Subs made to order as requested from the app. Staff was helpful as ice was out in the lobby machine.

I have been to several subways in the area and you can most certainly tell which ones are owned by this owner and which are not however none compare to this location or juli who paid complete attention to detail on the sandwiches I had made. She was very courteous and was able to make my sandwiches accurate while not making me feel uncomfortable as I have in other subways. She definitely deserves a raise and I will most certainly be back only to this location because of my experience directly dealing with her. It I'd worth noting that this is the only subway in the area that has honored the true closing time and I didnt even feel rushed!

I wish I could put zero starts because they don’t deserve the 1 star. The manger has the worse customer service and called the police on me after she told me one price and the when I did Apple Pay it charged 3x the amount. when I questioned it she yelled at me and called the police when ALL I requested was a refund.

I came here to say that we went in tonight during a rush, and the lady working was wonderful she was so kind and patient, meanwhile her rude co worker said in front of the line “I work enough off the clock here” all because she asked for a little help due to online orders and a line forming. We also get four sandwiches which we felt bad for after seeing she was the only one willing to make the food until she told him she needed help. He was nasty. Short hair neck tattoos. Tell him to find a new job because he’s clearly miserable there. Today is May 11th in case a manger reads this so they know who worked.

Mrs.Julie is my go to gal over there, she’s a very sweet lady who makes my sandwhich perfectly each and everytime. She’s a delight and a wonderful conversationalist.

I placed an order on the app. I arrived at the store early for pick up so when I checked the app to see if food was ready the app stated that my order had been canceled but the money was already taken from my bank. The manager on duty had left the store to go to another location. I waited inside the store for 45mins until the manager came back because the workers in the store were unable to help me with my situation. The manager very rudely told me that I needed to contact subway about the situation. I explained that I was not wanting a refund but just would like the food to be made that I had ordered. She stated that she could not unless I paid for the food again. Eventho I could show proof that the money had been taken from my account. I let her know that I would be contacting corporate about the situation and the fact that she was not in the store for over an hour. She stated she did not care because they wouldn't do anything to her. Very very unprofessional! I will not be back, tho she may not care!

Sat in front of the drive thru speaker saying "Hello?" periodically for about 15 minutes with no response.

The individual working wasn't nice just had an attitude, when I asked for an item added but requested a new batch he replied, "its the same." Even a new one I asked again & he said yes like he meant yes because I'm going in the back to get it fresh. The cheese wasn't melted at all on oven toasted. Just another bad experience with subway again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service and food here is the absolute worst. I’ve tried this location a couple times and it hasn’t remotely gotten better. I recently ordered a sandwich and a cookie in the app to be delivered from here and not only was my sandwich prepared wrong, my cookie was missing. The only explanation I was given was that they were out of the bread I wanted. I completely understand not having all the ingredients, that’s totally understandable. What’s not is why they couldn’t contact me to let me know or cancel my order. I’m ANGRY about how it was handled, I only eat subway for the Italian herbs and cheese bread and to be sent a sandwich that didn’t have that with no heads up was awful. I’m also still waiting to hear anything back about having the issue solved.

Probably the most wonderful experience I’ve ever received at any subway. Both employees making sandwich were upbeat, kind, and personable. They both went above and beyond and made amazing sandwiches.

Used to ot like this location, but mgmt changed and the woman helping me today was outstanding .

Ordered footlong online. Got there to pick it up and it was only a 6 inch. They did remake the sub and let me keep the 6 inch, but the footlong had the wrong bread and wasn’t toasted. It was good tho

I ordered steak and got chicken instead and the person making the food didn't listen or try to upset or suggest vegetable options

Julie is fabulous and an amazing worker. She brought a genuine smile to my face and made our interaction entirely pleasant and accommodating she deserves all the raises in the world.

I worked here and was fired wrongfully, then I got my income tax form only to see it was very wrong. My relative called my former manager Amanda only for Amanda to be extremely rude and claim I never worked here. I called and Amanda answered only for Amanda to hangup when i said she was my manager. The better business bureau will hear about this, and the health department will hear about the mold.

I have ordered online several times and when I ask to have a sandwich wrapped in saran wrap for work they NEVER cut my sandwich

Tried to order the BOGO special on subs that's advertised on TV through the app. Put the promo code in and message said this store isn't participating in the BOGO special. So I guess I'll get my subs at the Walmart store from now on. They are participating. Sad that they don't accept these promos at all locations.

Friendly staff and the sweet lady evacuation gave my pup a doggie cookie.

