Haven't been in an area with Jet's Pizza for a few years, so I was looking forward to having them again. The pizza was just as good now as it was years ago. I was disappointed that the delivery fee has been changed to $7.99, so I chose to pick up in person. A mild inconvenience, but worth it.

Jet’s pizza is one of our favorites and since mid and Southern Georgia doesn’t have one, we picked up these two yummy pizzas on our way North. The pepperoni definitely has more flavor surprisingly but both were fresh, hot and delicious! Will be back

Decided to try the new Greek deep dish pizza they have because my kiddos really wanted it and thought it looked good. So we ordered it for lunch one day. It was delicious! Probably one of my favorites now. It comes with Greek sauce too. I’m already wanting another one

Jets has great pizzas and their service is excellent and friendly. You can order your food via text message and it’s fast and easy.

Went to counter about online order (I was early). Sat down to wait and saw people come and go. Went back up to the counter 20 minutes later and my pizza was sitting there in the holding oven. Pizza was soggy. Last time going there.

I appreciate the vegan options and that they are spelled out on the website. I love to get the breadsticks with the sesame seeds. So 🔥🔥🔥

YUM! This was my first time trying Jet's Pizza and I will definitely be back! The gentleman that took our order was super pleasant. I tried a small Hawaiian on cauliflower crust and it was SO GOOD! I can't wait to eat that again! My husband had a pizza on the Detroit crust and he really liked it. Thank you Jet's!

Ordered online and showed up 15min before ready time. I was informed that they were not made yet but it would take 15min. After waiting for 30min I was giving a pizza with a I don't care about your time attitude. The pizza was good but the service was terrible 😫 Definitely not my go to pizza restaurant

Cowabunga! What a solid pizza place. Almost blink and you miss it, hiding among a bunch of restaurants in a plaza tucked off the road a smidge, but well worth the time. I dont even like deep dish pizza, and I was dipping the crust in their amazing garlic butter.

Absolutely the BEST pizza in Lakeland. It's always crunchy, buttery, too hot to eat immediately. Ordered here for over a year, never skimped on toppings. Keep up the good oven work. Pizza is hard to come by, most are turn and burn shi+. Will order again soon.

Never heard of Detroit style pizza. But the food is hot and good, and the staff are friendly and you can tell they're working very hard back there in the kitchen. Place does a lot of business as far as I can tell. Ordered from them a few times now and never been disappointed so far.

There are days that one simply needs a 4 corner pizza … and that’s what you get at Jet’s. The North Lakeland location is leaps and bounds better than the South Lakeland one! Bonus star for the Cauli-Flower pizza… that’s fantastic too. Skip all the other pizza “types” though. That’s a nationwide chain thing… not on these guys. They’re always great!

We're from NY and had to try the Detroit style pizza at Jets. Very good pizza you rank up there with the best NY ones we've had.

Amazing pizza! Finally had the opportunity to try this place after hearing about friends and family eating here and loving it and I can say that it is definitely a place to visit and have some pizza. It is a little pricey but definitely worth every penny. Fresh ingredients, amazing sauce, this place definitely stands out. Customer service is also a plus.

Thank goodness for Jets! I’m a Michigan native and haven’t had Jets in years. Had a coupon for an online order, but the coupon wasn’t working. I called in and they did the coupon over the phone anyways, despite it being online only. Huge thanks to this Jets, and awesome customer service!

Food was just fair. Pricing was way too high. Very dirty place. Very friendly employee.

Ordered online the day after Ian hit, as Jet's was the only business open. Went to pick up order and they were getting slammed, somehow my order got given to another customer. Without a word from me, the manager took it up on himself to call me over and explain the situation. And seeing how I had to wait for my entire order to be remade, he offered compensation. Again, this was all on his own, I hadn't complained or said anything. He more than made up for it. Excellent customer service! And really good food, to boot!

Love there 1topping pizzas... they're more expensive than other domestic franchise pizza places, but their sauce is much better than.other places.

When you get a jet's pie you are in for the best pie in the land. By far their sauce and toppings are the freshest available, and the pie crust puts others to shame. The only thing I can find fault with this pie place is that they are not in the city I live in. But they are well worth the drive!!! Go there try them prove me right!!!

So I was there when this Joesph guy was complaining about his order. I heard the whole conversation. So I feel like I need to step in and defend this young man and this store, as I have been going to Jets for the last 6 or so years. I asked to see Joesph ticket after he had left and on there it was from speedline, so the order was placed online meaning he made the order and paid for it online. He was yelling at the young man telling him that he made his order wrong, and that what he had was not what he ordered. Which clearly what was made, was exactly on the ticket. So Joesph is being irate in the lobby with other customers around making a scene over his own mistake, and taking it out on the poor employees.The store was already extremely busy, as I could see the other employees rushing around getting stuff done and answering the phones. They seemed to be understaffed for how busy it was, oddly on a Monday. Do not take this man's review seriously, he was being rude and giving the employees a hard time, when they were already extremely busy. I have never had a single issue with Jets pizza. They are always polite and very helpful. If you're gonna be rude and disrespectful, what do you really expect to receive in return? Me and my family and friends love Jets, especially the new Northside store. We won't get pizza from anywhere else!!

Best pizza in all of lakeland! Never was a fan of deep dish pizza until I had theirs and WOW, have i been missing out ! management and staff are always sweet and kind and are willing to accommodate even the smallest of requests! If something goes wrong on their end, they are always willing to fix it for you with a smile on their face! Dont understand all of the negative reviews, don't be complex / difficult and maybe things will go right for you. Little pricier on terms of pizza prices, but SO WORTH IT !!! make sure you ask for dressings, sauces, red pepper and parmesan because they can't read your mind !! love this place .

Jets pizza is awesome!! Remember when French fries used to be so good you had to eat a couple before you got home with the food? Well I always sit in my car and eat a square of pizza before I take it home!!! It's that good! They are fast & friendly. The place looks nice & clean. 👍👍
