Could not order a 1/2 lb of ham buy it's self. So ordered a sandwich which was delivered 1/2 of meat. My dog ate really good and the left over for me was a tomato sandwich

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It definitely stands out in service, friendliness, cleanliness and food! I’ve eaten here plenty of times and it’s always been a positive experience. Food is carefully prepared and place is always kept clean! Restrooms are always spotless. Owners and employees of this location definitely pride themselves in providing excellent service. I’d give this location more than 5 stars if I could.

Super yummy! Haven't had a Jimmy John's in years but this place does a fab job. Staff is super friendly, sandwiches are delicious, and fast like advertised. :) Pricing is perfect too!

Probably the best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to and overall one of the best “fast food” places around as well. They’re always very friendly, the food is good and fresh, and of course freaky fast service. The owner is a very nice guy as well. 5 stars all the way!

THIS is what a sandwich looks like people! Joshua has in my opinion, earned the title of "Sandwhich Artesian." Great guy, wonderful personality, and LITERALLY took almost a Dr. Level quality of attention to what we wanted. I live in Colorado and saw the Jimmy John's sign and ended up upsetting some other drivers in the manner of which I changed my vector to come in hot! And I'm so glad I did. My mom has NEVER had jj's before and we have them everywhere. Josh took such great care. I don't care if you think "He's just slinging sandwhiches," this guy deserves a raise. Show him your love with an awesome tip! He deserved it!

Use to eat at the one in atlanta all the time but this one tasted different wasn't all that good but very friendly staff

First time at jimmy John’s and the service was just amazing. Staff is so friendly. I don’t live near here, but if I did this is my go to restaurant, just because of the staff alone. Food is incredible too! Joshua the cashier was so amazing and nice. I can’t say enough about how great he was! Definitely deserves a raise!! Incredible guy.

We really like their subs. They do a nice job and build it as you wait and I didn't have to wait long either.

The food was delicious and fresh, the staff was so friendly and the facility, including the bathrooms were super clean! Despite not being very busy, every staff member was making themselves busy, cleaning windows or restocking items, no one was standing around talking or goofing off. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Up here visiting from Jacksonville and it is a day/night difference! The 2 young men here were so very friendly from the minute I walked in the door; they greeted me, asked how my morning was going and walked me thru the payment device, all while smiling. The store was incredibly immaculate, perfectly organized and well stocked. They wished me a great day as I was leaving and of course they were fast! Thank you for an exceptional customer experience!

I’ve eaten here a few times now. To me, they are the best Jimmy John’s! I work in Jacksonville so I have eaten at quite a few. Great service and fresh sandwiches every time! You won’t go wrong trying this one out.

Got some subs but gotta say we’re disappointed. Bread blows and is rock hard. This here is the ‘Ultimate’ porker. I’m ultimately dissatisfied

I love their subs. The bread is thick and they pack their meat on the subs very gd. I won't eat at any other sub place. A half of a sub is very filling.

This place was amazing!!!.had a large order $200 ish and needed it last minute..the accomadated very quickly..even took me just minutes to get an emailed duplicate reciept!!! So helpful food was great and will definitely use them again if I am in the area

Service excellent, food served promptly with high quality, and sweet tea is perfect.

As soon as we stepped into the door, we were greeted as if the cashier had known us his whole life. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and have a fantastic experience here. If more people were like this cashier the world would be a kinder place. Plus the food was pretty good too!

We stopped here on Thursday morning at 10 before hitting the road for a long drive back to Wisconsin. I presume the owner, saw us stopped in front looking for the hours on the door to see if they were open and waved us in. He said they didn’t open til 10:30 but would be happy to make us lunch for later. He was just the most welcoming and grateful man and I wish we lived by this store, I would visit all the time

This was my first time trying Jimmy John's after a friend of mine raved that I would "never go back" to any other sub place. The food was delicious and Zac was a pro at serving my husband and me-- best customer service during our stay at Fernandina Beach for our 25th anniversary. :)