Only complaint wish you could use all coupons including online and the ones they mail me when I order there. Found locations that while making an online order you can't use your code they give you. THEY ARE ALL JUST SUBWAY

Did an online order and it was ready when I got there. Sandwiches were good and filling and they didn't skimp on any of the toppings. A good visit

I'm sorry to have to give this location two stars but I'm trying to be honest with my reviews. First of all, I love using the Subway app to save some money once in awhile. However, the last few weeks, every time the app shows a great deal or a coupon, it always says this location does not participate in the deals. WHY is that exactly Subway on Hwy 77 in Lynn Haven? Also, why do you go through employees so quickly? I don't work there so I don't know what the issues are but there is always someone new and "in training" and it takes new people forever to make a sandwich. Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but I truly think that some of these employees have NEVER made themselves a sandwich at home in their lives. Some of them put your toppings on and then squeeze them down with their hands to make them flatter to fold the bread over. Not at all appetizing. Some employees don't know the meaning of a LOT of lettuce for example, they put on a few strings and call that "extra" or a "lot". It's not rocket science folks and I blame the trainers or whoever does such an awful job managing this location that they cannot keep any employees long term. Like many other sub places in this area, they overbake their bread. With Subways bread if it is over baked or not fresh, you end up wearing more of the bread on your shirt or down in your bra than you actually get to eat. I hate that and it does not taste good when the bread is not fresh or is over baked. PLEASE Subway in Lynn Haven, get your act together, you are losing customers.

Subway has really upped their game lately. I tried it after about a decade of not eating subway at all. Two words: Pub(lix) Sub. It was pretty good. Not sure if everything is fresh like they claim nowadays (they used to claim that back in the day too, and we all know that's bologna) but it was pretty good.

Subs were ready on time and made just as we asked and the cookies were fabulous!!

We typically don't go to Subway but we were with friends. Everything was tasty and the service was good. I got a 6" turkey sub and it was pretty good.

Went here for lunch 4/11/22..The girl and guy working that day were great..They were friendly and made our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them..The bathroom was clean which saids alot about a place lol.. Very nice experience over all..

I’ve given this drive-through a total of three chances to get it right before writing this review. Business 101: At minimum, give your customers what they pay for. I order a veggie sub (loaded with veggies) every time and all I get is bread with a few veggies - I literally can count my toppings. I have to open my sandwich up to see if there is actually anything in it. This may explain why there are never any customers at this location. Get your ish together LH Subway… seriously.

If you say you’re open until 9, you should stay open until 9. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The girl and guy working the day we went in were very friendly and made the eating experience fun.

When you order ahead for pick up at a Subway in Lynn Haven, be sure you know which one it is. It is pretty easy to cross wires between the Subway at the light at Mowat School road/77 and the Subway inside Walmart. Save yourself some time and know which store you should go to.

Excellent sandwich. The dude with the long hair made it and it was really fresh. Got the Mayo right, the meat and cheese was spot on. The lady with the red hair got all my veggies right and the sweet tea was on point! Place is clean, there were tables a plenty for me to eat a quiet meal without someone else next to me. I scored them a 5 and would eat here again. Nice job to the subway team here!!

Tried to get two meatball sandwiches and they ran out of Meatballs don't know about that place

I really enjoyed my experience at Subway...my sub was made to my specifications and Sarah's customer service was impeccable....She was nice and respectful and when my order was completed she kept busy...and she periodically made sure I was okay and did not need anything....I was very proud to eat at Subway...and because of how enjoyable my experience was with Sarah I will return in the future. The employees were super friendly and very helpful. The food was okay but the employees made up for the food.

Sub was good but didn't get as full a sandwich as usual. It appears that they skimped on meat compared to other Subways.

Food fresh, Brittany very friendly. They forgot 2cookies but good was grreat.

I asked if they had bar b que sauce, I was told yes, what they put on was a Chipotle sauce, disgusting!

Friendly service! They have new spices and herbs and spreads that really amp up the flavor of your favorite sandwich.

This store has new management now. the staff is also dedicated as well.

The customer service is decent. The place is filthy, I came into the restraunt and there are fly's flying around tables left uncleaned. The craftsmanship of the sandwich is horrible. This place needs new management.

We are always greeted upon entering and leaving. The store is clean and the food is good.

Subway always produces a decent sandwich or salad. The ingredients are healthy, including the absence of transfats and mono and dyglicerides from their fresh bread. They do have a problem sometimes accordihg to who serves. Some give full portions and others will leave your salad bowl only half full if you don't call them on it.

Good fast service today. The employee was friendly.

Right now they have some great coupons available. You can get 4 6 inch subs for $10 or two 12-inch subs for $10. The great thing is you can get any two or for that you like not a limited selection! I like their subs anyhow and the people at the stores we frequent a great!
