I went to wingstop to get food for my daughter. I noticed this rolled ice cream place next to it. I was hesitant to go and get some ice cream....I did. 😅 I was very happy with the outcome, really good ice cream. I got the strawberry with white chocolate and strawberry bobba.

Let me start with. I'm not a super big Boba fan. With that being said, I want to give an honest and fair review. I want it to be known that the drinks are good. There are lots of options, and they make everything the way you ask for it definitely a plus. But they are under staff and take forever to make the orders. Everything is made to order. There were two girls working when my family went in and 5 people in front of us. Both girls seemed shy and under spoken with no eye contact or smiles, in my opinion, basic customer service. The way you order right in front of the only entrance for with my family and the 5 people in front there was no place to stant, so it's awkward when other people try to come in and out there is no were to stand. With 5 other guests in front, it took about 35 minutes before the first order of my family was ready. So, a very long wait time with a lot of people that just don't know were to stand. The prices on the menu are incorrect, which is kinda upsetting. With all those factors, I did enjoy my blueberry tea. If you don't mind a very long waits and subpar customer service for an ok pricy Boba, this is a good choice. If you don't want to wait, I would not go to this place after 5 pm with the slow pace they work.

Grossly understaff. Took 30min to get 2 ice creams. Second employee decided to do clean up and visit with a friend instead of helping teammate get the orders out.

The worst ice cream and smoothie I have ever tasted in my life.

The ice cream was tasty, but way too overpriced for the size of the serving. The server was very indifferent, aloof & seemingly was bothered with my questions. 3 people came in after me. I had to wait for her to take their orders & serve them first before she got back to me. She was way more animated with them. So I assume they were friends. Very unprofessional. I had higher expectations, & when I paid. I did not have cash for a tip, so I left 15%. I was unable to change that as you pay first. I went in there on this past Saturday around 2:30. Only one server was working. Maybe the other was on a break. I won't go back. . .because it is too overpriced. The rest was very disappointing - I hope the owner at least retrains the server, or finds better help

In the past I’ve loved coming here, had a bad day and wanted some boba to cheer me up. just came in today and only one lady was working, maybe the owner? She was nonstop talking on her personal phone the whole time, didn’t acknowledge me or the only person in front of me also waiting to order for a good 5 minutes or so, she just stood in the back moving things around while on the phone. Then she still didn’t stop talking on her phone to take either order which was really annoying, and when I asked for tapioca was told it would be another 10 minutes so she could make it, at that point I had already waited 10 minutes it wasn’t worth it and I left. felt that it was so rude to just ignore customers while you’re on the phone and not even say anything about it or if it’s really that important just give us a quick “be right there!”. I left and went to face tea instead for my boba fix.

Wow great ice cream. Friendly staff. We can't wait to go again to try something different. They also have pocky sticks

There is nothing like a fresh fun roll ice cream roll! Great service and the freshest ingredients!

We have gone here quite a few times since this place opened. For $15+ for two people the rolled ice cream was sparsely topped and the Oreo topping was STALE. The Reese's pieces were also clumped together and not the freshest option. My daughter enjoyed hers mainly because she loves mochi and gummy bears. Overall, if you are going to charge this much then for sure have fresh toppings and sprinkle a decent amount for that price.

We didn't know what funrools are and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and fresh the ice cream is. Your ice cream made in front of you with fresh fruit and no artificial ingredients. The price was higher than some ice cream shops but, the quality and experience made it well worth the price. The portions are generous and I have paid more for premium ice cream many times. Two thumbs up!

The ice cream was not worth the wait. There was barely any flavor and the cups were overpriced. The service was poor due to not listening to what people have ordered. 2 out of the 4 ice creams we ordered were wrong and not worth the wait to be corrected. Also, maybe it's just me being quirky, but a poor sound system drives me insane. The music sounded like it came out of a cheap speaker from the dollar store.

My favorite local boba tea place! Staff is friendly and boba is great. I've gone there too many times, and now they know my order when I walk in. 🤣

Asked for a strawberry milkshake. You put ice in it and make a strawberry smoothie. Big difference and you should know that.really sucked cause I didn't want a damn smootie

I came in with my family and expressed this is our first time. The workers were very young and non energetic. The name of the place egins with "Fun" and it was nothing fun. Even myself per usual brought some enegery into the place and they were just as dry as peanut butter. The ice cream is definitely bussing.

Love this place. We tried the Durian Boba Milk Tea and it was good. It's definitely an acquired taste, but if you like to be adventurous, like me, then try the Durian Boba Milk Tea and then all of their other flavors. You won't be disappointed. And their Funrolls Ice Creams are to die for. We tried the Taro funrolls with Strawberry, Mango and Banana with the Chocolate sauce and it was delish. Definitely a treat that you will not regret.

