The store is so up to date. Love the door instead of window for the drive thru. The staff was great. But of course all of Jet Coffee’s employees are wonderful no matter what time of day you go or what day up go. Broussard is my favorite to visit. Their prices are also great. Cheaper than any other coffee shop. Their drinks are all amazing. I have my favorite but I have tried several of their drinks. If you haven’t visited a Jet Coffee in the Lafayette and surrounding areas you really have to go check them out.

They have good iced coffee and great staff service. I go here a bunch of times. Totally recommend

First off, I wanna say that I'm a huge fan of Jet Coffee. I love their coffee, their values, and their new locations. All of that said, this location on Johnston Street is becoming downright disgusting. I often like to sit there and work from my laptop for a couple hours, but lately . . . the FLIES, omg the flies. I went earlier this week but after about an hour of them landing on my face, I just packed up and left. Now, today, I go there again to get some work done and their entire dining area is a solid 79 degrees with zero airflow. I'm literally covered in flies and sweating. Please get it together, guys. You're better than this.

I dream of Jet Coffee. Every day I want an iced latte and have to limit myself. I've worked at a coffee shop and know what good espresso tastes like. THIS IS GOOD ESPRESSO. The taste is so 🤌🤌 in the Hero/504. I can't wait for the other locations to open because the line here is always so long. Service is fast though! Friendliest employees, great vibes. Ask to see the secret menu!

This place looks amazing but very very loud music playing did not make us feel rested!!! It felt like we were in hard rock music playing club!! Please tone down your music and choice of songs

Terrrrrible service. Waited in line for 45 mins before they sent someone out to take orders. The line was backed all the way up down the street. If you have time to wait an hour for a coffee then give the Lafayette location a whirl. If not drive to Broussard and get better service.

Great service! My friend and I were served this evening by a staff member who explained the menu very well, he was helpful, and friendly. I only wish the place was cozier with better seating.

Someone said area was sketchy, then posted phot of settlers trace which is about a 10 minute drive on a good day from here. Place is fantastic, my whole family is addicted, we need help lol. Mostly get cloud 9’s and caramel macchiatos. And they have oat milk which is so good

I’ve been a huge fan of Jet Coffee since they opened. I used to hand out my filled stamp cards to people who hadn’t tried them yet. The Jet Fuel is my typical go to, but I get it without chocolate milk because of the sugar. I just wish there were better food options. It their coffee and staff are always AMAZING!

I always look for coffee shops I’ve never been to along my travel route; and I have to say that was the best white chocolate mocha I have ever had! And the blueberry muffin was amazing! Hope y’all come to Texas!

Delicious coffee, great staff. Nice place to sit and relax for a minute or even take coffee to go. Great price for a high quality coffee. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for something new as well. Irish cream was fantastic. Stop and try a specialty drink you won't regret it

The coffee here is always great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have messaged them through their Facebook to ask questions about their sugar-free items and they were very helpful in answering. You have to respect the people who work here... that statement of rain or shine holds. We stopped there and was raining they were still fast, friendly, and helpful. I have not been inside, but hope to stop in at some point.

Busy place. Great! When I asked what sugar free syrups were available, I was told by the young man “ I don’t have time to go through all of them.” He showed me a menu and told me all these flavors were available in sugar free. So I picked the chocolate chip cookie dough and salted caramel only to be told by another worker they are not. So I ordered something else & a smoothie. We waited 10 minutes for our smoothie too. There was also a worker was eating her lunch while walking back and forth behind the counter and giving bites to another worker who was making drinks. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, this is not acceptable.

However, the pricing can be a bit steep, and seating space might be limited during peak hours. Overall, a great coffee spot, but slightly expensive for everyday visits. 4 stars!

The young lady that helped me pick my drink and showed amazing patience when I tried to use Google wallet for the first time 🤦‍♀️ was truly a blessing to me! The coffee was delicious and though I got my order to go, I wouldn't have minded staying in and working or reading. So much natural light, that's my favorite!

Always love going into this coffee shop. You’re greeted by laughter welcoming you & oh the smells of roasted coffee & bagels toasted. We chose Jet Coffee to have our 17th anniversary breakfast because this cafe reflects our values. I hope you all will try Jet Coffee. We do decaffeinated beans that we grind weekdays and “the good stuff “ on weekends. The beans are locally roasted and packaged. Freshness guaranteed.

My husband got the cocomocha & I got the Carmella. Both drinks taste absolutely amazing! My first time trying Jett's, my husband's first & I DO plan on coming back! The girl working the window was sweet, the line was a little long but someone's outside taking orders and it moved quickly! 10/10 recommend!
