saw Caribbean Eatz was close to my house. Could this be my new local go-to Jamaican spot?! Ummm, no way. Unfortunately, it fell way short in my opinion. Whenever I find up a new Jamaican spot, I have to order my favorite dish to see how they compare to the rest. It's all about the Jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, and sweet plantains. I usually like to throw in a spicy beef patty too. When I got home and tasted my meal, I was really disappointed. Nothing tasted authentic. The jerk chicken wasn't spicy or flavorful. It also had a funny plastic smell to it. The cabbage was bland and the rice and beans were the strangest I've had. It was like Indian Basmati rice with a few beans thrown in. I'd say the beef patty was easily the best part. The whole meal just struck me as disappointing. I'd rather just hit up Sanford next time!

The food is absolutely amazing. Delicious, made fresh and served hot. The included sides are plentiful and succulent, the rice and beans in particular are SO good. My little ones both shared the pepper steak and both of them enjoyed it fresh and wanted their leftovers the next day and devoured them. The curry goat is very flavorful, it does have a good amount of bones in it, which I personally enjoy, but might not be the best choice for a younger child on their own. Jerk chicken is hands down the best I've ever had. Portion size is very large, you will not leave hungry. 10/10

I typically don’t purchased Jamaican food from restaurants, because most of them don’t put any effort in preparing their food, and this restaurant is no exception. Not feeling well, so I decided to ordered their beef soup. What a disappointment!!!. Being a Jamaican, I was expecting to find yam, dumpling and some vegetables. All the soup consisted of was beef bones and broth, and to add insult to injury, I purchased a large, and the only thing large was the container it came in. I also purchased stew chicken with rice and peas, which I don’t have anything good to say about. Also ordered a slice of sweet potato pudding and it was substituted for beef patty without my consent. Needless to say, this will be the first and the last time I’ll purchase from this restaurant.

I only order my favorite dish but it's made well and the people are nice. Would like to have the patties too but they never have it in chicken (only beef). Please have more variety to accommodate a variety of diets :)

I had the Curry Chicken with rice and beans and cabbage. Everything was very good tasting before I added the 2 hot sauces (I like it spicy! Lol). After the addition of the hot sauces, the food was even more packed with flavor! I believe the sauces were called "Firestick" and "Baron West Indian Hot Sauce." The restaurant has a chill and welcoming atmosphere and Tony is a very nice and friendly guy. I recommend giving it a try! 👌🏼😋👍🏼

I had the curry chicken and rice. It was definitely very good. The cabbage that was on top of the rice was amazing. I could of probably had cabbage and chicken it would have also tasted amazing. :)

The Ox Tail was amazing, so was the Stewed Chicken! Rice and peas were good, collards good, steamed cabbage good! You can’t go wrong here, everything is absolutely flavorful! Will absolutely be back!
