Walked in and there was no one in line, about 8 employees. stood at counter foe about 10 minutes and was never acknowledged. I only went in because everytime I ordered on uber my order is messed up. So they just lost a customer.

Read this closely! If you are not a fluid Spanish speaker, go somewhere else for a salad because you are going to be really frustrated during the lunch rush!

I ordered a pick up order and watched as they took a couple other orders while all my items were sitting on the counter waiting for me. I understand maybe being understaffed or going through a rush, etc. A couple minutes after my pick up time, I went to the front and notified them of my order because usually it is early or on time. The employees looked inconvenienced that I spoke up to them. Then, once my order was given to me, it was missing an item. Could have just been an off day, but it was not great customer service

Great salad options but the way they work with customers in queue needs sone revamp. You need to remember who your person waiting on you as they move up and down the line instead of a smooth progression down the line.

This place is just awful! I went there because I recently found a just salad next to my job that is amazing and I truly love it. I saw a couple days ago that location really close to my house and I was so excited to go there . But I don’t think I’ll be coming back . The food was disgusting, there was an ingredient that I couldn’t chew, something hard . I had to throw it away. Is a waste of money

Don’t know if it’s because I went 30 minutes before closing but for a customer who has never been here before, the employees were rude and impatient. I was talked to as if I should have known what I wanted to order. Will not return.

Had both takeout and dine in. The salad I thought was pretty good! I don’t like how the smoothie cups are paper and start deforming after a short time.

STAY AWAY!!!! This place needs to really learn what heavy on the dressing is. Ill tell you what it isn't, a tiny little cup for a huge salad. To top it off, after $22.00 salad, they didn't put my roasted chicken in it. Then I call the number, get some other company that transfers me to the actual store. The "Manager" answers the phone and sounds like she's standing out in the parking lot and yelling in to the store phone. Only to talk over me and tell me they can make another salad. Who has time to go back and forth to a place cause of their mistake. They should have delivered another one done as it was ordered, to me. Or offer to refund my card. What a joke!!! SMH..... Ruined my whole meal.

Great options and variety for a healthy vegan diet. A big plus, they don't charge extra of you build your own bowl as long as you stay within the included amount of selections stated on the menu.

The food is great! My favorite is the avocado toast! Crunchy or blast its delicious! The staff is super friendly! Laura is an amazing team player and always greets me with a smile. There is another young female that works there too who is exceptional and on point, but i dont recall her name. Really, the whole team is really nice, i go there almost every day. 🙂

Got the BBQ Shroom bowl. It was a nice experience. Alexa was super helpful, as it was my first time. I was impressed with the selection and variety, as well as customer service in making my choice.

It was my first time eating here and a young Lady named Britney was extremely sweet and patient while I asked a lot of questions before I ordered, I felt like a pain but she just kept smiling and answering my questions . The food was wonderful the whole team was polite and helpful I would recommend this to anyone.

The Just Salad on Okeechobee and 95 is absolutely amazing. Even at its busiest time they take care of you with a smile. The server Aurora was nothing short from helpful from beginning to end. Even after I finished my meal she asked if everything was the way I wanted it. With staff like Aurora, I will definitely be coming back.

Worst restaurant in the world just make your own salad I was there waiting for my order. The staff kept telling me it was almost ready. After waiting a full hour I got fed up and took action the staff got rude with me. And the manager said that my order was stole in by someone else. They also refused to make my order again despite my order being a small salad. I was so angry 😡 the manager was super rude with me and wasn’t understanding at all that I was waiting a whole hour for my food. now I’m super hungry and have to find a different salad place to eat from so messed up and wrong!. They need new management.

The space is so modern, chic, simple, clean, and the salad was out of this world, we ordered the Buffalo cauliflower salad 🥗 yum. Totally spicy and delish and the chicken thigh it was okay, skip it. The PB protein shake was great and the chicken noodle soup too 😋. Great place and we can't wait to come back and try more. We love healthy eating.

Quality of this location has gone down hill, I got the new Peruvian chicken bowl. Chicken was dry, brown rice was over cooked and hard. If you want something consistent don't get a bowl here..

The food is very good, when and if they get it right. I have given up on this location, if you order pickup you will almost always have to wait 20 minutes or so after the designated time. They forget ingredients and put on wrong ingredients from time to time. Even if you DoorDash you will wait much longer than anticipated because they simply cannot get out of their own way. Luckily Sweet Green is only a couple of miles away with much better service and dependability.

(I’m sorry im not sure if this is her name) she was so sweet and patient. My order was extremely difficult as I am very picky but she worked with me in making sure I will enjoy my order, as well as my experience. She was such a joyful person and I hope she will be there the next time I order. Overall, the food was amazing and so was the service

Alexain the Okeechobee and I 95 location next to Bolay sold me on Just Salad for ever. This was my first time and had so many selections and no clue what and how to put together my salad. Alexa, was clear and concise not mention extremely patience in serving me and answering questions. The interesting fact is that I’ve been on a 21 day Daniel fast no dairy or meat. I had all the ingredients at home. It was Sunday after church and my 88 yr young mom and I wanted to treat ourselves. This was the best spot! Clean, extremely friendly! The food was soooo good I devoured the entire bowl!! I never consume that much salad in one sitting. Portions were good as well! Everything was very good but Alexis was the best part of the experience🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 if she isn’t in Manager please promote her ASAP she is a blessing!! I was soooo excited to eat I forgot to take Obote beforehand 😇