Taro with extra bobas is the way to go

Simply the best icecream I've ever had. Kiwi flavor with real mango junks and condense milk.

I've tried almost all the Boba tea flavors and you can't go wrong with any of them (except durian, try that one if you're feeling brave)

Okay. So here is the reality. Good tasty products, but place is literally a madhouse. Those workers are literally warriors. The owner used to come in and help as his team is getting slammed, but last 5 times I've been there he's been m.i.a. Probably figures. "I sit at home make money money and just relax","business makes money regardless so why bother??" Must be so much turnover there. Those poor workers. Hope he is paying them at least $18/hrs min. Also the register at the very front is probably worst idea ever at any food venue ever. Massive pile of people all not knowing where to stand or what to do(bottleneck). They need a phone waiting system/buzzer(order ready system). Think I'm going to wait a while till I hear about some improvements. Owner needs to tighten up and show some love to the workers so the workers can show more love to the customers.

Love this place! The owner is very nice and the staff is also helpful and welcoming. My favorite to get there is the frozen Taro, coconut milkshake with black boba pearls and lychee. They have a great selection of teas, coffees, Asian snacks and my daughter love watching the staff make the rolled out Ice cream. I recommend 👌

They were fast, super nice, and the brown sugar boba tea was great. I think they may have better boba tea than another place in town. I'll be back for more boba 😎

My boyfriend and I have been trying to go to FunRolls for a week, but haven’t been able to fit into our schedule with their closing time. We went in Thursday night and didn’t realize they closed at 8 instead of 9. It was 2 minutes over, but Alex was very sweet. They still took our order and had amazing customer service! We are very pleased with their service and wanted to thank Alex. I didn’t have any cash to tip, but it really made my week. I have been craving Funrolls and they are so yummy! Thank you Alex, you are the best! Keep up the hard work, you will change the world!

The staff is so nice and friendly. Their rolled ice cream is absolutely amazing! My chocolate ice cream was rich in flavor, the banana and strawberry pieces were fresh. I will be coming back to try other flavors. Don’t hesitate to give this ice cream shop a try.

Huge selection of ice cream and toppings but to me it was just bland. Nothing special. The novelty here is the fact that they are rolled but ice cream wise, it’s not my first choice. It’s icecream….it was good.

Fun place. Huge menu selection of ice cream and smoothies and teas and drinks. They make your ice cream right in front of you. We both decided on mango ice cream with bursting mango bobas (think of a translucent tapioca pearl) with strawberry sauce. Watching them perl and chop the mango on the special freezer disc then incorporate the sweetened cream was a fun production. They really get a work out making the ice cream. Then it's separated out into ribbons and rolled up and placed into the cup. It's a generous portion and was delicious. Can't wait to go back. You have tons of options and so many different ingredients to choose from.

We ordered some fun rolls and a boba. While I was not a fan of the boba, the fun rolls were delicious. The mint chocolate chip was actually made using a peppermint patty candy and the texture of it was amazing.

Funrolls is a delightful shop filled with refreshing sweets like ice cream, milkshakes and more. I love the atmosphere. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. I ordered a Matcha Milkshake with Boba and loved every sip. The staff was great and the owner is hands on. I am already planning my next visit and strongly recommend to anyone.

FunRolls is pretty much heaven on Earth. Need I say more?! They have so many yummy things to choose from! Great, clean place not only for kids but for adults too! We love 💗 it there!! & neat experience watching how they make FunRoll ice cream - feels like your in a hibachi place but with ice cream !! Everything is super delicious. Since I had boba tea once before, and didn't like it.. (at the mall) I decided to give it a try. Couldn't decide what to get in the green tea, either coffee or matcha boba.. the person running register suggested both when I asked, (and black tapioca.. which I wasn't sure about).. so I went with green tea with matcha boba. Oh. My. Gawd. Plus they have Ramune! A few years ago I went to the Asian grocery store in downtown DeLand and bought a huge case of Ramune, so seeing it do close to home made me estatic. Loved the entire experience! Edit: 10 months ago I came here with a friend, and another friend treated me today. (March 5, 2020) The gentleman had just opened but was still really sweet. :) Added photos

Both ice cream and Taiwanese snow ice are great. I had a dish similar to the Mango-Tango snow ice in China, about ten years ago, and this is about as close to that as I’ve had in the United States. Other reviews are correct in that it IS pricey but it’s a nice treat for a special occasion.

We just left Fun rolls in Orange city and I have to say that not only was the ice cream exceptional but so were the staff. They were super friendly and smiling with us. I tried the banana ice cream with chocolate chip and a waffle stick and whipped cream. So delicious. I definitely recommend this place, and I am going back to try the boba tea which I also hear is great.
