I absolutely love Jimmy John's. I always go in for the Chicken Ceasar Wrap. It's always so fresh and good. I have half for lunch and rest for dinnet.

Quick drive thru run, excellent sandwiches

Slow. Always forgetting something, and don’t listen in the drive through.

Great sandwiches and very friendly staff, the young lady that helped me. I believe her name is Jocelyn, and she was so friendly and courtesy definition of great service!

As a former employee I tend to be picky about my JJ order. Of course as always Lynn Haven is killing it!!!!! Soft bread, fresh veggies and when I called to ask when the beef had been sliced they simply answered my question without hesitation.

First time visiting a Jimmy John's. I am not disappointed. Their service here was very friendly and fast. (Understandably, I arrived at an off time and it wasn't busy.) The wrap I ordered was DELICIOUS. I'm very pleased. Thanks JJ.

ordered a #11 and added bacon with only mustard and lettuce...they forgot the bacon, added mayonnaise, and tomatoes. I called to let them know the order was messed up. I was then told I could come in tomorrow and receive a refund. they called me back 20 minutes later to inform me that I could no longer receive the refund because I couldn't bring the sub in....why would I keep a sub that I'm not going to eat? I guess $12 is more important than a one star review!!! poor management. 0/10.

Maybe not quite freaky fast but still freaking delicious. After living in the UK for 3 years, I had forgotten how much I love the wheat bread sandwiches from Jimmy John's.

The food tasted good but the order was not made correctly as was read back to me. This is the first time we've had a problem like this though and we go to the one at the beach regularly.

I dig Jimmy John's with a spoon for real. I like the bread and the fresh (seemingly) ingredients they put on their sandwiches. And it's very quickly prepared for you and I've been there at least 40 times and i don't ever remember them getting a single order wrong. And I get special stuff added to my sandwiches. Kinda snazzy it up to my taste. And they got the little cards where you give them your phone number and every now and then you get a free sandwich or some chips or a pickle. I could eat there everyday for lunch. I like it that much.

The staff at this location is totally awesome and so friendly.

I think they should have asked if I wanted my sandwich heated, forgot chips and I had to ask for a cup. Don't misunderstand, they were all very very kind. Just expected more not being that busy.

It was a while since I had Jimmy John's. Very happy I stopped in, the sandwich was delicious, everything tasted fresh. Won't wait so long between sandwiches next time!!

The NICEST people work here! So grateful for the way they’ve treated me as a customer. Food is good, too - and it definitely comes out fast!! I was having trouble figuring out ordering from the app and they were super gracious and understanding.

Found a sandwich store that uses the deli roast beef my wife loves. And they offer a great veggie sandwich. Always a great experience with this store!!!!!

Always FREAKY FAST delivery and great food. The new Beefy Ranch Wrap is AWESOME! I’m a Hunters Club or Gargantuan man typically but stepped out of box as I know the wife likes wraps. Mine was one of the best wraps I’ve tasted, and that’s a lot! Crunchy, fresh, meaty, cheesy, ranchy and delicious. 🤘🏻😎

The sandwich’s amazing but the worker with the green/blue hair gave very dirty looks and got mad when I did not get the The rewards program. So bad attitude worker there.

Nice people, but this is the slowest location. It took almost 10 minutes to get one sandwich and there wasn't anyone ahead of us. It may be that the people are new.

Absolutely fantastic! Did you know that you get the freshest bread in the store if you order a slim? JJ bread right out of the oven literally melts in your mouth. 😌

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a few weeks now. I came through the drive thru expecting to get my regular and noticed the new spicy chicken sub. I asked the lady and she said it was delicious and she sold me on it. She was super sweet and very helpful, as well as her mom. They got my order completely right and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! Great experience! Thank you, Lexi!

This place rocked when they first opened it. However, the last couple times I have gofalk. it took forever to get my food and one of those times they were out of bread and had to bake more. I'm not sure if its a staff training issue or not enough staff to properly run the store. 3 stars is for the food, the service has taken a hard fall.

So if you read my post on Subway? You decide to keep looking for a better sup shop. Here you go J. J. Will definitely make a better sandwich/ sub. You are not just buying a name. Enjoy

Only been here once and it was good. Jimmy John’s has the freshest roast beef of any food place or even grocery store.

Got sandwiches tonight... Bread was hard as a brick.... Very hard to eat, especially for my Mother who has dentures. 😒 They have been a favorite, but guess this late they give out the day old bread😣

My husband got an Italian cold cut sub,I tried it ,very good.I ordered a small tuna sub.On 77 near Chipley Florida, its good to have an alternative to chicken and ribs

This place is a chain sandwich shop. They have really good fresh sandwiches. I happen to like the selection that they have and I've tried pretty much every sandwich that they make and they're all really good. The bread, meat and ingredients are fresh and overall everything there is really good. They don't carry many sweet things, just cookies. This place is more expensive than the other chain sandwich shops.

Party platter was done in time and was exactly as ordered, super friendly staff. Will definitely be going back!

Some of the best subs you can get other then making it yourself

Not a bad place, not a great place. Placed an online order for 3 sandwiches which came to about $25. I got the gargantuan for my self, which was ok. Tasted like a sandwich I would make at home, but I figured I would try them out. There are other places I would go for a sandwich as this place is just ok, especially for the price.

I decided to order delivery since I had a long day at work. I ordered a Totally Tuna sub from the app. The delivery guy arrived within 15 minutes. I paid $12 total, including tip. Once I unwrapped the sandwich, I was shocked to see how skimpy the sandwich was. Literally, not even a spoonful of tuna was in the sub. The rest was lettuce and cucumber. I immediately called the Lynn Haven location and a young gentleman answered (allegedly the manager). I told him that there was hardly any tuna. He informed me that he was the one who personally made my sub and that the portions were based on calorie count. I stated that I’ve visited various Jimmy Johns and have never seen a tuna sub like this. He offered to remake my sub and have it delivered. The sub I received the second time around was better and full of tuna, which is how it should’ve been considering what I paid. Customers should definitely speak up if they feel their order is sub par.

Food compares to other locations but pushing 9- 10 minutes for one to go sandwich doesn't help the "Freaky Fast" image at all.

For someone who's not much of a fast food person, this Jimmy John's is exceptionally clean and you can tell that it is family owned. They go above and beyond your normal fast food place to make sure your food is right and fresh. So this particular Jimmy John's scores really high on my list it's hard to get me to go to a fast-food joint but I will continue to be a repeat customer here because of the way that they treat their guests.

We eat here pretty frequently, and our food is always delicious and we get our order very quickly and the delivery drivers are always pleasant. Tonight I decided to try the tuna salad and was very displeased. The tuna salad was way too over powered with onions. I couldn't even finish my sub it was that bad, after about 3 bites I was too disgusted to finish.

I’ve been a Jimmy John’s fan for years. I’ve had Jimmy John’s in various states all over the country but none had a drive through. I was so thrilled to find a location with a drive-thru!! Dream come true! Delicious and fast! New favorite JJ location! Will definitely be back! All around positive experience!

Alright not bad......but if u really want a good sub. Go to jersey mikes on 23rd str. So much better and same prices. So u do the math....
